61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most of The DEFI coins are 50% up in last 7days!! on: August 10, 2020, 09:02:15 PM
There is the good, the bad and the ugly regarding DeFi..and one needs to be really well informed before investing or entering in decentralized finance because it looks easy but it is more complicated as it addresses different issues and needs. It's a learning curve but just like ICOS back in 2016, now the DeFi craze is attracting both smart and dumb money because it is addressing a need for people to become more independent with their money. DeFi gives people choice to enter a new market as opposed to just bagholding worthless FIAT.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am fed up with scammers and newbies. on: August 10, 2020, 08:49:59 PM
Too many scammers are lurking in this space to take everyone's hard or easy gained money They know so many noobs are entering this space for quick money so they prey on them and this is unfortunate. We need to get educated first instead of blundering in just for fast profits. So many of these noobs unfortunately are lazy as well and don;t want to take the time to read up and do due diligence so they fall for every scam available because of the promise of easy gains. The scammers always win because the lazy noobs that just want easy and fast money fall into their trap.
63  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on new ATH on: August 10, 2020, 08:46:46 PM
Well there are many factors at play now that suggest that Bitcoin will go to at least 100k in the next peak of the bull cycle and that this is a conservative figure. I think it is possible but we will need to see a big injection of money into the whole market going into the trillions and we are not even at 500 billion yet. We will need a lot of institutional money and Rich people to star investing more and more so we can get t a 10 x from here for BTC. This bull cycle I think is also the last chance to make such huge gains on BTC as already the marketcap is quite big and all Early adopters have made their millions and billions.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best place to find new low cap projects? on: August 07, 2020, 02:17:01 PM
At the moment new blockchains, oracles and generally DeFi projects are quite hot..but to find those moonshots early isn;t as easy as it sounds.
What you can do is sort out by Genre first..For example get a list of oracles..then sort out by marketcap..check community, github/developers/team etc..are they active enough? Does the token/project have enough liquidity etc?

Also check out coin news calendars, so when you see a coin that has upcoming news it might pump and you could do some short in and out trades and earn some profit too.

I am more of a long term holder and what I am quite happy with is staking coins. I also staked 10k CRO and I trade there 5k volume a month to be eligible for syndicate deals. That is every week they add a coin and we can buy it for half price, plus I earn 205 per annum staking CRO and get the staked coins daily..I make around 12-14 bucks of free coins for every syndicate deal which isn't bad..

I am doing well with BAND and I got it for 1/63-2.2 USD and now is going for over 8 bucks and am staking that a similar coin that could pull a band is ZAP which is going for only ten cents right now.  Cheesy So I stocked up on that.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH or EOS? on: August 07, 2020, 01:43:11 PM
I am more of an ETHEREUM fan than an EOS one and if I were going to compare anything else to ETHEREUM I would be considering CARDANO rather than EOS as my next big investment in a blockchain platform. Once the CARDANO full platform is launched I think it will be a real contender for the race to catch up with ETHEREUM. ETH was first to market but CARDANO is a 3.0 blockchain solution and I prefer that to EOS any day. I don't know why I never gravitated at all towards the EOS blockchain, just isn't my cup of tea really.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥💎💎[ANN] [ICO] iCoin International - Backed by real diamond mining💎💎🔥🔥 on: August 07, 2020, 01:32:02 PM
I know Africa is really opening up to blockchain and tokenization of assets and businesses and this is where the real revolution to emancipate the world from debt slavery will take place. Just a thought on a humanitarian issue. Would you also be giving a bag to each of your work force of tokens as a gesture of goodwill say each year end like a little dividend? I this will really be good and it helps keep workers motivated. Especially as their work for centuries has been undervalued. I remember watching the movie blood diamond and as a mother myself I cried heaps thinking about those poor kids growing up as child soldiers etc all because of the Diamond trade. I hope with the great ambition you have to build this project, you think about the greater cause of decentralization of finance to en rope in the Unbanked and in this case, your Diamond Workers. Just a thought, or suggestion.  Smiley Smiley
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 8 reasons to start playing blockchain games on: August 05, 2020, 02:52:09 PM
If I didn't already have a full time job and trading on the side, which takes up a lot of my time..I would definitely be gaming for Crypto. I know it would be extremely fun and rewarding and for those gamers who are good at gaming this could be a really lucrative way of stacking up some sats and Crypto bags for the upcoming bull run. If I ever retire form full time work I would surely be looking up some fun games to earn some Crypto and enjoy the process as well. I wonder what are the best games right now and easy for beignners like me to enter and earn something? Maybe I can get my son interested part time.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sending in fake ID for KYC on: August 05, 2020, 02:45:34 PM
There are way too many crooks in Crypto unfortunately, scammers, hackers and thieves. They will try everything and anything to steal what they can from others as if it is their birthright to do it and I am really sick of it happening. I am also scared that when I fill my KYC in my identity is being stolen and sold to some of these gangs. You just never know what and who to trust nowadays in this rickety world. Unfortunately most nasty elements in Crypto don't get caught so they just can carry on with their scams and do whatever they like. My name and stuff was faked a lot to collect bounties even on this forum using my name and my work. They are rampant even on BTCTALK.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 [ANN] Elrond - Sharded layer one protocol with near instant TX speed on: August 05, 2020, 02:34:48 PM
Hey, can someone please explain to me what's the maiar access is for? Is it some sort of new project that will be built upon the Elrond chain? Or it something else?
