Those that have gotten their deposits pushed, would you mind sharing when you attempted your deposit?  I've been waiting 4 days on my deposit and haven't gotten it yet, so I'm curious if they are working chronologically or by size or what.

Also interesting to note that I've been waiting 2 days on a response to my PM from AcoinL.L.C...which amusingly enough was me asking him how to check open tickets on moneypot since he PM'ed me saying that I should check my support ticket for a response to my deposit issue.  I still can't figure out how to check that if anyone can assist with that.  Thanks!

I've been at my sister's wedding since this Friday. Like Keeth, I just returned home today and I will be available as I have been in the past.

Every deposit should have been manually credited now, if you still haven't received it please contact us.

Yes, we will give an update to everyone.

Furthermore, if everyone experiencing an issue regarding a deposit or withdrawal could message me with their MoneyPot username we would like to reward you for your patience.

Thanks again Smiley
Yes please.

How would you like to do that? In this thread, or pm you here, or use a ticket on MP? Or e-mail?

PM me here with your MoneyPot username and I will check on admin to verify and then credit your account.

Again apologies for the slow reply to support messages during this hectic period: Two of our team members (myself included) have been unusually busy this week due to family reasons.

We are working on getting everything back up and running smoothly. Unfortunately we had a number of people deposit during the maintenance period and we are working on resolving those issues as soon as possible.

Please understand we are pushing updates that we have been working on for the past several months: these are major upgrades that will improve the user experience for all of MoneyPot's users.

Couldnt you guys have done a beta testing before moving us all over Sad

We did do extensive beta testing, the issue is the size of our servers.

Posting my reply as a Rubies stake holder..

My own personal Rubies address are:
http://blockexplorer.betterbets.io:8080/address/RHtu5rtVk7cdeFUbCn7kMG4bpzqyf6k1fm
http://blockexplorer.betterbets.io:8080/address/RBsCFZz8Qd6UJVmhRHogMyZw83qKuQEc5g

Which are open for public to see, If the dump only happened 'AFTER' my official announcement then its not one of the 'App' owners since I have advised the app owners days ago. Moneypot owners of course has been advised of this also weeks ago.

So my best guess is it is someone out of the Moneypot's inner circle.

I guess i need gamble on moneypot telling the truth. But betterbets or mp knows who was holding that 2,5M wallet. And alot of it is gone

MoneyPot did not create Rubies and is not part of the development team behind it. The Rubies we do own, we purchased like everyone else. Please stop insinuating that Rubies is MoneyPot's coin. We do support the coin (which is why we are adding it to our platform), but we are not responsible for the direction the coin goes.

Probably some big whale dumping the coins into his own buy walls. That way pressure the panic sell.

Old school stuff, lol.!!!

 Smiley

I not sell into my own walls. If u not know what u talk about you should shut up. It is the best for all

No one is accusing you of that!

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience, the maintenance is still on-going. This current maintenance is for the full move of all the servers of Moneypot which includes the database. And due to the huge size of the database, it is taking some time. This move will pave way for the new design of moneypot as well as v2 of the api some time this coming weeks.

There will be another long maintenance tomorrow, which will be intended solely for the rubies integration.

Thank you.

What i worry is someone sold 500k rbies, and very few people have that kind of rbies bankroll. That makes me think someone have information i dont have. Like moneypot admins or betterbets admins. I dont like that. But iam a gambler=P

While I don't know who dumped the rbies, I can tell you that it wasn't the MoneyPot team.

Then it was betterbets who dumped 500k rbies

Not necessarily. There have been quite a few day traders who have been acquiring Rbies at sub 1k satoshi volume for sometime.

Edit: You are mistaken, the volume on YoBit for the day is ~580k rubies (rubies were not dumped)

The trader u talk about is me i bought up most rbies under 1k=). And it was a 500k dump i followed it when it happend

Hmm, that's interesting. I know there was also a large bid order for like ~9 BTC. Maybe someone trying to pump up volume?

I not pump, i just belive the moneypot owners. Not that i mind get 400k more rbies. But makes me think when someone high up in mp is selling.

This is not MoneyPot's coin, and again none of us are selling. We are also a "bag holder" so to speak regarding Rubies and we wish it success. Unfortunately there is a lot of manipulation in crypto-currency markets, these type of market manipulation are not unusual.

Looks counterfeit: Patek Philippe's annual calendar series don't have sub-dials like that.

295  Economy / Gambling / Re: mBit Casino - Signup for The Premier Bitcoin Gaming Experience on: July 10, 2016, 04:22:47 PM

It is 100% BetSoft's issue, the fact that you do not understand this is concerning. Reputable casinos, such as Bovoda (also known as bodog.eu) dropped BetSoft's gaming line. Why have you not dropped a game provider that has been caught cheating players?

Have you read the latest updates on the matter by chance?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1517648.80

and

http://www.latestcasinobonuses.com/article/warning-betsoft-progressives-problem

Are you serious?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1517648.80

Maybe you can't read, but that is more proof of why Betsoft (and Betcoin) are shady operators. All reputable casinos have already dropped BetSoft games, yet you choose to keep them up.

