Some will call this a stupid question 😅 but yea, it's just something that came to my mind today after giving a lot of thoughts about Bitcoin.
Is possible to open a personal savings account in the bank and always send money to that account and when you are ready to collect the money, bank will give it to you, my question is, is it possible to also creat a Bitcoin wallet and always send Bitcoin to it as a savings? if you do that for some year without going back to the wallet, will anything happen to your Bitcoin or the wallet?
I don't think that something will happen if you do so. The main problem with BTC in this case - price fluctuations. However, there are a lot of problems with bank accounts too (withdrawal and deposit limits etc). Moreover, these days there is a risk of fiats inflation, it means that "price fluctuations" are possible for fiats too. So, in general, both strategies are ok. Both have got the fluctuating market that gives similar proportion at the end. This is true when we make an overview, because bitcoin is volatile by its development. Fiat is fluctuating out of the inflation. When we save bitcoin in a non custodial wallet we don't want to stress much, keep on saving what is possible and we'll get the return assured. With fiat the scenario is different, we need to trust on the bank and keep on saving. The government might announce bankruptcy, we can't do anything by the time. |

I feel this to be an unlucky day for OP. Earlier I've seen him post good winnings through his bets. From $4000 to $90k itself a big achievement, and everyone is able to achieve it. Here it looks like he's completely good with his predictions. Just because he lost the all in one bet, it looks like he's over confident with the bet. The target set by Gujarat Titans was certainly a good scare. But if 20 overs game was played then the match could have changed a bit. However, Chennai Super Kings performed well from the first 12 overs but fell a few wickets in the last 3 overs and at that time Gujarat Titans managed to come back into the match as the last two balls of the last over were in favor of the batsmen resulting in two boundaries to seal the win favor of CSK. In yesterday's match, captain Dhani could not show his ability in batting but the team once again confirmed the IPL win.
The comeback was indeed great. Although MS Dhoni was not able to showcase his talent in the finals yet his team won the match. We cannot really say if the same would have happened if the overs were not reduced. But I guess it was their luck and hardwork that lead them to victory. Jadeja showed an outstanding performance too. It was definitely worth the finals and it couldn't have been better. Yes, winning the match is a matter of great joy. But I never imagined that a responsible player like Dhoni would show clumsiness in an important match. Dhoni's performance was extremely poor. His unexpected performance left a red mark in the hearts of the fans. The problem of Dhoni's poor performance in this match. Winning the match has given some confidence back to Dhoni's fans He should've contributed to the match, but things happened against his prediction. Anyhow the team players were able to do the best and win the match. Though he hadn't made a run, the win belongs to him. He's part of the playing Xl as well as the captain who have took the team from its 9 th position on the points table in the previous season to title winner of the 2023 IPL. |

Dhoni has been leading Chennai Super Kings for a long time. And it was under his leadership that CSK won the IPL title five times. There should be no question about his captaincy. If we consider the category of best captaincy, he should be at the top. MS Dhoni is a tactical genius and he is one of the best captains in the world and the best India ever produced. Fun Fact: For 15 years Dhoni is the CSK captain and won 5 titles, Virat Kohli is leading RCB for the same amount of time and is yet to win a title  . Another fun fact : Even Hardik Pandya have won the title. Maybe in the upcoming season RCB will lift the trophy. Four runs were needed off the last ball, if a good delivery off the last ball, the result of this match would have gone in favor of Gujarat Titans.
10 Runs required in the last two balls and Sir Ravindra Jadeja made the day for CSK even though rain tried to foil the game, it was one of the best finals as it went till the last ball and it was a thrilling match. All credits to the coaching staff and MSD for taking an average team and lifting yet another title. Thats very important, very average team. With the team Dhoni have done the best. From the start, bit of popular ones were Dhoni, Jadeja, Moeen Ali, Conway. On the batting line-up nothing. Through the league few players were known to the cricketing world. From the very start to the end he hadn't made big changes to the playing Xl which too a big thing that brought him success. I watched Medvedev match for 15 minutes and placed a bet on Wild @ 4.85 odds.
It's amazing how big Medvedev's drop in quality is when nothing goes his way. If he just stayed calm, he'd have won eventually - but it's always the same with him.
He started well on clay this year and then fell apart in the most important tournament.
I expected so much more from him a few years ago. Nowadays I just try to place some high odds bets against him.
Thats an awesome bet and a big win. Not everyone have got the courage to go at these high odds when the player involved is on the top line. From the scoring pattern, it looks like he's out of control from the very beginning. The first two sets reaching the tie breaker itself shows how good Seyboth Wild have played against Medvedev. LOL.. I don't agree with your views. You are assuming that players like Gill and Rahane will carry their good form to the WTC finals.
Not sure what made you assume that Gill & Rahane are pathetic players in test format. They are batters who can play comfortably in all three formats of cricket. Considering their present form with presence of mind and the right short selection they would be able to deliver what is expected of them. Always being negative and judgemental will come back to you. A week or so is left for the game to start we will see whether India is able to win the cup or not. Here I am feeling you are taking T20i form useful for the batsmen into test which is mostly not works because this transition have many issues with change of conditions are also having his impact as well even right now India having physiological edge against Australia after winning BGT trophies but still this is completely different competition where Indian needs to be aggressive and well-prepared because here their track record is also not good in long run. With Bumrah is surely going to be missed by fans, but now we have good backup which need more experience which will help them for having better results in coming years right now batting is having quality, but consistency is also problem hopefully now after good season in IPL we will have good from these in this final as well. T20 and test are both very different formats. So, I do not know if it is very intelligent to think that the players who have performed really well in the T20 format are going to do well in the test format as well. And that is also when the test match is going to be played only after a few days. Don't get me wrong, they are obviously incredible players and I don't think people actually care about test cricket that much, to be honest. But it is a very different format when compared to the T20. So expecting something great from them might not be the best idea. If not for the rain, perhaps Gujarat would have won the trophy. Chennai had already lost 5 wickets and if they had lost one more then it was down to the tail. The shortening of target helped them to chase it down and it relieved some of the pressure. Well, they had Moeen Ali at no.8, but he has been in terrible form this year. And at no.9 to no.11, they had three genuine tailenders - Deepak Chahar, Tushar Deshpande and Maheesh Theekshana. How difficult was it to break the 6th wicket partnership between Shivam Dube and Ravindra Jadeja?
That's the question from everyone. We don't know what exactly could've happened. Maybe there is chances of winning the match, but thats bit of tricky thing. The captaincy is the key factor behind yesterday's win. We were able to see every player of CSK make some runs at the right time. Moeen Ali was in good form, but he hadn't got much of opportunities to play in this season of ipl. All of the sudden into the pitch and to score big could've landed him in trouble. Another important thing is the failure of Rashid Khan to take wickets. CSK batsmen were very cautious playing against every bowler. Finally much expected match toss have been flipped. Chennai Super Kings have won the toss, which in my view looks like a win for CSK. Dhoni have decided to bowl first, as there are chances of rain. The CSK doesn't have any changes in the squad. Hardik says they would've bowled first, and the heart wants to bat first. Gujarat Titans plays with the same squad that played against Mumbai Indians. Lets see how good the pitch favour in batting and bowling.
