ha ha ha ha haaaaaa!!!!

:-D:-D:-D

You have threatened to shoot someone on here you insignificant little piece of shit. You are the last person who should mention legal justice on this forum. Its all there for posterity and when ACtM shareholders get their divs there will be a lot of them I'm sure who could pool some nice coins and have you uncovered and charged for blackmail and threats to life. You really want to keep your mouth shut and actually I'm telling you to STF up because there are plenty of people who would love to see you face a criminal court. You nasty little man.
222  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 09, 2014, 07:10:19 PM
You are another sad little prick. Go play on the train track.

One of your conspiracy theories is proved to be crap and you make up another one. That is proved to be crap and another one comes along! Its boring and very old. Bye Trolls!
223  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 09, 2014, 05:34:27 PM

224  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 09, 2014, 05:12:26 PM
People seem to latch on to Troll threads and believe the propaganda without doing any research. Baffling.

A scam company shipping in-stock product and giving 300k in refunds. Baffling.
225  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 09, 2014, 03:53:52 PM
So you have the answer now Trolls, you can go back to sleep now. I wouldn't advise any of you to actually try to run a business of your own you clearly have no clue.

Nite nite!!!

 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
226  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 09, 2014, 03:45:58 PM
explain to me where i'm incorrect:

1. customer pays in fiat.

2. Customer requests refund in fiat.

Where does mtgox come in to this. MtGox has nothing to do with this. The user asked about refunds from fiat purchases, Ken is the one who brought up MtGox as the reason for not giving the refund.

Wow why are you all so dumb in this Troll thread Huh

Look this is my view and my view only and it's how I would run the company and I think this is EXACTLY what has happened:

The FIAT paid by customers has been put into a pot to actually pay for the equipment they will be getting (I know that might sound strange to you!) and for future mining hardware development. So this FIAT has been assigned and is being utilized to run the company. The BTC COINS paid by customers were assigned to the refund pot. Got it so far? Two pots, two different uses. So when the refund pot was frozen the company had to make alternative arrangements. You can't just pull a load of money out of one side of the business (R+D for example) to pay for refunds if those FIAT funds have already been assigned to R+D. So the freezing of the refund pot on Gox has caused the books to be realigned. THIS causes disruption, takes time and needs to be costed. It's called having a business plan and sticking to it.

NOW GET A BLOODY LIFE!!!
227  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 09, 2014, 03:21:20 PM
Were the orders paid for in fiat converted to bitcoin and left on mtgox or not?

If the answer to that was yes and yes (which it isn't) what's the problem you see exactly? It's incredible that you can try to make this company look bad due to the failings of a scammer in Hong Kong! Hundreds of MILLIONS of dollars were on Gox when it closed. You are deliberately being STUPID to suggest something out of the ordinary was happening. Thousands of people and businesses were doing the same. The specific MTGox payment service being used by Ken as a business customer was obviously working and efficient and there was no evidence implying that Gox was about to close down. They are the facts.

FIAT wired to the company was kept in FIAT. All BTC on Gox was from BTC pre-orders - no FIAT was sent there. When the BTC value went through the roof it was clearly a good idea to use some of that increase in value to pay refunds. BTC went up by several times, so that boost in the value of these coins was being utilised to pay for the refunds. It's very very VERY simple to understand. Do you really not get it yet?

No issues here. Move on you creeps.
228  Economy / Securities / Re: Invest Bitcoins due to launch shortly!! on: April 09, 2014, 03:01:13 PM
we in turn deposit the amount in various Government bonds, deposits and schemes,

Global financial collapse of debt-ridden countries is immanent and you propose investing in their Bonds?! Government Bonds are going to crash and burn and become almost worthless and at that time BTC is likely to be increasing in value as investors seek a safe haven.

And another thing, there is nothing Bitcoin related in your proposal you are just raising FIAT to invest in the FIAT system. It's bonkers if you see a future for BTC.

re: Prospector - Almost 40 sold now. 40x2k = 80k. Let's hope some of these buyers start leaving positive feedback and we get a decent reputation built up.

how  about we moving to lceland?? just kidding.

Iceland, Northern Canada, Alaska, all options I would think if we are expecting to mine big. Power is supposed to be cheap in Iceland but it looks cheap in Canada too. In a few years from now I think most industrial operations will be in Iceland or similar. Power supply is vital too, I'm not sure where you could get a lot of power in Alaska or Northern Canada. 'Cloud Hashing' are in Iceland.
231  Economy / Securities / Re: Danny Brewster is at Inside Bitcoin in NY? on: April 08, 2014, 01:48:18 PM
That's clearly a forgery. It's a business card with Danny's details on it placed ontop of a pass.

And the street name spelling does not match that on the NB website:

'Papakiriakou'

Edit - looks like the website is wrong, correct spelling is with a 'y' not an 'i'.

Feck off with your childish little pictures you dog turd!
233  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: April 07, 2014, 09:20:18 PM
The list of fuckups presented is not old -- it spans the entire lifespan of this failscam, up to and including the present.
I would point out that I'm not MP, but that sort of thing only makes you sperg more.

