681  Economy / Securities / Re: AMHash1: Cost-Effective Mining Contract on: February 24, 2015, 03:48:30 AM
Well, in the BTC marketplace where regulation and law enforcement is totally absent along with any integrity, trust or confidence (what is always present, as an obvious result of the above mentioned, is the constantly cratering price of what is being traded in this marketplace)

I have learned to have very low expectations and to keep my coins in many places.

Hope this friggin thing comes back up soon

amen to that is all i can say
682  Economy / Securities / Re: AMHash1: Cost-Effective Mining Contract on: February 24, 2015, 03:47:59 AM
deposits are fine, wallet is fine, database is fine.  We are still running some tests to make sure the front end and back end are not causing any glitches.

Better be safe than sorry.

always agree with that on here and anywhere else for sure, i rather have bug free secure reliable product than to have something rushed to please a few people, but at same time updates are a good thing other wise people get antsy
683  Economy / Securities / Re: AMHash1: Cost-Effective Mining Contract on: February 24, 2015, 03:45:25 AM
because u buy potential 2 weeks of payout together with the shares

Which is different from buying and holding for 2 weeks any other time.. how?

Anyway, looks like amhash holders have forgotten to check network speed.  Network speed is up to 366PH, nearly 50PH more than during last difficulty change. Someone is deploying.

lol no puppet say it is not true, i and others dont want 50 more PH speed added, would like to see 50 PH drop like when folks was all focused on the gaw paycoins for like 2 weeks made it nice everywhere even on amhash shares
684  Economy / Securities / Re: AMHash1: Cost-Effective Mining Contract on: February 24, 2015, 03:43:13 AM
Why's the hash rate been declining? I thought it was constant? From Nov to Dec it went from 5000TH/s to about 2500TH/s. No updated stats for 2015?

"AMHash1 is a mining Fund which has 5 Peta-hash per second or (5,000,000 Giga-hashes per second) in total."

i would say the decline in the amhash fund as well as other funds is probably due to bitcoin price stuck for the moment in the 240ish price rance. I am sure if it moved to like $300 or better yet $350 amhash will be on fire again

Hi all

How many confirmation are required to validate a deposit on hashnest ??

I'm at 6 confirmations and still nothing ..

In my experience 1 confirmation should be enough, so their wallet is probably lagging ATM

I confirm, deposits are fast. That must be a temporary delay ..

I went to support thread . Apparently I'm not the only one . so wait and see

Still no news from hashnest .  It does not smell so good !!

for those who can  I advise to stop any deposit until further notice . (and maybe withdraw what you can)

Payment finally arrived after more than 12 hours

wow 12 hour delay to get your payment, that is crazy  Shocked  Shocked  Shocked   but i guess that saying is true, better late than never, unless you misssed out on some investing then i be mad
688  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: February 24, 2015, 03:37:31 AM
Cloud mining. Up to 72 hours for processing.

Yes, actually it's exactly 72 hours after purchase (it seems to be an automated/scheduled process).

[...] or does it physically get shipped to my address?

The contract says you can redeem the miner when it's no longer profitable in cloud mining, but it will be used and you must pay for the shipping costs.
Seems only about 50$ per S4 to US for shipping.

what $50 really? i thought i had seen somewhere on one of the chat forums on their site i had seen it say $40, i know $10 is not a big deal but would like to have correct price and also note was not a post from staff was another user

Hi all

How many confirmation are required to validate a deposit on hashnest ??

I'm at 6 confirmations and still nothing ..

I would always get my deposits by like 2nd confirmation i think like 3-4 times out of many i had to wait for like 3-4 confirmations, but i think that was when i was new customer
690  Economy / Securities / Re: AMHash1: Cost-Effective Mining Contract on: February 23, 2015, 01:53:30 AM
I am surprised that the price of AMHASH1 is too high now knowing that:

1) Friedcat said: "We will pause the transaction and dividends of AMHash from 10th February to 28th February"
2) The transactions are not paused
3) Friedcat did not said "We will pay the total of dividends for 10-28 February
IF we restart in the beginning of March"
4) Havelock indicates a wrong 208.57% when dividend is 0.0 for 20 days
5) Friedcat disappeared: Last Active: January 26, 2015, 03:46:31 AM

https://www.havelockinvestments.com/fund.php?symbol=AMHASH1

TBH, none of those arguments should have any substantial influence on price.

I do share your surprise at the relatively high price though, but for quite different reasons. We're half way through Q1, Bitfury should be really close to deploying their next gen 28nm chip - its already overdue, but "imminent" according to their CEO (who btw recently bought Allied Control, the submersion cooling company AM was working with). Spondoolies should have their next gen out in this quarter and of course AM themselves seem close to releasing their next gen. All of these devices (and quite possibly some others I dont know about from bitmain, avalon or others) should achieve around 2J/GH which will cause network speed to roughly triple even at todays price, pulling AM1 divs below zero.

