It seems that the clearnet site sinbad.io has been under persistent DDoS attacks for a long time. He is currently offline.
TOR link http://[directing people to darknet sites is not allowed].onion/ is still available and the service works without problems. If someone else can confirm for the onion link, because my TOR browser has some difficulties with the connection to Tor

I can confirm that access to both clearnet and onion works fine from my side. Do you find difficulties with cloudflare's captcha on the clearnet? I went straight through.

WHERE IS THE PHISHING AND WHERE IS THE SCAM?  Huh

Ok, while the technical issue being discussed here with albon, let's give you a benefit of doubts and talk about your project details, first, let's archive your website --CoinSage, MoneyCraze-- just in case, although the screenshots on the opening post had pretty much documented everything.

Tell me, this... project, the only thing it offer is registering to the "platform" and pay 0.05 BNB to the contract, i.e. to you, and nothing else? There's nothing to trade, no purpose, literally nothing to do other than pay you and then sit and wait?
No problem, you can archive the websites. And I have already told you, I was inspired by Forsage. That forsage thing went viral in my area so I thought to give it a try by launching a similar platform. You can see forsage has millions of users and billions of payouts. It's a referral chain, you register and then invite people and you earn commission from their fees. There is nothing else at the moment. I'm currently thinking about adding some more interesting ways to earn from the website like faucet or similar thing. But while I am thinking of improvements I am being called as scammer here and the website as phishing site for no reason. If I was scammer then I wouldn't care but I'm not scammer so I will defend myself everytime I am falsely being accused.

For the record and to be sure, though you've said it repetitively, you're inspired by a project that's notoriously known for its ponzi scheme, stealing 340 millions of USD from their participants victims, and was indicted by an authority of one country?
1043  Other / Meta / Re: [LOG] The ranked up members - Congratulations! on: October 05, 2023, 10:19:34 AM
[...] Maybe more 2 weeks or 3 weeks from my calculations I could be wrong or right.[...]

Two weeks, 13 days, to be exact. You're on 476, Hero needs 480, so you'll only need 4 more. The last activity-count update that added 14 to your number happened yesterday, the next one will be on 18th this month. That's if the schedule is still on track.

Thanks for the advices, I meant everything sarcastically, I can't handle this bitter truth/reality that people are actually happy and satisfied with themselves when they rank up or receive merits, it seems like this thing is all they should focus on, I no longer see (for many years) anyone talk about their goals about the time they will stand before their maker. Idk, every where I go I end up either off topic or come off as a troll, one can no longer  discuss about other aspects of certain subjects.

We should see people celebrating the important stuff, now I wonder what did we do wrong to reach this point? Are we going to "change the world" when all people care here is either trust gain, money earn or merit/ rank all pointing to $$$.

I mean, wouldn't be better if we could rank good / quality contributors in one go, after at least 6 months of being active with a good track record? So they could focus on other things than just merit/ rank, that could statistically and gradually improve our standards, people would compete to contribute on things that matters.   God knows how many potentially talented individuals are busy with pity things such as rank up/ merit etc while we could try and harness their true power and hidden talents.

Make no mistake, Bitcoin is not just a currency, it is the crack in the shackles of capitalism.  But take a look at our army against the giant of capitalism.☹

You're posting on a thread which purpose is to congratulate a rank up, and you got annoyed because people are happy when they do exactly that? Then I'll advise you to stay a good hundreds of meters away from a thread titled Announce your rank up, merit or any achievements that makes you feel great!, you'll give yourself a stroke from the... bitter truth of it, that the thread was made to cater, and filled with, people announce anything that made them feel great. BGC made that thread to contain the excitement that people feel when they had a good day on the forum, so that instead of having tons of threads on Reputation or Meta talking about the same matter, it's focused there. I figure your sarcastic urgency will spike up if you visit that thread because... people are, apparently, like what happens here, celebrating less-than-important stuff there. Such vanity. Ack.

Addressing your concern of people's focus on money, merit, trust gain, or rank, if you feel that way about talented people on this forum, then I'll advise you to broaden your scope. There are many instances --talented-- users here are contributing to the forum, building a nice... arsenal for the army. I know people whose merit count were/are way, waaayyy, above their rank requirement, a testaments that they couldn't care less about merit or rank and simply posting to contribute, others made browser extension and app to enhance forum UX, others made patches to help the forum, several others create sites that surely help looking for specific things on the forum more convenient. I deliberately refrain from mentioning the specific name or the fruits of their contributions, because if you don't know at least one or two of what I mentioned above, then you're indeed myopic.