Thank you very much

It's a browser I think with other features on it and yes it has to do with ELROND. I haven't downloaded it yet as I have been too busy and I was on the waiting list. So when I find out more information on it I will post here. There are many developments going on with ELROND and I think it has had a healthy run up until Mainnet. Price dropped from 250 sats but it has stabilized between 150-190 sats at the current time. It's a great project and worth holding a bag for the longer term, although I day trade also a little of it.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: top 6 cryptocurrency , Invest in 2020 on: August 03, 2020, 03:14:24 AM
I am sorry to say but am surprised CARDANO isn't on the list here and CRO. Cardano is about to make a fantastic leap towards SMART CONTRACTS with the GOGUEN ERA just around the corner with a BLOCKCHAIN 3.0  high quality blockchain and DeFi solutions platform that has been solidly built from the ground up and of course I do like CRO, though more centralized than other coins, just goes to show what utility can bring to co Crypto and we can make bank just on their special offers and grow our stacks.
I also like other ORACLES such as BAND and Utility sites such as TRAVALA..both doing awesome things in crypto and have a lot of leg room to grow.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is for day trading on: August 03, 2020, 03:07:53 AM
Altcoins are good for the future of money in the long term but because of lower liquidity than other markets they can be easily manipulated by pump and dump groups and whales, so that's why people prefer to just day trade in and out of them. I personally like to grow long term bags but now am also trading a bit to grow my sats and use that money to get loans in Nexo or other DeFi platforms to leverage the USD to trade for daily purposes as a hedge against my stacks losing value in big swings and slippage. Unless you are good in TA, are in a whale group or have bots running..it's very hard to win in this climate..but it is possible.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Zilliqa Will Be in top 5 as per my research on: August 02, 2020, 07:11:12 PM
Zilliqa is a solid project but was pumped and dumped aggressively but it has now found a stable footing at around the 0.019 cent mark. I think it will take a few months for it to gain more recognition. I did have a small bag but unfortunately had to sell it to give my Family some money they badly needed, but I plan to get a Nexo loan and get my bag back with a Nexo loan as I can use some BTC and ETH as collateral. It really is a praiseworthy project but the whales dumped it form ATH with the excuse that Binance introduced margin trading, which they did at not a very good time. I do hope this project gets more long term traction. I like the idea of the STABLECOIN running on Zilliqa.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: August 02, 2020, 07:07:38 PM
I  do use it for day trading but if I were to hold longer term any stablecoins it wouldn't be Tether. I would prefer a stablecoin that has a better history. If you see now the BTC pump was created by Bitfiniex printing a whole lot of Tether and flooding the market with it, inflating the price of BTC. They can do a massive dump anytime, like the one massive red wick that happened this morning. So do I trust USDT? Not as much as I trust other stablecoins but it has become a necessary evil as most usd pairings are with this stablecoin.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP got 30 new WHALES!!! on: July 31, 2020, 08:27:29 PM
Although one of the main characters in XRP has billions to sell and he has been constantly dumping XRP hence the sideways movement forever, I do believe that XRP will get another leg up soon. It can go down or sideways for a very long time and you get stretches of endless XRP boredom then suddenly it cranks up and starts to moon in fits and starts. I do think there is a chance for XRP to grow over the coming bull season and we may see a new Ath of over 3 bucks, perhaps a little more than 3 bucks but not sure we can hit 30 bucks. The supply is so huge, I just want to see it get over a dollar first ti be honest. I only have a small bag but it's something better than nothing.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Tether (USDT) flips Ethereum (ETH)? on: July 31, 2020, 07:15:59 PM
