601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do I need to say more? on: May 01, 2018, 03:15:27 PM
Taxi was doing a perfectly good job....
but Uber works better!!!

Landlines phone were perfectly good phone...
But cellphone works better...

We have Fiat but Bitcoin was introduce...
Do I need to say more?

Exactly. Every company and country is beginning to accept the upcoming changes we'll start seeing in coming years. From insurer to energy companies to jewelers have begun merging their current system with blockchain. Future is great for this technology as a whole and I'm sure altcoins will benefit from all of this.
602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best altcoin for investing (begginers) on: April 27, 2018, 06:45:01 AM
Hello everyone

Today our market become reddish, do you have an idea why is it happening?

For those who tried or experienced investing, can you give me an advice on how to start small investing? And for now what are those best coins to invest?

We know that everyone of us dreaming to become rich, I think there is a big potential will be happen with the helps of criptocurrency.

Kindly share your ideas and opinions.

Thank you in advance.

You will hear different opinion on which coin is best. So, if you're newbie you should spend time doing your research on top listed coin in coinmarketcap. It will teach you something and you can make a sound investment. Don't rely too much on other people for investment as it'll make you panic when market crashes as it usually does.
603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are you hodling for speculation or true believing? on: April 27, 2018, 06:39:51 AM
True believer. If you look at the financial market right now you would realize that more and more people are losing their faith the way economy is being run. Crypto is going to be huge in coming years. Average joe don't want alternative as they can already do transactions but they would need it in coming years. You can see how government is being more acceptable towards crypto as they already know what's coming at them.
604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Liqui.io on: April 25, 2018, 03:20:44 PM
Bad experience for me. Pretty long transactions for IN and OUT as it requires 6 confirmations or so. + not very convenient interface and a lot of flood in chat

I used it few times and I faced similar issue. Specially with outgoing transaction, sometimes it would take up to 8 hrs for my transaction to go through. don't use it anymore though so may be they've fixed it.
605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Neo, Why is it still falling? on: April 25, 2018, 03:18:58 PM
NEO is still way higher than where it should be. It may seem like it's dropping but if you look at the chart, you'll notice it is priced higher than it should.
606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: EOS or IOTA? on: April 25, 2018, 03:15:55 PM
both have high scalability. Price wise IOTA is definitely much better choice in my opinion. You should look at their partnership and github for upcoming events.
607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are there so many assholes in ICO industry? on: April 24, 2018, 12:33:57 PM
"But what ICO is industry is really fool of are assholes. "  Huh  Huh  Huh  Huh

"Assholeness of ICO world is strongly connected to all ICO scam"

I don't know if I really want to read further into it as this writer clearly lacks basic knowledge of the language he chose to write in. He also seems to be in love with the word "asshole" for some reason..  Huh

608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Here is a tip for all the noobs, all the SMART MONEY is in on: April 24, 2018, 12:30:56 PM
I think all smart money is in BTC  Wink and not these other alts that rely on btc for their movement.
609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC at end of bounty campaign on: April 24, 2018, 12:27:54 PM
What do you think about bounty campaigns that announce their KYC check at the end of the campaign? Many bounty hunters simply don't want to do that and the bounty managers or the ICO teams get free promotion for their projects.

Is this fair?

Every bounty thread should clearly state, wether there will be a KYC or not. We should ask the admins for changing the rules regarding this issue.

What do you think?

I think it's messed up to announce KYC after campaign is over and it makes them look shady. However, I don't mind it if it's something minimum like your e-mail address and country but if they ask for identification proof then that makes me nervous. I don't know what their intention could be behind announcing it once is over. It should be announced on the first page when they create bounty threads.
610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My $36,000 Invesment Turned Out Now $12,000 - Still Holding on: April 24, 2018, 12:25:35 PM
I know how people feel, those who invested in December or January like me, who fell love with crypto, and the way price was going up, never believed I have to see market cap under $250 billion. However, Everyday I check my Black folio app, I feel sick in my stomach. Sometimes I feel what I have done? But i knew there was a risk, i knew, I could lose money, but I couldn't control my rush of blood, seeing people buying right and left whatever they could.

But my question to all those investors, do you believe in crypto? If you do then hold tight because good days will come, if you are not in need an emergency cash, then hold your coin, It can't be red all days, it will be green. have some faith in this industry. I know it's hard seeing the bloodbath, what's happening, but we will rise again.

Even though I lost 70% of my portfolio, I'm still holding because I know good days are coming soon. Good luck guys.

Well, my current holdings are.

1. NEO
2. LISK
3. XLM
4. MCO
5. BAT
6. POWR
7. WABI
8. START
9. WTC
10. RPX

Many of us have been holding for quite a while now and that is the best strategy as we can see. Market is going up and now it's no time to frown but get excited about the upcoming future that's ahead of us.
611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Did you agree Chamath Palihapitiya Bitcoin price prediction?? on: April 20, 2018, 12:23:51 PM
Chamath Palihapitiya
Prediction: Bitcoin at $100,000 by 2020/2021, $1 million by 2037.

Chamath Palihapitiya ran AOL Instant Messenger and later served as an executive at Facebook, Inc. (NASDAQ:FB). He founded the venture capital firm Social Capital in 2011, which has invested in startups such as Box Inc (NYSE:BOX) and Yammer, which was acquired by Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) in 2012.

