You won't find a script like it. The games are licensed out, and the site itself is extremely well designed and built. Several grand just for the UI.

Your post is confusing.  The way it is written, it sounds like you decided you wanted to have an IPO and so needed to come up with a business idea to sell.  This is the opposite of what should be done.  Traditionally one would have a business plan first and if additional funding was needed in order to achieve one's goals then a public offering would be one possibility to raise those additional funds.

He's only gauging interest right now.

I personally would invest an amount into it, but I don't know how much.

Perhaps you could set up your IPO at Havelock investments. Potentially, this could be the next asicminer in terms of returns, so I will invest a small amount into it.

Gauging interest in what?

"I've wanted to do a publicly traded company for some time and thought a datacenter / hosting facility would be the way to go. "

He doesn't even know what he wants to do. He might be trustworthy as an escrow, but as for investing in him, would not suggest. It sounds like Maidak wants to have a publicly traded company more for entertainment value than for anything else.

I do know what i'll be doing if I open a IPO and looked into it thoroughly. Its essentially expanding what i've already done on a smaller scale. First thing is certainly a fabrication run for bulk bitcoin equipment that will be setup and hosted. Hardware will also be sold at compeitive retail pricing. Anyways I just know not everyone has large amounts of capital to get the essential costs you need for hardware that will ROI. Instead of another cloud hashing gig I'm looking to do something different.

Exactly I'm confident in my idea and want to do it without hiding anything. Anyway only interest checking.

It also might boost possible investor relations if you weren't advertising a HYIP in your signature.

You also might want to reconsider: https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/sec-sends-inquiry-letters-hundreds-bitcoin-companies-unregistered-securities/

These aren't worth anything close to your asking price. 1m total shares would value them at $1.75m at current prices, and the price of BTC was nearly 2x as high at their IPO as it is now. I also highly doubt they raised anything significant. Have they even launched their product yet? How are they paying dividends than?

Sorry you got ripped off.
687  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Auction] Selling Gambling Business on: October 27, 2014, 12:41:47 PM
Don't worry.. Sold it to someone else Wink

Are you sure you sold it? I am still willing to buy this site for 2 BTC with a FAST CLOSING

The highest bid was 3.1BTC anyways.

This would have gone for a lot more if the OP would have agreed to a non-compete, and can thus easily set it back up on his own servers. He can't sell the rights to the license since its 3rd party software (Customized version of Johnny's wheel script).

Im finally past ROI after ~5 monthish (actually have made ~7% so far), so Im satisfied. Fair chance they are ponzi, it does make you wonder how they have enough mining rigs on hand to start contracts within 12 hours  Roll Eyes
690  Economy / Digital goods / Re: casino for sale ✔ on: October 17, 2014, 06:20:07 PM
Your games aren't that high of quality, it would cost perhaps $300,000 to get everything custom built from scratch. Or you could simply purchase licenses (with no revenue share) from existing solutions for around $100,000, and still get nicer looking games. Your way overpriced. Maybe if you have the users to support it the price is justified, but Ive never heard of your casino before, and had to look it up.
691  Economy / Digital goods / Re: casino for sale ✔ on: October 16, 2014, 01:43:00 PM
1150BTC ~ $445,000. You can have every game built from scratch on your site for less than that. How many users does the site currently have (current meaning active), as well as with some numbers (ie revenue past 3 months, server costs etc). Currently your just saying "buy our casino for ~half a million bucks".

693  Economy / Services / Looking to hire full time front end or full stack developer. Design heavy on: October 15, 2014, 05:40:50 PM
Were looking to hire a full time frontend/full stack developer that's skill set is design heavy. We can pay in fiat or in bitcoin (preferably btc). This is not a position open to hobby programmers, or people who program for fun. You should be familiar with AngularJS/EmberJS. Portfolio required, along with further screening. This is the opportunity for a professional programmer to join an exciting new start up, in which they will have the opportunity to recieve equity in, and the convenience of working from home, with a flexible schedule.

If interested please add on Skype: acoinllc for further information and screening. Again, this is not for rookie or lower level programmers, please do not waste our time.

--> Joint Venture agreement <--

and if one partner will run with the coins? how will You bring back the coins?

You sue.

And if someone runs off with the coins, they are gone no matter how much verification / how close you know them. Also regardless of a court order. In the document just specify that you are agreeing to say $5,000, and that $5,000 is equivalent to "x" amount of BTC. In the event of a party breaking the deal / falling through they are required to pay the other party "x" amount of $fiat instead of BTC.
696  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: my first bitcoin startup! totally confused! :( on: October 13, 2014, 05:11:03 AM
He doesn't have an idea, that's the point.

The most successful business model are middlemen. They produce nothing, they just move money around and keep a portion for themselves. Take, for example, PayPal - they just transfer money between accounts in their computer system, keeping 3% each time until eventually all the money is theirs. Credit cards, same thing. Casinos, pretty much the same thing too...

Bitcoin has the money transfer mechanism included in the protocol so it doesn't need such middlemen. There are still opportunities such as ATM operators, escrow agents, auction houses. eBay is one of the more clever scams, they never see the money or merchandise, but still bill a percentage of the sales price just for hosting a web page for your item for a week.

Bitcoin is just money. Why should I send you my money? Goods and services. You should have something you would pay for yourself.

Its not a scam whatsoever through what PayPal / eBay etc are doing (PayPal is a scam for freezing accounts etc, their business model isn't). No one is forced to use their site, they offer a service of allowing buyers and sellers to easily connect and go through their escrow (which is slanted towards buyers imo). If they are "just hosting a web page for your item for a week" you can create your own website and host it and see how that works out, eBay has millions of users, meaning liquidity. When it comes down to it Bitstamp, BTC-e etc all do the same thing as eBay, connecting buyer and seller, which is a service.

Now to the OP, it doesn't have to be a unique idea, take something thats on the market that doesn't do its job well, or if you see a way you can improve it. Dont rely on other people to give you their ideas, because people will keep the best ideas to themselves (as they should).

I doubt a few Amazon cards ate that wall. Wink
I have heard that he has a lot of bitcoin in his control. I don't remember exactly how much, but I remember hearing that someone could trace several hundred/thousand bitcoin to addresses that he sent bitcoin from

Chances are he didn't eat the wall  Wink

He has at least 400BTC (or had)... That doesn't mean he has USD, he could just be BTC rich and not fiat. And the 26,000BTC was eaten by hundreds of buyers

We tried to make that clear, let's quote ourselves from the FAQ:

Q: How do you make a profit out of our money so quickly without gambling?

A:  We are honest, we are in fact an HYIP. We aren't a ponzi, don't mix us up with that, but we don't lie no matter what. We are traders trying to do our best by providing this service to the public.

Everyone, they quoted their own FAQ, no need to worry, not a scam here.

Coin-Profiters is a scam

As you can see, I also quoted myself saying you are a scam. Last time you posted your garbage was a few weeks ago, and your site was hosted on free hosting. Nothing but a quick money grab on your end.
