1143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the terms you decide on which casino to play? on: March 09, 2020, 01:52:27 PM
Most of the time, it's reputation I look for when I join a casino. In addition, I prefer to pick a casino which is here for a longer time. Supports are another factor when it comes to fixing any issue. I think these are the common things other people look too.
Joining a new casino is very risky. I don't usually do that unless a site give some great bonus offer. Even though they give a great bonus, I used to deposit a minimum sum to avoid being scammed.
1144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Corona is spreading in many countries!! Bitcoin is a solution for transactions on: March 09, 2020, 10:18:50 AM
Corona has been detected in Bangladesh too. 3 people were found infected in our country. Bangladesh is in a very risky position for this type of virus and can go epidemic within couple of days because of the lifestyle of Bangladeshi people. How can Bangladeshi use crypto while most of the people have no idea about this? However, the recent inflation may at least force people to find alternate of fiat.

For me, it was not a good round  Undecided Roysesuper has picked Lahore tonight Roll Eyes I think Karachi Kings has the most chance to win. Look at their bowling action too. 160 run would be a very good score for them to defend. Well it's good that roysesuper has picked Lahore. It's time for me to reduce the distance  Cheesy
1146  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: negative trust on: March 08, 2020, 02:04:08 PM
What is DT member?
DT= Default Trust
In simple words, not each and every feedback is shown in your profile, only feedback from DT member is shown. DT members are selected by the forum algorithm- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5095156.0
The people you are adding your trust list will be DT 1 for you.
The people DT 1 add to their trust list will be DT 2 for you.
If you have no custom trust list, you will trust the Default Trust member.
1147  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: why bitcoin transaction confirmation keep coming on: March 08, 2020, 01:58:29 PM
So basically if we have 6 confirmations then it becomes impossible to forge (I think thats most suited as per my little knowledge) the transactions. Lets make it 20, why doing confirmations for days. I received a payment and its confirmation is still coming 144 so far.
If we restrict confirmation to some limited figures we can sort out the scalability issue.
I think you are looking for this- https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/37582/why-are-there-so-many-confirmations
Quote
The number of confirmations indicates under how many blocks your transaction is buried. The more the confirmations, the more your transaction is secure from double-spending attacks. So the confirmations will continue growing forever - this is normal behavior.
Although it's impossible to reverse a transaction, the confirmations are securing your transactions more so that no one can reverse it. The more blocks are generated, the more confirmation each and every previous transaction get.
1148  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: negative trust on: March 08, 2020, 01:19:05 PM
1. If you have done no mistake, you will not get a negative feedback. If you receive negative feedback by mistake, you can contact with the person who left feedback and get removed the feedback. But if the person doesn't remove, no one can do anything including the admin because the trust system is not moderated.
However, if someone give wrong feedback, they will not be in DT member. So, no issue.
2. When you are going to trade, your feedback toward other will be visible and thus you will know whom to trust and whom to not.
1149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We apologize for the plagiarized white paper on: March 08, 2020, 01:03:03 PM
If you are not writing a whitepaper, how do you think that people will understand your project. Whitepaper refers to projects information and formation of the project. How a random freelancer will write that? Did Satoshi hire a freelancer for writing a whitepaper?
1150  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be careful of shitcoins on trading platforms. on: March 08, 2020, 12:43:58 PM
When you are dealing with altcoin, you should have check a lot of factors to make sure that you are not being scammed.
You have to check the price in reputed exchanges, check the liquidity before you invest and gather as much as information possible.
Altcoin world is very much complex. I usually say this to everyone. You can't even realize that you have been scammed.
1151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ✅ [ONION] DeepOnion ✅ Your Privacy Coin with Real Use Case ✅ Show me ONION News! on: March 08, 2020, 12:34:41 PM
Calm, people have their own reason. It is up to each person to believe, but most signs are made for a warning. So even though there are many flags, but people don't believe it, it will still be crowded by the community.
People may have different opinion and there's nothing wrong with that. But if you look at the most ICO coins, you will find that most of them are scam. How much projects were tagged as scam? Each projects deserve to be flagged since deeperx got flagged. But no project other than DeepOnion is tagged and flagged.

Thanks Deeper but sorry that I can't find any progress on the Light wallet for DeepOnion. Is there any plan on it in future?

@bizul, I know that the decentralization has nothing to do with quicksync but as a decentralization technology believer, we must not depend on other for sync.
1154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 07, 2020, 03:51:29 PM
Big shoutout for Sachin and Sehwag. Anyone watching the match? West Indies legend has scored 150 now Sachin and Sehwag is batting, 18/0. That's a good match to watch. I am thrilled.
Edit- Forget to share about the usual style of Sehwag. 2 fours from the first 2 ball.
1155  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Sportsbet.io presents: Liverpool & Watford €100 Giveaway (7/3/20) on: March 07, 2020, 02:47:20 PM
did I get a prize from all this, because what I predicted was in accordance with the rules in the thread.
morvillz7z is the winner here because he has predicted correctly before you. And you should not predict that which already have done by other, no matter if you followed the other rules.
1156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bangladesh has a significant amount of Bitcoin trader on: March 07, 2020, 02:00:16 PM
As long as you do not use Bangladeshi banking system for cryptocurrency transactions, the government cannot trace you. Indians were using P2P transaction to fool the banks when the ban was placed and they were successful.
They can trace but in Bangladesh govt authority isn't tracing because nothing illegal is going on and no one have filed any case or the trades going on is not that much to get the attention.
Authority have successfully traced in one or two cases. Some days ago, someone namely Masum Billah and two of his associates was caught because of doing transactions through bitcoin and fraudinh case.
1157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Importance of good marketing on: March 07, 2020, 01:47:07 PM
The gap here is I think the way projects market themseleves.
For example, the recent xx coin is promoting themselves with the name of David Chaum while there's nothing mentioned about the project itself in the marketing slogan or illustration. That creates a gap. Some people may avoid because of the way they promote while some may get decepted.
1158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: March 06, 2020, 05:30:20 PM
Although the opponent is Zimbabwe, the knock from Liton Das was amazing. It has been the highest individual score for him and Bangladesh team followed by Tamim Iqbal 158 scored in the last match.
Masrafee is going rest from tonight. As a captain, he was doing great to be honest. We will be missing him as a captain.
1159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 06, 2020, 05:19:55 PM
And btw, as JSRAW pointed out there is only 3 weeks left for IPL, so let's decide entry fee guys.
There's no fee in PSL and no one other than Royse777 have sent any amount in the pool although I have promised to send an amount which I will say of course.
In IPL, there must be an entry fee which is flexible for everyone. May be 0.001 BTC is good for me which other may not. It would be good if Royse creates a poll to decide the entry fee.
