581  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you describe the situations of the crypto market today? on: January 21, 2019, 06:16:20 AM
Right now the market is at stead, especially when BTC is steadily hanging around on that $3k mark, and there are lots of happening in the past few weeks, one of here is Ripple regaining that 2nd spot in just 3 to 4 weeks and with ETH not being able to recover quickly, I was shocked when I saw XRP going 2nd again, though this is not as important as the other things that has happened though it would be nice to inform you guys aboyt this since a lot of people expected Ethereum to go all the way this 2019 on that 2nd spot.
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH next to BTC? on: January 21, 2019, 05:51:23 AM
Not actually comparable to Bitcoin since ETH is not looking so good right now, don't get me wrong I do support Ethereum and will continue to use ETH but as what I see right now is that the price and everything is being overwhelmed by XRP, XRP is not that big of a deal but I get the OP's point here, in the future we'll see if ETH would really be consistent and be able to take the odds.
583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Hodling Coins!!! on: January 21, 2019, 05:08:57 AM
HODLing shouldn't be the first option and everyone knows this, HODLers tend to HODL because they know and feel that the price is about to go up, good hodlers know this, but if the price is not going so well, then they hold up another option rather than hodling because that would be ironic to hold when you know that price is going down.
584  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin will pump like crazy on: January 21, 2019, 04:47:39 AM
pumped up? why do you mention that bitcoin will be pumped like crazy? while at this time the price is actually decreasing.
maybe even the price can continue to decline in the next few days.

The price did not decline, the price went stable for a while and probably will be like this until February starts, hopefully the price does not dump when February commences, not sure and don't want to assume if there will be a crazy pump or just simply a price pump when the month of Feb starts, don't want to expect too much.
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why all coins are dropping? on: January 20, 2019, 07:32:17 PM
In every drop there will always be a valid reason, but just to be clear, you shouldn't base the market's status on BTC alone, because some coins are popping up and some are dropping off, and some altcoins will have their own reason on why the price is dropping, same with the other altcoins.
586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquaio vs. Adrien Broner on: January 20, 2019, 07:01:37 PM
Well my bet just went out successfully, I knew that Pacquiao was going to punch him off, I love the fight all the way from the start to the finish, did not like Broner's attitude when the fight was over, could have complained when it wasn't live anymore, you'll see how cocky he was from the start onto the finish line, and that is why he lacked on everything.
587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The consequences of gambling on: January 20, 2019, 06:47:12 PM
The OP explained it very well, these are the possible consequences, but the OP got the title wrong, its not about literally gambling but this is about addiction in gambling, there are gamblers that have their own composure, and this topic is mainly for those who cannot keep up with themselves, this one helped out my friend who is addicted to gambling that he lost his own job because of gambling.
588  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen to bitcoin? on: January 20, 2019, 05:10:48 PM
Bitcoin at the present time resembles as a bubble.Once it goes up, it immediately pops out.  It is normal that the price of bitcoin gets down but it's been a long time since it is on its original value or higher than its real value. Those who invest these past few months are suffering a lot of loaaes and they are losing hope that bitcoin will continue to drastically decrease in value.  Do you have guys some advice for me? It will be really appreciated and I will be eternal grateful.

And the problem back then is that people thought of Bitcoin as a bubble, a literal bubble that when it pops its gone forever, one of my curious friends have read a topic in the forum that Bitcoin is just a bubble, and when he explained it to me he told me that BTC will only last when the bubble explodes and I cringed but at the same time I have to understand that he is new and he can easily be tricked by someone in the forum.
589  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you describe the situations of the crypto market today? on: January 20, 2019, 04:23:04 PM
First of all, the market is currently in a stable shape right now, BTC is currently on hold on that $3k mark, and not only Bitcoin but other cryptocurrencies as well are having some stability on the prices, I don't know when the price would go up, and I hope that it doesn't go down since it would really be good for the market as well if the price goes up.
590  Economy / Economics / Re: Where should we focus this year? on: January 20, 2019, 03:29:35 PM
That is the problem, if someone tried to influence other people about Blockchain and probably any part of cryptocurrency most especially Bitcoin without having the proper knowledge about it then its going to be very ugly, and the main thing here is that if you ought to tell someone about something then you should know what to say, that's the moral lesson about this.
591  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Worth To Be Currency? on: January 19, 2019, 05:26:32 PM
In my own words, I don't think that BTC is ready to be considered as the currency that we'll be using in the future, the prediction is too vague, Bitcoin needs to develop more and people need to recognize about BTC first and how it could benefit us, its quite hard but nothing is impossible though, just wishing that BTC would continue to develop as alts would likely to evolve as well.
592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose a good project? on: January 19, 2019, 04:41:05 PM
Can you help me choose projects? Last year I met 15 scam projects. very depressed.

