He's the Tacocoin dev.

I can probably do it without real collateral, but I need identity verification. This will include an ID shot with your username and a shot with your ID and face. Will this be possible? All information will be kept strictly confidential and I am happy to provide a PGP key in case you want to encrypt the links.

Well, it's basically your fault you're in debt so...

I didnt ask for my brother to be sick lol? So you're saying everybody else who are sick is their fault? How heartless can you be? People dont beg to be in debt or to be sick, gosh. You're lucky you aren't, so if you dont want to help those who are, keep your sarcastic remarks to yourself.

It's your own fault you're broke. Always.

You're telling me you will spend 18 months posting on here for $20? Seems incredibly unlikely that you would still work 17 months later for that same $20.

I know I am a new user, I apologize, we all were new once.
I in looking for a loan to be paid back immediatly with any gift card from egyft.com or any other digital forum of your liking . I will pay a 10% interest fee on the loan as well. I lack patience and have given up trying to purchase Bitcoin on my own , in the US  and with a CC/debit card. I am looking to purcgase 150$ worth of BC to be paid back immediatly as previously mentioned. If a Pre Paid Visa or Amex is preferred , I can do that as well. If this is not considered a "loan" then I apologize for wasting your time. Thanks.

Purchasing bitcoin is not that hard for anyone with a bank account or residence in a populated area. Where in the US are you located?

Stunna,

I made 55 quality posts between claiming my payment for last month and your post on the 21st, which did not include me. I have also made 14 posts since the 21st. As I did not receive any actual notification of being dropped from the signature campaign (a post in this thread does not suffice), I am requesting payment for all 69 posts.

That totals .0414 at the Full Member rate. I will be a Senior Member next normal payout date, so the amount I should be paid is .069. Please send to the address on my profile any time between now and September payout.

I'd also be happy to stay in the campaign, if you'd like.

Sadly U r not part of the September payout. I might consider to check this post regarding this => https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=291387.msg8477461#msg8477461
Doesn't matter, I already made 55 posts for September before that was even posted. Besides, everyone terminated for September who received a payout for August should have been explicitly notified - which I wasn't.
To be honest: I don't see things the way you do. In my opinion, the payments for the posts is just a little extra you can get for posting and I really don't see the PD team in the responsibility to notify everyone who is affected (I found it out right now after coming back from holidays and I'm affected, too). Otherwise, the forum's quality would suffer.
Also (and I really don't want to sound like ascribing things to you of which I don't know if they're true), "claiming" the coins the way you did really sounds a bit like you're only posting here for the advertisement, regardless of the topic.

Again, I really don't want to be insulting, it's just the impression I got while reading the post. Smiley

I have no idea what you're talking about regarding "claiming." That's what people are supposed to do on the 17th - claim their payment for the previous month.

I'm annoyed because I don't think things like this should slide and I see it as a fault within this community. You buy advertising from hundreds of members....then you need to pay every last penny. They're making a fortune over at Prime Dice too, so it's not like they're strapped for cash. It's okay though, things are being taken cared of via PM for me now.

By the way, I'll have you know that I didn't even sign up for a signature campaign until last month. Tongue Read my post history and it should become clear that I'm not posting here because of a signature campaign.

The odds on the hand that the guy I quoted posted. He seems to think that losing a hand that you'll lose 1/5 times mean that the site is rigged.

No clue at all.  I've never spoken to or engaged with kouye ever.  I think he thinks I'm someone named Joey, which I'm clearly not.
Why are you clearly not?

Let's keep the insults out of it, please. I know you're likely friends with Stunna, but if you want to defend him, try defending him with facts, rather than personal attacks. I don't know what you're trying to defend anyway, since Stunna hasn't even responded regarding whether or not he will pay me for these posts - I expect him to make a sound and reasonable decision regarding this issue. After all, I did deliver the "product" in its entirety - this discussion is about whether or not he is obligated to pay for it.

Not being paid for something you deliver is a loss. Check your math, by the way. 14 posts at either .0006 or .001 is a lot more than 8 cents. And yes, anyone should expect to be properly notified when something they are delivering is no longer requested. It doesn't matter whether or not it is specified - it is implied.

It's 55 posts between the August payout and his post on this thread on August 21st regarding the termination of this contract (yes, this is considered a contract a month-to-month contract - you don't need to literally sign anything for something to be considered a contract). That's 55 posts that regardless of his notification system, need to be paid out. Most lawyers would agree that the extra 14 posts need to be paid for, but that's not the main issue here.

According to all the guidelines that have been followed to this point, payment is based upon the member rank at the time of payment. Since these posts were made in the September period, I feel they should be paid out based on my member rank at the time of September payout. However, it is a reasonable opinion to say that I should only receive Full Member compensation because all my posts under the campaign were with the Full Member signature.