He also is part-owner of the Golden State Warriors.

Palihapitiya got in early, having bought bitcoin at around $100 a coin. He owned $5 million in bitcoins in October 2013, when it was trading under $200.

Still, Palihapitiya thinks bitcoin can appreciate further. On December 12, he predicted that bitcoin would reach a price of $100,000 in three or four years, and $1 million within 20 years.

Palihapitiya is known for making bold predictions. As I noted in 2016, he sees Amazon reaching a market capitalization of $3 trillion. Last year, he predicted that Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) would eventually capture 5% of the global market for cars and a $336 billion valuation.

that sounds like a great news for altcoins. I don't care if it reaches $1 million by 2037 and to be honest nobody can predict that except some people who're in the business of knowing. However, this kind of news help the market move in right direction. I'll take them as they come.
612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DOGE coin will it go beyond $1, why & why not? on: April 20, 2018, 12:18:57 PM
I hold some DOGE if it goes 1 USD, I will have some decent money to spend some going to some parts of the world. I just want to know if this year it will touch 1 USD like the XRP which they have the same volume as Billion supply I mean.

It's sitting at half a cent right now. It would take it looong time before you'll see $1 unless some magic happens on twitter and everyone starts selling their homes to buy dogecoin.  Tongue but dream we should.
613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth to join airdrop? on: April 20, 2018, 12:14:56 PM
In my experience airdrops have not been very profitable but then there are some people who claim to get huge profit from airdrops. I wouldn't waste my time on it as its time consuming and you may gain something or nothing as people are standing in line to cashout their free coins. For you, there is only one way to find out.
614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are there any tips for taking short-term profits in cryptocurrency? on: April 19, 2018, 12:10:26 PM
Hello guys please I need us to share our opinion and ideas if you really know any few tips on how to take short-term profit in crypto-currency

If you want short term profit, you should try gambling although I don't recommend it. Alternatively, you can invest huge amount of money but again what is considered profit to you might not be the same to someone else. so, you might want to clarify your investment and profit you're looking for.
615  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is $900 a realistic prediction for ETH by EOY? on: April 19, 2018, 12:07:51 PM
I want to know what you guys think  Huh Is $900 realistic? I bought at $900 so I'm hoping I just break even. I don't really think it will hit back to $1000 because of the short pumps and whales taking profit repeating.

It didn't look like that it was going to happen back in the March, but if you look at the current price it's quite possible that it'll hit near $1000 very soon.
616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 3 Best Ways to Track Your Cryptocurrency Portfolio on: April 18, 2018, 01:01:22 PM
I don't see it in your list so I'll add it here. Coinmarketcapp & Tabtrader. First one is great app as it lets you track all cryptocoins with ease. They've added all functions of coinmarketcapp and it's one of the best app for crypto. Second one allows you to trade, but, sometimes it doesn't work smoothly.
617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 150 ETH OR 9.5 BTC? on: April 18, 2018, 12:54:27 PM
150 ETH OR 9.5 BTC?
Almost worth the same value now,  but which one is better for holding untill DEC 2018?

If you have good chunk of money to invest in crypto, you shouldn't stick with just one or two coin. Diversify it. Assuming that you have more money saved up for other crypto, I would go with btc without a doubt.
618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VERGE ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH PORNHUB!!! on: April 18, 2018, 12:51:50 PM
Ok guys according to P-hub and Verge (XVG), P-hub is in a partnership with Verge. It makes sense; people want to pay for adult stuff anonymously and Verge is a privacy coin. The potential is pretty huge, because P-hub is probably one the biggest in the adult industry.

Do you think this is good development for Verge and for crypto in general?

that is some seriously good news. There are many married men who wants to watch live cam of stormy online, but don't want their wife finding out. This will help.
619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sudden Rise up mean Bull on: April 14, 2018, 03:48:17 PM
We all experienced a sudden rise in the whole market. is it mark of bull market ? whats your opinions ?

someone had posted earlier that Thailand has started showing positive attitude towards crypto. I think we are starting to enter bull trend as good news start coming. It has been bear market for a long time now and it's a good time to get some bull.
620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Thailand Has Accepted Bill In Setting Crypto Currency on: April 13, 2018, 05:20:49 PM
A bill will be drafted by the Government of Thailand and has given its consent to regulate the regulation of cryptocurrency transactions in the region. This information will be disclosed by Finance Minister Apisak Tantivorawong, through Nikkei Asian Review.

According to Tantivorawong during a cabinet meeting held on March 27, it was proposed that the Thai Revenue Department should collect an additional tax of 7% VAT and 15% ownership tax on cryptocurrency and some collections made by ICO, but this measure would not apply to minority investors .

In addition, it is noted that regulations are being designed to prevent the growing sector of digital currency that will be used for money laundering, tax evasion, and other criminal activities that could affect Thailand's economy and this has been done in many other countries. Just keep waiting for the publication in the Royal Gazette so that the new mechanism can come into force.

although it won't affect crypto price as much it's still a great news. looks like we're finally starting to see good that should follow with more good news as it would help the market recover faster.
