561  Other / Meta / Re: Make this forum a better place - part 1 on: August 07, 2020, 02:02:44 PM
Take this thread for example, we have Hero member who has not yet learned how to reduce the image to some appropriate size, and after that we have this :
This is still a bit hard than quoting a part of a post rather than quotinh a whole post to respond a part of a post and if you spend a little time, I'm sure you will find a lot of high profile who do that most often.
While it's possible to create a post more eye catching or attractive, no one gives a fuck other than fulfilling the posting requirements.
562  Economy / Reputation / Re: Duckdice.io feedback removal on: August 07, 2020, 01:56:47 PM
If you say, they can run signature and improve his rating, it sounds that through a signature campaign he can buy a positive rating here. I think that's the wrong guideline, I know some services which did not help SC no matter how generous they were.
If that was possible, may be every scam projects would including 1xbet run signature campaign and wash their bad reputations. May be this is the reason why marlboroza had suggested 1xbet to run a signature campaign  Cheesy
563  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Coinbase deposit doesn't show up on: August 07, 2020, 01:48:07 PM
How did you deposit on Coinbase wallet? Are you just sent it from the other wallet to Coinbase? Or Coinbase to Coinbase?
Or did you deposit them from Debit/credit cards or banks?
I have deposited from Electrum and yeah, I am planning for doing a double spend soon unless I get an update tonight from coinbase which is unlikely.
Are the fees fixed for coinbase transactions? Because I use desktop wallets only.

No. The fee fluctuates depending on the congestion of networks. But for a time of higher fee, transactions from coinbase to address still cheap.
564  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Coinbase deposit doesn't show up on: August 06, 2020, 02:04:43 PM
Coinbase is such a reputed exchange and wallet service that they don't need to wait for gathering a batch. I have no idea what you are talking actually. I had never see such problem before. And yes, when tx fee is usually high, fee in coinbase is low because you are not paying fee in term of byte. You can check now.
565  Economy / Web Wallets / Coinbase deposit doesn't show up on: August 06, 2020, 01:44:38 PM
Usually, I don't use Coinbase but due to the increase in the fee, to avoid regular fee, I am using coinbase for now. Benefit of using coinbase is they use batch payments and as a result, the fee is less than usual. That's why I am using coinbase for a while for regular transactions.
I had a deposit yesterday on Coinbase which is missing now. It doesn't show up in my transactions, the balance isn't updated because the tx is not confirmed yet. I have contacted with support but still no result. What can I do? Is there any way in the coinbase app or web to directly request a rescan so that they can update my tx? Or, increasing the fee (bump) would be okay since it will create another tx. I always opposed to use centralize shit but to avoid the fee, I thought to use and now screwed up.

Cool edition. Welcome TheBearedBaby.
It was a fantastic week all the rules update.
567  Economy / Reputation / Re: is it just me? on: August 04, 2020, 08:28:24 PM
Where did you get the info that all of them are from Russia? I'm also surprised abd a bit confused to see claim against sportsbet and what's the reason actually. Is it because no one question their 1st move? or because they all were alt? Totally confused.
568  Other / Archival / Re: [LIST] Campaign Management Services on: August 04, 2020, 05:38:03 PM
I think there is another list of campaign manager in service discussion board which you may have missed. What's the necessity of creating another? However, although the ranking doesn't mean anything, I think you should rank them as per popularity.May be you can create pool with all the candidates and ask everyone to vote for the best.
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opera expands the possibilities of buying cryptocurrencies on: August 04, 2020, 03:34:33 PM
Sounds good. We are more closer to the mass adoption of crypto although I doubt it would be a good idea to share such confidential credential with such browser based wallet while purchasing. I don't know how will it work though. Anyway, I hope opera will ensure a secure platform.

I wonder if Brave will follow the same path as it is crypto-oriented and already has a built-in wallet and the ability to receive dividends in BAT tokens for watching ads.
I don't think Brave would do that as they originally came as a privacy browser although they later had some stupid moves last month may be.
570  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Are They One And The Same: Get-Paid.com and Game-Protect ? on: August 04, 2020, 03:03:16 PM
There are some more people got involved in sportsbet issue and you won't call all of them alt of game protect. Anyway, I don't think getpaid.com is an alt of game protect. Otherwise, they have been caught within this time like as gosha@e-coin got caught.
Why this thread is in scam accusation? Wouldn't it be better in reputation board or investigation board?
571  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why there are too many topics related to Crypto Scams here? on: August 04, 2020, 02:44:00 PM
Because most of the times, beginners are the victims of such scams. Since they are noob and have no idea about this environment, they get tricked in such scam method. That's why I too think such threads should be posted on this board to make awareness among all the people.

