721  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to control greed on gambling? on: November 29, 2017, 11:06:10 PM
Before you play any gambling game you must have a mind set that you are only playing for fun and not for the profit, this will help you conquer your emotion towards greediness.

Apart from mindset one also should have set a limit for spending on each session of gambling because if gamblers lose money quickly then they may load more to recover back their losses. So always gambling with fixed small amount budget will help not lose more money in gambling.
still when you win huge amount with that small bankroll you would always lured to gamble more and more as you have experienced the feel making money easily and big! nothing really could help you out controlling the greed , it's been human nature . and maybe the only way to handle it just by change your attitude in the daily life into the one that full of patience . patient won't make you become greed , that's what i believe.
722  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: interest in bitcoin is increasing on: November 29, 2017, 10:52:30 PM
This is just the beginning. Only 45 million people use/own cryptocurrencies. There's plenty of space for growth.

Bitcoin can easily reach $40,000 as described in this article:
https://coincodex.com/article/1099/bitcoin-could-easily-reach-40000-by-end-of-2018-according-to-michael-novogratz/
time after time the popularity of bitcoin getting high and with the fixed supply also high demands even bitcoin price could increase unlimitedly , just the matter of time when people agree to fully adopt bitcoin and use it in daily basis , for now it's something that hard to happened. we are struggling to assure people that bitcoin are totally safe as long as you want to learn more about bitcoin with its risk.
723  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Go to Land Based Casinos? on: November 29, 2017, 10:36:44 PM
Do you gamble at land based casinos?

Land based casinos are still something that makes esports betting or digital gambling something to frown about. THey offer drinks sometimes even food while your playing and nothig can beat the experience of seeing your competitor or knowing how they are bluffing.

It's really more intense when you play in a land based casinos rather than playing at home. I don't actually goes to land based casinos because I really hate the atmosphere there. People keep smoking everywhere, and it's really annoying for me. I don't really care if they offer free drinks to those gamblers. I still prefer playing at my own convenient place. I don't have to travel far just to play. Although a lot of people still prefer to gamble at a land based casinos because as you've said, nothing beats the experience in gambling at a land based casino.

People that are into land based casinos mostly like to experience the true depth of gambling. They want to have it in full, like bearing the sense of handling cards for poker game with their own bare hands. Having that feel of slow surprise in every card makes them to feel more intense action, unlike with online gambling by which it will be instantly be revealed on the screen. IMO, land based (experience) = online (convenient & fast).
but seriously when you have experienced to spend a lot of time gamble at land based casino sometimes it's feel better to gamble online. as online casino keep you from get a trouble to fight someone due how angry you are when you get lost . but yeah the atmosphere are so priceless when you play games at a real/offline casino.
724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: November 29, 2017, 10:17:31 PM
Worst mistake is realizing you are badly affected by tilt too far down the gambling pipe. To me, it's like drug addiction - some people can enjoy alcohol and light drugs without getting on the emotional hook, while the others are wired to get addicted without even realizing something bad happened; these illusions always get broken one day though.
you actually dont get emotional if you are drunk the effect is mostly the aftermath when you realise what you
have done wrong. same for gambling while you are in the game you dont think much of might happen or what
effect it has but after sometimes you will realize how badly you are in debt
You would only realize if the problem is already chasing you and that kind of circumstance is really hard and it would really be late to realize when the problem is already big thats some of gamblers cant handle too much stress and ends up on committing suicide which is actually happening on reality and i do already see some happenings that it already comes to this point.
yeah nothing makes sense could be in your head when you gamble , all of the idea are wild and crazy as the game itself feel like force you to do crazy things especially when you lost and underpressure. it's something that i can always understand why people do awful decision , awful mistake repeatedly in the game.
725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If money would not be a problem, would you still gamble? on: November 28, 2017, 08:10:54 PM
Without money they attraction and twist will disappear from the gambling game. I am playing very modestly when it comes to place bets but still my main objective is to make some money even in small amounts. I don't play just for fun as I don't have much free time to loose just for having some fun without any benefit.

