Amount of BTC: 0.011 Collateral: BitdefenderŪ Internet Security 2015 key Reason: For a project Length of time: 2 weeks Repayment amount with interest: 0.015
Denied.1. The collateral is not of value to me, is reversible, is nearly worthless, and is potentially challenging to verify. 2. You are currently attempting to sell your account so unless you are offering altcoins, physical collateral, or irreversible liquid collateral, I cannot loan any amount to you. Would a minecraft account work as collateral? Depends. You would need to show me a market where I could sell it for more than the value of the loan.

I respect being denied sir.But if u consider business scripts as colateral i can provide.
No thank you. I am not willing to loan to you. I was bitching out at you 3 days ago on some other lender's thread before I even started this lending thread, you have violated every rule I put in the original post, PMed me first even though the original post clearly says to make your requests in the thread, I believe you have used multiple accounts to ask for loans recently, and you willfully admitted in your PM title that your loans are for rep building/buying. Lastly, I have zero interest in the "collateral." You are currently attempting to sell your account so unless you are offering altcoins, physical collateral, or irreversible liquid collateral, I cannot loan any amount to you. Can i have an example of irreversible liquid collateral? Petroleum? Honestly, it's option 3 of 3. It's an umbrella term for everything else and is there to provide other options if you can think of some digital good that is irreversible and liquid. Properly evaluated and edited (to remove recovery measures and make it nearly irreversible) accounts can fit into this one. While I prefer other methods of collateral, using a forum account as collateral is an option.

Guys stop to spam my inbox i will not deal in any way even if your trust rating is 100+ the reason is on the hand i saw a topic where you can buy accounts even hero member so who can proof 100% it's not some account you bought and David186 please stop to bulshit my message box escrow take maybe 1% and sometimes is for free !
1. No one is going to waste a hero account for your .2 BTC. Hero accounts sell for more than 10x that. 2. You're better off trading with a trusted member who buys and sells BTC all day long, rather than through an escrow. 3. No one has a 100+ trust rating, as far as I know. Trust ratings don't really mean all that much without actually analyzing full post and deal history, but it's very doubtful anyone with several green trusts is going to scam you for .2 BTC 4. You're overpricing your bitcoin. As a result, you will only attract noobs and scammers. If you drop the price to market value you will likely get some bites from more established members.

I can do it, but I need to have control of the DRK (so no escrow) in order to avoid risk and use as a potential short.

Having 5% of the entire coin controlled by a single, unknown hacker is a problem. A much larger problem than erasing a few hours of transactions when that's what the community wants.

Amount of BTC: 0.1 Collateral: No Reason: Purchase some pc games before i get my wage slip Length of time: 1 week Repayment amount with interest: 0.2 BTC
Last week you need 10 BTC for a mining farm and now you need $50 for video games? Are these physical games that can be bought online and shipped or are they from an online service like Steam?

OH CRAP GUYS!!! Look at the most recent messages on the blockchain. BTER already sent 112 BTC, but the hacker has only sent 5,000,000 NXT back. Now BTER is pleading with the hacker to send the rest back. Everyone except the hacker here is going to get screwed.
"We have already done our part. Send the rest NXT back for the community and it will be over. Make life easier for both you and others."
We're screwed.
|
|
|
They will just keep NXT withdrawl disabled, no reason to shutdown the whole thing.
They already lost all their NXT. In fact, they have already sent 112 BTC to the hacker and only received 10% of the coins back. Unless the hacker plays nice guy and sends the rest of the NXT back just to be nice, they're done.
|
|
|
Bter has so far sent 30 BTC then. They should get back at least 15m NXT for that, but fully expect the hacker to run away. Why give the thief more money when he said negotiations are over.
Who sent the other 80 BTC then? Bter sent the full 100BTC. Not sure about the other 10 or if there was another 10. There was a couple BTC in that account before all this started I think. BTER has not been paid 45,000,000 of the 50,000,000 NXT, though.
|
|
|
Get your money out of BTER now. If the exchange or rollback with NXT (if you didn't know, BTER was hacked for 50 million NXT) does not work out, BTER may shutdown. No reason to think that they wouldn't return customers coins, except for the fact that they would really have no reason to at that point. I highly, highly recommend withdrawing all funds from BTER immediately. If everything works out, just deposit them back in. However, if they do go underwater, better to have your coins in your pocket than in their pocket. BitcoinTalk ThreadNXT Forum ThreadNegotiations on the Blockchain

Quote from BTER dev:
"Yes we have identified the issue. We have all our email, dropbox etc protected by 2-factor auth from beginning but had this hosting account left. That's why the hacker can get into the hosting account. It's totally our fault. We have already changed all passwords and enabled the 2-factor auth.
Thanks a lot for your support!"
So, looks like he hacked one of their hosting accounts.
