Lol I think it's wrong. the bank is much safer than bitcoin. centralization makes them more secure and protected by the company. when you lose money. surely they will be responsible for their mistakes But with the decentralization, the chances of losing your money is very less unless you are not enough responsible. Because in decentralization no one can run away with ever money nor any bankruptcy declaration. I believe, compared to any banks, bitcoin highly trusted to save our money. In future bitcoin must grow for 1k $ i hope. I really belive on it but if it will not happen for 5 years i will stop interesting in bitcoin.
I think a lot of people hope that halving could bring bitcoin to that price. to achieve high prices bitcoin require a great news such as mass adoption. so the demand will push up and price going rise I also think the same that with the mass adoption the price of bitcoin will experience a very good effect and with that effect it will get more fame among the people of all over the world and the price in result will touch the moon. But if they throw their coins to the market at one time then there will be a great destruction occur in the price, the demand will be reduce and the sellers will be in more number. I think it will take a long time to reach to that value may be around a decade or more, but again we really don't know whether uᴉoɔʇᴉq will survive till that time or not.
I do not have any doubt on the survival of uᴉoɔʇᴉq prices and getting value around $10k. Because within my analysis, we can see uᴉoɔʇᴉq prices may reach any time, this year itself also. It has all the potential to do so. Yes bitcoin definitely survive as long as this universe survive. Because bitcoin is not based on a single entity or a computer. There are lots of opportunities out there. Since I am about to end my current contract and I am not in a position of tying myself to a new one, I think I will dedicate more time to earn BTC. Not sure if it will be enough for a living, but I will try to get as much as I can (translating text, coding, etc.).

Yeah if you can offer variety of services then I think its possible to earn a living with bitcoin, as depending only on single source like working on campaign will not help. I don't think that the percentage and amount of russian uᴉoɔʇᴉq users is way out of proportionate to that extent, They are a big economy and has a big interest in online trading etc... but they are still a normal % when compared to US uᴉoɔʇᴉq users for example.
Yeah they are adopting bitcoin on the same proportion as the people from other major powers, we can notice an equal amount of people from Russia, USA and China etc. So that is not fact that Russsians are more at bitcoin. |

Yes I am holding uᴉoɔʇᴉq for price increase, halving is near and pump can start anytime.it is possible after we sell our coins it gain 50% same day ,I don't want to happen this with me.

Buying bitcoin has only one purpose and that is to make profit. Im not buying just to wait for $1k price or above. It will just take you years before it happen. We can acquire more coins today by doing trading activities compare to wait for unrealistic $1k price above.

Bitcoin needs altcoins. Without traders, the community would be much smaller, maybe bitcoin wouldn't have made it till today.
For some people, the main usage of bitcoin is just to trade with other altcoins. Without altcoin, the bitcoin is less useful. I do not think so. Without all alt coins also, bitcoin will be as much useful as right now. But trading part would be more interesting only with many alt coins. Long time bitcoiner here.... Expect 2xx soon, scalability issue is not resolved yet and it seems it won't be resolved soon, but it's crucial for network/price to rise.
If you are long-timer, what is soon for you? I also expect a dip after halving when many get disappointed there is no mega pump. But not before halving. $350 supports looks pretty solid on the charts. I agree that to go higher we need some fundamental developments, not just the halving hype. I do not expect any big bump around halving at the same time I do not expect any dip also. But, there are lot of possibilities for steady up surge as people will notice the reduction in block rewards, which might result in more demand and more popularity. |

The topic is old and i guess at the time of writing the op felt like a crash was coming. Right now the really is starting and i think it can go back to 450. Well at least i hope that. Of course there isn't going to be a major crash with Bitcoin anytime soon, it is currently chugging along as normal and is stronger with it's user-base than what it was before. Every day seems to be a crash for bitcoin. So facing any sort of crash has been made simple with the trust of users over the bitcoin. If there would ever be a big crash that would happen people will still believe in bitcoin and its developer. Before even this crash would happen developers would do something about it. Yes, they will definitely do something for it to be secure from any crash and destruction, as we are not in the old ages but in 21st century , there will be some sort of solutions provided by the developers and will secure it. |
