well we’ll whose here.
do me a favour compare both the iterations under point .
then say provablyfair.me and stake.com and seperate entities and then say stake.com do not have. a 400 million lawsuit against them
then claim casino.guru findings are true
right , this is what you have been doing right
holydarkness is in your mind.

still none you explained how on archive bet of 2 mines i can open 12 bombs playing manually

And to what outcome will it bring us? dvdx1995 had spent a lot of effort explaining everything to you, including those question you asked, and you still managed to shrug it off as Stake's fault... and CG's.

don’t be in denial dvdx provided me with calculation, i am talking about the bet which stake.com deletes in the system and archives it . the iteration doesn’t read as correct. how can mines of 2 have 13 mines in a game.

you are being stubborn denying the facts which stake.com records at back end.

if say something to you. you will try to deviate from off topic questioning my crediblity.[...]

You can't seriously implying that you haven't thoroughly read dvdx1995's replies to your post? The explanation about the difference betID has been addressed numerous times. And so far, as history shows, it's you who deviate from questionings on your previous threads which I won't even bother repeating as you'll just turned your ear deaf again.

So let's try this again and let people judge your character. Below is the bet details for that betID. Let me color-code the rounds

over here for betid :  167250384449 having nonce 602  played with usdc on two mines 3 and 7 . tiles which i opened were
23,18,13,5,6,0,1,2,3 ( practically over ) but still the bet registered on other field would have given me losses.

if any one had played mines you would come to know that when you opennthe bomb your game is over and unlike in iteration 1 all the unopened tiles shows that they were having odds more than 2.

so hence iteration 2 , the odds were manipulated where it specified mines as 2.
[...]

As you can see, the mines are indeed triggered by one of the field said in the earlier part of the ID, at field 3 [marked in red], thus when you clicked field number 3, you lose the game. The rest of the field [marked in gray] were there not because they were "mines", they're there to show that the game was over when you hit field 3 and all the field after it were lost, thus had 0 payout multiplier.

So, in other words, your gameflow was like this:

[Bombs were on field 3 and 7]

Field 23: win
Field 18: win
Field 13: win
Field 5: win
Field 6: win
Field 0: win
Field 1: win
Field 2: win
Field 3: bomb, lose, game over

The rest of the fields irrelevant because they were there just for reference that the field prior to them hit a bomb, thus all of them were now "voided" and gave 0 winning multiplier.

Let me know if you still can't understand it, I'll add another color-coded explanation to make it simpler and easier to understand.

1062  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet scammed me for 1BTC on: October 01, 2023, 06:22:47 PM
If it was the other way around and OP won his bets and withdrew his money successfully, do you think he would have returned the money if Cloudbet realized where he is from, that they made a mistake, and now want their winnings back? I don't think so. He most certainly wouldn't if they didn't take legal actions and sued him.

Cloudbet's wrongdoings in advertising and offering online gambling services to Australians should be a separate case from OP wanting back what he lost fair and square. They should face consequences for it. OPs request doesn't make sense to me. A world in which we can gamble, loss, and then ask for our money back because we were mislead and misguided.

Look around you. You are misguided by everything you consume. Awful food, sugar-infested beverages, alcohol, cigarettes, crappy technology you don't need... consumerism and false advertising on every street corner. Filter out the things you don't need in your life or live with the consequences. If you decide to gamble and lose, that's your problem. If you gamble and win but the casino won't pay you, you deserve your winnings and they are scammers. End of story.

In what world is, the wrongdoings in advertising and offering illegal gambling services a separate issue?
How did you come to the conclusion of losing “fair and square” when you just mentioned wrongdoings in advertising and illegal gambling services.

[...]

What he said should be separated was cloudbet's advertising and offering gambling service from you wanting a refund for your lost bet. The advertising and gambling service was referred as one issue instead of separate.

2 alternate dispute resolution casino forums have ruled in my favour and Cloudbet has refused to respond.

Do you mind telling us which ADR are these and provide us the link to your dispute progress on those ADR? I can look for them myself, but it'll be less headache-inducing if you'd provide them for us.

