We actually went over this earlier. ALL shares get divs, it doesn't matter who owns them or what price they went for. And we can't do anything with these shares other than sell them to recover our losses so the fact they will get divs is not even in the calculation.

We cannot legally destroy these shares they are and remain Ukyos assets. We can legally sell them though.

Absolutely correct on all points. There are 180k (I think) unsold from the IPO and Ken can indeed reimburse Ukyo from his own shares. I think anyone who knows anything about him will agree he's the kind of guy that would happily do that. It would be less than 2% of his own holdings. But it won't happen because if Ukyo goes near a court in his lifetime it will be to face the charges of multimillion dollar fraud.

I hope you are still reading this as I have a scenario for you:

Ken sells 25% of the shares and recovers all ACtM losses.
Ken returns the 75% of the shares to Ukyo.
Then what happens?

Does Ukyo sell the rest and distribute the money to other WeEx users? I don't think that is ever going to happen. This guy is going to jail. No question, he is a multimillion dollar fraudster. He would expect to serve 15-20 years for such a crime even if he tried to pay some of the money back. A lenient judge might give him 10years.

Now why would he hang around if he made 500BTC by selling his 75%. Why wouldn't he disappear to Mexico?

So the point is, you you have zero chance of getting any money back from this criminal. Ukyo will keep any money he gets and use if for his life on the run. He may already be in Mexico.

When a car is repossessed does the car seller/repossesor share the proceeds out with the landlord who hasn't been paid his rent? We are taking back assests that were sold by us directly to Ukyo. So we have recovered those assets and are in the process of selling them to refund our losses. 100% legit.

You don't understand how an exchange works. It a bit like a shop. Not every customer is in Walmart at every second of the day. Not everyone - infact very few big buyers - use buy orders.

Without any court order instructing him otherwise, Ken is like any debtor who has seized assets, entitled to sell them to recover his losses. The fact that other parties have a claim against Ukyo is a side issue for Ken. They need to take up their own acts of seizure or legal disputes with Ukyo.

We are all users effected by the WeEX mess - Ukyo stole 106BTC of our investment capital. That was money from us investors stolen by Ukyo.

Now your money might well be important to you but you need to remember who stole it from you. You also need to realise ACtM has lost money from it's balance sheet and that money needs to be returned. Hundreds of people are invested in this company and we and the employees of ACtM have a legal right to get our stolen money back. You obviously don't like that but it's out legal right and we are exercising it for the sake of this company. If you want to see some of your money back buy these shares, at this price you are guaranteed a full return on your money.

I agree we should have our shares back by now but that is not the issue I've been talking about.

If you want to ensure this company has the best chance of paying back the shareholder div of 0.0025 then selling these shares now to guarantee the company gets its assets back is the ONLY logical step to take.

Look at it this way, Ken's main responsibility is to his shareholders investment. If he did not act to safeguard these monies and we later came to need them he could also be taken to court by the shareholders.

This could represent quarter of a million dollars by Q3 and we could need these funds at that time, they could become crucial. So Ken is looking after the company's bottom line. That is his role.

EDIT - if he just held the shares at 0.01 someone could lay claim to then before they make up out money back. Then we would not get our funds ever. If the company went under in Q3 because of a shortfall of 250k how would you all feel then?

If you don't think these are a steal you haven't researched the company.

This price values us at a meagre 12 million USD for the entire 25mill shares.

After all this crumbs gets his fill at 0.0005, now that is a real pisser.