We do not have any other topic to share or talk about in this thread.
I believe you are talking about board. Thread and topic are the same thing while board is different.
572  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] BestChange Signature Campaign | Sr Member+ on: August 04, 2020, 02:17:21 PM
Great step, to be honest, I was thinking how much good it would be if bestchange would be following the campaign rules of Chipmixer where there's no minimum. Sometimes, it's hard to maintain 25 posts per week. For example, this week I had hard times posting each day since it was Eid-UL-Azha here and I was very busy. Anyway, I think from now, everyone will be able to put their best to generate good quality which will be benefitted for Bestchange eventually in both in term of promotion and cost I think.

There are some campaign who utilized bonus system.
Like this one on Bustadice:
This wouldn't be a good idea in my opinion. Some people may abuse merit system too if it's not properly taken care of. If I'm correct, there was stake signature campaign where there was bonus for good quality poster and at the end, it ended as a lot of abuse.
573  Economy / Reputation / Re: Duckdice.io feedback removal on: August 04, 2020, 02:01:51 PM
Does anyone knows about formal procedure for feedback removal or re-evaluation request ?
Create a thread on reputation with the details why do you think the feedback should be removed and PM each of the member with the link of this thread. If you can prove that you aren't guilty of what you are accused, they will considet removing the tag. Although, Zepher tag can't be removed, if DT member comes to a conclusion that you don't deserve negative feedback, someone may counter the negative with a positive feedback.
574  Other / Meta / Re: Bounty/Sign Campaign - I have some doubts on rules on: August 04, 2020, 01:45:17 PM
If you are confused about ref link in signature, I think it's okay. One ua free to use any signature they want. There's a member in the forum who even use a service which is risky to use, the purpose of that vanity address service is to steal fund of generated address. I can't remember the user name.
575  Economy / Services / Re: The Relictum Pro project is looking for ambassadors and community managers. on: August 04, 2020, 04:17:38 AM
Hello, if you may consider, I would like to become a community manager here in the Philippines. I am a native Filipino speaker with 4 years in the crypto space.

They are not looking for community managers from your local as you can see OP have mentioned the languages they are looking for. Sometimes, using sense is far better than experience.
576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunting tips for newbie in joining bounty campaign. on: August 03, 2020, 03:19:51 PM
And you missed the very important one of participating in bounty, escrow the bounty pool should be the best because some projects scam the bounty hunters too. They promise to pay xxxxxz but later they don't keep their promise and pay lower or sometimes no reward at all. So, it's very important to check whether campaign manager is considering escrow the bounty pool or not.
577  Economy / Reputation / Re: BitcoinGirl.Club hacked? on: August 03, 2020, 03:04:59 PM
Just because he signs a message it doesn’t prove anything. I could do something bad, claim I was hacked & sign a message from an address owned by me, linked to this account since 2014. What does that prove?
Nothing at all but we are relying on what we are getting information here. His alt account just have claimed that he has been hacked. I was surprised to see this thread since I remember bitcoingirl.club had mistakenly public that you sent him a PM other day.
Anyway, I think there are more info to come soon and only bitcoingirl.club can say what happened.
578  Economy / Reputation / Re: BitcoinGirl.Club hacked? on: August 03, 2020, 02:51:53 PM
Update here from bitcoingirl.club- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5264620.msg54926472#msg54926472
579  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why only Bitvest and 777Coin on: August 03, 2020, 02:12:30 PM
= Are they the only gambling sites that really make a profit from gambling
= Why other campaigns only last 2 to 5 weeks why they cannot sustain
= How can Bitvest and 777Coin sustain the campaign
Cause you have no idea how many campaigns are there. Bitsler lasted for years, so does bustadice, bitdice, yolodice campaigns are. Bitvest and 777coin campaigns are also there for long time but they are spending too low amount if you look at the pay per post. I was once a participant of bitvest for couple of months.
580  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Segwit, and batching, a must in these times on: August 02, 2020, 10:17:18 AM
As far as I know, almost all the services, exchanges use batch payment. Coinbase is one who didn't use batch payment but they too do batch payments. Anyway, it's good to use batch payment for its users too. Coinbase charges less fee prior to start batch payments.
While segwit is still to be accepted by a lot of services I know. They don't care because they need to modify their code to enable segwit. May be that's the reason.Hopefully, soon everyone will realize its benefit and enable that.
