61  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin hold $6,075.04. on: June 13, 2018, 10:03:14 PM
If $6,075.04 is not breached it will be a good opportunity to buy in on BTC and ALTs
This could be the magic number!

I think that bitcoin will drop to a level  $3k -very strong support on the monthly chart. it's summer now, which means that the assets will be sold from the stock exchanges and the market will falll down more.
Damn , it's an extreme prediction lol , I could make a bet that there no more drop even 5k support broken , the market healthy enough now , as you said it might due summer time come and investors feel have to cash some assets, it could be due the crypto regulation massively applied and of course after the markeT sideways few weeks ago turned to a strong bearish until today .... The doubts on Bitcoin getting bigger but still Bitcoin too big for now to fall again to over 50%. Just wait for the momentum to buy at the dips.
62  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My first experience was Zero profit 1000% loss on: June 13, 2018, 09:25:30 PM
I won't even narrate any history, I will just say it as it is.

I got involved with cryptocurrency and overwhelmed with the market size and and all the good sides of the story, I didn't waste much time to gain little knowledge about the market, invested in it as anyone else could have, joined trading with little or no knowledge of crypto trading, learning on the trade, grew with the market, supposed to be a sweet experience but otherwise happened. I wasn't frustrated with the constant downtrend of the market, I guess it was my expectations that got it frustrated and eventually all was 1000% losses and I closed all trade without a consolation. But I'm still not giving up, rather looking for how to amend some of my mistakes.

Life experience cryptocurrency 1.0 (exited)

Im still confused about your decision. When you stated that you lost 1000% and then you decided to close it, at this point I started to believe that you might be leaving the crypto currencies and never looking back. But next sentence if yours was frightening! Literally! You are going to continue the crypto's, if thats the case then why you even sold anything? You could have just waited enough so that you could have given some oxygen for crypto currencies to breath and thus get your ROI back on track! Come on man, how hard was it? The patience is the key here and you must learn that from your biggest loss of all time!

I get you clearly man, and I'm sorry if I confused you a bit, I actually called it a loss the moment I closed the trade in loss, I wish I didn't but I couldn't help it, I guess I broke some of the rules, especially rule number #1...don't invest any money that you are not willing to lose, as simple as that may sound ironically it is the best truth ever in cryptocurrency trading, the idea will guide you or even prevent you from losing 1% of your portfolio but if you break it the repercussion is almost unbearable. I'm gonna make another thread to narrate part of my experiences, I'm sure it will help someone.

Thank you guys for your encouragement, I'm getting stronger and better
It's looks like not a big deal for most people who come and trade for the first time to go allin at once without knowing the bankroll management and how the risk behind could so destructive. You got it now but yeah it's not a bad decision at all to leave / cash them out early even you are in huge loss, you might vulnerable to get even more losses, so yeah just take a break and come back later when you think everything is fine.

64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Altcoin is the best way of investment now? on: June 12, 2018, 03:39:03 PM
Yes, if you also have divided your money equally into Bitcoin. Going all in into just altcoins would increase your risk while investing in a coin like Bitcoin with it will reduce your risk. Since the altcoin prices are still coupled with the prices of Bitcoin I will say you should invest in Bitcoin too till then.
That's correct, no matter how promising an altcoin ... It wouldn't be as good as Bitcoin , you should manage your bankroll very well to avoid a huge loss at once. At least make it 60% for Bitcoin long term investment and the rest of it to altcoin to cover up unexpected things happened to Bitcoin or altcoin market itself.

66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptomarket stagnation on: June 09, 2018, 09:53:34 PM
Let me tell you man, last year at same time I believe btc price was around 3000-4000 , the fact that btc have an average price of 7000 is a good sign , we are trying to draw new bottom here , I just hope that we reach October with 7000-8000 , and then I am expecting a firework .

