681  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Losing investment on Gambling sites on: August 07, 2016, 02:36:49 AM
One big thing you should worry when investing in casino is fake winnings. Owners of casino can just pose as players to steal investors funds. They can either make a big win (a huge chunk of a bankroll at once) or just make small fake wins each month, keeping you in profit, but less than you deserve.

Invest only in gambling sites with perfect reputation.

Yeah after the recent Cs Go gambling site scandals the same could be the case in bitcoin casinos. Owner of these sites could just play themselfes to take money out of the sites and all investors would need to cover it.

Just make sure the site is actively used before investing it.

Yeah, not only gambling sites, also different sites are fake, so i suggest whenever we want to invest so firstly you should have the satisfaction about sites than invest it, i never say that all sites are fake but mostly are fake and some sites are really good sites and they are giving very good paying.  But in gambling, i think more opportunities are here to earn the profit.
It is easy to spot a fake site because the offers are too good to be true like HYIP, and PONZIs as they called it. However, in gambling site there are still scam site but there are more legitimate site so you need to consider in your investment the factor that before you put your money make sure the site is operating in a longer time already.

Sometimes, it can be even harder to find out HYIP's; some cloud mining sites are actually HYIP's in disguise. I think with Bitcoin, investing in gambling sites is the safest as you know what your money is going to go towards, and many people invest so you can ask people questions. However, if you start losing your investment in a gambling site, don't panic and withdraw unless the site is going through some serious trouble, as you'll usually make it back on the long run.
682  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: “RISK” - Motivating factor rather than a Prevention factor in Gambling? on: August 07, 2016, 02:27:16 AM
I think that the risk is definitely a motivation for gamblers; as risk provides excitement. Why do people do things like bungee jump, skydive, or other extreme sports where there is the risk of dying? They do it for the thrill provided by the risk factor.

It's the same with gambling; people do it for the pounding heart excitement feeling, and for these reasons, I feel that risk is part of the motivation.
683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling worth to try for newbie? on: August 07, 2016, 02:21:41 AM
There is such thing as beginners luck so yes it is worth it for a newbie to gamble to get there first big win but then they should have someone with the past experience of loss with them to let them know when it is time to stop.... Tongue
You can not consider beginners luck a real thing!!  I think that all beginners luck is, would be the game played by someone who does not know what they are doing and they make the most basic of mistakes and end up winning.  The mistakes they make are those that a professional would never make.  So calling it beginners luck would not be appropriate. I favor the phrase stupid luck!

Some very valid points you make here, but what kind of "professionals" play Bitcoin gambling games such as dice?

You can't really be a professional at dice; there are no people making a living off dice or any online Bitcoin gambling game that has a house edge, so I think any beginner can have luck at dice gambling, and it is not really "stupid luck". It's possible that a guy betting for his first time on dice will win a lot, cause there is no skill involved and purely luck.

684  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling worth to try for newbie? on: August 07, 2016, 01:18:22 AM
I don't know but if you do gamble you should control your loses, that is the best advice that can be given to a newbie. Don't give in to the temptation to spend a ton of money on gambling or you will become depressive about it and will stop enjoying.
newbies shouldnt be trying gambling at all because they would definitely lose as they wouldnt have any experience, though your instructions are pretty much right to be honest

Well, you can't really get experience at gambling, anyone can click the "roll" button at a dice site. It doesn't matter if you are a newbie or not, it depends on if you are lucky enough to win.

However, newbies shouldn't try poker or sports betting, as you do need skill for these games; the newbies should learn about them first before playing.
685  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: discusion and prediction bundesliga germany league on: August 07, 2016, 01:12:25 AM
Cool predictions, maybe you could try and post in the Bundesliga Prediction Thread?

It seems to be inactive at the moment, but with some good picks and discussion you might be able to bring it back.
686  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: E-Sport Prediction , share your prediction here on: August 07, 2016, 01:04:18 AM
It seems like CS:GO betting has been halted on CSGO Lounge, due to the lawsuits filled against Valve. However, CSGO Lounge is negotiating with Valve and getting a license to officially runa  gambling site, and only some countries are banned. Until betting is back up, or if you live in a country that is blocked, I suggest using nitrogensports to bet on CS:GO games.
687  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: mlb bets 8/6 saturday on: August 07, 2016, 12:59:59 AM
Always good to see someone giving out picks!

I'd suggest you start a gambling prediction thread instead of making individual bet predictions, as it helps to declutter the forum, not to mention you'd get more attention. You can even create a MLB discussion thread where everyone can discuss the picks. Good luck!
688  Economy / Gambling / Re: What changes would you make to BitBet.us? on: August 07, 2016, 12:56:04 AM
I'd suggest working out the interface, I'm not a very big fan of the design of bitbet. It seems like a white page with text, perhaps on your new site you can create a better and nicer looking user interface.

I'd also agree with the user above me with the organization points.
689  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports Betting VS Lottery... on: August 06, 2016, 06:48:00 PM
The thing is, you can get good at sports betting, but you can't get any better at the lottery.

While both games are games of chance in some way, with sports betting, if you know what you are doing, you can predict which teams will win, and make profit in the long run.

