1441  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Telegram is a very risky place on: August 03, 2019, 01:48:22 PM
For a moment I was fool. The scammer who knocked me was using the username of the original admin, in his (scammer) bio profile.

This is already an old trick but new telegram users can still fall for this. Good thing you double checked. I don't understand why telegram is not removing that space for bio since it is being used by scammers to put usernames of other people.

That's really a stupid thing, for a moment, very much pro people can also get the impression that that's the username and he is the real person. If telegram doesn't allow to put @ at bio, that would certainly be okay.
1442  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Prove the existence of documents using the Blockchain on: August 03, 2019, 01:43:55 PM
And do you know some website can do this or tutorial how we can do it by ourself only?
You can do it with www.deepvaultonline.com, DeepVault, a product of DeepOnion. The cost is around $0.001/per file, with registering in the deepvaultonline, you can get 15 credits for free.
1443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Mb8 coin future on: August 03, 2019, 08:24:22 AM
After a lot of promises, couple of days ago, mb8coin was listed in coinexchange.io, a shit exchange but you know "Something is better than nothing." A lot of bounty hunters have dumped, still the price is around 250 satoshi. It's far below from the ICO price though.
Can we expect it to reach more than $1 ever? Since they are planning to accept mb8coin in their multibuyshop.
1444  Other / Meta / Re: Account Locked on: August 03, 2019, 08:18:00 AM
Are u sure no body else has access to your email address?
Because whenever you change the password a link to lock your account is sent to the original email used for registration in case someone else changed the password.
As far as I know, sometimes, your account may also get locked if you change password numerous times, it's an automatic process, if the bot identify your activities as suspicious, your account may get locked.
1445  Other / Meta / Re: Account Locked on: August 03, 2019, 08:08:50 AM
If you can prove you are the owner of the account, team will unlock the account. It will take some times because the queue is full of more works I think. Don't worry, you will get your account back.
1446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: August 03, 2019, 08:05:18 AM
India vs West Indies match is on the way. WI is a better team in t20 format. This will be a competitive match though, WI ia likely to have the benefit of home ground.

Here's an interesting stats from cricbuzz-
Quote
Did you know?

- Evin Lewis has scored two 100s against India in the three T20Is he played against them.

- Sunil Narine has dismissed Rohit Sharma seven times in T20 cricket with a dismissal every 19 balls.
1447  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Telegram is a very risky place on: August 03, 2019, 07:51:16 AM
Yesterday, I have visited a IEO group and asked for attention from admin.
The more important thing is not to visit or get involved in all these IEO or ICO groups/projects, what's the need, when its either an outsider of the project trying to scam you or the project owners themselves, either way you're(possibly)being scammed.
I don't get what you said. Why will not I visit IEO telegram group? It's important get updated with the community if you want to invest or already invested.

Always ask questions and answer them on public. Avoid pm.

Many scammers will try to fool you on pm. When you are posting in public many people will give their opinions and maybe even tag a scammer before you notice anything unusual.
PM can be dangerous here as well, scammers target specially newbie to send phishing link.
1448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ✅[ANN] DeepOnion ONION New Private Currency ✅ Own ONION Now & Discover Privacy ✅ on: August 03, 2019, 06:53:46 AM
Is there any information why the price of DeepOnion fell by ~30% in 3 days?
Bitcoin is suddenly showing a significant growth and people are trying to move from alt to BTC, however, this is a shit decision. It's better you always have divided your fund into two portion, for BTC and for alt.
1449  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: August 03, 2019, 06:42:13 AM
Burn got his maiden century on Ashes. That's nice. His performance is really impressive.

They say gambling section is full with spammers. At least let them admit that cricketing section is not.
Like as last time said, I think you have opened the door to create more spam, nothing personal. See the other general threads, people are still talking there. I'm certain that both the thread will be used to discuss the same match. You may ask ti report but there's no appropriate way of reporting this kind of posts I think.
Not really, the chat will now be more organized since we have separate thread for separate format. However, if you think anyone spamming, click "Report to moderator" and comment spam simply. That will work.
1450  Other / Beginners & Help / Telegram is a very risky place on: August 03, 2019, 06:38:43 AM
Everyday, we face some threads here in bitcointalk with complain that people are targeting others to scam.
I found some people are doing that in different ways. Yesterday, I have visited a IEO group and asked for attention from admin. Couple of minutes later, someone knocked me and started to ask if I want to invest? He claimed he is an admin of that IEO group. I checked his profile and the admin from the group. For a moment I was fool. The scammer who knocked me was using the username of the original admin, in his (scammer) bio profile.
But, I further looked and got the different.
Don't send any fund if anyone ask you, no real project's admin will PM you.
1451  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: POS for beginners: How to earn coins passively with no work on: August 03, 2019, 06:30:52 AM
Using someone else's wallet is much risky. However, I have seen Kucoin has introduced a soft staking reward model which is thousand time better since they have already established themselves as a trusted one.
1452  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Anyone help me Regarding Bitcoin True Investment? on: August 03, 2019, 06:16:41 AM
First of all, move this thread to Help and Beginner boards.