Welcome back! First you were saying no one's gonna reply to a degenerate, now telling me to stop the fantasy. I respect your opinion about everything and thanks for your opinions, may I ask you what is your choice of act? So Stunna has a great rep, so he can't be at fault right? You Stop the Fantasy. Yeah we will see in the future, I get act upon in every thread because of rank, like i am a spastic individual. Anyways thanks for your replies Don Dinero, even how much you are spitting at me with anger, I believe you are a genuine person. Thanks.

I am sure you misunderstood what he tried to say. I think he didn't mean to discourage you from ranking up. Rather, he's informing you that your aim is not exactly necessary. This forum, or more specifically, this board, doesn't discriminate rank, we run on evidence. So, it doesn't really matter if the accuser is a newbie with mere dozen of posts or a legendary, as long as they give supporting evidence for their claim, we'll give our best to oversee the case. As such, you being a newbie or a FM or a legendary does not change how people view your case.

If you want to pursue this matter, it'll be better to allocate your time by filing legal suits than spending it here building a legendary rank just so you can be heard [because you already been heard].

At least that's how I interpret his post.
1064  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet scammed me for 1BTC on: October 01, 2023, 10:24:10 AM
Hi Lucius,

Warn players from my country? They did the opposite of that, lured us in which is why I believe they hold a fair amount of blame.

If you look at the screenshots I’ve posted, there’s website content targeted at Australians..
Theres also a screenshot of the chat operator falsely claiming that Cloudbet is licensed, regulated and fully compliant in Australia.

I also never used VPN. The way I found out I’m in a prohibited jurisdiction is when I lost access to their website, because the Australian government blocked the URL through the internet providers.

As I already wrote, it is something that you can definitely blame them for, but it still does not lead to anything because there is no element of scam, considering that you lost your deposit in a completely normal way by gambling at an online casino.

Be that as it may, you cannot ask for someone to give you back 1 BTC just because you think that they lured you to gamble in that online casino, you lost and come to terms with it. Next time, be more thorough in checking the casino before you make a deposit, so if you lose again, at least you won't have to feel scammed.

For reference, OP's aim is to duplicate the outcome of a redditor where he was allowed to withdraw his deposit and got his bets voided. Thus, OP argue, he should also get the same treatment and all of his lost bet got cancelled and returned to him [since it's cancelled].

[...]
On Reddit, I spotted a response from Ronnie at Cloudbet to another user facing a similar ordeal. Ronnie claimed that they allow players in restricted territories to withdraw their deposits before closing their accounts. However, the results of any bets made are void. So why haven't I received my deposited funds back?

And again, I asked, what outcome will explaining this betID brings us? Tons of people already tried to explain to you in a very great length [and many range of varying patience], you simply refused to understand and see it as it is because it's not the answer you want. Will you even try to read with open mindedness if I try explaining this betID on point 3?
1066  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 500casino 500play.com SCAM SITE on: September 30, 2023, 01:18:04 PM
Is there any update on this case? Im looking to play here but do not want to experience issues if winning big.

So far, they have no case on AG and two from four of open dispute cases against them on CG [soon will be three with OP's case] were closed. Their rating on both sites are also quite high; 8.46 casino rating and 9.5 players rating on AG, and 7.5 on CG. Those are the facts as per when this post is made. Whether you'll have issues in the future or not, that's completely depends on your gambling activity. If you don't give them any reason to make any issue with you, I don't think any casino would want to start an issue.
1067  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sportbet.one just stole $5k usd from me on: September 30, 2023, 01:11:41 PM
Hi Holy.
The only problem is, how can we trust the casino's words?
I know the rules are the rules but who is checking if the casino that made the rules is playing by them?

If I was OP I would try to get a 3rd party mediator involved.
In case the casino denies that it pretty much shows that not everything might be as they are saying.

I'm not taking sides here, I just don't trust sites that make accusations just to not pay players. They took his deposit, they took his action. If he lost there would be no issue. It only came because he won some money. If everything is as they say they could share it with a mediation site, just OP needs to ask them to do so.
In these cases it's always statement against statement. Without seeing evidence it's hard to trust the casino. They make the accusation, OP's words here are just a result of that. So they need to show proof. OP cannot proof he doesn't own multiple accounts or what not. They are holding all the evidence.

Like I said, get a 3rd party involved, thats the easiest way.