People just too excited to see their investment gone mad multiplied up to thousands fold , it won't happened frequently the moment of cryptocurrency  price jump from zero to hundreds bucks . We just shows to the world that crypto market are healthy, not a bubble or something like that. I even wouldn't complain if by the end of this year the Bitcoin price keep moving on $6,000 to $9,000 range only.
67  Economy / Economics / Re: So many cryptocurrencies ! on: June 08, 2018, 11:47:57 PM
Most startup projects currently want to start with ICOs and issue coins/tokens that may not actually be used in their field of work. Many of these cryptocurrencies have "borrowed" ideas, and some of them do not even a solid and genuine idea at all. These cryptos are likely to wipe out gradually. The developers have to think about solving real-world problems instead of just selling their products with blockchain.
Thaaaats what I mean! Crypto become a safe haven for those people with bad intentions, hacking ... Fraudulent ... Money laundering etc all of them done in the name of crypto which leastwise affecting crypto development, how they are growing and a lot of strange coins invented without even has a real purpose and vision. A Competition? A business competitions? Maybe ....
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Got ICO Tokens. Need money, any advice? on: June 08, 2018, 10:45:05 PM
Do not sell those tokens man, why are you going to do it? don't you have some fiat to pay for your baby issues? came on, do not be so dumb to dump your tokens that might be worth a lot in the future.

yes the project plans to get into an exchange early of 2019 so i will keep the tokens as they will worth more in the future than i need today so yeah, tokens are in wallet and they will stay there till there's a good reason to sell.

thanks a lot
Dang! You hoping the money right now but your investment far away there to collect lol , just take that as your lesson ... You better always have a good money management where an emergency saving must always filled not empty, so whenever you are in urgent situation, you won't get in trouble and have too much expectation but the reality says different. Money management! That's the key to have a better and a good life.
69  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Best Time To Exit Trading on: June 08, 2018, 10:26:54 PM
I want to add that using stop loss greatly increases your chances of preserving capital. I don't understand why most people don't use stop loss? This is obviously useful.
Traders usually do this because they set their cut loss period but mostly hodlers don’t mind if they loss much since their goal is to hold for at least years. This is one way to exit trading because not all your trades will become successful expect more losses especially when the market is dumping.
I would prefer to call it as resting instead an exit , you can trade continuously but not with the condition like when you have spent too much time there as you might could feel depressed at some point especially once you've got your losing streaks , taking some time to rest for some people could restore the spirit you have just like your first day of trading and got your first unexpected profit.
It's always be the biggest challenge for every trader to keep the good mood to fight later on the market.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to trade wisely on: June 08, 2018, 08:35:53 PM
Everyone has what works for them in terms of trading..... U just find the one that works for you
Yeah we would always have different formula, different method which could bring you a steady profit. But there's a general terms about trading , whether it's technically or something else like psychological thing , it's really matters .... All of them should be done in discipline , full of passion , full of patience and of course learn basic things about trading technique to drive your trading activity into a real trading thing , not gambling.
71  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people treat BTC as ponzi scheme? on: June 07, 2018, 11:37:19 PM
Ignorance is a major factor that can make anyone to ascribe a wrong classification to anything. People are just too lazy and unwilling to engage themselves in any research, no matter how little. If you have to call bitcoin a ponzi scheme, then you must have valid reason for doing so. The sooner you do the better you discover what you have missed for not joining cryptocurrency early enough.
That's right.  How people don't want to look at Bitcoin deeper to the root makes them got burned with people opinion who hates Bitcoin out there since first time for no reason . This cycle are crazy . They keep making opinions without valid reason why , simply think that it's doesn't makes any sense something that invincible could become worthy .and sooooo on.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs gonna end someday ? on: June 07, 2018, 11:19:06 PM
Somehow, in the distant future they will probably end, but now this sphere is at the stage of its inception, therefore the projects will only become more.
It's just a beginning , how could people start making this kind question lol. Instead talking this sh*t , better to talking about the ico development, how it could as secure as IPO etc. the crypto era is here and a lot of great things waiting ahead along with ico itself .
Just expecting In 2 or 3 years there would be more innovative way to invest through ico and it's become a common thing
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What happen with ETH Price ? on: June 07, 2018, 10:44:09 PM
I am sure that the price of ETH will rise and will reach soon $1500. Really are made attempts to reduce prices Ethereum. The recent decline in value is due to the General situation in the cryptocurrency market. EOS trying to sell all the Ethereum reserves and take its place. I don't think that's gonna happen. Too many projects have passed on the technology of Ethereum. That's why we need to keep ETH. And to buy if possible.
Just don't forget those people with tons of ethereum balance could dump the market anytime , that's trading ... Game of value that actually could be manipulated , but considering ethereum supporter nowadays seems become more and more impatient this could be a boomerang too , instead ethereum price follows Bitcoin trends to up , eth keep declining to the lowest , the similar situation was happened few years ago.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Bear Flag has formed! Brace yourself! on: June 07, 2018, 02:14:24 PM
Bad opinion... Bearish Momentum has almost lost all energy, 6800 has proven to be a strong support again. The timing and price action are in fact indicating a great alignment