I don't think I understand, you had your token sale on your v.1, and then you create your v.2 because you have a growing demand, but you add another token sale for it? Why?

We've made some changes to the project, increased the supply, have a live demo product, and need to raise some additional funds. There's an ongoing swap for early buyers to exchange their v1 tokens for v2 while we're concurrently conducting a token sale.

So, let me get this straight, your platform is growing in demand, so instead of making funds from the earned profit, you decided to do another token sale? With more supplies, and a "different" token?
1045  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: COINS.GAME – IRRESPONSIBLE GAMBLING on: October 04, 2023, 02:00:52 PM
My issue was that their system glitched. I coudn't self exclude myself. I don't know what happened, but I recieved broken link each time.

Not my fault, as I told to CG representative - if smth can go wrong, it'll go wrong. That's why some casinos don't add Bitcoin Cash as payment method, because they aware of people who could think that this is the same that Bitcoin.

My complaint was about that they didn't try to close my account. Unless, casinoguru helped me with that. And their email support@coins.game - it's live-chat support, not the technical one. Technical support connects only when live support agent will ask them.

I wrote negative reviews on them only after representative told me that this is only my fault. They really need to learn business. You can't tell that your customer is stupid even he is stupid and deposited money to the wrong adress.

Help us here by telling us again how many times do you exactly ask for self-exclusion and what did you do after it? Because from what I can get from your narrative is that you emailed self exclusion to their tech support and had a chat with their live support [evidenced by the statement that the live support see that you've submitted an email], you got a 24-h cooldown [whether this cooldown happen before, during, or after the screenshot with the live support is unknown], got another email asking if you want to extend your self exclusion, you played for a while, came back to that email only to find it invalid, and then asked live support for help and they told you to wait, and then this scam accusation arise. In other words, once. So, it'll be very helpful if you can inform us how many times exactly you asked for self-exclusion and slapped with an error page. While we're at it, if you can provide a screenshot of support telling you to wait for few days, it'll be very helpful, and will be even better if you can provide one with a timestamp so we can get a better timeline here?

I also not sure I understand this screenshot [mostly because I am not performing a self-exclusion there so I have no idea what or when will this message appear], but is this message come after your failed self exclusion or this is the message about your first failed self exclusion?

1048  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: COINS.GAME – IRRESPONSIBLE GAMBLING on: October 04, 2023, 12:10:36 PM
Well, after I created complaint at casino.guru and CC'd in self-exclusion email casinoguru's representative, the magic happened. They blocked me for lifetime, even though they didn't have that amount of time in their "manual self-exclusion".

I like that kind of magic, when casinos change their opinion. Sad, that this casino DON'T CARE about reputation here.

So please tell, what was the problem for their talking head here block me right after he asked me for my nickname in casino?

I can't be sure what's really happening on their back-end, but from what I can conclude from your narrative and the screenshots you provide, you asked live support for self exclusion, some casino might have this method for such request, but apparently they don't, their live support doesn't have the power to process your self exclusion, it must be done through their technical team, of which you were instructed to send your email to.

Your problem here lies on the fact that after their cool-down period, upon being asked if you want to proceed with the self exclusion [and how long], you played for a while. I am not sure which action triggered the expiration of the self exclusion link, the time or that you played, but suppose you proceed with the self exclusion right away, I am sure you'll see and get what LM get; the self-exclusion being processed.

Imagine it this way, you ask for a fast, and your wife or your mother or whoever cook for you, agreed to let you fast for a few hours [or maybe a day], and later on, when they ask if you still want to proceed with your fasting and that they'll wait for your answer in few hours, you took a meal, and only later on come back and said, "hey, I want to proceed with the fast, this time permanently." can they be blamed if they assume you've decided to stop fasting from your previous action?

So yeah, from that perspective, I have to agree that there is no bug from their system.

As for how the magic happen, it's because the representative here [or the one on CG, if they're not the same people] must have a higher authority than the live support that they can issue an exclusion on your account, which probably also the reason why he asked your username.

Ultimately, let's break it further down again. Your issue here is that you feel the casino cheated or will cheat their user because their self-exclusion method doesn't work. Well, it works, if the player asked for self-exclusion and stick to their decision to self-exclude themselves on the entire process, there will be no expired link or the need to restart the whole procedire. So, unless I'm wrong with the narrative and there's another thing that I missed, there is no issue here.
1049  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet scammed me for 1BTC on: October 03, 2023, 04:44:01 PM
I wonder how he has self-excluded himself in the first place. This is a register of licensed gambling sites in Australia, so according to OP, he is self-excluded from all of them and perhaps more in case the list isn't up-to-date. I doubt he has done it manually. Perhaps he has contacted the licensing authorities in charge of these casinos/sportsbooks and asked them for self-exclusion. @Abzzy?

