5921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin being used for illegal activities on: March 17, 2016, 04:18:34 PM
Yes is it being used to do illegal activities like buying drug and guns.
If you look back these past few years theres a website called silkroad which sells illegal items that cant be sold on a normal site.
On darkweb you can watch people getting killed with a cost of bitcoin.

Yup it is used by illegal activities. But I think it is normal to use Bitcoin for illegal activities. Nobody can control you and cant see what you bought.
But I think that must stop soon. Banks don't like it either and the government too.
The criminals are working their way normal and they are getting benefitted from any currency which is convenient for them, so with bitcoin they consider themselves as secure and anonymous.
5922  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What "facts" you heard about Bitcoin is not true? on: March 17, 2016, 04:04:46 PM
Bitcoin contains a virus that will override your computer and make you part of some hackers great network.
Or that its mainly used by terrorists and drug dealers.
I was also worried about that it has some virus which will attack on your computer and will destroy your computer and will hack all your data and accounts, but it is not true bitcoin is a safe currency working like a normal currency.
5923  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC to 5000$ soon on: March 17, 2016, 01:41:09 PM
It's too early to have a very high assumption about the price of bitcoin. I think it will just hit 1000usd for 2017-2018. But we dn't really know cause as far as I'm concern if many people leave MMM which I know got influence by the btc fluctuation last november 2015 this may also affect the price of bitcoin because MMM use bitcoin crypto-currency.
Yes it is too early to have that assumption. No one will believe that it will happen sooner. In this year a number of people are in doubt that whether the price will reach $1000. So how can they believe in $5000.
5924  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: March 16, 2016, 06:00:58 PM
Governments dont need to take care and control everything, they rule already a country soo bitcoin belongs to the people.Giving back to the people the power to choose what you wanna to do with your money. They dont control the fiat soo why would they like to control bitcoin, they should tax it and let it free otherwise no one will say that own bitcoin.
Yes, for bitcoin I do not think we need a government. But just need an organization which will be an international organization and will organize and maintain all the affairs and issues to bitcoin.
5925  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10,000 per Bitcoin ??? on: March 16, 2016, 05:53:09 PM
That will only happen maybe in the future. But not around this time. That is impossible to happen. Because it is too high.
It is a perfect price to sell it ofcourse. But we need to be realistic and that is not realistic. So maybe it is possible about 50 years or something.
Yes it require some bigger time to reach that bigger value. For that at least major powers have to support bitcoin. So, that it gets a strong root and is established all over the world.
5926  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: March 15, 2016, 08:41:10 PM
yes, of course i am holding all the bitcoins i have right now, i hope that in the future the price will grow significantly and i will make some good profit

though it would be really bad if the price fell as i spend a lot of time collecting bitcoins so i would have wasted it if it happens

Yes most of us do this. It's for something called the future. Because everybody wants some money in the future. Either for investment purposes.
Or like me for is some huge unexpected expense comes forward. Then you want to be able to pay for that without having to take a loan.
But still there are some active earners and business owners who have bitcoin but they do not care about the price increase and they earn a huge amount with business alone and are enough for them.
5927  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: March 15, 2016, 08:31:02 PM
At present PayPal is considered to be the best due to the increased acceptance over most of the online sites. Same as PayPal Bitcoin usage will be seen in the falling years.
But I will never ever opt for paypal if it is in the option with bitcoin, as with bitcoin our money is more and more secure. The bitcoin will never ever freeze your money while paypal is freezing thousands of dollars from hundreds of people everyday.
5928  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: March 15, 2016, 08:17:11 PM
-snip-
You shouldnt try a big loan to go into bitcoin, even knowing that the price should go up ,i had that idea last year when price were at 250dollars,but i had requested already a loan and i were paying in on the time,if i had made that i would had sucess since price is 140 dollars difference between,i would had paid the loan with  two weeks or less. But well i wont advise you to make a loan to go bitcoin,if you can pay it without the halving potencial income make it,risk otherwise dont risk to get a loan just to try make an income at bitcoin.
Yes, it is true, I will also suggest you not to take any loan for any business if there any risk involved, but try it with your own money. As if you faced any lose then it will be only a lose but if you faced lose with the loan money then it will not be only a lose but your life destruction.
5929  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: March 14, 2016, 06:55:42 PM

I never wanted to interact with models through a live WebCam. But I still prefer go for paid porn with the bitcoin payment, for some high-quality content as I hate free low quality porn stuff. Anyway bitcoin is more useful for me too....
I never prefer to spend my bitcoin for porn contents even I do gamble regularly. I can share my gambling winnings and experience with my friends. But I never share my porn content viewing even with my close friend.
Around the world different people having different opinion and culture with porn. Many people would never share about their inner feelings. It is up to their belief on culture or religion. But I believe bitcoin would help them better.
5930  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have Bitcoin? on: March 14, 2016, 06:45:59 PM
I am using it mainly as a method of earning money, through promotion and being an affiliate and many other option in the open bitcoin field.