THe only reason I see to buy AM1 is as a bet that all these next gens will fail to perform anywhere near stated specs, or fail to materialize in meaningful numbers within the next ~6 months. Not a bet Im willing to make.

well also some people do buy amhash shares to have them while they wait for the next generation miners also other people buy them so they can pretty much short term trade them or day trade them in some cases. I myself am waiting to see what 28nm brings out hell if bitcoin holds out i had seen this thing on google about 24nm, not sure if it was for real though or fake

He would have been a moran not to have insurance, in which case he could probably get all new upgraded equipment to replace everything lost.

lol trust me you would be suprised what some people do at times to save a few dollars, take my friend for example decided to stop paying car insurance to save $97 a month, worked out great for 14 months then he crashed and is now screwed as he has no car now and has to pay for the other persons car since his fault and also has to pay fine to Missouri of $2,000 for having no insurance for so long and lying saying that he did when he renew his car tags
693  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: February 23, 2015, 01:45:44 AM
If you click on the s5 market.

then "Purchase Miner to hash" If I put amount 1 and purchase. Does this miner get added to my cloud mining account or does it physically get shipped to my address?

the S5 will be added to mining contracts, but i really am still with the same dilema i wish hashnest would allow us to pay for purchase of miners with credit cards and still have them converted to cloud miners. I know they give you option to buy them with credit card but it is from third party vendor and they ship the units to your house
694  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Beta] MyBitMine.co | New Type Of Faucet | Get Bitcoin From Playing on: February 23, 2015, 01:43:04 AM
How do you manage to run the site?
Invested their all in Mining?

Update:
If this is a kind of Faucet, why do not you build Faucetbox as a payout?

I am not investing in mining, I am only investing in advertisement and making the site better for you guys and to attract new members.
Profit is currently generated from advertisement and deposits, but I will expand it later on.

I will be adding FaucetBox and alternatives later on, but I am currently working on a couple of other things.
I want to make sure that there are no critical bugs in the site before I integrate more automatic withdrawal options.

as i have said before and will say it again thanks for taking the time to make sure the site works well and listening to the users suggestions and implementing new ideas that will benefit everyone and not just like one or two people
695  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Beta] MyBitMine.co | New Type Of Faucet | Get Bitcoin From Playing on: February 23, 2015, 01:41:32 AM
this threat not busy as old times..
i thinks user will bored because of low grow speed Smiley

lol yeah i agree with you there is boring at first and i thought of stopping as well, but then there was that part of me that wanted to keep going and building up my stats, now i am where i need a captcha click every 70 minutes so works out well

Hmmm... It seems to be working for me.
It may be due to a location-based CloudFlare Issue. What country are you in?

India.

I didn't see that earlier, congrats for becoming a Hero Member! Smiley

LOL THANKS!
^^Sorry for being informal. I never noticed I am now a Hero Member, I'm more of a lurker now.

Anyway, do you still experience the problem that you stated?

Please understand that I am an employee, not a representative of a company.

If you are an employee of a company you are also a representative of the same company. Just to make that clear.

I am fully aware of representing my company while I am working, and if there is anything I have said to offend you then I apologize. My personal matters are however not related to my company at all. Therefore, I hope for your understanding on this matter.
oh ok gotcha sorry was in same response in reply to my post so i thought was ment for me that is why i was lost like what did i do to deserve such a answer lol, well have a good one

It's fine. This is a great example of how simple misunderstandings can be resolved peacefully, without insulting each other. Thank you for your understanding, DARKANGEL6415.

no problem i always says it is better to try to get civil peaceful answer first before getting all worked up and insulting like you said. I think if people would follow this thinking even if only 25% of the population then the world might be like 50% a better place  Wink
698  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: February 23, 2015, 01:34:30 AM
Sure, the reason for that is that we currently have 3 official and 1 unofficial exchange rates for our currency (and very strict currency controls and limitations in place), which makes inflation skyrocket, as we only have "access" to the worst exchange rate (black market). So, we keep looking for alternatives to safeguard our income, one of which is bitcoin (and fiat currency in general, other than our own.)

I can further explain this in detail if needed; suffice to say that a card such as this one would be highly welcome.

Not sure how you think a visa card is going to alleviate these problems. The card is denominated in US$, and each time you make a local purchase or withdraw money at an ATM, its the official exchange rate that will be applied. Im fairly sure you wont be able to withdraw US$ at an ATM there, nor can you make payments in $, it will all be in Bolivares at the official exchange rate.

A card like this might be handy if you want to make (internet) purchases abroad, but I suppose you'll have import taxes that make that about as pointless? or am I missing something ?
That's basically the point: Venezuelans get an allowance (what we call a "cupo") of $3000 a year to be spent on trips and/or internet purchases. If you want to buy something through eBay, Amazon, etc., you get a maximum of $300 out of those $3000. However, that's only if you didn't decide to spend it all on a trip or if it's not enough (as is the case when purchasing something over $300 through the internet) in which case, you're then forced to buy other people's allowances at the black market's (now sort of legal) exchange rate. So, it's much better to purchase, for example a laptop at $500 with 2 "cupos" at VEF 12/$ (official exchange rate), than to buy it locally at more than VEF 190/$ (black market).

So, a card like this one is -provided you can buy bitcoins in Bolivares or mine them, like I do- a way to avoid or alleviate all that.

wow that was some reading there but i understand what you are saying, now i am sure this is only for people who dont have verified accounts, like all electronic payment methods even paypal they have a certain limit till you are verified. I am sure that is the case on here atleast i hope so
