561  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we see Bitcoin fall in 2018? on: January 03, 2018, 07:01:54 PM
Shit man there is no way to fall btc ok . if hold btc then just wait and see btc where it go . btw its a digital currency and its have a price correction too so i f u have any doubt dew to price fall then u can leave it . still i am positive about btc .

I do believe in your opinion, Even the value of bitcoins might fall down in 2018, It does not mean that it is a bad thing for us because we can still invest on bitcoins while the value is low and we should just think of it as a good thing to earn more profit in the next few months to come.

Yes, the value will fall, and not only the correction is the cause for it, also the pump and dump and again pump game is very much happening at this high value. Sp yeah, obviously it will fall, but I hope it won't effect the long term investor.
562  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Converting BTC to real money on: January 03, 2018, 06:21:22 PM
Converting BTC to real money/fiat is quite easy as of now, but can only be done through exchanges which requires KYC verification and the government can track the money movement. Another method is via local fellow peoples around the country or city, which is not hard to find but they are hard to believe these days. But local exchanges are more faster than the other method. So mostly prefer the first one unless they don't have issue showing their transaction.
563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you like slot games ? on: January 01, 2018, 08:57:12 PM
Ya, I do, but as many said I agree with them and I also play or like it for fun and enjoyment. In this gambling game the loosing streak is way to higher but still I do play it as it gives me some sort of delight. But I don't let it overcome me,as if it continues the game publisher or owner will get i=rich and I will become monetarily affected. I find it similar to dice, but here the variety is more.
564  Economy / Economics / Re: Are electric cars bad for the oil industry? on: January 01, 2018, 08:30:36 PM
Title.

So. Electric cars are gaining in popularity, therefore the popularity of gasoline will be going down. Won't the price go down, leaving the oil industry in trouble?

Of course it is, oil companies would have less demand if people would start using electric cars. People would be able to save a lot of money and they will not need to purchase gasoline and oil for their car. Some oil companies would be bankrupt and maybe forced to close their companies if this happens.

Oil demand will reduce for sure, but not completely. The general public customers will be greatly affected, but industries will still be there customers. Larger vehicles and electric generators will be there and they will require oil. Till the time comes, probably the small oil companies who will endangered for bankruptcy will I guess shift towards new business.
565  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Are Now Used in Crimes on: January 01, 2018, 07:34:03 PM
Of course it is. Transactions using bitcoin are untraceable. You remain anonymous for every transactions thats why bitcoin is convenient to use as a payment for something illegal like drugs.
Nope, Bitcoin transaction is traceable because Bitcoin is pseudo-anonymous. You can easily search for the untraceable currencies just by looking it at google. Personally, I don't give care if Bitcoin used in the illegal transaction, even the cash system is used for something illegal.

As it requires no name or no ownership except the private keys, its hard to trace the original owner as its very easy to hide the IPs and thus the identity. So its traceable but simultaneously its hard unless mistakes are made. Ya totally agree not only cryptocurrency but lot more cash is being used for crime, but Bitcoin does supports or help in some way to perform the crimes, specially ransom.
566  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Frustrations: Losing Streak on: December 31, 2017, 09:08:47 PM
Losing is painful, but gambling is a activity where a gambler indulges purposefully and knowing its gonna hurt. So turning it into frustrations might turn more painful and end up in a bad turn. And Bitcoin gambling can really turn into bad scenario if you have no self control over your losing streak related emotion. The rising price might increase regret and thus increasing frustrations.
567  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: December 31, 2017, 08:07:45 PM
Brisbane Heat v Adelaide Strikers , odds are pretty good for both teams right now but since Brisbane heat has got high class players and the target is very much reachable I am going for them @ 1.6.

I went for Adelaide Strikers after looking at their record for the past few matches. I agree that Brisbane Heat does have quite a few world class players. But what is the point in having these heavy-weights, if they are not preforming? After a few losses in BBL, I got this one right. It was a completely one sided match which was won by the Strikers.

Strikers did well no doubt, but as usual Brisbane lacked the competition they needed to through at their opponent. Absolutely the way they play having those great players in their team, its too boring. T20 is a entertainment game and this game kind of didn't reach the point.

