It does look like my personal endeavors may keep me from hosting the hangout tomorrow. I apologize for that. The snow has already started to fly here and we do need to wrap up this year's harvest as soon as possible. The weekends are the time the most hands are available. If there is any surplus of hands, I certainly will dip out and host the meeting. But, that is only if I can. Tentatively, I must cancel.  

Possibly en lieu of that meeting, a quick update:

- Development - You may be finding a v1.7 EverGreenCoin wallet in your peer list. Testing has moved to main net. I am very excited for the possibilities the 'dynamic', for lack of a better name, staking for charity opens. Organizations and other green causes will be able to leverage staking for charity in un-thought-of ways. Working closely with EverGreenCoin they can tailor simple instructions to their base. Bringing them into our base with a very unique and pain-free experience.  I have all the staking for charity dialog messages working intuitively, guiding users to a very easy experience. No longer will there be misleading lock messages when not unlocked for sending. I am proud to have EverGreenCoin bringing users a truly unique staking for charity implementation. Also the less-than-perfect system tray icon is finally replace in v1.7. Thank you for tolerating it as long as you have.
- Business - We did this week receive a state charter number. This number was needed to proceed to the next layer of red tape. Please understand there is much paperwork in this process. Thank you to the community members that have helped and it is proceeding as planned and on schedule.


Ok, again, I hope I can escape the cold corn field to host tomorrow. I do apologize in advance if I am unable to. If I can get away briefly to have a quick meeting, I will announce that with as much notice as possible.

Today's meeting was not recorded. With only 4 participants and a very (1+ hr) "prolonged" start because of some soap-boxing, by the time we were ready for the agenda, we were all frustrated and eager to complete the meeting. That discussion items of the agenda were:

- Price - EGC has been fairing the bitcoin storm better than many. USD price still hovering around $0.20, usually on the plus side of 20 cents.
- v1.7 - Version 1.7 is not yet readied. I advised participants another week or 2 would be needed. The delay comes from personal time constraints due to harvest and other professional responsibilities. Thank you for your patience.
- IEO - The funding goal to purchase founding shares of IEO on the EGC Foundation's behalf was reached. Thanks to the community members who contributed. James was transferred the funds Nov 3rd and paperwork is still being finalized. More public announcements shortly after. James extends his sincere thanks. Community members that would like access to the 'IEO Shareholders' Facebook Group (were most discussions are held) should contact me privately. All IEO shareholders information will be discussed during EGC community meetings to ensure the EGC Foundation's position is represented as the community wishes. More details to come along with plans to install Solar Stakers during customers IEO solar installations, Internet connectivity permitting as some customers will not have Internet access.
- Business - Domain registration was renewed and registration data was updated for the EverGreenCoin Foundation, Inc.
- Business - State documents and fees were filed and paid to start the 501c3 process at a state level on Oct. 30th. These documents needed the federal information to be complete, which was acquired only Oct. 27th. The paperwork is proceeding as planned, though this step is expected a 2 week wait.

YoBit has yet to upgrade to a mandatory upgrade that was many months ago. They were informed prior to a hardfork and did not upgrade as requested. To no avail of many support tickets, emails, and tweets from many members of the community, they have yet to upgrade to this day.

Only YoBit can upgrade YoBit's EverGreenCoin wallet. Please submit a support ticket to YoBit asking them to upgrade. Thanks in advance for your time in doing so.

The cryptocurrency markets are very volatile. This volatility often times comes from many, many outside factors. Projecting price out 6 months might be anyone's guess. We have tools to help you formulate your own guess. But remember, many outside factors (Bitcoin, bitcoin forks, governments, ect.) could turn your guess up-side-down. As with any investment, never invest more than you can afford.

I certainly have no control over price, as frostminer said. We can only influence price by continuing to move the project forward. IF that was the only factor that dictated price, to the treetop, without question.

The EverGreenCoin Foundation, Inc. is positioning itself to make a rather large investment into IEO in exchange for founding shares of IEO. These funds will be used for IEO's first paying-customer install and, James admits and in his own words, "Therefor helps make every install IEO will ever do possible!" James and I have talked at great length of IEO and EGC partnering, other communities franchising, and even moving outside of the USA with these efforts eventually. Essentially, we would be partnering with IEO and this investment. You as EGC community members would have a voice on IEO's board by proxy through the EGC foundation's board of directors.

I do understand peoples' reservations about the risks involved in this investment. I ask you consider the possible rewards, both financial, environmental, and from a PR prospective. Please give his above video a look and listen.

Of course, this will be discussed in more detail at the EGC board meeting but opinions or comments can be voiced anywhere. Publicly or privately. The video was posted on many outlets already, but I wanted to make sure the community here was aware of it.

I am pleased to announce, The EverGreenCoin Foundation is now incorporated! That's right, EverGreenCoin Foundation, Inc.

We now have a federal EIN (Employer Identification Number) here in the United States and is the number used for tax purposes. This is the number other businesses and individuals would need to conduct business with the foundation, both in and out of the United States. This is the first step to becoming a 501c3 and does mark the beginning of the foundation becoming a legal entity in the United States. In many ways, this signifies the foundation's 'birth'. For example, now the EverGreenCoin trademark can be transferred into the foundation's name and out of my own name. Because it has a legal name, "EverGreenCoin Foundation, Inc."

Now that we have a federal EIN, the state-level steps can start with the continued federal-level steps. Many of these documents needed this number before they could be filed.

It is a long process, but it is progressing as planned. Thank you for the support!
