201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin start rising up what coin is good for investing right now for short term on: March 09, 2023, 11:27:03 PM
this might be well a bulltraps, you know accumulating when bullrun already occur always a bad idea, mainly because it could go down quite literally any time. you should be better off waiting until it got another correction otherwise you're just adding unnecessary risk towards your investments, always remember that after bullrun there higher chance of correction.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In the best interest of investors, Bounties shouldn't be paid in Tokens on: March 09, 2023, 11:18:04 PM
It's might have something to do with the fact that they are already allocated the tokens initially based on their tokenomics for the bounty hunters which means they already anticipated the fact that it's gonna get massive dumpings, as long as the team committed and also add some money to bag the coins, they should be fine, I'm sure they already take this into their calculation.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: reasons why someone wants to pay in tether and not bitcoin? on: March 09, 2023, 11:16:29 PM
it's always the means of preventing the value from plummeting simply because of volatility, moreover if it's using USDT from blockchain like matic, it's gonna be significantly cheaper and faster, the confirmation would arrives almost immediately. but surely the main concern is saving the value of the money, because sometimes, massive correction could occur within minutes and your money would already either get reduced or increasing.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy BNB now? on: March 08, 2023, 11:38:09 PM
you should just accumulate, whether there's gonna be huge drops in the future no one knows but only speculate, if you think you have the means of accumulating BNB then I guess even right now is suited time mainly because your success of holding coin depends in your patience, currently most of the coins are already down massively compared to when bullrun anyway so basically you're already got a good start in your holding of altcoin so better chance of getting good returns.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🐞 Dogecoin Will hit $1? on: March 08, 2023, 11:32:21 PM
I think equating the two is not the right thing because they are different. firstly, bitcoin is not a meme coin while doge is a meme coin. secondly, the total supply of bitcoins is limited while the total supply of doge is unlimited. I think these two things can have a big effect on the price going forward.
that's for sure, even the fact that one is considered meme coin means it just doesn't have the utility at all, bitcoin is entirely different coin compared with doge it's not even worth comparing, but comes back with the first question again, if dogecoin market capitalization of hitting $1 mark is higher than bitcoin, I doubt that will ever be happening, here's the thing, even bitcoin with the massive flow of massive investment companies money could only get this much market capitalization, doge coin with money that comes from general individual holders, surely I doubt could ever surpass bitcoin in term of market capitalization.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin start rising up what coin is good for investing right now for short term on: March 07, 2023, 10:21:25 PM
if it's for short term, certainly altcoins in general gonna be good solution for you, newer coins like APTOS gonna be good for short term usually, you should just find the right momentum.
moreover, there are other coins that also gonna be scoring good increase if you're patient enough to wait until bullish comes that is matic, solana, and many more.
after all the fact that some of the newer coins have relatively small market valuation, it just means they're having higher chance of raising their value.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🐞 Dogecoin Will hit $1? on: March 07, 2023, 10:12:17 PM
I think that's unrealistic.  In my view this Meme Coin will touch the $0.5 mark and that is the most realistic yet.  Even though dogecoin is the most popular meme coin at the moment but I think they are still Meme coins which have a small initial price and have a very large supply.  I have invested around $1000 in this meme coin and I can say I would take $0.5 as a realistic calculation.
I'd say even $0.5 is already unrealistic enough considering the current market capitalization of doge, still it's a lot more realistic than $1, at the very least if doge really want to increase its current value then it should reduce its total supply heavily otherwise it'll just become a dream, even with help of elon shills at best it could only eliminates one more zero.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how exchanges list news crypto tokens on: March 07, 2023, 10:06:33 PM
I think each exchange have their own requirements, the more famous the exchange is, the difficult the requirements are, simply because they wanna keep the quality of the coins they are going to list, overall if you wanna get your coin listed then you should improve the quality and many aspects of the coin first, otherwise you're just gonna stuck in dex and some unfamous exchange.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why all these crypto-twitter "influencers" are still exist? on: March 06, 2023, 10:57:24 PM
even though we know these influencers always have some ulterior motives but it's pretty much the reason many newbies are getting into cryptocurrency investing, honestly they usually are the ones that makes many got interested in the field of investing, and afterwards they have fans which always follow influencers advice religiously. in short they have special place in the heart of some newbies.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will you sell Shib now? Am holding on: March 06, 2023, 10:48:46 PM
I think you should be objective in judging a coin, even though shib is indeed a famous coin, it's still a coin that has really low utility, main reason it could get this far is because it's being used for tools of speculation which can be said that everyone who holds this coin only seeking for pure profit nothing more, if you think it could rise in the future feel free to just hold it, after all, you're the one should make your own financial decision.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have bitcoin, what do you guys recommend I buy as well on: February 28, 2023, 11:13:25 PM
considers sparing some money to invest in new projects that are gaining fame. take for example is aptos, had you invested in this coin where it was around the airdrops phase when the value was decreased so hard for the aftermath of the massive airdrop dumping you'd have made some serious returns since its value is increasing so high after that, simply because the project itself is good that people think it deserving of higher value.
