61  Economy / Securities / Re: Neo & Bee talk (spam free thread) on: May 01, 2014, 06:24:53 PM
'On Monday May 5th, 2014 at 12:00 EST the NEOBEEQ Fund will be delisted from Havelock Investments. We have provided ample time for anyone representing the NEO & BEE Ltd. Company to respond to our repeated requests to provide additional information for the status of the company. As we have not received any formal information we have made the decision to no longer list the NEOBEEQ Fund.'

Danny has that much respect for his investors that he can't even reply to Havelock's emails and warings about the shares being de-listed.

What a scumbag.

You were one of ActM's biggest supporters until several of your posts were deleted and now you are trashing everyone involved,

Please read my post again. I am not trashing anyone, I'm telling it straight. All my posts are being deleted not just some. That is a side issue but it has made me step back and have a fresh look at this situation. It is frankly a joke. This is not a business it is amateur hour. How can a CEO destroy his own companys reputation single handedly over the course of a month? Well, Ken has done it.
63  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 30, 2014, 11:35:08 PM
don't worry pony, he's more than capable of trolling the fuck out of every legitimate business on here for the best part of a year and humiliating real people and their families with distasteful insulting pictures and destroy their reputation by calling them an alcoholic inbred scamer, so he's fair game. but well done you for trying to do the right thing.

@DTS no one is censoring you, if you haven't noticed Ken reads the Unmoderated thread and posts in there too. You are free to post whatever you want in there. This thread is not for this.

I would like to add that I do not have access to ACTM_Thread or w/e it's called and do not have the ability to moderate this thread and I have had multiple posts deleted from this thread.

When Ken last posted in the other thread he did so by mistake thinking it was this thread apparently. So no he doesn't usually read it.

If there is a conversation about censoring customers and our posts, it's not happening in that channel.

There are two IRC channels, one is invite-only and run by Bargraphics. Isn't this a dump from the open channel? I was in the invite-only one a few times but got perm banned after two visits!
68  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 30, 2014, 04:52:26 PM

*NotLambchop is shocked!*

Do you think anyone is bothered what you specifically think?
69  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 30, 2014, 04:42:00 PM
I am Stuartuk

I see. Did you alter your writing styles? I never made that connection.

no not really, I just posted a lot and people were having enough if Stuartuk so I made a new account.

I did have access to actm thread account by that has been taken away by a change of the password.
70  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 30, 2014, 04:38:38 PM
You would think that investors would like to know what is going on with ActM's customers.

Except every investor in ActiveMining does want to know about the drama with the customers and Magzy.

Only ActM thread guy censors.

Remember that it is a select group of shareholders that have access to the ActM_Thread account, with Ken also having access.

I wonder how many people have access to that account? I always thought Minerpart had access to the account but he has had a recent conflict with whoever they are.

I guess Zumzero, Stuartuk are the prime candidates as the creator of 'Actm Thread'

I am Stuartuk

74  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 29, 2014, 10:29:09 PM
Never had an issue with the other Mods on Shareholders thread before, but after my valid post was delete 4 times without a reason given I sent this:

Stop deleting my posts dickhead.

(posts apparently were deleted because I mentions magzy and you are not allowed to name a banned poster)

This is a warning that you will be given a seven day cool off period and asked to stop posting if you continue to make offensive PM's to ActM Thread account.
Your last post was removed as it was a double post with identical information as the previous one.  Your access to the ActM Thread account will also be revoked if you continue in this manner.

(that double post was an accident, it was visible for about 20secs before I tried to delete it myself)

Fuck you ares-wipe. Who the fuck do you think you are?
What the FUCK has my access to the actm account got to do with this? Fucking idiot.

Do not post in this thread for the next seven days.  If you do so you will be permanently banned.

Your admin privileges have been revoked.

ActM Thread

Result - permanent ban.

So TWO pm's to some idiot deleting my posts gets permanent ban. Is that reasonable?

minerpart... looks like you wanted a ban really hard or did you think theres a different outcome after you posting your naming in the thread? Im not sure what you posted that had to be deleted but since actm-critics can be posted i have to assume it was a bit more than that. Your PM-Content doesnt look like one has to pity you now.

I just said it was probably magzy who contacted the solicitors. I changed it and removed his name once I knew what the issue was. (apparently it would cause him to post a reply and he's banned)

I don't think a few swear words when someone is pissing about deleting all your posts is too out of order. They are all real words in the dictionary.

Hey you got any tips? I have 40-50 btc coming my way and I want to get a good return on it. Any ideas?

hodl  Grin

hodling is good but a bit boring. There must be some decent investment opportunities out there. I guess..
77  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 29, 2014, 10:10:11 PM
Minerpart:  PM the mods of your containment thread and tell them to take you back.  Tell them NotLambchop said it's OK.
Or chat them up on #ActM.
thx

Nah not worth the effort. Looks like I'm perma-banned. Great eh? Just when they need all the backup they get they ban me - the best they got.

Was banned from the IRC too actually, not the open one the secure one.

Latest deleted post:

Still, the entire act of operating an unregulated security is illegal and the judge may force AMC/Ken to liquidate and distribute materials to investors.

I don't think that is possible. This would be a consumer case not a securities case. So the judge can make a ruling on the supply (or not) of goods and make a damages payment and order the refund to be paid. That's as much power as this judge would have. He may be able to fine the company too or that may have to be another case.
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lobbying Firm Representing MasterCard Taking Up Bitcoin Issues in Washington on: April 29, 2014, 09:55:26 PM
im thinking that mastercard knows the dollar is soon going to bust, and is maybe attempting to bring some positive features and uses of bitcoin into focus..

It would be odd for Mastercard to promote Bitcoin in private (to legislators) but not in public. So obviously they want it regulated further or banned.
