Unfortunately PayPal is one of the two main problems (Amazon being the other). Is the Southwest Air exchange method gone for good? When it's not listed anymore... We are only supporting Australia at the moment and don't plan to support the US again. Sorry! |

Hi Jeremy, Stick me in the same boat, you're the only person/service ive used for BTC  So im really hopeful that the PayPal payment comes back as theres obviously more risk on the receiving end of PP to BTC, and finding someone new to trust with an irreversible transaction is tough, and i can happily say i trust SpendBitCoins (admittedly only around 10BTC at a time), so it will just be a pain in the backside checking out the rest, its time i'd rather use elsewhere. If it cant be done, thanks for everything at least, finding your site made joining the bitcoin community easier. Hi OldDirty, Unfortunately PayPal is one of the two main problems (Amazon being the other). For the time being we are stopping all options outside Australia, but keep your eye on this thread because we will announce here when we are in need of additional bitcoins and will do one-off trades via pretty much any of the options we have had in the past (yes, even in PayPal & Amazon, which will be fine for the occasional trade, just not the volume we have been doing). |

Not sure what your best option overall is, but Jeremy West is in AU (I believe) One of the most trustworthy guys to deal with in our community. https://www.spendbitcoins.com/10% fee? That's a bit steep. I pay 0.5% using btcchina in China. I guess I will just have to stay here then The 10% fee is for buying BTC. You asked about cashing out - that's very close to spot price. It's called spendBTC for a reason. Better than spot price, actually, by about 2%. |

What happened Jeremy? Your service used to be solid as a rock; you could set your watch by it. Now it’s spotty at best. I hope you get back to the "old service" soon. I trust your honesty and decency but the service has changed.
Ouch, that hurts.  Basically I've become too busy for just me to take care of orders and customer service as well as everything else and need to hire ASAP but have been too drowned in orders and answering emails and dealing with PayPal and Amazon etc to have time to hire. A hire is very close though (I believe) so hopefully that will put things back on track. Still don't know about Amazon and PayPal though. |
