OP, should give legitimacy to this story, by giving more details. Explain to us how much you saved to pay for a holiday like this and why you decided to spend it on a holiday. Do you think you might regret your decision to sell those coins, when the price of bitcoins was so low? Give us more details and share some of your plans with us for 2019 to reach that "snow" holiday goal.  The market isnt really working for me last year so the 90% of the funds comes from campaign. 5% trading 5% holding. I just want to be honest regarding this one. So, i achieve those by really not spending any cents on my earnings in campaign. Whats amazing is that , the trip is only worth $400 per head. I went there with my partner so $800 in total. I still have plenty on my wallet and planning for more extravagant vacation next year. I would like to post more picture but my face includes in most of the beautiful scenes. By the way, the place is Coron, Palawan Philippines. People usually spend their money once they earn it, im one of those people, im jealous of you because you're able to not spend money, you just keep saving and it paid off, im pretty sure in the future im gonna be really bad at handling finance. |

Getting an exchange hacked doesn't mean they want to steal their user coins and they can make that money in the long run or even more, You never know who is the hacker, an entity or the exchange. But cryptopia looks shady for few months and now most of the people expected there is a hack happened.Lot of veterans habe suspicion that they did by themselves for exit scam without much bad name for the brand but anyway all the people who kept their funds at that exchange forget about it and move on it is unlikely to get into you. probably because im just a small trader, i actually find their service good, when i withdraw funds it actually send the funds a second later, i didn't expect this to happen, this would serve me as an example to not keep funds in exchange. |

We can't be sure of that but he still stole the money though he returned it. If his intention was to strengthen ones security, he should left a message or hint after returning it or maybe that's already the message. That's the message probably, who returns stolen money without any intention in it, im sure there are some intention behind this, probably the hacker feels guilty to what he did, im sure the exchange will strengthen its security whether the hacker will return the funds or not. |

Probably the same, terrible, it's better to invest on a project that already has a working feature unlike on an ico that have yet to exist, no one knows if the team behind will work on their project i mean there are already alot of project that has yet to produce a product. |

Lucky i don't have any coins there except my bitsend week coins, which i withdraw weekly so rip 50 cents if my coin was also stolen, there's no security that is secure enough to not get hacked. lmao, the hacker will get caught for sure, if this is the hacker. |

Time has pass when news or listing pumps price of a coin,it isnt 2013 or even the same climate as 2017. Newer projects are building some serious patforms that take time. News cant just make a coin pump anymore, neither do exchange listings. Look at coins like Tron etc. being added to a new excahnge everyday. doesnt do anything. Its about results. No point in launching news in crypto environment, Hopefully you guys will join good projects with better future results....2019 is the year
the coin is already at alot of markets they they just want alot of people to buy in their coins that's why they want to list on alot of websites, tron have a marketcap of 1.5 Billion it's impossible to pump the coin (unless your a whale) we are talking about coins that have to list yet. |

I don't think you can get passive income from crypto because it's volatile meaning your investment will go loss if the price go down (unless you have a business), i think it's much better to invest on banks, sometimes banks will offer good interest like 6.95% in 6 months but you can't touch it, but i think you should build up emergency fund first before investing.

use an extension that blocks suspicious website (i dont know any extension aside from metamask), this will help you avoid sites that tries to steal your private like phising sites, this would be helpful especially if you can't tell if a site is a phising site.

I’m starting to worry about coinmarketcap lately, after series of deceit and spammish activity
The following are my observed reasons
1. Many dead projects still on cmc
2. Market cap is fake Cox many projects which have seized to trade adds up to the market cap
3. Cmc doesn't verify authenticity of projects before listing it
4. CMC now have ads of fake icos on their website thereby leading people to scammers
Funny enough so many NOOBS believe anything and everything dey see on cmc to be authentic
Let me stop here and anyone against it should bring a proof to counter it

Actually this is a suicide plan dude. it is not recommended to use all your money to invest. especially in crypto which incidentally is very risky due to fluctuations. but it seems right what crazy people say that you won't get rich if you don't take the biggest risks. and you are currently rich because of doing that. well done !

With just anyone being able to come up with a token on any of the blockchain makes it easy to have shitcoins littered all over the place. But the question is; who is going to clean up the mess? Natural death or a regulation is going good to be imposed later?

Ethereum is only the best at the present time because it has proven itself as being capable of hosting ICOs. EOS is still under development but when released it will be better than ethereum, so best to purchase both coins and hodl
the new update for ethereum will widen the gap between ethereum and eos and other smart contract coins, EOS will have a harder time to surpass ethereum, for me i would rather go all in to ethereum. |

For me, ethereum, the new update will increase the gap of other rival smart contract coins, the other coins will have a hard time getting the spot from ethereum again, beside that i don't know any since i don't follow the update that much.

well you can get a higher profit by doing a bounty campaign and joining an airdrop but in these months i got low profits because there are too many participants.
you can't complain, that's how it works, even without the bounty hunters the price would go down alot because investors also dump their coins, it wouldn't change anything, you can't also blame the project because they want alot of traffic to their website in order to accumulate a huge amount. |

I think nobody knows on when ethereum spike. Many people believe that it will spike in the beginning of year 2019 but it is not really sure and there is no direct basis about the spike. Maybe ethereum will really rise soon but we cannot really predict the exact date on it due to the unstable volume of investors on the ethereum feild.
i think the people are basing it on the bullrun, you're right there's no basis for it just a speculation from the people, same as the next bullrun we'll never know when'll it happen. Actually there's a lot of FUD and not good about ethereum then scam ICO with new tokens related to ethereum or some tokens turn to shitcoin this year still we know that the developer of this already have potential by creating this like they have a lot of plan that's why this is continue to grow in the past then we know that base in history this is already drops like this year still it grow too so for me even the news is not true this will still grow then because this is really useful too