However, lottery is really hard to win, and it's purely chance. I'd suggest playing sports betting.
690  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Bitcoin price is going Down....Any changes in your plan? on: August 06, 2016, 06:36:25 PM
I'd say no, as I play for fun; I'd still bet the same amount, except maybe slightly higher due to the lower price of bitcoin. If the price goes lower, I think I'm going to buy some bitcoin, then hold it until the price goes back up. I remember that a while ago, everyone was panicking due to the price dropping to $200, but some of the smarter members didn't panic and bought some bitcoin to hold. Now that the price is much higher, the could've sold the bitcoin they bought at a low price for a nice profit.
691  Economy / Lending / Re: lend 1 btc. on: August 05, 2016, 05:45:25 AM
I suggest you lock and/or delete this thread, as you are asking for a loan without collateral which can lead into negative red trust, which will look even worse on your profile. You can lock this thread by clicking the "lock thread" button in the bottom left corner.

How do we run our own penny auction? Do we get money from the users bids? Could you please elaborate on what benefits a user gets by running his own penny auction?
693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Online gambling with bitcoin legal in USA? on: August 05, 2016, 05:14:33 AM
Generally, legal action will not be pursued even if you do gamble in the US, so if you bet small amounts you should be safe. Even betting big amounts should be fine, provided you keep it in Bitcoin value. It is an anonymous currency after all.

However, some sites do block US visitors from their site to avoid legal trouble. This can be easily bypassed by using a free VPN or proxy from another country, however do it at your own risk.
694  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how many gambling sites have been hacked? on: August 05, 2016, 05:12:01 AM
I like to delve into bitcoin history a lot. as we all know there've been a ton of crypto exchanges that have been hacked, but i'm really struggling to think of any gambling sites that have been hacked. maybe I haven't been paying enough attention.

does anyone know how many there've been? they seem like obvious targets to me with masses of coins flowing through them.

what are they doing differently compared to exchanges? i'll guess plenty of exchanges are inside jobs. does this mean gambling site operators are incentivized to be more honest in general too?

there wasn't a ton of exchanges hacked, there was only 2-4 exchanges which were hacked but the amounts were big.
you don't hear about the casino hacks in big news like bitfinex hack because the casino bankroll is never as big as exchange (120KBTC). but it happens all the time.
the smaller sites get hacked all the time even small exploits in their code that leads to someone winning a lot by using that.
even primedice has been the target, i don't remember the exact amount but i think someone used a bug to steel hundreds of bitcoin from them.

Yes, PrimeDice has been exploited before, but it wasn't really a "hack", more of a clever exploitation. It was done by a user called "hufflepuff" and is probably the biggest Bitcoin heist ever made on a gambling site.

695  Economy / Gambling / Re: Let's Create a Bitcoin Lottery! on: August 05, 2016, 05:09:20 AM
The problem with lottery is there is not enough interest, like people have said, but people haven't really listed reasons why it's not popular so perhaps you'd like to hear them for further clarification;

-It's simply not fast enough. In real life you have casual players who just perhaps will deposit $2 in hopes of randomly winning, but with Bitcoin betting you have people trying to get rich quick, betting quickly with bots or manually. That's why dice is so popular in the Bitcoin community, it's simple and fast.

-The odds are too low. Like I was saying in my previous point, people betting with Bitcoin want to get rich quick and simply don't see these odds very attractive.

Due to these reasons, there is a lack of interest; a successful Bitcoin lottery site will probably not be able to operate.
696  Economy / Services / Re: SatoshiGames.io Signature Campaign ! Earn UP to 0.04 BTC/Week ! on: August 05, 2016, 05:04:19 AM
Just wanted to clarify something; it says that payment will be made on Friday but the week ends on Sunday? What does this mean? Do we need to meet the post requirement by Friday or Sunday? Thanks!
697  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking for trusted gambling sites on: August 04, 2016, 05:30:25 AM
Have you tried satoshigames.io? It's a casino site with many different fun games to try, such as slots, roulette, blackjack, and more! Try it out, you may like it a lot.
698  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for faucet and install to my Hosting on: August 03, 2016, 01:19:50 AM
Do you have the faucet game coded already? Or are you looking to hire someone who can install and code a game for you? I can install a faucet dice game for you, or a faucet with a theme if you are interested.
699  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best Gambling Techniques for DICE. on: August 03, 2016, 12:26:45 AM
my strategy for gambling are:
  • Know or set your Limit- by having this you wont lose that much on gambling im not saying that set only your limits on lossing but also set your limit when winning when your reach the limit on winning or lossing STOP]
  • Do not play martingale - Yes do not play Martingale you will lose your money fast!

Knowing your limit is definitely a very good strategy; as if you don't pay attention to this, you will lose everything. However, I don't think there is anything wrong with playing martingale, as you are going to lose in the long run anyways in dice, because of the house edge. Whatever is fun for you in dice, if you have fun using martingale, use martingale. However, don't expect to profit in the long run with it, or any other dice "strategy".
700  Economy / Services / Re: Pokemon GO LEVEL BOOSTING SERVICES! Cheap! Starting at $0.50! on: August 03, 2016, 12:24:31 AM
Can we order a fresh account from you or do we need to create an account beforehand and then give you the username and password? It would be great if you could provide a fresh account.

Either way is fine. You can supply the account or I can make the account. Your call, just let me know Smiley

Great, what is the approximate highest CP of the pokemon at a level 10 account?