568  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin reach 40k at the end of 2018? on: December 31, 2017, 07:49:38 PM
This year Bitcoin has changed our way of thinking about cryptocurrency. We never thought the price could rise so high in just a year. Now the price is having a correction and will decrease to 10K. That will attract the mainstream to step in and bitcoin will rise again to 30K in March. So, 40K is within reach at the end of 2018.

Absolutely true, people just started to get knowledge about Bitcoin and its technology and also the future of blockchain technology. As people gets to know deeper, I believe the demand will increase and thus the price as well. So its pretty much possible it touches the stated value. But its hard though as pump and dump will still exist even if it grows with a strong base.
569  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is rising again... on: December 31, 2017, 07:06:04 PM
Bitcoin as predicted, fell a little just before the New Year and only before that we can see it rebounded. Now I believe and hope the journey of upliftment or uprising begun again. Wtihin a day or two or 1 week everything is going to come to normal and we might see a new high pretty soon.
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what makes you trust a new altcoin? on: December 30, 2017, 09:00:59 PM
Good Team, Good idea with good future aspects and prospects with long sustainable idea which can possibly give good return if I talk about investment opportunity. Also there are new upcoming gaming coins being released or will be in near future which looks good for gamer.
For daily usage I don't really trust and mostly I cannot use them as only few altcoins are being accepted by goods trader online or local.
571  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: December 30, 2017, 08:42:54 PM
Well, I personally don't think there is anything to feel shameful about by being a gambler as it might be fun for alot of people. But, becoming a gamblinh addict would definitely be shameful. So, like gambling addicts you should not bet too high and get depressed if you lose all your money. Keeping a limoted amount of money for gambling should work out. Also you should just gamble for fun, if it becomes even a little bit stressful you should just stop for the time being.

Addiction is shameful, shows lack of self control over himself. I found it shameful or I felt ashamed when my elders came to know I did it, but later I said them its just for fun and I am not an addict. They still doesn't like it, so I feel ashamed an try to avoid letting them know. Otherwise nothing to be ashamed of if one is a casual gambler. I gamble for enjoyment, I don't feel guilty but I do feel shameful in front of my elder who doesn't like gambling activities.
572  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: December 30, 2017, 08:26:37 PM
Today's game, Manchester United ended with a draw with their opponent Southampton was a strange thing. I expected ManU to win this game, now it became more troublesome and kind of really tough for ManU to chase Manchester City. Southampton no doubt played a good one defending perfectly, but I would say with quite a many Yellow Cards.
573  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your advice: When should I cash out? on: December 29, 2017, 08:29:18 PM
This I think is the main problem of many traders as the time for cashing out is not predictable and usually leads to confusions. But my strategy is to cash out when I have earned at least 2x from my investment.

Nobody can say when is a right time to sell, what if its fall 10% but jumps up 80%. So selling is totally a traders call based on his personal understanding and satisfaction. I also sell when its like over 80% upon my capital invested. But I do prefer to wait to cross it more unless I find its getting risky or not worth in the future.
574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: December 29, 2017, 07:52:32 PM
Really pleased to see England performing well in this 4th test and have the upper hand now...Altair cooks making his 5th double hundred and broad played well as well... I would love to see England winning this match now
Really glad to see England fighting back with Cook and Board putting up a hundred run partnership in the tenth wicket which is really great to see as a performance as they frustrated the Australian bowling line up with the way they handled those situations,if not for Cook's performance England would not have scored this many runs,if they can bowl out Australia they could win this or draw this match.
Now we have just two results for this match Draw or England as this is very good lead for visitors they can play safe now 150+ great job by Cool and Broad both play very positive and good cricket specially Broad was on fire I believe this was not catch but still we cannot do with technology and give this controversial decision clearly all watching ball was not in hand but still good game for visitors

England lead by 164 runs in the 1st innings and lost all wickets. Now need to see how they will bowl out Australian in second innings.