I didn’t self exclude from each of them manually, there’s a form that gets submitted directly to the regulator.

It’s important to note that exclusions in Australia are not IP related or anything like that. You are basically unable to verify an account given that your identification will flag the exclusion.

@holydarkness
The OP admitted in his lcb.org complaint that he is a problem gambler, meaning he has a gambling addiction. But even without saying that, it's quite obvious based on his 1 BTC deposit on a crypto casino he knew nothing about at the time. Cloudbet got his email from some of their partners, perhaps sister casinos that he used in the past or some other service related to gambling. If he has a problem with gambling, I think it's fair to assume things like the Cloudbet case have happened before.

Yes, I've read about his complaint on LCB, the issue to be highlighted here is that OP state he's proactively made himself self-excluded from gambling platform in Australia, as such, if he plays [played?] fair, his risk of being exposed to a targeted email for gambling market should be somewhat minimal, because he'll be "protected" from online and offline gambling platforms, he can't play on any offline casino [obviously] and can't sign up with any online Australia-authorized casino. Unless... he bypassed the Australia georestriction and played online somewhere else, from where his email address then leaked and expose him to the targeted marketing. Which means, in tone with what you said, it's fair to assume case similar to this one have happened before. Which lead us to a possibility there's more to OP's story than he repetitively tell us.

I’m going to answer this for you again with something quiet logical.
I gambled a lot in my life, that would mean spending time on websites, finding tips/tricks, looking up articles and forums related to betting etc. God knows where I put my email address and how Cloudbet got it, but they did.

For an operator that I’ve proven has lied time and time again, I’m not sure why anyone would be surprised if they have some back room dirty tactics to get this sort of information.

If there was more to the story then what I’m telling you, why wouldn’t Cloudbet have used that against me in the ample amount of communication I’ve submitted in my post, rather than continuing to lie time and time again that they were Australian licensed?

Thank you for this added info about your activity as well as the "KYC"-tied self-exclusion. If I may change my question, other than cloudbet, do you still play on other online casinos after that self-exclusion?
1050  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: COINS.GAME – IRRESPONSIBLE GAMBLING on: October 03, 2023, 03:49:02 PM
Do I understand the chronological narrative was that you contacted live support and ask for self exclusion, which they redirect you to email the support team with such request, they then issued you a 24 hours cool-down, of which after the cool-down, you can extend the period to permanently [or any other time you preferred] if the request is submitted within certain period after the email asking about this to you was sent, so you play there for a while before re-visiting the email and try to request the permanent self-exclusion, which no longer works?
Just like when you request a password reset or a 2FA code over email, the link won't be available forever. Depending on what it is you are requesting, it could be available for 10 minutes, an hour, a whole day, or any other time period the service sets. When that time expires, you can't revisit the old link anymore, and you have to request a new one.

Exactly, OP's complaint here is that the casino being irresponsible by not allowing a self-exclusion, with a supporting evidence that the link is invalid, argued that the casino tries to scam their customer by making this self-exclusion impossible, that he can't self exclude after he won. But if what happened here is that he can't self-exclude after a cool-down period because he played right after that cool-down period is over, or that the link expires because he played, it's not an issue at all, it's a stupidity. LM tried the self-exclusion himself and it worked smoothly, proof that the representative's claim that there is no bug in their system is true. So, no scam happens here, and this thread is nothing but... well...

1053  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet scammed me for 1BTC on: October 03, 2023, 03:01:40 PM
I don't think I understand the complete situation here correctly. Allow me to rephrase, you've never play on any online casino ever before cloudbet send you the promotional emails that lead us to this situation right now? At all? So where do they get your email address?

The e-mail address could have been leaked from anywhere, the question is how long has the OP been using it and where did he register with it? However, for me it is not so controversial with the e-mail address, but with the fact that the OP claims that he has never used an online casino before, and then he sent 1 BTC to one of them only because he received a promotional e-mail...

Personally, that's a lot of money, and I would never think of gambling with that amount, especially if it's something completely new to me.

I agree and I am unsure what the fuss is about with the email - they obviously got it from somewhere.

Lucius, I suffer from Anxiety and Panic Disorder and it’s not unlike me to look for “escapes” and lose focus of where I am and what I’m doing. I sent certified medical documents to LCB.org during my dispute to provide an understanding of my vulnerability. I never denied my lapse of judgement. However that doesn’t mean that I need to ignore the wrongdoings of the operator, especially when they blatantly lied over and over again to me.
This isn’t just about an  email I received, I also provided a screenshot of the chat support lying about their legality in australia, as well as screenshots of website content targeting Australians  that they have now taken down.

