601  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling sites should be careful of bringing eSports in on: September 04, 2020, 10:20:33 AM
It is the parent's responsibility to watch over what their kids are doing especially in the internet. There is nothing cryptocurrency or gambling platforms can do to control and to monitor whoever plays on their platform since most platforms don't have KYC, or even if there is, it is easy to ask for other people's document for you to pass the KYC.
Much as I thought, parents are the true controllers of their hobbies and not those gambling platforms. Eaports will definitely surface and take over some good portions on the internet, the responsibility of parents are to ensure strict regulations among childrens while on the internet.

Good God: children are smarter than most parents these days and their possibility of controlling the children's won't be feasible. KYC can be override by these kids with the help of parents documents: e shock u?, few months ago a young and smart boy sold his father land and traveled to Russia. In conclusion, KYC won't be a hindrance to smart children.
602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have shared about bitcoin on my class on: September 03, 2020, 10:09:58 PM
Though you did absolutely well to bring the good gospel of Bitcoin to your college mates. For the freebit gambling casino you just said, isn't a scam advertisement because they have been into the system for long and their records still intact. In the advertisement, they never said play to win $200 rather play "maybe you can stand a chance to win or not". Many gambling casinos with advertisement are found doing this all the time to ensure new members are lured into the gambling platform to win such huge reward.
603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Yearn.Finance (YFI) hits $28k on: August 30, 2020, 08:56:48 PM
What's going on with this coin? It's getting pumped crazy af right now.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/yearn-finance/

I still don't wanna believe in this crazy pump with YFI. Wtf!
How can 1 altcoin worth over 2 btc? It's super crazy how this happens. BTW, I am hoping to buy some dips of this coin
Don't be surprise mate, the possibility came from their supply. The supply of this digital token is 30000FYI token which 29000 FYI are already in circulation which means the supply was so limited compared to other tokens in digital world. If really compare to Bitcoin price and supply; then FYI token won't sort for $50 per token.

Don't jump into this digital token because, there is much to happen to it price according to some rumors making around it core team members decision.
604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bad projects equals Bad results on: August 30, 2020, 08:43:27 PM
Well, i have a different opinion, because as a investor who buy low and sells high most times you cannot care if the project is bad or poor, you only care about the price of the token, With this regard, we can boldly state that bad projects can equal to massive bullish price which equals to good profits.

Do you agree with me ?
Roll Eyes "bad project is equal to bad results."

Answer to your analysis, bad project give low exchange volume: this mean that, whenever the project stay good the results will be good because of the token volume. How then do you sell that token without a volume? Good project always come with good exchange volume but bad project give otherwise. In conclusion: good project will give profits while bad project will give bad results.
605  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Greatest Gambling Losers on: August 30, 2020, 05:29:50 PM
This should be remembered by everyone that gambling too much can cause problem and one of them is health problem like the case of number 1. Although one of them is very rich so it shouldn't be a problem when it comes to financial problems but the health problem is npt since if you gamble all the time then you won't be able to take care of yourself.
This bores down to self-control in gambling. Health wise still depends on how a gambler is able to handle what's called "self-control" because this is the main reason why many gamblers end up in danger health wise. There should be limits  for every gambler out there in order to curb this issue among gamblers addict. Personally, most of my gambling activities are done within weekends because of my time to relaxe out stress.
606  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos Withdrawal Fees Rise | August 2020 🔥 on: August 30, 2020, 05:11:42 PM
Clearly that shows some red flag, and that casino shouldn't be trusted in the first place. Users shouldn't never be disabled of withdrawal through increasing fees in an insane amount. It only means that casino or gambling site cannot be trusted with your Crypto's, and should be immediately reported here in the forum, to warn others.
Basically no withdrawal was disabled from the OP but due to the increase of Bitcoin; it transaction fees increased. This has nothing to do with the casinos as they can't determine Bitcoin price. Issues from OP can easily sort out through the use of altcoins to make your withdrawal transactions from the casinos. The same August was the same month the price of Bitcoin increased and we'll understand that, Bitcoin rise always follows with it fee increase.
607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Regulations in online Gambling sites on: August 29, 2020, 11:13:20 AM
I am including those who support online gambling regulated by each country, so besides preventing fraud. Regarding the issue of users
under 18 years of age, prevention can be taken so that they cannot access online gambling sites. Although I am quite disappointed in
my country online gambling banned, but fortunately I can still access online gambling sites via VPN.

