541  Economy / Economics / Re: LESSONS FROM CRYPTO MARKET on: January 28, 2019, 06:29:48 AM
My lesson is that when we get another bull run, I must dump most of my stash so I can make some profits otherwise I will be like I am now with almost nothing. I had to learn this very hard lesson adn am still suffering one year later the effects of it. Now the Chinese are busy Dumping even more so they can enjoy their new year and we are at all time lows again. This bear market has no end so for now it's best to use this time to accumulate whatever cheap coins you can while everyone is just dumping away to enjoy their holidays and while others spend, we need to start saving again so we get a chance to dump on the next high. Let's see if I can learn from this lesson next time and not make the same mistake.
542  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So I told my banker about bitcoin on: January 28, 2019, 06:23:27 AM
FIAT currency and the current banking system is pretty obsolete but because the Banks and Governments, Big corporations and Whales have the clout and money, they are able to control and influence us in more ways than we can ever imagine. Like for example on the TV and in other media outlets, you will get a ton of banks advertisign their services but you won't get your JOE BLOGS watchign an ad about a Bitcoin wallet on prime time TV. People ar elike sheep they follow what they are told and pursuasive advertising is there to brainwash people into stickign with the status quo and only finding acceptable what they are being presented with by these very powerful bodies. The Banks are not just going to walk away from day trading our money and making billions from it.  Roll Eyes
543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] ARBITRAGING: Crypto Profit Trading Platform | HOT ICO! on: January 27, 2019, 04:17:56 PM
I am relieved to announce that the old exchange is coming back finally, which is great news and it means that liquidity and trading will be restored to the platform so everyone can sell their daily arbs etc. The block exchange experiment was a failure but at least they recognized their mistake and although they tried different fixes and it wasn't working, they decided to bring back the old school exchange and the free market. Let's hope no one now complains about undercutters but there are also mechanisms in place to protect the abot of course.

Here is the latest announcement:  Bringing back “The Original” Exchange

Dear ARB Community,

I wanted to let you know that I’ve been documenting user frustrations with the new exchange versions for a while now.

I am happy to inform you that we are going to listen to the community and bring you back “The Original” exchange. Not a new one, not an updated one, but the original exchange that we had before any changes.

Be advised that the existing exchange and aBOT will be offline while we migrate everything so there will not be any issues.

We will work hard to get the update done and live approximately 24-36hours, this allows us the time to fully install and test the exchange is functioning.

Thank You,
Thomas Brown
544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: ways to earn ETHEREUM quickly on a regular basis on: January 27, 2019, 04:15:11 PM
I just found this and kind of understand now how it works but will they have new campaigns for me to do in ETH bounties and I will just sell the stakes on this platform? I really would love to find some bounties that pay out in ETH or BTC, as many bounties did not payout and many tokens just died because they never reached the exchanges. My wallet is full of worthless tokens because the project managers never put their tokens on an exchange or they just scammed and ran off with the money. We bounty peeps need to have some protection and given some value for our time spent in promotional activities in the cryptosphere. We also value our time and other's time, so we need some respect and value too. It just can't be a one way street only.
545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: QIBUCK TOKEN ASSET - PRE-ANN (Replacing QIBUCK COIN) on: January 26, 2019, 08:47:07 AM
HELLO Everyone sorry for delay but the last two months were very difficult, with a death in the family to boot and am really just trying to get on my feet again. A bagbonus is coming end of this month and am going to purchase some Burst over the coming week. The bear market has been also very rough but am trying hard to get out of it and will be sending a bagbonus before FEB 1ST. I will also give out qbk in a contest soon so let's see how it goes and I will try to also send out a newsletter by email. I hope you all had a good rest over the Xmas holidays and New year and for those of you in Asia I wish you a happy Lunar new year. I do hope 2019 will be a better year than last year which literally has almost wiped us out. I will not give up though.  Roll Eyes
546  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][HOT]🌿🔥FABA Token - break through in venture capital market🔥🌿 on: January 26, 2019, 08:43:06 AM
I am wondering can we still invest here even if we are small micro investors/ I think what you are offering token holders is an extremely lucrative deal and I bet many whales have already entered your arena. If I can buy FABA can I still buy directly from the site? I will check out more information tonight as venture capital is right up my alley and these are the kind of projects I would love to get involved in, even with my small investment as I am not a whale. I love these types of investments whereby I can earn an ROI while holding them as I am primarily a holder, more than a trader. I am not good at day trading and would prefer to get involved with passive income buying opportunities.
547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]COSS Token Swap ICO is LIVE on: January 26, 2019, 08:36:46 AM
You can now again distribute the weekly FSAs from the FSA page it was disabled before but now it's re-enabled. I Just made a transfer.

