Yeah, it sounds like science fiction, but do you actually realize that Yifu could have ass-raped the network back in January if he wished to, don't you?

Wrong!? Its undeniable that someone had some "fun" testing 300 machines before delivering.
But If what they say its true, that they are struggling to finish machines, how to rape the network with 20terahash only?

If they decided to go solo in January and to produce 600 machines they would have had 40TH/s. In January that was more than enough to ass-rape the network.

And it's Yifu, a student in his 20s. Wait for REALLY big players to step into this game.

How come, if they needed our money to finish the batch?

Yifu is 20s, what tasks is he responsible for in this project? Management? Support? Speaking? Other?
Maybe all other avalon team member have much more experience than that.
One thing is certain, he wanted to be the first asic manufacturer, he *almost* did it, if it wasnt for asicminer, but still a very nice acomplishment.

acabei convertendo e comprando uns creditos pra skype.

569  Local / Primeiros Passos (Iniciantes) / Re: Novatos Postem Aqui on: June 04, 2013, 03:25:22 AM
google: "bitcoin mining hardware"
570  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: [INFO] Custo do Bitcoin no mercado P2P.

571  Local / Economia & Mercado / Bitcoins->Dealxtreme - Quer gastar seus bitcoins no dealextreme? on: June 04, 2013, 01:05:07 AM
Converto Bitcoins e pago tua conta no dealextreme.

Simples.
572  Local / Primeiros Passos (Iniciantes) / Re: Novatos Postem Aqui on: June 04, 2013, 01:00:46 AM

Bem vindo

Fale comigo.
573  Other / Off-topic / Re: Avalon unit arrived in a badly damaged condition. on: June 04, 2013, 12:58:26 AM
UPDATE: 50 days after I received the damaged unit, I'm still waiting for Bitsyncom to provide any guidance regarding the replacement they initially promised.  Shocked

FWIW, at Bitcoin2013 Yifu said he didn't understand why you did not send the unit back to the address on the shipping label. He spoke quite excitedly like this was the obvious thing to do.

Personally, I would not send a package back unsolicited....but who knows how they work over there.

Maybe it's worth the risk to send it back since it's just sitting there

Let me understand , the guy came here to this post and didnt send one PM to arvicco requesting the board then months later he says it was obvious thing to do ? Thats what I call good communication...
574  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon batch [2] countdown! on: June 04, 2013, 12:50:21 AM
I think thats almost 30 machines delivered.

Lucky ones, secure the network, keep the idea alive, now let us mortals wait more and more.  Ill have my breakfast now. Thanks.

you are quoting another user that I wont even talk about. The proof against him is all around  the forum.
curious fact: After above mentioned user lost his staff position due to misconducting, you came out of nowhere to substitute him.
are you linked somehow?

you are a newcomer that is trying to take over forums visibility, you as misbehaving on your position since day one.

STOP deleting threads that generate valid discussions and go back to your sellings, you are a professional seller, stop trying to make the forum your private outdoor, and its silly you give yourself feedback for your transactions because your fakes never come back to this forum, maybe they were never real people dealing with bitcoins.

stop silently editing user posts :

Hello theymos we need edited posts shown in a more explicit way.

stop creating fakes, I guess at least thes are yours:

stop advertising your facebook, reddit, and all the shit you bring the links and only the links to this forum.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=220423.msg2320966#msg2320966
you say in this topic towards newbies that you are the only one selling bitcoins person to person, is that a joke?

I would challenge you to quit your position of moderator, but I know you are not confident enough to leave behind your tiny little power.

PS: dont send me PM, yesterday I tried to answer one of them and I noticed you had blocked me. So, dont bloat my very useful inbox with your rigmarole nonsense.
576  Other / Meta / Re: brazilian moderador is using his power to sell more bitcoins and delete posts on: June 03, 2013, 11:59:44 PM
I opened a thread to discuss moderators conduct and.... its gone!

where is that moderators log page?

577  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 1.7G 80W / 3.4G 160W FPGA - Selling on: June 03, 2013, 04:39:52 PM
I am not an engineer. As far as I understand they found a way to do some over-clocking combined with the bigger fan.
As soon as I test them I will provide screens. They push it to 420 - 430mh/s per board, so with 4 boards 1.7G is possible.

PS: Yeah, the ROI is always a problem since the beginning of this year ; )

The custom mining thread is full of posts about Spartan 6 LX150 FPGA boards, and I'm sure that if someone had managed to overclock them to that extent we'd have heard about. You're not dipping them in liquid nitrogen by any chance?

Seriously guys, due diligence here.

Some lancelots can actually do ~420 mhash, needs the latest firmware release by ngzhang, for those boards that can not perform at that rate,  I guess some mod is needed. I saw many lancelots modded and that kinda ruins the board's good looking.

I think that  what blackarrow is doing is making that mod a default setting combined with latest firmware.
578  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 450Mhash/s 18W for sale $500 !!! on: June 03, 2013, 04:17:10 PM
Why is this selling in newbies place?

pay attention that green PCB is probably only for testing, the real thing is blue.
can you post some pictures?

also, can you explain how can you get 470mhash from Icarus?
And if thats possbile explain how can it be same wattage as original ones that perform at 380mhash?

be careful everyone.

green boards are cheaper. I am not an engineer - I receive, test, and resell. I don't even mine. I am in China, so I try go get people and cheaper option while making enough profit for myself. But I agree that people should be careful - yes.

I found a better supplier with spartan6 chips (yeah, on a blue board), the thread is here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=224445.0

PS: i have no rights to post on the marketplace, since I am a "newbie" on this forum.

Dude the problem here is just the mhash/watts of the boards you are advertising. Its not in discussion if you a "newbie" in this forum Wink

580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do I sell my XRP's? on: June 03, 2013, 03:23:15 PM
ive seen this: still working? how long untill btc transfer go through?  I sold a few ripples to try.

Did you sell them through the ripple network? How did it go?

I did this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=209338.0

After some minutes  I got on bitstamp the exact same ammount of btc I bought with my ripples.

I must be tired. I could swear I have put that on my previous post.

Ahhh okay thanks, I hadn't seen that guide yet, I will check it out... Although in that guide it gives the ripple gateway address, is that the same address for everyone then? How does that work?

Thanks for your input though, good on you...

You may now go to bed! Smiley lol (I was up till 4am last night in the cryptoworld, addictive, ain't it! lol)

That is bitstamp gateway. Should be the same for everyone, and I must say that I had no trouble with my transaction. But what do I know?
I used ripple three times: check when I got some in the giveaway, to test the network I sent 2000k to two of my friends, and today, three days after I saw that thread to avoid middle man, I transacted some more for BTC.

Im withdrawing my btc to my wallet right now Cheesy