OP seemed to be reluctant to involve an arbitrator to handle his case and verify evidence. If we want to get further insight on this case [aside from OP going with lawsuit] I think we can do what Mahdirakib suggested, by either party providing the bet history, so we can see if OP indeed abused a minimal risk bet or not.

OP had actually gave his activity history here, but it didn't give enough information on who he put his bets on. So maybe a betting history would help us advancing.
1068  Economy / Reputation / Re: Whose fault is it here? on: September 30, 2023, 10:44:30 AM
[...]

So is it the fault if the AI detector or members in your opinion?

AI detector could give a false positive, as several other members pointed out here, but the post of your [for the lack of better words] mentor here, the one being referenced as the accusation point of an AI generated text, is a textbook example of chatGPT.

It might also worth to mention that the thread being referenced here do not just take one post as their basis sample to minimize human error [i.e. "users' fault], they require each post to be verified by at least 2 of the 6 AI-detector, and there has to be at least 3 posts proven with such parameter.

So, it's AI detector's fault for your example for LMF's post, but it's somewhat less likely to be a user's fault for the post or the thread being referenced here.

No, the problem here is you being too stubborn to see that you made mistake and misunderstand things. Many, way too many people tried to help contributing to this case, allocating their time to inform you what exactly happened, how to verify bets, etc. and yet you still insist to stick to what you believe, despite all of the facts.

My friend the problem is not the OP's topic, it's his narrative. No one came out and said no this this this you are wrong. Stake and CG are father and child companies. I have and had every proof and stake didn't even bother to give an answer because they don't need to. They have a fan base of spastic people who don't even know how to earn a living, won from crypto; childs. I hate that no one blames stake but only players; this is how payroll works i believe.(I'm not talking about you.)

As you can see from the very long and detailed exchange of posts above, the problem is OP being too stubborn. He insisted on things that he assumed to be correct and forced perspective based on what he believe, no matter how many people tried to explain to him and the length they took to help him understood his situation. Everybody that come to his case started nicely and politely, tried to explain what exactly happened, and then OP... well...

If the bonus was 125% of 500$, why did they cancel 5000$.

[...]

Because of their findings [#12] specified on point number 2, multi-acc, and 3, arbitration situations. It's written on their general rules that they reserve the right to void winnings for such violations. So, not only the bonus that was voided, the winning bets were also cancelled.

1072  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: stake.com and Casino.guru coverup. on: September 29, 2023, 02:09:58 PM
that email was sent. it was not fabricated mate.

Mmm...hhmmm...

so you accept the fact there is something to bury for the, , hence you sre quoting this point to me , bringing in guilt. CG lied to me about provablyfair. CG lied about the lawsuit of 580 $ by cristopher freeman on stake.com so basically they were trying to coverup for stake.com.

Where exactly did I say what you said I said? Kindly re-read.

The post is about showing proof [as that's how this board operates] of you asking for a sum of money the first time they granted your wish to talk with their supervisor, while, on CG and many other occasions, you insisted that you were just asking to either bring the manager or pay you.

So, yeah, not a rumor.

the problem with some people and CG they dont investigate they just specualte.
and when talked abut basics, they go in loops . in point 3 iteration 2 there were 2 iteration for the archives mines game.
the first ine had 2 mines and game ended when i clicked the bomb.
in second iteration it shiws 2 mines and i opened more than 11 bombs, hows that even possible on a mines game of 2 bombs.

clearly its manipualting hence they archive the bets. but still clearly some people and CG fail the basic common sense just to compare the iteration.

holydarkness. i welcome all your question, but it should be only post releated and infact the topiccof concern should be stake.com registering the bets in backend with manipulated odds , a part from that concern you will bring all the stupidest concern , then you should be thinking of qualitative reasoning skill adpat this in your life style.

FYI , those two iterations were picked up CG and stake.com when i send them the archive file. i am just explaning how two iteration of same odds of a mine game are different. if you cant compare the difference between the two iteration let me know

No, the problem here is you being too stubborn to see that you made mistake and misunderstand things. Sadly no my friend; I buried my grandpa last week, I am mentally out; I will check emails today, I don't velieve they even cared to help.

Thanks holydarkness; I will give merit to you once i get to 8. All for your good heart.

