From above image, the answer will be "not before 17th of June", and that's after you won big and did an immediate withdrawal. Not saying that the action itself is a scam attempt from your side, and that you're dishonest, but it will also trigger alarm on casinos, which explains why they disabled your account for an investigation. In short, the most likely explanation to your situation here is: it's almost like what happened with 500casino, your account is simply being checked by their provider. It can take days or weeks, and the casino has no control over it, it's entirely up to the provider. When they've finished their investigation and find nothing that can be considered as a foul play from your side, they'll release your fund. |

What remains problematic is you stating that you moved to the UK and that you reside there. It complicated an already complex case.
I think we can rely on Lens for the translation, it rarely let me down on translating screenshots that's written in other language when I try to understand the context of a case in the past, though what it gave are usually short sentences and I think I have yet to try to run it on long paragraphs. If Lens failed to help us though, I believe I can ask one or two members who I trust and speaks Spanish to help us. |

This is the issue being discussed and repetitively pointed out here, one can easily say the match is rigged according to their opinion, be it through educated guess, a comprehensive study of the match pattern frame by frame, a random rambling, or whatever, they have the capability to draw that conclusion, but no one other than the authorities appointed by the officials of that league has the capacity to draw it.
I believe this is also the reason why AG refuses to mediate. They have experts who are fluent in mediating as well as finding and validating evidences, but they are well aware that they have no capacity to rule a game as fixed.
For someone who goes to a length to make a --by your own words-- teaching post to correct everybody here, because no one seemed right in the thread, you seem failed to read that issue being pointed out through several replies.
I'm trying to teach you that that it's common for very low level football matches to be fixed and no investigations are done and the bookmaker makes the decision. Oh, how generous of you. Not that it matters, but have you informed P.A.C.M.A.N. about this scam accusation that you have created? I doubt he will care or even post here, but you never know.
Despite there not being definitive proof, tagging him and creating a flag that the community supported was the right call.
I was about to ask the same while reading this thread from the first post to the last, and noticed no one mentioned him being notified about this ongoing case, but I think he's very well aware of the situation, his account is lit with negative feedback and he is online today. More likely than not, he saw those orange numbers on his profile and his absence here would mean he choose not to come. Just in case, though, I'll send him a PM. |

AHOYBRAUSE gave a very nice option to provide an evidence here: proof of correspondencies with your mobile phone provider, explaining that your IP will remains show as Spain though you accessed them from LUX. Far as I can gather, there is a small chance that your mobile data will still show you accessing from Spain, and under " roam like at home" EU policy, you can [to an extent] still use your old provider and charged the same rate. However, it is more likely that your IP address will show as the local area instead of keep showing Spain. Also, roam like at home [at least as far as I interpret it] applies if you travel, i.e. you spend your time at short time across EU countries compared to the one where you originated from. If you stays for extended period in LUX, as how your narrative tell us so far, you'll be severely limited.

Raj.Bet is similar to Bitz in that you can't find license information on their website. Both casinos claim to be owned by Win Sector N.V. If you try to authenticate the two websites to check if their licenses are valid via https://www.curacao-egaming.com/public-and-players/authenticity, the result is "Unlicensed." I tried to find some other casinos that are owned by Win Sector N.V. but to no avail. I came across this list ( https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/companies/win-sector-n-v) but after a quick check, I found that these brands are owned and operated by other companies and not Win Sector N.V. 365/JAZ will be Gaming Curacao, the one with multi-colored logo, CEG [the one which website you linked above, the one with blue shield as a logo] is 1668/JAZ. IIRC, CG don't have a way to manually verify through typing the casino's name. |

This thread is going nowhere. We are now 3 pages deep and all we know is that your account is currently suspended. You have been advised by the customer support to wait for an e-mail from their side with more information. It's obvious that you don't want to do that. It's also obvious that you are avoiding to answer how long your account has been suspended, so I have to agree with holydarkness that it's probably a fairly recent thing. If it was suspended for weeks or months, you would be quick to point that out.
Metaspins' forum representative hasn't been online since last year, so it probably doesn't make any sense to try and get in contact with them and ask them to respond in this thread. If you don't want to or you can't provide more information here, your other choice is to request help from a mediator and provide proof to them. If you leave it like it currently is, no one is going to take any action.
Also, try to stay on topic. It doesn't matter what other casinos you play on, how much you win/loss there, and what you think of those sites in terms of reputation. This is and should be about Metaspins only.

Hence, the reluctance to divulge the timespan, as it'll show that you're indeed being a bit impatient and that the case is "not as serious as it seems".
I am not saying it's not serious, I'm just saying that probably it's a non-issue that doesn't worth raising a thread and attention for.
You've reached their support and they told you that their provider asked for investigation, and that's what happens. They're not confiscating your fund [yet], they simply holding it while your account and bets are being investigated. If you do nothing wrong and bets honestly, they'll find nothing wrong and will very much likely release your fund once the investigation's over.

So, you've been scammed by at least three casinos that we know of. And you say that there are only two legitimate ones, which is not at all in line with the reality of those of us who know this world in the forum. the fact that 500casino did not want to withdraw money and was simply stalling for time. it is a fact. Only after complaints and coverage of this event did they withdraw the money. Nope, I honestly don't think that's the case. If 500casino didn't want you to withdraw and has the full intention to steal from you, they'll not release your fund and instead will invent a counter-accusation like you're late betting or have multi-acc or betting on fixed game, use your imagination. Factually, this is the closing statement by 500's representative, and if you're not aware, it's a quite common occurance for providers to ask for some fund to be withheld, pending investigation. The user was unlocked after the investigation concluded and he was able to withdraw everything.
Unfortunately, this is a necessary thing sometimes and the user was informed of that from the beginning. I don’t know why he chose to do this, but he does talk badly about Casinos pretty often in his CG account.
I will ask once again, how long has it been since your fund being locked by metaspin? I think we’re at a dead end here. We don’t know what happened and won’t know unless newfish were to reveal his true identity. I don’t know who is right and have nothing more to add.
This entire drama reached a dead end sometime back itself when Fairlay decided to go back on their own words and arbitrate through some other means which they may or may not have actually done. Also, newfish revealing his identity won't affect this entire drama in the slightest as holydarkness pointed out. On point. It also seems like this thread has just become a person conversation back and forth between Rating place and holydarkness, this doesn't help this case at all and only makes it more complicated. I am not sure if the fairlay person will even come back at one point. The damage o their reputation in this forum is already done, and they did it to themselves which is the funniest part of it. Perfect example how to NOT address/handle a situation. LMAO, written like this, I can't help but feeling guilty for [allegedly] contributing on beating a dead horse. I agreed that the thread serve not much of a purpose after fairlay abandoned their initial plan and leave us hanging with no updates of their PI. In my defense, though, the last dialogs did not happen exclusively between me and peeps, others are also engaged with him and I'm simply [attempting to] straighten some facts and state the obvious when the narrative and ideas started to swayed left and right. |
