Pricewise, it doesn't look good. Now, under 2k sat is just normal price and it looks like the trend is further down. Strong Bitcoin is not helping either, but that is not the main cause for the decrease.
Interesting, On Yobit all my sell orders up to 5k got filled earlier today... Not sure what happened there - but glad to have got over 100% profit on some of those sales, but Trex is still at 1900. Could mean that something is building - or somebody accidentally filled out a large order. IMO We need to increase the marketing of the coin a bit more. Most of the discussions are offline on slack which may make it more difficult for more people to find EGC. That must have been someone's fat finger, as there is plenty of cheap(er) coins available on the sell side on Bittrex. But leaving price aside, much more importantly the total trading volume has diminished considerably. That is not a good sign at all. If there was pressure building somewhere, the volume would have bumped by now. I was the author of this work in YoBit! I resumed my investments of this fine coin. In lieu of the new website and portal being in a sound enough state for launching and to go live, we have decided that rather than wait until next year, Jan 7th 2017, as previously scheduled for the next community meeting and hangout, we will have it today, Saturday December 17th at 17:00 GMT.

I'm going to have to miss it again - I've been roped into dressing as an elf and handing presents around our village at 5pm - followed by drinking a lot of alcohol =) Would be great to hear what was discussed =) No worries, starmman. =) For the most part, we discussed the new website. We walked through it a few time as participants came and left, pointing out the highlights. We did go ahead and make it live, it is now viewable. Much of the content is not yet complete but, we felt it is sound enough to go forward while we finish with it live. As always, feedback is greatly appreciated. Any help from the community is more than appreciated. So if anyone would like to contribute, I would love to hear from you. We do know there are minor aesthetic blemishes, but the picture is painted vividly enough to present. I hope everyone agrees and does like what they see. We also discussed UniqueBTC. While one participate assured me the project was over, citing a lack of interest, another urged me to look at a new business plan. One stated only 48 participants and another stated 100, either of which I personally feel would be enough interest to move forward. I have a meeting tomorrow where I will be presented with more facts. Enjoy handing out the presents to the children! That sounds very nice and nice of you to do. But sure it might require some drinks afterwards. Cheers! |

Please do verify your copy of the EverGreenCoin blockchain against the block explorer and do not move any EverGreenCoin to or from an exchange until they have been verified to be on the correct blockchain. An alarming low number of connections on the seednodes is indicating to me that there is an unintentional fork on the network. Sorry for the inconvenience. Anyone else having a problem with EverGreenCoin Wallet. Its not synchronizing. Blocks remaining is getting higher. I seem to be stuck at 716843. Any suggestions?
thats said ... what is your .conf parameters? ... if you have ANY addnodes in the file - remove ALL of them and resync ... even if it means deleting the entire blockchain and syncing from the start again ... you may be forking due to them ... and if you are not in a fork - check firewalls and all other apps that may block your access to the blockchain ... #crysx Where can I find the .conf parameter?. I'm on a mac. Thanks! The .conf parameters he speaks of would be within the evergreencoin.conf file. On a Mac this would be located within /Users/YOUR USERNAME HERE/Library/Application Support/EverGreenCoin/ though you may not have an evergreencoin.conf file because it is not needed. I would suggest to close your wallet, delete the peers.dat file that is also located within /Users/YOUR USERNAME HERE/Library/Application Support/EverGreenCoin/ and then relaunch the wallet and allow it to run its course. Be careful not to delete your wallet.dat file as that is irreplaceable and contains your coins. |

Sorry I missed the meeting, I was travelling again. We seem to be totally manic these days - maybe I'll make the next. Any significant news? The most significant news was that of the community undertaking the new website/portal in liue of Sci Fi Domain's seemingly non-existant desire to meet contractual obligations. We have collectively been working on a few development environments, but only for a week. Use of the multiple environments has allowed us to experiment with various software / plug-in / theme / and layout configurations. While none of them are polished, you will find that in a weeks time we do have all of the promised components in place, but still testing and configuring.
