The easiest way to build an exchange is using the readymade scripts available and if you want to create a new coin, the most easiest route will be using the ethereum or the waves platform. Those platforms are self explanatory and anyone can use them to create new tokens using them.

This is news for grave concern as it looks like a step to regulate crypto currencies by the government. If today they charge one exchange, tomorrow it will be other exchanges and if the exchanges are forced to follow the rules of fiats, its a great blow to crypto currency as a whole.

It is a good gesture from BitStar that they are transparent on their stance on Bitcoin Cash, unlike many others who are keeping mum on the subject. Still, its best to withdraw all money to a wallet with private key, so that whatever happens, we can claim our coins from all the split chains.

Being a long term holder I never need to concern these and all. I am cool as ice and just watching what you people are trying to impact. I have already moved out all my bitcoins into my desktop wallet hence I am all set. I guess this is enough strategy I need to do due to this aug 1.