This is excellent news, I will go and log in after as I really busy over the past week or so. For now, as I don't have a big bag, I will just let it accumulate for a few weeks then distribute. I really like this project and hope one day it will reach it's ATH like it did in 2018 January time. I want to slowly buy more COSS token on the dips when i get some spare funds hopefully. I don't know if I can ever grow back to the bag I had a year ago but I would be happy now to have a small holding of around 20k tokens for when a bull run hits us again. Right now I only have around 5k COSS tokens so need to up my game a bit and try to accumulate more over the coming months. At least this is a decent project and is growing slowly and steadily.
548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will it still last? on: January 24, 2019, 08:29:14 AM
Crypto is here to stay, that's for sure but when will the bear market change to a bull cycle? Only the big whales and Insiders know that and they need to pull the trigger to get it going again. I know for many people they have reached the end of the road in Crypto and have long given up on making wealth and riches. I too am really at my last chance to try to ever even remotely recover what I lost in 2018 and it's still looking bleak right now. I am running out of options and funds and need to really learn how to trade or I will 'die' with the rest of those that have exited. So yes, crypto is here to stay, but many speculators and people investing in crypto have long gone or in the process of capitulating right now. The longer the bear market lasts, the more people will leave crypto, once they have lost everything.
549  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin collapse by a global government crackdown? on: January 24, 2019, 06:46:10 AM
I think Bitcoin now is too big to ban, but it will come under regulations when it is being used and traded as currency and also as an asset or investment instrument. I think some regulation is needed and some protection for the investors and consumers is good because it means more and more mainstream people will come and have a look at what Bitcoin has to offer. As for the price, it is being suppressed by the whales and big shots, we all know this how markets work. I wish I had known it through last January, then I would not be in the predicament I am in right now. I hope a miracle happens and the tide turns for the better and we see Bitcoin and Altcoins rise again like they did at the end of 2017 but I think we are in for a long Bitcoin bear winter.
550  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China is going to rule crypto! on: January 23, 2019, 05:40:17 PM
China, when it likes something, likes to go in Big, but what they are best at, the Chinese is doing things stealthily to gain the upper hand. They did the CHINESE FUD OVERLOAD, we don't like Bitcoin gig to take away the power from Western Hands and they are really into Blockchain, invested very heavily into creating new blockchain tech and want to stay ahead. While the U.S is messing around with regulatory frameworks, China is stealthily growing its arsenal of blockchain projects and accumulating all the wealth in Crypto, as it has done with the Mining. You know that one day they will be the no 1 in everything related to the blockchain. Their biggest asset is sheer numbers and quantity, volume and money they have to throw at this.
551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fighting for bounty hunters right on: January 22, 2019, 07:03:38 AM
There is no protection at all in Crypto for bounty hunters, unfortunately. I have participated in so many bounties and not gotten paid or have a bunch of tokens sitting in my wallet that are totally worthless because the Teams never bothered to even list them on an exchange, or just the ICOS totally scammed and ran off with the funds. We are at the mercy really of the projects we participate in and all we can do is hope for the best. 2018 was my worst year in Crypto, not only did I lose most of my money I made in 2016/2017 I also hardly made any money for all the hard work and hours I put into this niche business. I am still trying to stay alive in this field but if nothing changes for the better, I don't know a few months from now where I will end up, or if I will just give up on crypto totally.
552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitter Truth on: January 22, 2019, 06:52:53 AM
Bitcoin will go down further, the volume in the markets is not there right now to bring in a pump any time soon. I think we will see a sub 2.5k Bitcoin before we see any real upward swings again and it could even go back down to pre-2017 levels of 1k USD and then we are kind of back where we started before the big boom upwards. Of course, many small and medium-sized miners will stop mining it and the network will become so clogged up and slow that then no one will want to use Bitcoin and ti could just die off and be replaced by another faster blockchain. On the other hand, we could stay at around 3k and up and then slowly see prices increase as Bitcoin halving comes into effect in 2020 and then the difficulty rises, so in effect, this one thing could push the prices up to over 6-8k USD at least.
553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are the bear days over? on: January 22, 2019, 06:44:22 AM
I don't think the bear market is over for the most part of this year to be quite honest with you. Also, remember we have the lunar new year right now coming up so the Chinese are bleeding the markets along with all the other Asian contingent that celebrate this holiday. If you noticed all this week the coins are primarily going down and down slowly but surely as the money is being slowly drained out of Coinmarket Cap AND into the pockets of the Whales wanting to enjoy the holiday with Fiat currencies. I am looking at maybe a better scenario one or even two years from now, or this will just be a very suppressed niche market for years to come. I think those who made the big money have already sold or are selling and made their killing in 2017 and before.
554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans for this year on: January 21, 2019, 03:34:47 PM