212  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it true that this AI is good for trading? on: February 28, 2023, 11:09:21 PM
AI is always good for the technical analysis if it could reads the chart, but as far as I know this openAI's chatGPT is actually not a real time AI meaning it might lack some new information.
but if you are just looking for guides from the textbook i'm sure it could be good for you, regardless this AI is still lacking in so many areas that I doubt it's gonna be that useful for trading.
but sometimes trading isn't always going like in your text book it could stray from that and also some times there's also tricker and luck involved.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are investors so sceptical about Altcoins? on: February 28, 2023, 10:57:13 PM
I agree with you that altcoins are not for newbies because of the risks they bring, but it should not be denied that altcoins are also a very good way to make profits if we know how. ...

If there are doubts about which coin to invest in, you can see where large companies such as Grayscale invest. Their open-to-all portfolio shows that big business invests not only in bitcoin - https://grayscale.com/products/ But with all the variety of different coins in the portfolio, the largest percentage is allocated to bitcoin.
agreed with this statement, these large companies are investing with proper research, so if someone are doubtful in regards of their portfolio holdings then they should seek inspiration from these large companies portfolio and see how much they allocated in certain coin and how they diversify.
I'd say it's always good to have these large companies as a reference even though most of the time their investments only suited for long term.
214  Economy / Economics / Re: Would You Consider Adding Bitcoin to Your Retirement Savings on: February 27, 2023, 11:24:01 PM
it's gonna be no brainer mainly because bitcoin have history of linearly increasing in term of valuation and i'm sure by adding bitcoin to our retirement saving it'd somehow grow the investments and savings.
but the think is, the volatility, imagine you're putting your retirement savings in btc when it was bullish and then suddenly massive correction happening, would your saving retirement still not disrupted? i guess diversification would also be essential.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still hunt for airdrops? on: February 27, 2023, 11:18:00 PM
airdrops nowadays in general aren't really worth that much honestly many of them are just getting advantage of you letting you do some complicated tasks for free and get free marketing meanwhile at the end of the airdrops where you're deserving of your rewards they'd just give you some trash coin it's ridiculous indeed but that's just how it works with airdrops nowadays.
216  Economy / Economics / Re: Cash is not trash on: February 27, 2023, 11:09:45 PM
I always considers that each has their own advantage like how fiat is very convenient in being used for real life and the fact that its volatility isn't that significant compared with cryptocurrency in general could also means it could save your wealth from fluctuation, the fact that usdt and the likes are having market capitalization is because regardless it's form that is digitalized form of fiat, many considers converting their money to fiat still effective in saving their wealth from the volatility.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy BNB now? on: February 26, 2023, 11:28:32 PM
if you're not constrained with BNB ecosystem then I'd say investing in aptos and other similar newer coins might be significantly more beneficial for you for the long term since they are the ones that gonna get massive increase in value. I think BNB will just stuck nowadays, many project are actually using the newer blockchain because these newer blockchain are the trend, but maybe eventually BNB will also rise.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why people are always interested in altcoins on: February 26, 2023, 11:26:17 PM
basic rule of thumb, when a coin have higher volatility it will certainly could give higher returns, this is what happening with altcoins in general, you're only risk of losing your insignificant dollars but you could have the chance of generating multiple folds of your initial investments, that's why so many are still interested in investing in altcoins despite all the scams that occured in altcoins but the profit outweight the risk so they'd still invest in it regardless, moreover it's usually faster in term of holding.
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NFT Speculation on: February 25, 2023, 10:47:50 PM
now NFT that's still a thing is an NFT where you also got membership by owning it which unlocks certain benefits in certain platform, they are being valued quite high nowadays but certainly not that high mainly because they are just membership NFT unlike arts that's sometimes got overly inflate value. but that just means they are valued just right so it makes sense, but I'd say NFT is already losing its standing, only bullrun could ever revive them that if NFT is still could become a trend in next bullrun.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are investors so sceptical about Altcoins? on: February 25, 2023, 10:39:42 PM
it's just because it have more risk of losing your money, I think skeptical is necessity in investing in altcoins after all there are quite literally thousands of altcoins being created and many of them just either outright failure or scams.
that's why being skeptical could save you from losing your money, even it's always recommended to make proper research in regard of the altcoin before you even investing a dime, just because you don't want to lose your money.