You can learn everything you need to invest in bitcoin, this forum is a great source of bitcoin related information. Try learning and investing, don't depend on others.
1453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 17,800,000 BTC already mined on: August 03, 2019, 06:03:54 AM
That's why I say "allmost all" bitcoin is going to be mined in the next 10++ years because we won't see the last bitcoin in 2140. 90%-99% for me will be enough, theoretically, there's 20999999.9769 million supply, not 21 m, due to the bug in the early days of bitcoin mining.
Which one you are talking about? Is it becauae of the reward model of mining? I'm a bit confused.

So let's continue to accumulate at 1 BTC in our lifetime.  Grin
If there will be 10 million BTC holder who at least hold 1 BTC, can you imagine where BTC price will be?
1454  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: August 03, 2019, 05:54:18 AM
After Amir, it seems like Wahab Riaz is retiring from Test cricket format as well:

Wahab Riaz to announce retirement from Test cricket: Reports

 Roll Eyes
Wahab Riaz didn't play much in test format. Only 27 matches within this longer period of his career. I think he could still play some more years. He is enough fit yet.
1455  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Preview of Cricket Matches - Predictions Included [Free] on: August 03, 2019, 05:49:47 AM
West lack the mentality to win and no on wants to take responsibility.
This is really a stupid argument that West Indies player don't want to take responsibility. In T20, WI is more destructive and their playing style is better suit for this format. WI is having more benefit here and I doubt India will win today.
1456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: August 02, 2019, 04:01:05 PM
4th gone now. It's Bairstaw. Burns on his 99, way to the century. England still have good chance to get 100+ leads however, some early wickets may restrict them behind as well.
1457  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Support flag against ANYONE Project, refusal to paid some participants. on: August 02, 2019, 02:02:54 PM
AnyoneLtd has broken a written contract and your flag is correct. Supported although the weight isn't much since I'm not a DT.

Off topic
You are a senior member of the forum, why don't you ask team to escrow the fund or if they have problem with escrow fund, why a senior member like you have promoted the project?
1458  Other / Meta / Re: Reading this forum is unbearable and impossible on: August 02, 2019, 01:33:31 PM
People taking part in this crap have to post in other sections in order to get their free shit!!  Tongue
Come on mate. I am saying the same, only signature campaign required to post in the other section of the forum. No other campaign requires to post on other section than the bounty board.
If signature option get off, problem will be solved.
1459  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: August 02, 2019, 01:26:15 PM
Every country has some bad apples, be it England, India or Australia. A small section of the crowd booed Smith as well when he reached his 50-100 mark, but the majority of spectators applaud his brave inning.

You might want to check the history of Ashes when English players visit Australia. it's quite ugly and its not just from spectator's side ( read previous Oz's coach Darren Lehmann's comment on Broad during 2013 Ashes)
I see nothing wrong with this. These happens, even among the players as well. We have seen how Yuvi attacked right before hitting 6 Sixes in a over. I am not saying these should be happened but these are commons. In football, these are worse.
1460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 17,800,000 BTC already mined on: August 02, 2019, 01:21:57 PM
We all look back and think that we should have bought more back in the days, but in the next 5-10 years we will say the same about today's prices. We'll be like; 'do you remember the price around $10,000? I feel so stupid for not having bought more'. Adding to your position today will help you look back happily instead of feeling like you have missed out big time.

In the end, not many people will be able to say that they own 1BTC, which you can. Bitcoin surpassed 1 ounce of Gold in terms of dollar value, and the next target is to surpass the 1KG dollar value of Gold (currently $46,450).

Most of people who invest in any cryptocurrency can hardly imagine waiting for something for 5-10 years from now, let's face it, life is so accelerated that people only look how to get instant rich. But even if you give them opportunity for that, what most of them do is to mess up - 2015 price of 1 BTC was even below $200, two years later $20 000 and how many of us get rich after that?

10 years of Bitcoin is not enough to convince people that this is something unique, and that Bitcoin is preeminent over gold, silver, fiat, stocks... So act now or be sorry in future.
True indeed. I was happy with selling $200 per BTC and was a thought that I have made a huge. But later, I realized it was one of my biggest mistake. Same, a lot of people from 2011 or so has sold their BTC and now crying. It will be the same for the next 10 years as well.
