Now, is it better to get a lawyer in Texas, since that is where ukyo lives? What kind of lawyer should we be looking for exactly anyways.

I am fly to New York tomorrow,I am definitely support and be with u either for get back my coins or for punish the liar.

...You are right ,I am worry of my BTCs everyday ,but I really can't do much about it ,however I am going to give them like one more week ...

This is my prediction:
Within the next week, you and others will receive a small fraction of the money that has been taken from you.  This will create enough "good will" to quiet the detractors, generate fresh hope and buy more time.
Given a choice between having hope and nothing, 9 out of 10 people chose hope.
why didn't he just run ? he really think that BTC can be crash  to under 100 again Huh
65  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The 2nd Stage Server Con ( Currently ~$2,000,000 ) 2 MILLION DOLLARS!! on: December 12, 2013, 02:46:52 PM

take it easy ,I got stuck about 200 BTC (composite by loans and BTCs)  there....Danny said they will processing payout by before 2014.

I don't understand how you haven't contacted authorities at this point and instead are waiting on what what seems like an obvious and pathetic attempt at postponement, evasion and misdirection.  How could you possibly believe Danny after he first said he was stepping in to solve a technical problem but couldn't provide the details and then revealed, after numerous delays, that "the coins simply aren't there".

They've been stolen from you. And the criminal(s) who took them aren't planning on ever giving them back to you, no matter what promises they may make.

They might throw a few coins back at the community, but only because they believe it will confuse people as to the fact that the rest of the coins were in fact stolen.

I think they are laughing at you right now for thinking that Danny will be giving you your coins back in 2013.
You are right ,I am worry of my BTCs everyday ,but I really can't do much about it ,however I am going to give them like one more week ,if by that time still no valuable information been update, then I might consider to go find a lawyer to solved out this mess. and I just got my USA visa this week, so I will decide fly to USA in next week, find out what can I actually do for that . I sincerely hope UKYO can give me back my coins ,as to go through Law procedure will cause me time and effort, but I can't just continue wait for nothing.
And personally I believe UKYO isn't a liar ,at least if he is a liar he would just disappear....so I still hold my faith on him ,despite this faith is losing day by day.
66  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Graet.Loan - Paying 0.05% interest daily on: December 11, 2013, 07:45:37 PM
Is there an IRC channel Graet frequents? He historically hasn't replied or checked on threads/pms here much. Was considering hopping in an irc channel and priv chatting him. Haven't received a reply since his last email in October.

Seen him and Ukyo in the IRC channel #bitfunder , but u must be very very lucky if they answer any question ! -.-
So , they arent any official news about the Graet.Loan? He's running around / away like ukyo with our BTC ?
I'am really angry like all others in the same situation  Angry

Go for a lawyer ,I think for UKYO and Great at their ages, running isn't a proper things to do....because both of them have families, and I guess they should have other personal assets apart from BTC itself, house or car?
67  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The 2nd Stage Server Con ( Currently ~$2,000,000 ) 2 MILLION DOLLARS!! on: December 11, 2013, 07:42:38 PM
I hope you fucking die you miserable bastard.. hope you enjoy my 5 BTC.. everything i had left thanks to other scammers in this great bitcoin community.. yes I absolutely see the potencial in digital currency and am avating the revolution with people like you all around seizing coins and running off with them! viva la bitcoin

take it easy ,I got stuck about 200 BTC (composite by loans and BTCs)  there....Danny said they will processing payout by before 2014.
68  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: December 11, 2013, 07:40:23 PM
...
Danny Brewster of Neo & Bee has personally stepped in to aid Ukyo/WeExchange in reacquiring lost coins. If this situation were to irrevocably damage not only his reputation but also the reputation of THE bitcoin focused startup he has built which could very possibly set BTC on the course of adoption we all want to see, do you truly think Danny would gamble everything away?
...

A few details:
Initially, Danny stated that Neo & Bee is involved in resolving the EeExchange mess:
Everyone at Neo & Bee are now involved in this resolution process.

Later, he recanted that statement:
When I say no monetary cost, then NO ONE who works for Neo & Bee is involved, then I mean just that.

So his willingness to "gamble" is obviously abating.

Further, as i understand it, Danny has made no promises at all re: Ukyo.Loan.

On a somewhat related tangent, Pirate Savings & Loans was THE bitcoin startup of its day.  Those who questioned its legitimacy were called fearmongers and trolls.

He IS working on ukyo.loan too. From the Bitfunder Moving Forward thread:

So do you believe that we get our coins back this year ?

The process of receiving them will start this week.

Does this include the coins from ukyo.loan too? Or just the coins stuck on bitfunder and weexchange?
I'm owed nearly 250 btc from ukyo.loan. I think I might actually be ukyo's largest creditor.

I am helping him solve that issue too

If Danny does that within this year,he will win numerous credibility after this event, as well as UKYO ,I will truly believe that guy will operate a trusted online exchange in the future .

