There's no clear indicator about how to detect the scam project, when the developers were doing shady thing and community was starting to realize it and it will become the best time to go out from the project. you have need to know the history of developers, whether the project has some cases of plagiarization or not, and many more. You can try to take a look at the scam accusation sections. When the developers were doing one or two shady things and this can be a sign if the project will turn to be another scam project as soon as possible.
Avoid to invest in a high risk project when you don't wanna be scammed

UST is so difficult to comeback to the above 10 cents. It's hard to believe if there would be a miracle that will come to the UST to make this token become peg with 1 dollar value again. Trillion marketcap for a failed project like this? this is a non sense thing and what in the world of company that already achieved such more than 6 trillions capitalizations? that doesn't even make sense to happen. Im sure putting like 0.0005 USDT or even less makes more sense compared when you are mentioning less value than your prediction. something that already dumped so hard like this has no chance to go up again to reach 1 dollar valuation for each coin. This coin already abandoned by its developers who prefer to save stable token and dump luna. New announcement was not helping so much. I think that you are getting a bit surprised to see that if the price was worth nothing right now. Im still using it right now. Yeah i just used this as alternative option as a security backup for my wallet when i were losing my PC or something like this. I don't intent to use paper wallet anytime. It needs a special place to store it but to be honest i can store it digitally but it's also less safe as it can be stolen easily as the format will be on image.

Im sure that some people are still using it but as far as i know people were not always using paper wallet as their main backup for their wallet.