"I am pleased to say that this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction by all parties involved. Responsibility has been taken by Betcoin.ag for lack of clarification from their customer support, Betsoft has acknowledged that the wording on the pay table may have been cause for misunderstanding with respect to jackpot eligibility. Both parties have been very helpful and cooperative in resolving this and made the necessary adjustments."

This is clearly a paid statement. The fact he said in public that they settled, means he didn't get the full payout: They essentially gave him partial payment on the condition he post this bullshit all over the web.

This link further proves the point that BetSoft cheats players.

296  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: VEGASCASINO.IO CHEATS PLAYERS on: July 10, 2016, 04:17:29 PM
Bitcasino.io /Vegascasinio.io/Sportsbet.io is run by the same agency called as BTCAgency,I have contacts of one of their members on skype. They're a long time scammers in the gambling world.Just takes right people to realize it.I would totally support you if you wish to take further actions.

^

They use games that are not provably fair, operated by known shady game operators (BetSoft). Most popular fiat casinos have dropped BetSoft's product line, because they were caught cheating players.
297  Economy / Gambling / Re: mBit Casino - Signup for The Premier Bitcoin Gaming Experience on: July 09, 2016, 11:35:48 PM
1. Betsoft - We have had direct contact with them and the player in question won the jackpot during free spins rounds. It is in the game rules of betsoft that a jackpot is not valid if it's not won with actual money, but the casino in question had not protected themselves properly through their T&C. That means that it is at their sole discretion to honor their agreements with players, and this issue is limited to only this particular casino and their player. If you need anything else feel free to email management at admin@mbitcasino.com
Funny thing though is that Betcoin says it was a betsoft issue, nothing on their side, and that it could have happened on any casino using betsoft software.
From your reply I take you're not going to remove games provided by betsoft like most other casinos did by now?

This is why you shouldn't run junk software, if you had your own game you could have programmed it not to pay out on freeroll wins and made it super clear that was the case. I understand that users should adhere to T&C's but nobody actually reads them and this specific one was not on your website. If I'm playing a game and see that I won big I would be super upset if some clause among hundreds said my win was invalid. You should remove all games that operate this way and make it more clear for the users what's going on. The goal with bitcoin gambling should be to push transparency to this field, not just accept bitcoin.

I'm tired of hearing about this betsoft issue, ultimately casinos that run third-party software should be responsible for it. You mentioned it was in Betsoft's T&C, my question is who owns your website? Is it you or betsoft?

Also I have to ask, to get to the "free spins" round aren't you wagering actual money? The game was programmed to allow the user to win the jackpot using freespins which makes me question the betsoft hidden terms. Pay the users out, put this to rest and build a reputation in this scene.

You are referring to the matter as if it happened on our website. It did not. And to answer the question, yes betsoft has a game guide of almost all games and the paytables / game rules etc are reflected there. It provides clarity to the situation with this player. You can write them directly to receive it. As we understand it it is not a betsoft issue at all, and it should absolutely be taken up with the casino directly. We are following the matter closely as we take great pride in what we do and have our user's best interest at heart.

We hope that the user and the casino find an amicable resolve for this situation as soon as possible as well.

What are the moneypot policies in the following cases:

(a) Users advertising their apps with a clearly wrong house edge or other false information/fairly obvious lies, aswell as any different kind of fake advertising?

(b) Users advertising their apps with giveaways/promotions/rakebacks/etc. and not paying what they promised?

(c) Users clearly copying other apps, in a way that goes beyond reasonable similarities?

Bit-exo is the biggest app copier on the website, they copy all apps because the owner can't code a simple HTML index page, and I think I could teach my 3 year old niece who is autistic to code better than him, all he can do is rip pages. It's pathetic.
If you look at their site, you will see it is blatantly ripped from multiple sources, do you think moneypot gives a fuck? nope... they are making good money from the app, he is one of the top earners, so they won't do anything about it. Smiley

I believe they coded the slot game themselves (haven't seen that on another MP app), the rest of their games are pretty much all open source scripts. If they were using other people's code without their permission, that would be a cause of concern, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

~snip bullshit~
I want to talk to you. I wasn't around for the chat over at betsoft because (no excuses here) I'm not gonna visit their site.
I wrote you a PM earlier (I understand if you don't want to discuss anything further in public).
Please consider getting back to me.
(It's also relevant to the "reputation" of betcoin.ag that took a "hit" over this all,
as I was the one to leave them negative feedback after which they suddenly had the issue "settled" in under a day.)

Until they remove BetSoft games from their site, I would leave the negative. Reputable sites (such as Bovada) have removed BetSoft games, keeping games on your site up that do not properly pay out players is theft.

Jason,

I'm glad you got paid something but obviously it was not the 505+ BTC jackpot.

1)  How much did you get?

2)  Was your voice here on the forum part of the negotiations?  ( Translate: have you been paid to post nice things about Betcoin )

3)  Will you continue to play Glam Life?

4)  Will you continue to play the other progressive jackpot slots provided by Betsoft?

5)  Do you support Betcoins decision to continue offering these games, unlike Bovada, Slots.lv, Bitcasino.io, Vegascasino.io and any other site who removed them after learning of your experience?

Why did you have to "settle" with Jason... He should have been paid the full jackpot, and not a penny less. Its also incredibly fishy to make him post about how "great" you have been throughout the process when you at first were refusing to pay him out at all.
