701  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: May 18, 2016, 12:52:52 PM
Saving money is good but it will not help you in long run, you also need to keep inflation rate in mind, investment will allow you to grow your money in future.

you are wrong friend, saving money can help you in long time, in future your son have more needs, like collage, etc. so you can use your saving money to pay it.

Have you heard of inflation rate? Definitely it is not something that will help you pay your child college and it is something that will make the value of your money keep on decreasing every year. The money that you saved will be lower and lower in value every single year and at one point it will be useless

so you thinking your investment will survive in inflation rate ? not all investment will be succes you think bitcoin "always" give ou interest perday ? permonth ? peryear ?
be reasonable sometimes bitcoin price will be fail, look at bitcoin chart in 2013-2014
I don't believe in inflation rate by investing in bitcoin, as you can see now, the price is very stable and it would rise nearing the halving. It was already predicted my many here that it will happen. Let's forget out the past of bitcoins and focus on the future.

if bitcoin price stable at this time, and slowly rise you will thinking bitcoin "always rise" ?
in fact you know bitcoin rising $500 in some month ago and down to under $400 , so i think the bitcoin rate should be fail after or before rise

better to save your money at fiat and bitcoin. not only invest at bitcoin. and never thinking saving money not help you.
702  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-05-18] cointelegraph :Bitcoin Got 99 Problems, But What Are The Solutions? on: May 18, 2016, 12:47:16 PM
The average time it takes for a bitcoin transaction to be verified has increased significantly and some transactions remain unverified forever.

Some of the problem stems from the fact that anyone can add a fee to every bitcoin transaction, which bumps that transaction up in the queue, meaning that those who didn’t pay such a fee, or didn’t pay a sufficiently big fee may be waiting hours and sometimes even days for a transaction to complete.

The non-recognition of Bitcoin by governments and institutions has been another factor holding back the cryptocurrency from expressing its full potential. This is a factor that has also affected the Bitcoin identity.

Due to regulatory reasons, we have seen many countries, including the United States define Bitcoin as a commodity instead.

703  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-05-18] Bitcoin still unregulated in Indonesia on: May 18, 2016, 08:29:36 AM
Despite the growing acceptance of peer-to-peer payment technology bitcoin in Japan, the EU and the US, the use of bitcoin in Indonesia has yet to be regulated by Bank Indonesia ( BI ) and it is not recognized as a currency.

CEO Bitcoin Indonesia Oscar Darmawan said he could understand the central bank’s reluctance to regulate the electronic money.

“BI has provided room for bitcoin as a new technology to thrive before it decides to regulate it later,” he said on the sidelines of the ANZ Learning Fair 2016 in Jakarta on Tuesday.

704  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn 1BTC a year? on: May 18, 2016, 07:52:53 AM
right now on etheruem 1 gpu  can do 0.005 satoshi epr day, one 970 or 280 or any of those big gpu

per month 0.15, per year, 1.8 btc, so there you go, almost two btc with a single gpu, per year, assuming ethereum remain the same before pos, but it has bean this way since months already

so i'm confident it will remain profitable for a very long time

but we must thinking again about electric cost, internet cost, and of course cost of building rig.
i think trade bitcoin is more simple than mining.
705  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: May 18, 2016, 07:51:01 AM
Save most of it and only sell the amount that will sufficiently meet your needs.

I hope you do not have too many needs Cheesy

and we have some needs everyday so we will sell our bitcoin everyday  Cheesy
i choose to sell if you think the price will be down, and hold if you think price will be rise
706  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: May 18, 2016, 07:49:43 AM

707  Economy / Speculation / Re: How long is Bitcoin life? on: May 18, 2016, 07:44:24 AM
I don't know how long is bitcoin life and I really don't waste my time thinking that, as I am busy in earning bitcoin at a moment, will enjoy till its alive.

earning bitcoin as much as posible without thinking about rate, how much we have etc. is good way to make you rich with bitcoin.

I will buy bitcoin when the price is low. I will also use most of my spare monies. Then I will hold it for longer.

so where you know the bitcoin price is low and high ?
each people have diffirent perseption, for me $500 is still cheap if i can sell back at $550

709  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-05-18] Bitszer Is A Bitcoin Auction House Platform For In-game Items on: May 18, 2016, 07:32:09 AM
It is not the first time people try to bridge the gap between Bitcoin and in-game items, as there is a lot to gain for all parties involved. Most i-game items cannot be traded or sold, yet players invest a ton of time in their gaming activity. Monetizing this content is not an easy job, and next to Free My Vunk, Bitszer is one of the few other projects trying to address this issue.

While Bitszer is still in its very early days of being publicly embraced, developers can download the code and integrate it into their games if they wanted to. However, the user-friendliness still needs some work, and the team is working hard on improving that side of the medallion.

710  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: May 18, 2016, 05:04:19 AM
I prefer to save. It's not cause of I count it as more statable or not so risky. No, I just like to save money. Investment is more tricky and I don't have enough time or economic experience to invest in some progect. I prefer to feel real money here in my pocket than to invest it and expect some profit in some years who knows when.