for the start of a strong bull run for BTC within this month.
Aaaand yet we can't break the resistance almost for over 4 months! I would just becareful for now anticipating the real crash coming soon. People start concerning about how their investment growing slow down even worse get too much loss from the previous hype of $20k. The downtrend still there remain running, current up? It's just another bull trap for me.
75  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we teach children to have businessman mentality or be successful employee on: June 07, 2018, 12:52:51 PM
I think the businessman mentality is better that employee mentality, with crypto in mind. A crypto currencies give an economical freedom to anybody who invested in them in the right time. Now the coin holders can choose how to increase their wealth. They can strike a bargains and get a profit, and they don't depend on the employer anymore. Therefore the children should be taught as a businessmans.
Couldn't agree more with you , but still at some point you need to become an employee to learn things before you could standalone build your own empire. So it's back to your principle , usually those people who don't want to let their family member to start a business and better applying to a giant corporation it's simply because they want a safe paycheck monthly for few months and in the end they become a slave there . Business man mentality required for everyone but the decision as I said back to your own life principles.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: John Macafee short term predictions on: June 06, 2018, 10:28:59 PM
Oh, McAfee. He claims that he has stopped taking payment for these calls but I am very skeptical. I would not take a big position out based solely on his calls, but if you agree with him then why not?
Yeah it's always so speculative , if you want to gamble with him then go ahead, as far as I know he really love to gamble lol. As a note .... Following any prediction without making your own research it's clearly gambling for me , can't be considered as investing or trading at all.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth buying low-volume tokens? on: June 06, 2018, 06:37:31 PM
I will certainly discourage you to do these. This may come out good but chances are too low. It is really risky to buy this coin. Rather it is safe to buy coins like Eth, Ripple,Bitcoin etc which has a more secured future.
Yeah when you do it randomly , it won't ended up good for you in the long run. You might get 1000 % profit or even more greater but then in the next try the odds would against you and beat you , that's gambling on buying tokens.
Look for something reliable , not just a strange random tokens , think twice!
78  Economy / Speculation / Re: Today (June 2nd) is the crucial day for end of downtrend on: June 06, 2018, 06:00:52 PM
Down to 7530 USD
So, following OP's analysis, the downtrend could last a bit longer, right? although, to me it looks like this is a pullback before trying to test the 7.7k resistance level that another user mentioned above. But with current bearish sentiment surrounding the market, I don't expect any major upward movements in the upcoming days, maybe some consolidation around the current levels. (between 7k-8k).
If you didn't buying now , just prepare to feel regret later on. I see some steady movement in Bitcoin market , it's around 1 month period to get dropped and the next month get a sudden up! Just look at The last 3 / 4 months ..

1-6 March , around $10k
1-6 April , down to around $6.5k
1-6 May , try to break $9.7k we didn't make it
1-6 June , down to $7.5k

Based on the data provided above we can see that the market struggling to get out of bear trends , we keep on declining , in next few weeks we should get an answer whether we would break the resistance or the bearish would remain there. So next month are the real movement not now.

79  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is this right time to re-enter into Bitcoin? on: June 06, 2018, 05:30:57 PM
It's too volatile to guess when the highs and lows are going to occur. It is clear that bitcoin is way below the all time high and will work it's way back up there eventually. Buy now and hodl it until a rainy day like next year, that way you won't miss the pumps
Below the last ath but also too high if you look at how priceless it was back in 9 years / 10 years ago , consider about that. The market capitalization might seems large enough to support for new ath , still there's FUD in everyone's heart right now. It's always wise when you keep buying step by step , holding and keep some fiat in case it gets dropped even more worse.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All the bounty tokens can be sold? on: June 05, 2018, 11:41:44 PM
Always try to research the project. Many of them are simply trying to raise money. Even legit projects from US have issues in listing.

Do chk ICOdrops before joining. Also projects that try to have only airdrops or mostly staking ICOs. Stay away.
That's true , at least when you have several data as a reference you won't wasting your time too much but effectively , most importantly you need to look at how they raise the money , how much they have raised , who's behind the project , gather all the information and make the decision , we can't say a huge money raised could always has a place on exchange , it's more than just a number.