P.S:  Your coin is all gone.  Enjoy your Thorazine.

blah blah blah, failscam, unicorns, sinking ship, scammers etc etc etc etc. Yawn!

A pity none of it came true isn't it Marcel my boy. It looks like after all your hard work, the endless hours you have put in here over the past year have been pissed away down the drain by your own utter stupidity. You have shat all over your own future! You could have lived to enjoy freedom with the little cash you've made from BTC. (And it is little). Instead you have fucked up your life. I actually find that quite amusing, and this schadenfreude is appropriate.

Especially for you:

from:  DO NOT POST SESC LINKS

not sure what you did wrong but I got my refund in less than 2 weeks time from first contact.

What he did wrong was ask for a refund before his wire transfer had cleared the bank.
This is childish playground taunting at it's finest.

So magzy asked for a refund BEFORE he had even paid with his wire transfer?! And he is wondering why it was delayed?! So he then plays tough-guy, threatens Ken and reports the company to the authorities! Meanwhile everyone else is getting their refunds in a matter of weeks!

What a looser. Hey magzy, have a look on the MO Attourney Generals website and see what sort of resolution proposals they mention for consumer complaints such as yours:

'NOTE: "Complaints resolved successfully" means the consumer was offered something of value, such as a refund, services performed, a product or credit toward future purchases. In the remaining complaints, negotiations are continuing or the business and the consumer were unable to reach agreement.'

So after all the shit-storm you have created, the crap you have been flying round this form, the personal insults against Ken and the reports to the AG you will be getting .....................A REFUND!
But the only thing is you have delayed your own refund by causing Ken to have to set you to one side and consult with his lawyer and the AG about how to proceed.
And the AG said........................give him A REFUND!!!

YOU ARE ONE CLEVER COOKIE. GOOD WORK!

Your CEO promised to design ASICs, design and build miners around them, and make you rich.

Wow all those points are so old. Nothing new to make up?

Do you think acting like a complete dick on here does your image any good Marcel? Do you really think this behaviour encourages people to invest in MPEx? My God man you are an ultimate fool. What serious investor would entrust their money to a childish fool like you? None, which must be why your site is bleeding members and the SEC is laying plans to extradite you to the US. Any money left in MPEx will be frozen and kept by US authorities. You really should warn your users about that - IF THERE ARE ANY LEFT! GREAT SUCCESS!!

LOL!
236  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: April 07, 2014, 04:42:51 PM
Thank you for the response.  Please keep us updated.

Good manners gets the best out of people. It shows you respect them and when you do that they will respect you back. Ken has had enough disrespect thrown at him to last a lifetime on this forum and I'm not too happy standing by letting that happen anymore to a stranger who could potentially make me a lot of money. But it's not just the money, no-one deserves to be treated the way Ken has been on here. I can't imagine what actually being in our CEO's position with all the pressure would have done to me over the past 8 months. I would have given up for sure, maybe turned to drink/drugs.

Just saying I have a very low tolerance for anything that has a go at our CEO now. No-one needs to be disrespectful to question the business decisions being made. Keep it professional and ask whatever or suggest whatever but ordering people about is not the way to make progress in any business.
237  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: April 07, 2014, 04:22:35 PM
I haven't been rude.  I've been direct.  Also, I have not been "asking" Ken to do this, so "please" is not appropriate.

I wouldn't respond to your post either if I were Ken.

You freely admit you are demanding that Ken do this. Ordering a stranger to do something is being plain rude. It is also disrespectful. You have no authority over Ken to demand him to do anything shareholder or not. And you don't need to drop good manners and respect for someone to be direct with them.

You sound like the sort of person who thinks they can order waiting staff around in a restaurant because you think you have some sort of authority over them. I've got news for you, all human beings are equal and employing someone does not mean you attain a right to disrespect them.

Ken.  Release the financial reports.  You have a responsibility to do this.

Manners cost nothing. How about a hi, please and thankyou next time?
240  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: April 07, 2014, 01:45:10 PM
I don't see the point in deleting magzys posts when Ken has replied to them and made the situation clear.

Magzy - you have a real cheek coming on here threatening our company with the Police when YOU screwed up the process by asking for a refund BEFORE you had even paid your money. That my friend is a joke. The delay has been explained to you and you are still not happy? In the past I have had months worth of delays getting a refund from major retailers and even had to wait 6 weeks for an Amazon refund once. Things can go wrong and delays can occur. When you add into it the fact you did something completely not normal with this refund before payment it's not surprising you have experienced delays.

An important point for you - you WILL get your money back. If you had paid money into MTGox or Bitfunder you would NOT be getting anything back. Remember the BTC industry is new and uncertain, there is always a risk paying upfront for pre-orders. You are bloody lucky you handed your money over to ACtM as you WILL get it back - unlike tens of thousands of people who put their money elsewhere in the BTC industry.