Australia started their second innings very carefully and they scored 26 runs in first ten overs without losing wickets. This is the best start from Australia because there is a chance that they can lose wickets if they go after a bowler when a bowl is still new. Australia currently trails by 138 runs. England has to pick wickets quickly otherwise they will lose a chance to win this match.
Day 4 stumps AUS made 103/2 and trail by 61 runs. Only one day left if England wants to win this match they have pick 8 wickets and restrict AUS for a low score. I think this could be not possible AUS will play for Draw because they know they can't win this game. England missed a good opportunity to win this game.
As I predicted , this match is going to end as draw but there is a slight chance that England can win this if they bowl really well tomorrow , they gotto restrict Aussies to atleast like 400 so that they can chase down 250 on the last day but it doesn't seem like it.

Nice one if you did so, maximum probability is its a draw, unless some miraculous activity takes place or done by England tomorrow. The possibilty you stated can only be possible if its quick enough because if its crosses lunch time I don't feel its a good thing for England batsman if its like 250-300 to chase to win.
575  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Relationships! on: December 29, 2017, 06:47:52 PM
Anyone who has ever been or are in a committed relationship or marriage where both people gamble? Or in a relationship with a gambler with a friend, best friend, family related etc...  Knowing you are in it together is weird comforting and gives me some sort of undefined explanation.

What does that look like for you? Your experience needs to be heard.
Yeah i have a really close friend of mine who is a gambler and there is nothing sort of weird about that. We even play together sometimes and its great. But , on the other hand i also have relative of mine who also gamble and even knows about me so here comes a bit of awkwardness and i feel really embarrassing and clumsy in front of him. I kind of avoid having too much talk with him.

I guess family sees gambling differently from what a friend or someone outside your family might see. Maybe the family expected so much from you after their investment in you but a friend you meet on the streets who might probably not know how you started out life will be cool with anything including your gambling lifestyle.
Regardless of the popularity and attraction in gambling, there are still many people who consider gambling an unethical thing. Your family will not like it when they come to know that you gamble. They will always advise you to stay away from it, or minimize it. They will want you to do any business activity but gambling. On the other hand, friends will get impressed by your gambling habit.

Gambling ruining lives has good number of stories floating around and being heard quite soon within few weeks apart, so it does gets into notice of elders who wants to save or invest rather than just doing something which nearly wastes it within few minutes or hours. My friends also does not encourage hardcore gambling, but they do bet on games of badminton etc where they just use the money as prize money. I won't say its gambling but kind of betting and a safe and good one.
576  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Will Change Everything on: December 29, 2017, 06:52:48 AM
Bitcoin is and will change lives financially but another important thing it did is promote blockchain technology which will surely revolutionize the industry in upcoming future. So directly and indirectly it will do and has already make changes in the world.
577  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin ever be $5,000 again? on: December 28, 2017, 06:02:23 PM
$5000 is not impossible but unless drastic crash takes place or people says the bubble will burst, then it might happen. But it doesnt seems it would happen, but recent crash made me believe anything can happen.
578  Economy / Economics / Re: Is trading just educated guessing? on: December 27, 2017, 09:55:12 PM
Can you really be sure you will profit unless you have insider info?

No, In doing trading need analysis. Not just anyone can analyze the market. I think only a genius who can trade. I do not have the talent to do that.

You don't have to be a genius in order to experience a successful trading in Cryptocurrency market. Just proper knowledge and analytical skills will be enough. And this skills are easily acquirable so one trying to learn it will not be tough. I agree its not a guess work, its completely analysis which helps a trader be successful.
579  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin offline transaction like fiat money? on: December 27, 2017, 08:52:16 PM
Like why? Is it necessary? Bitcoin or other coins were meant to be existing with the benefit of being online with new technology. So why make it offline, and probably it will not be possible unless its physical version or paper version is released which will destroy the USP of this technology.
580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: December 27, 2017, 07:41:43 PM
Now, that was some awesome bowling example. Nice one but England team. I was doubting about there white wash, but they showed some relief by there performance. The batsman are also playing well but still need to stick to current performance to save themselves.
Don't know why but I feel Australians are also not giving full effort as they already won the Ashes series.
