Do you count the LISK bonus now, or will you count it once the sale is over?

Until now there are around 45 BTC worth of Lisk deposited and all these within 25 minutes which I highly doubt that is real!
Simply it is unbelievable.

This page https://tec.ark.io/ got stucked at 0 days 0 hours 0 minutes 0 seconds, what is going to happen now?

Working CTRL + F5 if you have problems

CTRL + SHIFT + R worked as well too, now I have issue with the verification link not coming on my email!
I checked also my spam but no email received yet,

Same. No confirmation email after 10 minutes.

I got the confirmation after few minutes hopefully, maybe I was one of the first registered Tongue

Everything good here. Got verification email, deposited some lisk and it's confirmed.

How fast does a LISK transaction gets confirmed?

<snip>
I use them rarely when someone sends me an altcoin collateral.

The exchange rate is better there because most big traders don't want to risk by depositing their funds but its a good opportunity to make some profit if you have the knowledge and time.

Yeah for this reason I traded there because the exchange rate was better than on other exchanges and the 1% bonus encouraged me lol.

atomicat, have you tried to use them recently?  At least for me, the site looks looks like working fine (deposit, trading, API etc) - except of no withdrawal, no answer to tickets regarding the withdrawal issue (also their QQ number does not seem to exist anymore), as I have just written in another thread today.  Kind of reminding the last weeks of Cryptsy (and some other exchanges)...

I would answer here that I haven't used them for many months and don't know how things are going recently but I see a huge trading volume.

614  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What about the idea of a bitcoin shop in big cities? on: November 05, 2016, 04:53:49 PM
It would be good to have a bitcoin shop on big cities as this would increase the people's attention and would buy something.
Besides this I think that also other altcoins would contribute to this shop by having a sector of their altcoin shop inside.
The first thing to consider is what is the use of all online or other stores will accept bitcoin. After the purchase will do only those users that are relevant to cryptocurrency, and the rest have only real money.

I see not how a shop for bitcoins could be profitable.
It would take a lot of fees to make it work, and I really do not think anybody would pay those.
Online exchanges can be used withe every smartphone, so I highly doubt that a real shop can be competitive with those.

Every shop has a strategy how when and where to make a sale, so if they make a bitcoin sale then people would be interested in bitcoin.
Of course every service takes fee even transaction bitcoin to bitcoin has a small fee, but the idea to have bitcoin shop is better than you think.
615  Economy / Economics / Re: Paying taxes on forum? on: November 05, 2016, 04:43:34 PM
Do you think that people who offer some services here on forum and make money from it (like exchangin Bitcoin, offering lending services, web design, translations etc.) are also obliged to report that to their local authorities and pay tax?

These are private deals and I don't think that every one should pay taxes, what about if someone earns $1, should he declare this?
I'm not a lawyer and don't know much about these legal things but for companies that hire these guys taxes maybe should be applied.
As a small tax payer we are not directly aware that tax will be tax impose upon us and whatever our earnings here is not subject to tax based on my limited knowledge. In fact, it's the reality that attracts more investors here because their income is not subject to tax and we can hide our riches here if we have without the government knowing it as bitcoin is not under their jurisdiction.

The problem is that people can make bitcoin transaction which can worth millions of dollars or even half-billion.
Check this transaction https://blockchain.info/tx/fea3e0d0e15e991d20d4b9867c1469bdf3e70fd91b2dba3410af05ad5e18f554 and you can see that with only 8 cent you transfer 4.4 million dollars.
616  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What type of products you would like to buy with Bitcoins? on: November 05, 2016, 04:30:03 PM
Paying directly with bitcoin is almost impossible but indirectly through third party services it ispossible

It is not impossible but it is just not done by anyone yet, if someone starts a service like an online marketplace accepting bitcoins with support of worldwide shipping like amazon and many other places, then that would be the best gift for bitcoin users i guess, but the thing is no one does it yet or maybe no one can do it.

How can you say it is not possible, haven't you heard for virutal or plastic bitcoin debit cards?
You deposit bitcoin on these website services/exchanges and you spend them on visa like a normal card to make online purchases or withdraw in cash.
617  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bter.com duty on: November 05, 2016, 04:28:38 PM
I got scammed by 0,04 btc Sad and after a lot of emails (most without any reply)  Huh I didn't receive any info for my BTC_B pending.
I just entered today in my account and nothing it's changed. I can't understand how people could use this exchange with a proven scam behavior in the last years/months.

If it was 0.04 I wouldnt care becase the ammount i got scammed is several hitcoins, but still it is not good for an exchange like this to scam their users
I have lost this small amount and nevermind... I hope they spend in medicine Smiley (I am a pharmacist Cheesy)

if you got scammed by several coins (bitcoins?) why you use already one of the worst exchange in the world? any convenience? or just love the risk Smiley ?

Bter is pretty much scam... A bit like yobit i guess. Very unresponsive support and even more wallets that don't even work. I suggest you just wait for the best and hope for the best... Nothing much you can do more.

I risked a while ago after the hack and risked more than a bitcoin trading there and everything went good.
Even though I got scammed by them for several bitcoin I re-used their exchange again but their support sucks.

Your wish to spend them on medicine has really a meaning lol, never heard a wish like this for scammers.
I re-used their exchange many times after the hack but for many months I don't trade there, I loved the exchange rate there that's why I risked.
618  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: November 04, 2016, 02:33:18 PM
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/9-ways-kids-smarter-money-100050132.html

This article doesn't talk about bitcoin but it got me thinking how to get kinds interested in bitcoin within the context of appropriate money management lessons. Think of we could teach kinds about it. The growth, the adoption, the inflation and retraction. The allure of the "internet money".

...what other ideas come to mind?

Mostly all kids play games and they are aware of the coins ( points ) that they can earn and know where to use.
So a good idea would be to make some games for kids and make the points they earn into satoshi.
619  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who next do you think gonna run away with people BTC on: November 04, 2016, 02:29:13 PM
According to the topic; am thinking of Coince.com, Genesis Mining and Hashflare.
finger crossed watching from high distance sipping my coke and popcorn.

If i gamble with my BTC and win or loss is better than giving those egg-head my money to runaway.
Who do you think is next to parkupBTCBTCBTC

People are investing a lot on icos and i think that is too risky and those who run these ico can run away with investors money.
We can't really know who is next running with our money because we wouldn't put our money there.
620  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which Trading Books Have You Read, Have They Helped You? on: November 04, 2016, 02:11:08 PM
I will read the books that you mentioned but personally I haven't read a book how to trade ever because I have learned many things from my experience.
Everyone says buy low and sell high but this is not always the case, there are many other factors which affect the price.