Saving money is good but it will not help you in long run, you also need to keep inflation rate in mind, investment will allow you to grow your money in future.

711  Economy / Speculation / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: May 18, 2016, 05:03:00 AM
according to me bitcoin will have a very good future and it will survive for longer or maybe till the end, and in the coming future it will have a very good value so it will be accepted internationally all over the world and will be international currency sooner.
Why we cannot call bitcoin now itself as the international currency?

Because we can send and receive bitcoin across borders.
we can buy anything online (online is usually not country specific).
Bitcoins has same value (almost, only differs with exchanges) to all the countries.

So, The future of bitcoin yet to achieve would be higher value of bitcoins.

and don't forget about No Tax in bitcoin transaction, you save arround 1%. because in my country, goverment will take 1% fee for each transaction  Cheesy

i hope in future goverment not adopt bitcoin because we must pay 1% fee for each transaction.
712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: May 18, 2016, 05:00:18 AM
I think there is really not safe way to gamble.  You can reduce risk of loss by betting on lower risk games, but the best choice is only gamble with money that you can afford to lose.

That's true there is no safe way in gambling, you can reduce the risk but still it will not guarantee you to reduce the losing chance.
Trading is much more safe rather than gambling.
i think when you say " safe gambling " you mean winning more than you lose which is not possible as the house always wins maybe win your first bet and never bet again

it right, safe gambling does not mean you can not lose. safe gambling is the least you can always make a profit and right, you more winning than losing. despite the advantages of victory was not great, but at least you can win in a productive.

You are wrong imo, there is no way to always make a profit on gambling. Safe gambling should not be considered like that, because that does not make any senses/impossible. The most possible thing is that you can minimize losing instead of always make profit.

nothing is impossible that a person can always make a profit. I did not mention always win. therefore clearly impossible if someone always win in gambling. but if you make a profit it would certainly and during making a definite advantage we will defeats. the point is to minimize defeat.

anything can happen, and nothing imposible, like you say so i think people can always win in gambling if he have supranatural science  Cheesy

714  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-05-18] Bitcoin: Can This Neo-Currency Provide Security for Your Future? on: May 18, 2016, 04:48:50 AM
It used to be unthinkable to go out for the day without having cash with you.  But lately I find many days I set out with nothing in my wallet but plastic.  What’s even stranger – I sense more of a mental disconnect between using a card and really experiencing the fact that my money is leaving my hands.

Yet this continuing abstraction of money from actual coins and bills to plastic cards and now numbers on a computer screen at least represents something we understand: American currency.  But has the ultimate abstraction of money come to pass with the arrival of Bitcoin?

715  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: May 18, 2016, 01:53:24 AM
Right now i trying to mining a lot of coins, i thinking its mabey its good to save the coins like 6-12 mdr before selling it.

Can orther explain about its a good point else about the risk its to high to lose to lot on it?

you must research about your coin before sell it, if the developer will update the coin, maybe new wallet, new feature etc. better to hold it, and waiting the price rising.
716  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: May 18, 2016, 01:50:28 AM

Good plan but I also hope you dont screw up your day job while being busy with that. Flexibility is really important if you want to work in two different ways. Time management will be the key for that. Agree with bitcoin using as a side job or could be a hobby.

it's the main problem not all people can manage his time to multi tasking, to working at 2 diffirent job, if you are designer or writer it's okay, to still do daily job and use bitcoin as sidejob  with writing article or open design service. my sidejob is trading, and writer at some blog, and my realjob is staff of accounting it's very diffirent, so my plan someday (after i reach my minimum capital)  i will go full time on bitcoin.

717  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: May 18, 2016, 01:45:36 AM
10-100 bitcoins can definitely set you up 20 years later. But it all depends on the price fluctuation of bitcoins. I think it will most definitely rise which will in turn lead to your investment rising with it.

also it's depends on your style of life. if you glamour, extravagant etc. you need 10BTC/month so for 20years you need arround 2400BTC  Cheesy
718  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: May 18, 2016, 01:41:33 AM

719  Economy / Economics / Re: Factors That Make One Cryptocurrency Worth More Than Another on: May 18, 2016, 01:39:30 AM
The factors that matter are

1) Dev team: A trusted dev team that has provided a solid code for a long time and has delivered good innovations
2) Network effect: how popular the network is

That's all. And Bitcoin is #1 because it has the best dev team and the best network effect.

in fact the main developer of bitcoin satoshi nakamoto left bitcoin Roll Eyes
and bitcoin still survive .

i think the strongest comunity and technology adoption or market is the first rules.
720  Economy / Economics / Re: How many % of your portfolio is in bitcoin ? on: May 18, 2016, 01:37:35 AM
i have arround $1000 in fiat and arround 4btc, bitcoin is my priority . but if i need money i will sell some of bitcoin to pay it. for me we must have bitcoin and fiat for saving or just for payment processor.