The fact still remains that, if any country embark on online gambling sites regulations many gamblers will still ho into it through VPN. Most of my colleagues aren't up to the age of 18+ but yet still gamble with us, banning those teenagers can only work with traditional casinos and not online platforms. Taking the forum as an example age wise, many gamblers here aren't upto that age per se but yet still gamble online.

Conclusively, any government that get tax from traditional casinos will put mechanism in place to stop online gambling sites casinos because of their tax invasion.
608  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever wiped off a casino through Blackjack? on: August 29, 2020, 10:35:06 AM
Candidly, you can't wipe-off any online casino with any huge strategy because the house will always have an edge over any game around their scufer. Gambling platforms come with hidden secrets concerning any of it games, they always outsmart gamblers but luck can smile on gamblers occasionally. Blackjacks has some secrets about its table numbers for the game which you as the gambler can't see, so, the house will always bit you to your odds of wipe-off.
609  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Legal Matter on: August 28, 2020, 09:11:55 PM
By now people who are much into gambling and spend on real casinos prefer using the online casinos during this pandemic. This way the online crypto gambling usage have increased alot over the recent months. Very importantly this has been found high in the first world countries. Third world countries are highly regulated for cryptocurrency usage, but local gambling platforms make more fiat money out of the people.
Being an idle man will always attract stuff(easy money) to mankind. During the novel coronavirus pandemic, many families seek for means to sustain their livelihood which turned many of them into doing what can give money. No doubt many gamblers took the bold steps to gamble online for this purpose. So, not an argument that the population of gamblers increased during the pandemic.

Well, not all third world countries are actually been regulated at the moment. Particularly my country which has not yet make any pronouncements either it be illegal or legal. What they did was to cautioned citizens against cryptocurrencies.
610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I can't wait until I can pay using bitcoin at the supermarket on: August 28, 2020, 08:40:38 PM
This can take place when global adoption takes place around the globe. Making this method of payment as an option in business will hlep spread the awareness of this digital currency to the world. Though, this might take long before we be able to pay with Bitcoin for online shops or physical shops.

There are some online merchandise who are currently accepting the payment through Bitcoin. So, this can spread through the online world slowly till everyone is convince about the digital currency and it purposes to mankind.
611  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Research and Experience, There’s No Other Way! on: August 28, 2020, 07:31:47 PM
Absolutely. There's no other way to approach life itself than research and experiences, so this is not only applicable to Bitcoin. All stated  points on OP are true because Bitcoin is a new technology that needs more information to understand and those with the understanding must exercise their experience to get things done right. Learning new things everyday can only help us gain experience in order to manage our problems.

For anyone to succeed in cryptocurrency industry s/he must imbibe the spirit of research and experience, hence futility in play. Profits can only flow into the hands that had the needed research and experience, so, learn everyday to have the experience.
612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can new crypto beat Eth in the market? on: August 27, 2020, 09:17:15 PM
Ethereum has always been in the top position and it has been 4 years,
there is only 1 rival in my opinion that can overtake Ethereum in second place, yes thats Ripple
Ripple can't be a rival to ethereum when there are others that are currently contending with it. Ripple can't make top coins in the market except when they intend to pump the market as they are known to be scammers. The only project I can see contending with ethereum is the $DOT  which has a cross chain for scalability. At the moments this project has been toping many other projects because of this innovative ideas. Ripple has none and can't contend with any.
613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCNEX - "SCAM" Withdrawals are no longer available. on: August 27, 2020, 08:49:17 PM
Yes right BCNEX is a scam exchange. i have hold some fund in this exchange but later i couldn’t withdraw. I tried to contact the admin but they did not accept my message even they’re block me from there official telegram group. However, many investors have fallen victim to them and lost money anyway we will not rush to invest like the blind.

