I'm then guessing you have no idea what I mean? What part did you miss? I said I was able to mine 200,000 coins fine and now i can't.. it's all orphans and rejects. and crashing!! Okay I mined 200k of this fine and then all of a sudden all I get is orphans! What's up witht hat shit?? And add to that it crashes every 10 mins now..
I'm just guessing you didn't sync up fully with the blockchain so you weren't on the longest chain? |

Agreed. I did run avast and BD on it and it seems to be ok (with the exception of cgminer but that file is always flagged as a virus). |

I think the zip and exe window builds are different.
One is reporting 18.4E difficulty and other 26.

I'm guessing you didn't sync the blockchain fully and you were farming blocks that people had already mined.

Yea F@H hates my computers.
My 6950s/5850s only get 7k PPD per card now on Work Unit 8900 on Core_17.
I did try Core_16 but I don't remember my PPD.
It doesn't hate your computers, it hates your graphics cards :p AMDs are known to give less PPD than nVidia cards (hence the nVidia giveaway and not AMD). Yea I know nVidia has the edge on this but on the other forums, according to other users Work Unit 8901 gave AMD 6950 users around 45k PPD per card on Core_17 (client-type=beta). I can't get the 8901 WU or anywhere near those PPD rates. It's now client type advanced. Not beta. And folding no longer HATES AMD. My 7970 can do 120K PPD. Yup using the client-type=advanced tag but it just doesn't want to work.  I guess I'm doing something wrong somewhere. Even my tray icon has disappeared. How's the GPU usage? All at 100%. |

But at least I'm listed in the pool now.
Did you set your folding power to "Full"? My gpu was idle until I set it to full. -tb- Yup it's on full. The AMD GPUs in my 2 win boxes refuse to fold. |