I understand and heavily relate to this, I invested in 2 scam projects with a huge amount of BTC, after waiting for so long I ended up getting none out of the investment I've pur in, though on my next investments I was able to regain and gain more out of the amount of Bitcoins that I have lost, its easy to find out a scam project, just have to know if they can really obtain their goals and to know if they are legitimate.
593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Definition of Winning in Gambling on: January 19, 2019, 04:12:29 PM
For me, the definition of winning in gambling is not by simply winning, you in yourself would know what WINNING is, and in my own perspective of winning in gambling I think that you are winning if you know that you're making trades perfectly, trading your money and getting out the maximum potential profit out of it, and that is simply winning in gambling.
594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquaio vs. Adrien Broner on: January 19, 2019, 01:33:40 PM
Today i found interesting review on my local tv show that weakness of Manny Pacquaio sometimes he was attack without thinking of defense and tend to be careless and i think Broner can utilize this with playing more calm until Pacquaio off guard and this time i hightly doubt Pacquaio can win the fight indeed he was legend but his performance not good again such as several years ago

You know that its not gonna be a weakness that Pacquiao does not know if it is broadcasted on a local tv show, its obvious that a lot of people have already distinguished Pacquiao's weaknesses, even back then when he was at his prime a lot of analysts and probably the opponents' side of people tried to find out the weaknesses of Pacquiao, so this is not the only time it happened, but it is a weakness that many of us have feared, I support Pacquiao but I'm gonna be completely unbiased when it comes to analayzing, again its gonna be a tough fight for both men since one has an advantage and a disadvantage at the same time, I am stoked for this event.
595  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we get people to use bitcoin as a currency? on: January 19, 2019, 07:37:23 AM
Its a process, its not simply by gathering people into BTC and making it as their currency, it will take tons of years before people completely jumps into Bitcoin, but I don't think that people would likely to make BTC as their currency right away, there will be a lot of doubts and arguments and I don't think that they are ready yet for this kind of change, lets take it slowly and let the process go its way.
596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Old coins vs new coins on: January 18, 2019, 07:05:32 PM
Bullruns don't happen everytime though but I had to say that altcoins would keep on coming but I don't think that it would be comparable to BTC because.it will still remain undeniably on #1, however as technology rises so does the new coins too, and if coins kept on improving then I think that someday there will be a close fight between thar #1 spot against BTC.
597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to get reliable bounties on: January 18, 2019, 06:49:34 PM

598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple will be great again on: January 18, 2019, 03:13:33 PM
XRP is going a good run, if you'd look at the rankings I think that it will remain #2 for a while, they have surpassed the price and has widened the gap towards ETH, but for how long could this stay here? I'm a huge ETH fan here but I'll be unbiased and be fair to say that Ripple is doing great and I am proud as well, hopefully people would be able to benefit from this.
599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the reason of ETH bull run? on: January 18, 2019, 01:19:16 PM
And for more clarifications the hardfork was the main reason on why the price of ETH would likely to go up, the dates had already passed and I think the price of ETH went up but not enough, XRP went up even further and I think ETH would likely to gather more bulls if they want to regain that 2nd spot again.
600  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the problem of trust in projects? on: January 14, 2019, 02:26:57 AM
There are so many scam projects going on. people are now afraid of joining ico.
1.  i think ico should be removed. because the frauds have multiplied and people are now having difficulty in distinguishing the truth.

2. if there is no money to develop the project, please do not try to project it. also from the ico when it comes to the stock market is not 3k 5k. even lower than the price you get. because the investor does not know which one to buy.

3. no one is buying token, my regimen does not want to spend 3 or 5 years. when it gets 10% higher than it bought.

4. there are hundreds of projects in each stock exchange. Someone stop them.

Yup, and the problem here as well is that projects of ICOs tend to fail, and now they will have big problems, one of that problem is knowing how to return the money invested in by many people, so now the problem is its either they take the money or return it, if they don't return the money then it's clear that its all going to be a scam, watch out for ICOs like this, though I can say that there are real ICOs out there that will stick to what they say, be picky and know what ICO to invest on.
