Are people still interested in this project? Why?
Is it because of the eventual blockchain bloat that other coins will face?

If you look at the coin features, that is not the only innovation that it brings. Plus, 4 years of running with a customised blockchain is a proof that the original project and ideas were very good!

i agree, this has to be the most undervalued crypto in existence.

Then it must be a good investment opportunity ;-)

could also try getting listed on Next.Exchange

edit: i have made a suggestion to next exchange, please Up vote guys

https://nextexchange.featureupvote.com/suggestions/3824/cryptonite-xcn

Hope that after coinsmarkets update their servers, they will list XCN there as is better than nothing. I don't think AEX have unlocked deposits on their website.. Also I think we should pay the 0.12 fee for stocks market as is the cheapest one and we need an exchange. If we donate 0.01BTC we need only 12 community members to achieve the fee target.

Stocks.exchange is having a lot of trouble these days, I suggest to wait and see if they fix all their issues before submitting the coin list request.

Hello guys.

I have a question about CUDA mining - I have free GT750M card, it is possible to work with it?
My command line
Quote
ccminer-m7-branch --algo=m7 --url=stratum+tcp://xcn.suprnova.cc:8008 --user=Username.Worker2 --pass=password
But nothing happens when I run it:
Quote
ccMiner for nVidia GPUs, M7 version - (C) 2016 pallas

based on original ccMiner by Christian Buchner and Christian H. 2014
Cuda additions Copyright 2014 Christian Buchner, Christian H.
Cuda additions and initial M7 support Copyright 2014 djm34

[2018-01-12 16:05:31] 1 miner threads started, using 'm7' algorithm.

[2018-01-12 16:05:34] ←[22;37mGPU #0: GeForce GT 750M, 2960 khash/s←[0m
And so on, but I've held it 2 days and nothing was mined.

CPU mining is OK, but slow.

Thanks in advance.
Best regards.

The GT750M is based on Kepler architecture, but for my miner Maxwell is required.
You may try djm34 version which should work with older cards (see the OP).

Hi,

Yes but is it possible if you can let me know how to add node as It's not working for me.

You can edit the .conf file and add

also any update on when the Mac wallet will be avail?  Undecided (sorry to be one of those guys)

Unfortunately I have no experience with compiling on the mac, but it shouldn't be that much different from linux. Any mac owner  wants to try?

Hello,
I'm new here and to the crypto-currency world. Perhaps my associates (partners) and I can assist in some meaningful ways. We happen to have a few products we would like to use your currency model in. We can offer unlimited computing and storage, and clients that will use your product immediately. I personally have been trying to follow this currency for over a year now and just happened to have some time to do more in depth research. Being a novice to this entire experience I have to defer to others for a broader overview of Cryptonite to visualize it fitting into our overall plans and mission. I think I have it now.

So what can we do besides purchase a lot of your currency to assist you and the community from here. For reference we own a company that owns software which has hundreds of million users worldwide and it happens to be social and we are looking for a base crypto-currency to integrate with the next iteration of the software. The name is unique, but its' ability to scale is the most interesting feature for us.

Please advice.

Looks like an interesting project and a good chance for xcn integration, please tell us more.

I would like to further discuss our possibilities of integration. It's been a few days now and we would like to see what can be achieved before we may have to move on. We like most aspects of what your product can do. So let us know something by weeks end.

Thank you.

I just wrote you by PM.
Let's continue the discussion on slack, if you don't mind.
Email is an option as well, but slack is much more flexible.

Xcn was on poloniex couple years ago. WTF stock.exchange? Only stable exchange we needed

really is a shame when bitfreak and catia abandoned xcn..  this coin help get polo started!   but now with pallas, and other devs from the community maybe it will be great again.

I'm committed to xcn long term, other people are helping and there is no need to hurry.
The coin works fine, it is scalable in a much better way than most other coins, the technology (while 4 years old) is still bleeding edge.

Tho when I see this tokens listing on binance skyrocketing makes me sick, so many newbies in the field.
And we have a hard time now, to get any exchange lol.
Maybe the solution is merging BTC owners and airdrop to them coins? Lol

I also would like to be on bittrex @200 sat, but I won't sell XCN credibility for it.
XCN has been a community coin, with honest devs and serious value; I want that to stay, and I'm sure the community thinks the same.
In the end, long term is both more moral and more profitable than P&D.

Snippet of the debug.log, related to the issue, would help a lot.

STOCKS has been struggling for a week now, deposits and withdrawals take hours/ days, tried many coins.

After bigger exchanges closed new registrations these smaller ones may get flooded too. There are people selling accounts already  Smiley

edit: Just as a FYI, looks like one AEX hot wallet is CQXNv3dUaXJJ5iAwsUQutDyxmSwN69u7oh and cold wallet CVPaxGgsteGgucAnzmA7EeTj5hzaLCfb7o.

Between 2017-09-27 03:06:16 PM UTC and 2017-12-18 08:48:05 AM UTC no transactions.
Between 2017-12-18 08:48:05 AM UTC and today they have been moving coins from account to another.

Could this mean we are getting closer to XCN relaunch?

For sure their wallet is working, and probably for a while now.

CM not work for long time and dont know, when they return to work. how about stocks.exchange and coinexchange.io? hitbtc and c-cex? or this exchanges need some btc for listing coin?

Both STOCKS and COINEXCHANGE are good suggestions.  The other two are too expensive I think.

Coinexchange, AFAIK, is also pretty expensive, but we could give it a shot and see.

I just wrote to AEX again, this time with a professional chinese translation included.
So we can rule out the language barrier!

I heard that optiminer required CPU stronger that I3 and more than 64GB virtual memory for 6 1080tis, is that true?
I don't have such hardwares to test that.

There are no such virtual memory requirements in linux.

About exchanges, I played a bit with AEX.

Mined another coin that is listed there, traded to BTC and then bought XCN, all working well so far.

I then, just for the lulz, tried to withdraw my XCN. I was really surprised when it actually did let me fill that withdrawal form, no decimals please was the only error I got. Ok, I then hit the withdraw button, this is what I got:

"Submit withdrawal request,a part of the request need the manual examination(processing time:9:00-22:30 UTC+8) , you can track its progress on the finance page, confirm?"

Why do I have a feeling it's going to take some time before I see my XCN?  Wink

Manual examination? That's crazy... Was it a big amount?