bitcoin is the place where we have more option. once you get more knowledge about it you can also trade which will give the best benefit.
Yup as soon as you get used to the market and to the community you can get to know more about Bitcoin and make decent profit with it..
Yes, it is true but the other thing is that, it is a virtual currency invented for digital transactions and other payment etc so we are here with it. It is becoming an established virtual currency in the coming future and one more thing it is not occupied by a specific country but is of all the world.
5931  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people use so many Bitcoin wallets? on: March 14, 2016, 06:31:08 PM
I am using only one on my laptop but i am thinking to make one more for safety on my phone.
"Safety" is the answer on your question.
Yes ‘Safety’ is the answer to the question.
We must have a number of wallets where we will keep our money in fractions in different wallets . So if one of our account is hacked by someone then we will not lose all our money but some fraction of it.
5932  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: March 13, 2016, 02:15:53 PM
-snip-
You people are taking both porn and bitcoin industries to the next level by combining them. Spending money for your pleasure is your own right and I still do not think about spending money for my pleasures. May be with a bitcoin I would try some paid porn.
Yes bitcoin is the right choice once you decided to go for paid porn. It will keep your privacy from your family and very much hassle free with the subscription head aches unlike other payment methods.
Yes with paypal payment or with credit card payments, you need to take care of your subscription, because most of the site are making us subscribed to their services without our knowledge. I believe with bitcoin we can overcome this very easily.
5933  Other / Off-topic / Re: What else besides Bitcoin r u doing to make money online? on: March 09, 2016, 11:23:04 AM
I am still a student and except earning from the forum, I don't have another source of income. I gamble my coins which I earn from signature campaigns and it helps me to pay my fees and other expenses. May be after few years I can start
working as a freelancer and once I complete my education, I can start a full time job.
5934  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: March 09, 2016, 07:54:10 AM
-snip-
The additional revenue we are making with bitcoin every day also have the potential to make you rich if you save all of them without spending even single satoshi. The simple plan with the bitcoin to become rich would be saving it for long time.
Yes, anyone can become rich with the bitcoin simply if he saves it for long time. Based on the amount he holds he needed to hold some longer or shorter period.
Yes, with bigger amounts of bitcoin you will become richer this year itself by the time of halving. If you have very little bitcoin then you can become rich by next halving but you need to be make sure that you are holding it tight regardless of any tempting higher prices.
You got the point. Many people get greedy when they see higher prices of bitcoin and then simply selling their bitcoins by forgetting their plans of becoming rich with a bitcoins. It is very rare greed works for you to motivate you to become rich.
5935  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: March 07, 2016, 07:03:44 PM
The worst thing I've done with BTC is use an online wallet and lost a lot from it. I also gambled some BTC away but nothing major.
In my bitcoin life, I trusted almost everyone and every site, and many sites were scammed me and many people just ate my money, so I did many mistakes but I got many experience from my mistakes and now I am quite good in bitcoin and I know how to deal peoples now.
5936  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to buy bitcoins without showing ID or credit card on: March 04, 2016, 07:38:57 PM
the best solution is to generate them via mining, to the contrary of the popular belief, altcoin mining is once again profitable, and always will be, it's a self-sustaining network

because gppu miners need somethign profitable to mine, $20 is like 1/21 so around 0.05, this can be generated easily with 1 gpu only(970 or 280) in 5 days, or 5 gpu in 1 day
It is preferred to just buy bitcoin on LocalBitcoin on face to face meeting without any need of any ID or credit card (by using fiats) rather than get a mining equipment for an amount like $20.
You are right. His investment would be more expensive than the amount which is probably not worth for a user who does not need to buy bitcoins regularly rather than monthly.
5937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 0.001 BTC to 1 BTC Challenge [sports betting] on: March 04, 2016, 07:29:00 PM
Can I turn 0.001 BTC into 1 BTC by betting on sports? It is a simple question I am looking to answer by running a fun experiment. More specifically: is it possible to consistently win at sports betting? At the time of this post 0.001 BTC is only $0.42 and it will not hurt at all to lose this amount. Whether I fail or succeed doesn't matter, it's about the knowledge gained in the process. I will try to update my progress weekly. If you are interested in attempting this challenge join me on this journey! Who can't afford to lose 0.001 BTC?

Didn't we have someone trying similar thing recently, and of course failing Grin I wish you good luck though, what sports will you be betting on? I hope not soccer, way too unpredictable.

I saw someone else trying to go from 0.01 to 1 and failing, and OP is going further, from 0.001 to 1.  That's quite the distance to go.  You are right 0.001 isn't much to lose if you do, but I think it's very unlikely that you will make it to 1.  However, I wish you luck OP.  I'll be following this thread to see how you do.
It's not possible to turn 0.01 or lesser than this amount into 1 as then you need to bet on over 100 matches to earn the amount and one loss will ruin everything. Betting a small amount always makes the risk low but you need to think logically as well.
5938  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do people around you think about Bitcoin ? on: March 02, 2016, 02:44:21 PM
People around me think bitcoins as a asset and they all use it and save some for future, while some consider it as a tool and easy way of gambling, because you can anonymous with it.
5939  Economy / Gambling / Re: "richest gambling sites"??? on: March 02, 2016, 01:12:42 PM
The richest gambling site in my opinion is primedice, reason being the most big and lost bet are played there and not just 1 day, but all the 7 days or week.
In my humble opinion I think the oldest sites should be the richest ones, because they must have bought according to that time. So, with that respect just-dice should be he richest, but it being in clams and limited, i think Primedice takes the market for the richest ones.
5940  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How police think about Bitcoin enthusiasts ? on: March 01, 2016, 11:16:31 AM
Where did you hear that bitcoin users are considered suspects? This is just a rumor which has no truth and mainly people who don't want users to be associated with bitcoins spread this FUD. There is no harm if you are a bitcoin dealer but if the coins you earn are too much to believe you are working honestly in the currency, that's when it can be a trouble.