I lost 400$+ in BCNEX exchange, they kept giving hope that the platform will come back to normal operations then it was glaring later on that its scam. I actually bought their exchange token when the exchange token trend was still on, little did I know everything will end this way. It's a lesson learnt the hard way, I will never trade on any exchange without very high reputation. Infact presently I avoid new exchanges to avoid sad stories.
That's a huge loss base on my earnings. What I can't comprehend with cryptocurrency enthusiasts who are traders is, they care less of what can happen which has happened to others. They don't remember what happened to others who actually used new exchanges without reputation in the past, though even reputable exchanges had one time disappointed us, including myself. As at today, I don't trust new cryptocurrency exchanges with zero reputation and average trade volumes to even start with.
614  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chris Larsen, Chair Of Ripple, Argues China Can Reverse Bitcoin Transactions on: August 27, 2020, 08:16:11 PM
Maybe he talked about the incident that took place in August 2010 almost ten years ago, I quote:

Luckily, the community was able to cancel all transactions following the hack and rollback the blockchain to its pre-hack state.
. How can a farmer become an electrical engineer and start to analyze what happened to 40kva generator? Grin.

Let him face what he has created and leave Bitcoin to it existence, there's absolutely nothing a man with a centralized heart to understand what's wrong with a decentralized heart.  Smiley
615  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which is a good option?? Trade or Hodl on: August 26, 2020, 09:53:29 PM
Is it better to keep good project coins for holding?
Good projects tokens or coin should be kept because of future exposure of the project. Holding project tokens with good prospect pays on a long-term basis, although this can be disastrous as the project can equally fold up. But, finding a good project with holding on a long-term will bring the profit needed.

Trade in spot/ futures market in less leverage.
Believe me, this section doesn't match everyone of us, because trade isn't meant for all. Don't start the battle without any prior knowledge, trading shouldn't be a business for all. Hold! Is better.
616  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Buy and Hold Really the Best Strategy in Crypto? on: August 26, 2020, 09:41:27 PM
Let's be frank with ourselves, buy and hold some random stupid tokens won't yield anything even in years. The buy and hold don't actually give the assurance of win to anyone with such mindset. The project will determine if the tokens are Worth holding or not, don't expect to buy rubbish and think hold will perform a magic of profit.

But, buy and  hold will be a good strategy when you buy the right token or coin. There are good defi projects with prospect, buying anyone of them will surely give a good profit on a long-term. I bought some Bandtokens in April early this year to hold which gave me profit.
617  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Would you try to accumulate now that there is a token pump? on: August 26, 2020, 09:20:58 PM
Whenever I find myself in such situations I do have to hold as much as possible. Some few days ago I bought RLC, unfortunately I bought at the wrong time. The market went down as a ran into a loss but with a little hold I was able to make some profit on two trade. While i hold the tokens, the price appreciated with few percentage and I sold out; on that same day the market take a new turn and I bought back, at this time I made a decent profits beyond my expectations.

When you believe in a project then, holding their tokens won't be an issue. You can hold for midterms to take out profit.
618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm dumping my coins because.. on: August 23, 2020, 10:06:38 PM
I dump my coin after got it from a bounty because to me, it is better to take the initiative and planing to buyback. Since most of the time, a coin will have a dump because of bounty hunters so I just want to anticipant this behavior.
Well, not all the time some tokens or coins go bearishly, experience has taught me that, good projects won't dump very fast as shit projects in this ecosystem. There are some tokens from good projects that when dump by bounty hunters can't be bought back when the entire proj start a race into pumps. I love holding my stash because "Blessed are those with stronghands for they will surely get rewards". Those tokens you called shittokens today can be savior tomorrow, also, #defi can emerge from them even after death.
619  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and crypto currencies are getting dangerous on: August 23, 2020, 05:05:28 PM
KYC shouldn't be seen as something dangerous because the freedom won't be here for so long, the government will definitely find their ways into implementing the "must use of KYC for both decentralization and centralization". The issue should be: watch out the types of centralize platforms that request your personal information, if they're not trustworthy then don't border about them as your information won't be secure with them.

The traditional Banks always demand personal information from it users, so will Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency platforms when the government fully implement regulations of cryptosystem.
620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you lost money on Bitcoin you either bought in the red or you didn't hodl on: August 23, 2020, 04:12:28 PM
<snip>
No such thing as a red. The only losing occurs if you sell, so don't.
Theoretically nothing like RED. Practically, there's such thing as RED, whenever the market go downtrend from the purchase point then RED has occur.

Weaker hands will always sell off their bags when the RED occur, but the stronger hands will always hold their bags. You loss because you don't hold and not because you bought from the RED zones.  Holding onto your bags even at RED zones is more profitable than gold  Grin e shock u abi?
