1521  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Signature question on: July 25, 2019, 07:19:48 AM
You can use the code below to put a hyperlink in your signature.
He can't because he is a newbie but how he is even wearing a signature? Wasn't newbie restricted to wear signature by theymos some months ago? That's mysterious.
1522  Other / Meta / Newbie with signature on: July 25, 2019, 07:11:30 AM
On the last update, newbies were restricted to use a signature on their profile if I am not wrong. It was the update with Jr member requiring 1 merit probably.
I found a thread where newbie wearing signature, how can this happen?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5168443.0
Please, someone confirm if I am wrong.
1523  Other / Meta / Re: Statistics of registrations on Bitcointalk 2017-2019 on: July 25, 2019, 06:58:54 AM
Great job, this stats are necessary for advertisers in the forum, that's why I can say signature campaign will always exist in the forum due to the kind of exposure they will get from millions of members.
Not much really, other than signature promotors, bounty hunters, the member would drop significantly to 10% in my opinion (less than 1% as per actmyname). I am too agreed with his logic behind it. The forum was created to spread, support, sharing knowledge about bitcoin but how much of us doing that or holding at least 1 BTC? I doubt the ratio would then be 1% of the current amount.
1524  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is there any centralized altcoin exchanges that dont require KYC at all? on: July 25, 2019, 06:44:52 AM
I recently started using Kucoin, and the only thing they required was my phone number for SMS verifications, but not full KYC documents—and I’m fine with that, because I have yet to sign up on an exchange that needs all of my dox.  They’re pretty good, too, as far as speed of transactions and I’ve had no problems with getting my funds off the exchange and into my wallet.
You can use Kucoin without phone number as well, email and 2FA confirmation. However, they also have the limitation of 2 BTC per 24 hours for non-verified users. About the speed of transactions, I have never seen such faster withdraw in other exchange, I usually get almost instantly.
1525  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info transaction still not confirmed after 2 days on: July 24, 2019, 09:10:30 AM
Address type does not affect the speed of confirmation but reduces the fee.
Blockchain.info (buggy wallet) uses legacy addresses and therefore higher fees (normal fee using that wallet need longer confirmation time.)
At the end, isn't both meaning the same? Less fee in segwit than Legacy means faster confirmation. Blockchain has no segwit address? I can't remember when I last used it.
1526  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is there any centralized altcoin exchanges that dont require KYC at all? on: July 24, 2019, 09:01:43 AM
According to this list, there is ByBit, TUXexchange, Crypto-Bridge and Altilly. I've never heard or used any of them personally, so I can't give any reviews. Alternatively, you could use BISQ but there might be some limitations when it comes to the supported coins and liquidity.
Crypto Bridge is crap exchange. I tried two times and ended exiting it. As far as I know, there's no good centralized exchange which can be used without limit. However, ABCC exchange limit is $10k without verification.

Now today's match between Malaysia and Nepal will be interesting as Nepal need to win to stay alive in the tournament.
How you are able to watch those matches, is it telecasted in any television channels or is it streaming online, if that is the case i would like to watch those matches when i have time and mostly everyone would like to know about those details on how to view them.
You can try crichd.com in order to watch all available matches online. They have livestream for most of the matches. I'm not sure about Malaysia matches though, but it should be. They find out a channel at least.
1528  Economy / Reputation / Re: For how much money heroes and legends are willing to advertise fraud and scam? on: July 24, 2019, 05:56:00 AM
I'd be more than happy to see a perma-ban of sig/profile campaigns/promotions, it would certainly rid this forum of clutter/spam - not to mention scams/shitposters & pointless arguements over nothing but getting paid a few bucks for doing so. I'm all for it.
That's not a potential solution probably, otherwise, theymos would do it long ago. I doubt 10% of the current active people/activity would be active once sig is disable.
1529  Other / Meta / Re: Trust flags on: July 23, 2019, 06:41:43 AM
Until now, I only focused on the changed description for Negative feedback and didn't really notice how Positive changed. I used to use my non-DT1 account to leave feedback on successful deals, but under the current description, I can't do that anymore.
In that case, many positive feedback must be withdrawn which has been posted before the change. I have added a positive feedback on Royse777, because he had created two pool and donated some amounts into the pool pot. Is my positive feedback correct on that case?
1530  Economy / Reputation / Re: For how much money heroes and legends are willing to advertise fraud and scam? on: July 23, 2019, 06:34:37 AM
Hope you notice when I indicated my assumptions above are based on my own judgement i said "so to me" I wasn't speaking based on the forum generally. My judgements are limited to my knowledge on the issue. I read post from almost all aspect of the forum, me not relying doesn't mean I don't visit the boards. Some times when I go on a quality post hurting mode, so I could exercise my duties as a merit source i also read posts from local sections through google translation (might not give me an accurate translation but does gives me an idea of what message OP is trying to pass across although haven't been doing this lately).
I didn't mean you don't visit. I remember I have gotten a merit from you on service section of altcoin, the post was an old post.

