I don't think any owner/admin cares to lessen the spam on some general forum ? if they are throwing 10-20 coins a month then i doubt they are going to care about the local problems or how the moderator is feeling etc..

Think logically , would you hire a person who is working hard to lower the expenses/budget for you and his first priority is to promote your company in the best manner or a guy who is devoted to forum and doesn't has any attention over budget but cares about moderators and spam (local problems which have no value compared to their business).

people tweet when they get time and they don't/can't follow ur twitter account daily before they have a break fast . I got  message regarding this issue and i find it insane to keep such requirements.

you shouldn't keep that option as a rule but you could advise users to do in such way.It's nice to be in the campaign but following such terrible rules is not comfortable and is not helping in any way.

I am not thinking any thing about you and never will.I was just saying about the ugly rates of their pay per post campaign and i wasn't aware of their 2nd campaign (which wasn't announced then). people here have a problem reading and i have ignored all the above posts on this subject.

Thanks for the offer man ,but the campaign i am enrolled in is for a very long term so that i don't have to search for a new one in the middle of the weeks.

I assume it's master-P, though yahoo is well reputed and can be relied.
