5041  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the bitcoin decentralized? on: July 28, 2017, 11:06:46 AM
As of today the bitcoin is slowly getting centralized.

Different priorities to different people. A lot of new people who go into the Bitcoin scene post-2013 seem to care less about a "freedom currency" and more about making money and achieving a higher transaction rate. While it may already be partially centralized that's no reason to not continually resist changes that would lead to additional centralization.
People are less concerned about its decentralized nature. They are just concerned about making great profits with bitcoins. I don’t think so it has been made partially centralized. The centralization will make it lose a huge number of supporters. That would really be a negative impact for the future of bitcoins.
5042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin dice sites with lowest house edge in 2017 on: July 27, 2017, 08:30:07 AM
Zero house edge is being offered by edgeless. But it will be based on some new token hence you need to buy those tokens with your bitcoins to get to gamble there. check more here : edgeless.io (I am not affiliate to it in any ways. Act at your responsibilities).
5043  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Benefits from Gambling on: July 27, 2017, 07:34:27 AM
Bursting the stress might be a prolong assumed benefits from gambling. But maximizing our frustration is the real thing we do experience out of gambling in practical. There might be some benefits are possible from gambling but the problems we do face from it overshadow those benefits.
5044  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do I make sure to not lose $ value in BTC? on: July 26, 2017, 07:15:20 AM
From time to time, I get paid in BTC for my freelancing services. Sometimes, I don't exchange it to real cash and let BTC sit in the wallet. But lately there has been A LOT of fluctuation in BTC price so if I have, let's say, $2000 today, tomorrow I might have half of it. I don't like that kind of a situation. So is there any way to make sure that your BTC gets fixed? Like, somehow fix the BTC price in your wallet. So no matter if actual BTC price rises or falls, you still have the same value that you have today. I think I might be interested in keeping some of my savings in BTC (away from banks) if I can somehow find a way to fix the value that I have today.

Is there a way? Any suggestions?

The fluctuation is normal with btc. It's best if you try to convert your btc into your currency, then if there a decline in price, you will be able to buy btc again. When its high, sell. When it's low, buy. In that case  you wont lose but gain more..
Fluctuation in the prices is not a big issue if long term plans are in action. Loss and profit in business happen in any business roadmap. I think if one day the price of bitcoin come down so most probably it may increase next day. So, in business you will wait for a best occasion regarding profit.
5045  Economy / Services / Re: Affiliate links on: July 26, 2017, 06:49:38 AM
I am not sure about the idea of giving your idea in private. You should post the full details here so that one’s interested can join you rather than beat around the bush by providing an email and a website url.
5046  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Someone Forgot to Turn-off a Trading Bot? on: July 25, 2017, 01:27:55 PM
No wonders. If you keep following yobit, you may find this type of pumping more frequently. Buying same amount of coins or buying less than 10k satoshi (this is the common min there for rest of people and not for bots and paid manipulators) are scenarios I do come across many times.
5047  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you using PayPal to buy a bitcoin? on: July 25, 2017, 10:04:38 AM
Anyone here experienced to buy bitcoin using their PayPal.? How much the fees?
If you check into currency exchange board, you can find lot of highly reputed members are buying bitcoins for PayPal. But people will not trust you for accepting PayPal from you as you are still newbie. But you may go with escrow but it will be involving holding periods.

It seems OP is trying to sell 2 things : lessons for trading and his old LBC and paxful account. Anyways this topic must suit services board better.

There were so many previous course offers I have come cross here but never met any successful trading experiences out of taking those course. Curious and will watch this how it will be going Roll Eyes
5049  Economy / Services / Re: Paying 0.0001 Per Install App And Make An Review [Android Only] on: July 24, 2017, 08:47:56 PM
Going by your red trust, it will be hard to convince someone to do this work for you unless you specify the number of installations and review you need and deposit the bitcoins with a trusted escrow in the forum.
5050  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: bitcoinwallet.com techincal error from 18hrs on: July 24, 2017, 08:31:30 PM
Though hearing of this wallet for the first time, I think they are gearing themselves up for the probable hard fork and upgrading their servers, otherwise there is no reason for the site to be showing technical errors for such a prolonged time.
5051  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic effects of bitcoins on: July 21, 2017, 04:09:34 PM
This could be possible, but if no one has done it until now, there is little chance they manage to do it in a few years. As bitcoin becomes more and more popular, industries will use it too. But if they have to trust bitcoin, they will probably pay a lot of money to review all the code (to see if their investment is safe).