70  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: December 10, 2013, 08:49:40 PM
Anyone hear anything new recently?

I know the Neo&Bee is helping out with this but I have yet to hear anything of substance from either ukyo or them.

+1 , It is unbelievable this thread is so quite , is that  are people not care about their BTC to be returned?
71  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] btcQuick - Bitcoin Sales Service on: December 05, 2013, 03:44:09 PM
I've completed the verification of my shares. Thanks.

72  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: December 04, 2013, 08:43:06 PM
Ukyo was on IRC last night, and said this about the loan:
[12:34] <Ukyo> due to the situation with weex, i stopped issueing dividends on the loan for now. I am setting up a seperate claim/management system where users will either a. begin to get daily divs again, or b. be able to get all missed divs with payoff

Hopefully ,he could sorting out his trouble.
73  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: December 04, 2013, 08:25:58 PM
Without getting into an amount, (whether or not it's worth mentioning is rather subjective and I don't want to mention it anyhow) I can mention here that I submitted a redemption request on Oct' 8th.

Waiting to see what updates come from the guys in Cyprus.
I did submit on 14th Oct ,and I think it is impossible to get redeem if Ukyo can't get new WeEx into operations.

And I am wonder that have been such a long time he hasn't pay out the interest of the loan and seems nobody care about it .
74  Economy / Securities / Re: [Weexchange issue] The fall of Ukyo III - Updates and references on: December 02, 2013, 06:36:28 PM

Is there any updates from him?? he said he will posting something very soon....
75  Economy / Securities / Re: [Weexchange issue] The fall of Ukyo III - Updates and references on: November 29, 2013, 04:50:05 PM
hey ,is there any real updates from UKYO side? like when will we get the fund ,what is the difficulties for him right now... I am tired of reading these vogue post... use lot of words to represent unclear information... this really suspicious.

Guys you need to give it up. The BTC is lost and Ukyo is just bullshitting to stop the witch hunt.

More speculation. Whatever your intuition and experience tells you, eh?

Dude, if he had the BTC he would have paid the withdrawal's already.  There isn't any valid excuses left now so he stays quite and uses the tried and tested "two weeks" method.

Facts:
He hasn't offered any proof of funds.
He hasn't honoured any withdrawal requests.
He hasn't redeemed any Ukyo loan
He hasn't paid any ukyo loan divs

Please provide any facts/evidence to the contrary.

Hi, Dude ,Can we delegate a  layer to help us get back our BTC??

The problem is if there is no funds then lawyers will not help.  If Ukyo acted fraudulently then he might spend some time in the clink.
I hope I am wrong...

I have no given up on Ukyo yet. I am going to give him a little more time and wait for his big announcement. (I actually know what his big announcement is, and if it is true and going to happen, it is very good news for all of us).

If it doesn't happen though, I will have no choice but to hire a lawyer. Presently, the outstanding amount owed to me by ukyo.loan is nearly $250,000. That is definitely an amount I can not let slide. Fortunately, I have plenty of other bitcoins used to fund a lawyer if necessary.

Like I said, though, I have talked to ukyo occasionally on IRC and have not given up on him yet. I'll give it another 2 weeks for now and see what happens.

Migo, when you decided go through the law process, please add me together with you ,I got personally 200K USD in his hand...
77  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The WeExchange 2nd Stage Con! Currently ~$1,250,000 (Check the NEWS) on: November 28, 2013, 05:57:48 AM
I can only say from writing with ukyo via IRC that it looks like he is waiting for a company or so to help him. Its a crucial part of his plan. When i write with him i have the impression that he really is behind this. Of course i can imagine that its hard to see it the same way when he doesnt show up in the forum. But at the end everyone could contact him via IRC. He is nearly all the time online.

He claimed he is asking back with the company often and it looks good so far.

If its true then im sure they will tell him the answer he needs and when that happens he can explain his plan detailed.

Thats how i understood it. I dont have the impression that he is trying to do some stunt. Even though i dont understand why its more important to repair weexchange instead paying out and crush it. Maybe NEOBEE will buy or use it or something like that? Ukyo spoke some weeks ago about some big player that will use Weexchange. Maybe thats NEOBEE.

Im willing to give him some more days time and really really hope he is giving some more infos soon.

The resource Weex holding is still valuable, at least a lot of people already got verified there.

He should be working on getting everyones money back and be done with it. I think it would be disgusting if instead he is working on v2.0 thinking anybody will trust his shitty services again.
if he resolved all things ,I will keep trusting him!!

We can found a layer to doing this case ,no matter how many BTC we can get back ,we can give some percentage to the layers as the fees.
like if we get back 1000BTC in total ,we can pay the layer 100 BTC which mean 10%. 100BTC =almost 100000 USD ,I think this enough for the fees.