Anyway, come the point, for people with dozens account who only wait for signature campaign, doesn't matter what they will promote. They matter the cash only. For me, I wouldn't promote a scam project, even the payment is the highest.
I always have fought against the scam, tried to alert people not to join scam project, not to invest in coins without enough research, not to use an scam exchange.
For me, my standard is more precious than the cash.

I had PM'ed all the participants in the campaign and received a response from kodtycoon that he is removing the signature because he doesn't want to promote a scam.
That's a good move from both of you. Real man never promote scam, they bust.
1531  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you use a Password Manager? Which one is better? on: July 23, 2019, 06:25:27 AM
Not all webpages will recognise password managers that's why I don't use them
You can easily click on the password manager icon and copy the username, paste it, copy the password, paste it. It takes literally 5 seconds.
What if my device get hacked? Is it possible for the hacker to get my password from a password manager by having control of my device? I never felt the necessity of using a password becauss I am using only limited sites.
1532  Other / Meta / Re: My on topic posts are getting deleted on: July 23, 2019, 04:06:57 AM
Might I add...

If you are repeating the same thing that has already been said ten times over in the same thread, every five replies... that is spam.
Got it. In altcoin discussion, probably that's what I did and I am sorry about that. But the other posts, in bitcoin discussion and gambling discussion, deleted posts were neither off topic nor spam repetitive.
Thank you for defining this. Locking thread.
1533  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: July 23, 2019, 03:57:49 AM
A moderator deleted my response to your post, which is strange considering it was directed towards my previous posts - Thank you for the links. Is there some sort of minimum post length required when thanking for a response which was specifically in response to another post?
There is no minimum post length required. As long as your post is constructive as well as on topic, your post will not be deleted. But just posting a thank you is counted as spam probably.
1534  Economy / Reputation / Re: For how much money heroes and legends are willing to advertise fraud and scam? on: July 23, 2019, 03:49:08 AM
None of the participants seem familiar to me that means I haven't encountered them on the forum neither have I meirted their posts (I think), so to me they aren't worthy ambassadors of those rank they're representing. Maybe you should edit OP title to "forum members"  instead of specifying ranks because I'm positive most lower ranked users would had done the same if given the opportunity.
That's not true mate. Probably you didn't notice them, may be you are posting on limited number of boards. You didn't merit them doesn't reflect they are bad poster or they don't deserve the rank.
The problem is that, most accounts were inactive, it's simply can be said that most of the accounts are signature campaign abuser.
1535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: July 22, 2019, 05:19:34 PM
I remember this Kenya, see the highest run scorer from Indian side, Its Harbhajan singh  Grin not including Zimbabwe team, they knocked down some heavy weight in world cricket as well.
Lol, Harbajan was not that bad batsman. He has 2 centuries in test.
Like as Royse said, Kenya wasn't able to produce good players. In 2000, Kenya started to spend all of their budgets for cricket into the national team, they didn't spend in grassroots which was the main cause they weren't able to get good players later.

Off topic-
Have you guys ever tried searching "Messi Education"? Read the first line and get shocked  Grin

Edit-
Quote from: Google search "Messi Education"
Messi studied in a primary school in Bangladesh. Lionel Messi went to Las Heras for elementary school. Messi was playing soccer at a very young age. Lionel did not attend college because his potential was identified by FC Barcelona
Really!
Some of our naughty boys did heavy SEO for it. You can check the quora ans, the guy responded there.
1536  Economy / Reputation / Re: For how much money heroes and legends are willing to advertise fraud and scam? on: July 22, 2019, 05:05:19 PM

I do not understand the policy of the forum administration. They do not prohibit the advertising of dubious and fraudulent services or companies against which criminal proceedings are instituted in different countries of the world (for example, YoBit Exchange).

That would create more ridiculous picture than current. Staff could easily manipulate the system and as a result, all the faults would be upon the forum. Better not to moderate any scam, let people choose their own way.
By the way, in forum ad slots, no scam project is allowed.
1537  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Bitcoin Seller International on: July 22, 2019, 03:04:02 PM
So how do I do escrow here?
Link for me
You can contact with the most trusted escrow service of the forum. Here is the list- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2439910.0, I suggest you use DarkStar_ or Hhampuz, they both are very much trusted and sincere.
1538  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Bitcoin Seller International on: July 22, 2019, 02:45:55 PM
OP, use escrow to get customers, otherwise, no one is going to have an upfront deal with you, you are a newbie here and have no trading background here as well. To be honest, no trading background + lower rank = 99% scammer.
1539  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: July 22, 2019, 02:16:42 PM
Completely forgot that teams like Kenya and Zimbabwe even existed which is why I am honestly not shocked to see them go. Its all about entertainment value at the end of the day and these 2 teams failed to deliver.
Kenya was a much better team in back in the days than the current team. They played semi in 2003, I remember we used to have enjoyed at that point when Bangladesh won a match against Kenya. It was not that easy for Bangladesh to win a match against them those days.
1540  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for someone to promote my crypto service on: July 22, 2019, 01:33:37 PM
Just visited your site. It looks like a good service for searching bitcoin buyer and seller. Would be great if you can promote it.
Check PM here. I am interested to promote it.