But if someone cracks it anyway, we should expect a rollback.

Bitcoin for me hits the big impact on the social economy today the best is that was the way to secure and has less chance to lose money. We could use it to online transactions.
I think you want to say that it is good to invest in bitcoin which have a lesser chance to lose money and can be easily used in online based payment transaction.
I guess before coming to bitcoin currency investment you should make it sure that it is secure investment until you are in long term. In short term it can be much risky than anything because you never know when the price can drop up to 300 dollars in a day.
5052  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: USDT Market Cap rising? on: July 19, 2017, 06:48:22 AM
It seems people start understanding the importance of having fixed value cryptocurrency and interestingly I do see another new project is coming up with some more exciting features along with fixed value : decentralized dollars.
5053  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best exchange for Bitcoin > Paypal? on: July 19, 2017, 05:36:55 AM
Probably dealing with our trusted forum members would be the best and secured way for cashing out bitcoins for PayPal. I do not see any service providers is sustaining with PayPal methods as there could be lots of chargebacks might enforce them to discontinue it.
5054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Social aspect of gambling - do you ever gamble with a friend? on: July 16, 2017, 01:25:42 PM
Enjoying gambling is possible within a room and without any friends. I believe there will be no point of social aspects with online gambling as most of the online games are available with hvp mode. There could be social gambling will be still possible in real casino, but it is complete out of my reach.
5055  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: @Philippines An addicted gambler gone wild on: July 11, 2017, 06:29:39 AM
This is no joke that 42 year old has a bank debt worth 4 million and being addicted to gambling is wrong but getting addicted to gambling with someone else funds is surely not acceptable. I don't really know how will the vank recover their funds but all gamblers please gamble with your own funds not with a loan
Definitely not a joke, I agree. It is the time to learn the dangers of gambling from his life. I do see many gamblers here keep on recommending to follow measurements not to get addicted with gambling, but I do see this gambling community is growing rapidly rather than hearing they are staying safer with or without gambling.
5056  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Poll: Daytraders, how many trades do you make per day on average? on: July 10, 2017, 06:48:27 PM
Nothing fixed for me. If my indicators show any quick action and I am available for trading then I will do more than 25 trades also for a day. There were days where I have closed around 8 trades in profits out of 11 trades. I like to keep my entry as low as possible still if double confirmations occurs then I go for it without any hesitations.
5057  Economy / Speculation / Bitcoin prices may hit $1 billion - Fox Business Speculates on: July 06, 2017, 03:08:59 PM
Yes, you are reading it right, it is not million.
Very interesting, while reading it I just recalled what some folk said when PayPal directors speculated for $1 million.

Like me, you also will love to read this twice : https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/fox-business-speculates-bitcoin-price-reach-1-billion

5058  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you take place in the wagering tournaments? on: July 06, 2017, 07:59:23 AM
before open competition wagering tournaments you need popular youre gambling site
without popular and trust youre gambling site, i think very dificult can get much participant
I too before participating in contests usually check the status of the site because there is nothing that stops the site from wagering with their own accounts and giving them the prize.
I mean if they loose or win it coming to the gambling site only, and hence they can always scam us in that way.
5059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your maximum win streak? (Dice) on: July 05, 2017, 08:10:41 PM
Just curious to know, how many lucky guys we have around here?

My maximum win bet streak playing dice with 49,50 % chance it's 16 in a row!  Grin

And how about you?

At 50-50 my biggest winning streak I remember was 8 bets in a row but for some reason I get those streaks when I am betting lower amounts or dust amounts. As soon as I start betting big, I have to even try and find one win like martingale. I am not claiming sites are fake or scam but really happens with me and nothing stops me from sharing my experience.
5060  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: July 04, 2017, 08:54:46 PM
Ofcourse im putting up some limits on my self when playing gambling because i need to be productive and need to manage well my money. I've lost all my money once and after i put limits on myself and controlling my greediness I successfully earn a lot of money . im not actually more into real casino i way more playing on a gambling site and sports betting where i could actually win with a 75% chance.
You are right, I too earlier used to just become too greedy and if I reach 0.1 from dust, I used to think like I can turn this into 1 bitcoins and usually lost all. Now after setting limits, I have my own commitment that if I once reach 0.01 bitcoins profits I will simply cash that out without having a second thought or opinion and that works for me.