With the market being so flat right now and not able to earn much by long term hodling, I am now looking into solid platforms and projects whereby I can earn a little passive income, whilst holding those tokens or investing in their platforms. I have found a second one FOXTRADING to invest in and bought a few thousand of their tokens right now and am waiting for them to open their trading pools whereby I will be able to invest in ETH and get paid profits in ETH whilst using their FOXT token as a utility token for their products and services. For example now if you hold 1k FOXT in your eth wallet you can get their arbitrage signals, so if you like arbitraging right now you can trade and get their signals in your dashboard or on your app if you download their app on your phone, so they will have more services soon for passive income.
555  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin the survival of the fittest on: January 21, 2019, 03:19:31 PM
Well I think the biggest threat to Bitcoin when was Bitcoin Cash and business people backing it, tried to first take down Bitcoin directly but they didn't succeed, then also Craig Wright of Bitcoin SV brought down the whole crypto market by around 30% and has made it low where it is now, not only Bitcoin but the whole CMC by his bullying tactics, bullying miners to mine Bitcoin SV or he would unload all his BTC for dumping. So yeah, the same people who created Bitcoin are now the ones trying so hard to take it down and replace it with their so-called better versions lol. So we can thank them for all the nasty storm they have caused in bringing down Bitcoin and the prices of cryptos. I hope Bitcoin doesn't die but I think eventually it might be replaced by some other newer technology or blockchain model.
556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ethereum will rise again. on: January 21, 2019, 03:14:54 PM
Things are looking pretty bleak right now because we have the Lunar New year coming up which is making everything a bit flat in the markets in general and because Constantinople has been delayed it has taken the stuffing again out of Ethereum and also the Chinese are selling their Crypto to be able to enjoy their holidays, plus other Asians also celebrate the Lunar New Year as well and we know Asians are heavily invested in crypto and also are mainly speculators and day traders, so they control the markets primarily in this arena. I hope ETH gets back over 200 dollars but with the inflation, bear market and low sentiments towards investing in cryptos right now I don't see it coming for a while.
557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can you still get rich with crypto? on: January 20, 2019, 07:25:28 AM
Unless you have a lot of capital to start with or you are a really good day trader or have alot of big machines to mine, I doubt nowadays you can become rich form crypto anymore. I have seen all that I worked for in two years go down the pan in 2018, so I have totally lost my confidence, although I still have a 1% hope that things might change in the future. I think right now it's pot luck. If you are a whale and you get to invest heavy in a coin which moons twenty-times over, then you got a chance to become rich but for little fish like us that lost everything, it's very hard to get up again in this climate. I still hold out a candle in case I get lucky on some good project, but otherwise am in a very reserved state of mind currently. I only think now those with inside knowledge, contacts, whales and really good traders or those who own companies and projects, are the ones that make all the money now. Us micro investors are out of the peripheral, out in the cold, getting poorer and poorer by the day.
558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Payiza Exchange on: January 20, 2019, 07:21:12 AM
I am interested to see where this project goes as I like projects coming out of Dubai because Dubai now is becoming a hotspot for both blockchain and fintech products and services and the Government of Dubai will be the very first government to run on the blockchain, thus giving a lot of prestige to the business we are all engaged in. I hope that you have great success and I will follow the project and read up on the whitepaper and see if there is something that will peak my interest to get more involved. I like to scour through new projects and exchanges are like one of my favorite in blockchain development because they are helping to build the infrastructure of this niche for the masses to trade and buy/sell.
559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bounty hunter paid USDT? on: January 20, 2019, 07:06:29 AM
I wish we could get paid either in a stable coin, BTC, or ETH or any of the top 20 coins listed on CMC. Or at least 505 of the bounty to be paid in these coins and 50% in the token that the project is listing, so that way we support the project but also get paid something real as well while we wait for their tokens to get listed on an exchange and be worth anything. I want to do more bounties but the last year was so bad where it came to getting paid and making any real money. I lost a lot also in the bear market as most projects went to Zero, so yeah I totally agree that bounties now should be paid in real coins or at least 50% of the bounty payment should be in tokens and 50% in stable coins, BTC, or ETH.
560  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any way to earn 5% interest/profit per month on: January 20, 2019, 06:59:38 AM
I think if you margin lend your money out, like on Poloniex, people always want to borrow money to trade, so margin lending that 20k should bring you more than 3-5% a month and check other trading platforms that allow you to margin lend for a profit and daily interest rate from borrowers who are willing to pay you interest to borrow on your money. I think right now this is the safest way to get some money on your money. I too will be looking at lending even though I don't have much money at all right now, but even with one grand if I could make 3-4 bucks a day I would be really happy right now and that would buy me some noodles, egg and milk lol.