Bitfinex has been printing more and more Tether over the last few weeks and my take on this is that there is a rising demand for day traders and bots entering this market, so they need more supply. For example I just now started using a bot our company has created to just trade USDT/BTC pairing, so I myself needed to buy into Tether to do so. Also some say Bitfinix are in trouble so they are printing more Tether to dump on the market, buy BTC and Exit lol. Anything goes in Crypto and what will ring true will show itself in the near future.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are buying when the price is going up and not when it is down on: July 31, 2020, 07:12:37 PM
FOMO is one of the main components. Also I think so many noobs that join telegram groups get really carried away by all the shilling that goes on by people who bought early and are ready on the uptrend to dump their bags on unsuspecting victims. Most people entering this space are also lazy and don;t want to do their homework and learn to trade. Of course we can all get it wrong sometimes but people in this business tend to repeat the same mistakes over and over again, then want to blame the Whales for creating their losses. If we FOMO into any coin we only have ourselves to blame in the end.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never invest in any cryptocurrencies! on: July 30, 2020, 03:18:05 PM
Cryptos can be a nice long term and also passive way of earning an income but we need to be realistic and look at CRYPTO as a way to grow and diversify our savings, as having now FIAT in the Bank only devalues and gets less and less useful as it goes down. I also think that there are some great projects that we can interact with and have great utility like TRAVALA for example which has ways for us to book our travel through CRYPTO and this is a huge use case for us all in the CRYPTOSPHERE. Demand for the token keeps growing as we lock up and earn rewards and discounts. Amazing stuff coming by tokenization of assets and business.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IPX + ERK] EurekaX Trade Cryptocurrencies with EurekaX Global Order Book on: July 30, 2020, 03:03:07 PM
I am really looking forward to getting my trading bot on https://www.impulsx.club/ as it is going to help provide me with nice passive trading income as I am  getting pretty tired of manually trading at the moment and having a full time job. So am thinking of putting up some xrp, eth and btc as collateral and get some loan to get  USDT to trade the robot. It makes sense to grow the bags in a much easier fashion and also it has an awesome referral system as well so I might be able to make some extra earnings. Please note I NOT posted my referral link here out of respect for the thread of course. Once I activate the bot in a few days or a week max, I will be posting my results here weekly.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My hidden gem. on: July 29, 2020, 05:30:32 AM
In low cap coins you need to be really careful. Make sure you check the community level of engagement, how busy and hardworking is the Team and Developers and also is there ANY liquidity at all, even if it is small, better than being stagnant. Last but not least we need to check if the use case is enough for us to take a very high risk BET on a small altcoin. I also am trying to find a few gems as I am more invested in the top 200 right now, but am in a few smaller caps. I hope to try to find a few more to say have a maximum of 10% allocated to this category. I will check out this coin though and see if there is a good risk/reward ratio attached to it.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀🔥[NEO][ANN]🔥Travala.com - Travel Booking Marketplace built on NEO🚀 on: July 29, 2020, 05:26:18 AM
Today TRAVALA is listing on Probit exchange and is also going to be having a KRW pair as well. It's usually quite hard to have a native currency pairing but this will entice Koreans to buy it as well very easily. I do hope AVA gets into the top 100 CMC over the coming week but looks like the price might have settled at around the 1.50 USD mark which is still very good. I bought in between 1.02 and 1.42 dollars and will just hold long term and keep my smart locked so i can get the little discounts and the nice 1% a month staking gift. If this ever gets to ten bucks a token, my 50 bucks a month once a year will be able to pay for a small vacation.  Smiley