I hate to be a bearer of bad news, but if you haven't get any email from them ever since, then I'm afraid it means they decided to not reconsider your case and still stick to the initial decision they made few months ago. I am sorry that I can't be help for any further.

Shall we also talk about how you fabricated an email from interpol regarding stake? And weren't you a lawyer? Couldn't they get their license revoked for falsifying evidence? Or were the laywer statement is also just a... means to threaten them?

1076  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: PUNT.COM SCAMMED 60K$ // don't play PUNT.COM on: September 29, 2023, 10:50:01 AM
I was still in Lithuania on the night of registration and winning, they have confirmed that themselves.

I was in Poland the day I published this post.

I don't think it changes anything. Punt.com is a scam, they are free to communicate (or don't want to) and they don't have money to pay out winnings.

So don't play punt.com!

Ahh, I see. So, it's safe to say that the Poland part was quite irrelevant to this story.

Sadly, there's not much we can do about this. Yes, to be fair, I'd say it's rather annoying that Punt did not give you a warning banner when you tried to access them in the first place [I'll take your words for granted that the pop-up message logfiles pointed out wasn't there when you signed up], but you've unfortunately agreed to [and breached] their ToS, of which allows them to take their decision, and it should be gambler's duty to check the restricted countries on the first place.

I don't think there is much we can do about this. Suppose you raise a flag, I don't think it'll get any support by DT, due to the fact that they did not scam you.
1077  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sportbet.one just stole $5k usd from me on: September 28, 2023, 11:03:07 PM
what they mean exactly with this phrase on their website?
"Sportbet.one is the first decentralized crypto sportsbook and casino"?
It seems more a bait and not a real feature of the gambling site. For sure isn't the first (WAGERR). For sure isn't decentralized at least I can't understand how they can operate a decentralized sportsbook/casino.
@OP Of course if your funds have been seized it means that something isn't working right despite their claim. Sad

They actually do offer a decentralized option. As for how OP's fund being confiscated despite their claim of being decentralized, thus the funds should be directly from their wallet, not deposited into the platform, I believe it's because OP use the traditional option, as proven by the bonus being provided [it's offered to the traditional method, not the decentralized one] and becoming the root of his problem

1078  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sportbet.one just stole $5k usd from me on: September 28, 2023, 09:49:31 PM
You said you deposited 0.3 ETH, which is approximately $500. I am trying to understand, how does the amount get to $5,000?

[...]

I am going to notify them about this scam accusation in their thread, and we see how they can solve this problem. Meanwhile, you can also send PM.

Winning? LOL.

Anyway, in all seriousness, I assume you've send them a PM notifying and inviting them here? On that case, I'll refrain from PMing them too to avoid flooding their inbox.

[...] I don't know if they are scamming OP here, but saying they are just impersonating "sportsbet.io" since 2018 is a little bit unfair IMO.

I believe it's a small misunderstanding, DireWolf has no intention of harm, he just missed that there's a platform with a quite similar name to the one that's quite established, and he's just being cautious if that's an impersonating website.
1079  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How I Lost $120,000 ? on: September 28, 2023, 09:26:34 PM
Based on Gladiator's summary above [very much thanks for that, I don't think I am going to watch a video-evidence too] the scammer or whoever that is who contacted you, doesn't have an account here? And you basically has zero pieces of information to track them?

seems like OP doesn't have any info except the scammer's obvious fake telegram name.

And on that case, sadly, there's nothing this forum and this thread can do other than serving as a warning to others [though, to be blunt and quite harsh, this scam is a common and an already well-known practice, as OP himself stated on his video]. We can't pursue the scammers or have any leverage on them to persuade them to return OP's fund.
1080  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: please help me? on: September 28, 2023, 09:13:17 PM

We can't say for sure if the OP is serious or just playing a well-known game, but non-response and inactivity are never a good sign that the story is true. Also, not providing more details about how the scam was carried out may indicate that the OP is not skilled enough to create a more convincing story.

[...]

I begin more and more inclined to the later, that OP is playing a game. On his opening post, he indicated that the situation is dire, that this is all of his money and it's very important to him, yet he never come back after the post. If I were him and that's all my money, I'll be waiting and following every update on my "complaint" post.