It's not the amount of money; it's the principle. I've had days last December when I've made $16K and I've had days when I've lost $13K - it doesn't change how I feel about an issue like this.

You have not exactly lost anything have you ?
This wasn't an employment contract.. or any sort of contract or agreement really... nothing legally bounding.. Did you sign something did you ?
Anyways.. you were still able to post up those 14 posts and say what ever it is you wanted to say in them... plus its 14 posts... Its like 8 cents..

Also, Did you have an agreement that specified you had to be personally notified if you were no longer in the program any more ? wierd.. I didn't.

And why would he pay you a higher rate if you are only that higher rate in a few weeks ?

Don't end your business with Stunna on a low note.

*edit* I read the rest of your posts.. Pretty pathetic attitude buddy... Stunna has been paying you for the psts you were making. He didn't exactly tell you to make as many posts as you can.. or tell you to spend those 3 minutes writing up the extra 14 posts.... You were not in a contract with him, you were not in a business agreement with him... He was simply paying you for the posts you made. You talk about trust/honour... What makes you so special you should of been personally notified ? You are not out of pocket... You should be grateful he has been so generous. Thank him for paying you to do what you would of been doing anyways........ Get over it and  grow up.

Some of you who think this is a job.. wow... if you are over 14 and consider this a job... well... as Bitcoins101 said "Only in this Industry" Wink

Stunna,

I made 55 quality posts between claiming my payment for last month and your post on the 21st, which did not include me. I have also made 14 posts since the 21st. I'd also be happy to stay in the campaign, if you'd like.

The notification stuff was for seniors only. All full members are automatically out, with no exception, this is why you haven't received any notification. This was notified in this thread, and I think it is a implicit rule you should be up to date about   what is going on here, specially when you know changes are coming
I think it is ludicrous to suggest that it should be necessary to check up on this thread more than once per month to receive payout. If Stunna wants to terminate a large number of people, he needs to notify them so they do not continually market for Prime Dice without receiving payment.

Regardless of whether or not Stunna's termination notification was sufficient, I still made 55 posts between my payout request and the post on August 21. At least those should be paid for.

Immediately after the closure of the previous term Stunna announced changes would be announced in the coming days and people should standby. Continuing on the campaign (or assuming it continued) was at your own risk.

I didn't receive any notification of this. I was paid out for August but at no time was I ever contacted regarding changes to the contract. Nowhere in the conditions when I signed up was there any requirement to continually check this thread.

I can't believe this is considered even semi-okay. Only in this industry...

The OP says to keep an eye on this thread for changes. It was announce weeks ago things would change. I certainly wouldn't pay you but Stunna is free to do as he chooses of course.

"Changes" is very broad. And what does "keep an eye on the thread" mean? Last time I checked it was 10 days ago. Every 10 days seems to quality for "keeping an eye on it." For someone who doesn't really place much concern on his signature, every 10 days seems pretty reasonable.

Look - I understand how the bitcoin industry works. Zero trust/honor, anyone who can scam you will scam you, if someone can get out of paying you by any excuse manageable they probably will, etc. I get all that and appreciate it on some level. However, in any other industry the concept of terminating what is essentially a contract without actually contacting the person would be considered downright ridiculous.

Crap like this acts as a roadblock for members of the general public and the general public is what Bitcoin needs to break out again.

Anyway, Stunna hasn't even replied yet, so no reason to get ahead of ourselves. Smiley

Please take a look at the following post by Stunna on Aug 18, even before him sending out the sig payment.
I have marked the relevant part in red.
While I believe Stunna could make the message more clearer, he did make the announcement.

First payments are starting to go out, there is a record amount of people participating from the looks of it so please allow up to 48 hours for a payment.
and kindly leave feedback after receiving.

Please Read
For next month it looks like we are going to cut anyone below Sr member from the campaign and then further limit the campaign down to the highest quality posters if needed. I will begin reviewing the quality of our higher ranked posters tomorrow and notify you if I've decided to cut you from the campaign.

If you are below senior member you will be able to keep your signature and put a referral link in at a boosted rate which will net you 15-20% of the house edge on any bets made on your url. I'm not sure how profitable this will be for users but it will likely be decent profit until you can potentially participate at the pay per post level. This program is also 100% automatic with profits available instantly to cash out from your primedice account. If you are below a senior member I suggest creating a primedice account and adding your affiliate link now (this is available under profile). To get your rate boosted please send me a PM in over 24 hours from now.

Ever since we started this campaign the quality of posts on bitcointalk has plummeted and it is becoming more and more difficult to regulate things. I think this is the best move for the health of this community.

Yep...August 18. A day after people with the signature campaign were supposed to send in their totals for the previous month.

By the way, I would be a Senior Member this pay period. It just hasn't updated yet.