If I was wrong, Cloudbet would not have now restricted all Australian accounts following my complaint.

Why it's important to me is because I can only assume they get your email address from two possible ways. One, you subscribed to their newsletter or signed up to their platform [which you denied] or, as Lucius assumed, leaked from anywhere [which, as the other one became less likely, then this one become more likely].

Problem is, it's not too far fetched to think that a leaked email which target such a specific market, a gambler, will come from a gambling database. I don't think a leaked database from Myer membership will expose you to this targeted marketing. So, quite possibly a gambling database, perhaps online gambling database, as I don't think an offline, brick and mortar, gambling "platform" will ask email address for your membership, thus, less likely to become the source of a leak.

But, and here's what the fuss is about, you told us that you've never been on crypto gambling platform before, and further, you also repetitively said that you've been permanently self-excluded from any gambling casino in Australia, these two for example [1][2]. So it should be impossible for you to sign up on online gambling platforms, correct? Unless... you use VPN or other ways to bypass your own self-exclusion?

edit: adding missing and incomplete sentence, marked with underline. This is what happen when I take a leak when writing about a leak.
1054  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: stake.com and Casino.guru coverup. on: October 03, 2023, 11:05:42 AM
you are saying stale.com system just acted up and added those lines by themselves, their automated system where which they delete the bets.

No, I am saying that if you got both betID from stake, then they have two kind of bet log system, the short and the long version, it is not their system acting up by adding lines or anything, it's just two type of log, the short and the long, and it doesn't really matter.

As I said, the log can add the whole text of The Silmarillion into their lines and it still doesn't change the outcome: where the field containing bomb were placed.

what rubbish and edited iteration you are sending do you have my archive file , that you edited and send me the bet iteration, just to prove your stake coverup propoganda.

that is me watering down the log to align with your depth of knowledge, just like you wanted it. You kept insisting on complicating something that's actually a non-issue, arguing that it's something that should raise concern where it doesn't. So there it is, the "short version" of the log. If you still can't grasp it, the difference between the two logs is exactly like what I show you up there, the short one simply shows elements that's essential and removing things that's not really important, such as the rest of the fields after hitting a bomb.

edit: Hey Don what is DT? Thanks.

[...]

I don think Don will answer [a dad joke fully intended] as your question will be very much out of topic, so I'll be brief [as much as I can, because it's a rather complex system], you can shoot me a PM if you have further question for this topic, or you can look around, there are plenty of reading material available across the boards on this forum, or ask on the beginners and help board.

In layman's term, a DT [Default Trust] is a group of people whose judgment are valued and trusted by the forum, thus when they participate on a trust flag or leave a trust feedback, what they leave will be shown for public eyes. If you see those numbers below the username on left side of everyone's post, the "-0 / =0 / +0" or on other cases, "-8 / =1 / +3" or whatever numbers showing there, it's because a DT, be it a DT1 or DT2 leave a positive, neutral, or negative feedback on that account.

When a non-DT leave their feedback, it won't show by default, you'll need to go to their trust page and click the "show ratings" on the "untrusted feedback" section to bring this up.

The list of DTs is ever changing due to the decentralized nature that theymos want to enact, you can always see the DT list here, being updated weekly.

unlike iteration , if the game was over why did it register extra ninces as multiplier

"field":3,"payoutMultiplier":0},{"field":4,"payoutMultiplier":0},{"field":9,"payoutMultiplier":0},{"field":7,"payoutMultiplier":0},{"field":11,"payoutMultiplier":0},{"field":12,"payoutMultiplier":0},{"field":14,"payoutMultiplier":0},{"field":24,"payoutMultiplier":0},{"field":17,"payoutMultiplier":0},{"field":16,"payoutMultiplier":0},{"field":15,"payoutMultiplier":0},{"field":21,"payoutMultiplier":0},{"field":22,"payoutMultiplier":0},{"field":20,"payoutMultiplier":0}

and if you can see in interaction 1 there was no multiplier or lines registered after the bomb.

The thing is, the length of the betID doesn't really matter, you hit a field containing bomb right on what the log said, at field number 3. They can add the whole text of Silmarillion on the log and it doesn't change the outcome and the truth: you hit a field containing bomb as what's been generated prior to the game being played, bomb triggered, game ended, end of story.

If you can't understand this, I'm not sure how else anybody can help you.