You bet, gambling would be boring if money won't be a problem anymore, it is like saying that gambling should be terminated in this cryptocurrency world since we have a lot of money. People will get busy on other things which they really wanted to do ever since, they are just doing gambling because they wanted to earn big amount of money but things changed because if money won't be a problem, then we could do all the things that we wanted to do in life.
people gamble because of money reason mostly indeed , so whenever money wouldn't be your problem anymore the game itslef would have less excitement , as people who gamble entertained due how high the tense when your money in risk between get doubled or get nothing .
726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: November 28, 2017, 07:43:59 PM
When you guys are gambling and already doubled your bankroll, do you still play with the whole money you got or you take away half of your bankroll and start playing with your profit?

In my case, if I already doubled my bankroll I'll stop playing again because there are possibilities that you may lose. You already won by your own luck then you'll still want to play? That is too greedy I think but it's up to a person if he should stop or will continue.

Yes, each person has their own style with their profit. Playing again with the small part of my profit just to check how far my luck will run, becomes my new style now. But I have to stop if I failed with my experiment.
yeah and everytime people do that , they lured to give more try . until they realized lost everything that they have earned and they think shouldn't do that since beginning and withdraw the whole winning right after that moment. too bad a lot of bad move always made in gambling , no wonder a lot of new casino popping up everyday.
727  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin, is it worth spending time collecting it? on: November 28, 2017, 07:32:30 PM
sorry I dont get what you mean by collecting. Do you mean by mining? If so then yes it is worth it if you have powerful enough rigs to do it for you. You can just sit back and mine bitcoin then convert to fiat.

But if you are talking about collecting as in buying, then you should not lose your day job. It is true that many people were able to profit from the price increase, but still there are times when the price stays the same for like 2 or 3 weeks, in which cases, you would not have any profit. If you mean though by collecting is through providing services in exchange for bitcoin and just holding on to those bitcoins, then it would still be difficult not to have a day job, because if you will hold bitcoin, not unless you have access to merchants that accept bitcoin and is way cheaper than the fiat value of it, then you can then just do bitcoin collection. So what I am saying is you should think more of how you would survive while not having fiat money from a day job.
yeah it's actually a litlle bit ambiguous , but i believe the point are about to have and holding your bitcoin or spend it which one that worthy? as whenever you spend your huge amount of bitcoin in the past you would get amazed in the future how much money you have spent in dollar rates when the price of bitcoin was not as high as today price. that's always be a big dilemma.
728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: November 28, 2017, 07:11:26 PM
I could agree more that in gambling we just play for fun and entertainment. Although it also requires a ton of patience and discipline in terms of controlling yourself and emotions to not bet more than you can just afford to lose.

Ton of patience to control yourself? this is probably by far the worse thing that I ever read. You can control it right away but some people choose to let their greed take over. Sometimes people know that they should stop but they dont stop, they keep saying to themselves that they could win if they try for few more rounds but that ended up badly
yeah there's no good ending when you have become an addict . you would always feel get frustated even though you have got some profit previously . there's no right time to quit as you would always play until you have nothing valueable anymore to stake. the high confidence feeling in gambling would only lead you into a bigger loss and addicted. next bet would be your lucky time , next bet would make you have bigger profit and on and on keep thinking like that.

The addiction is the reason indeed, the urge of playing gambling can't be stop especially if we have lost too many money on it, we are strongy focused on winning our loses back because we just can't accept losing like that wothout giving the house a long fight, but we could never win against the house, so it is just useless. Coming back is just a suicide, it is like we are giving our money to the gambling site just for free.
it's like a suicide but people do it repeatedly , that's how an addiction work. your brain force yourself to do that and your brain also makes you to think about regret it later when you have done all of these mistakes. nothing could be blamed but yourself yeah your attitude to become irresponsibly in gambling causing everything feel wrong .
729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the future of gambling on: November 28, 2017, 06:51:51 PM
Everything that has been predicted through future will be digital. To connect it with computers, transactions will be digital, payouts/salaries will be digital, booking of flights will be and almost everything will be digital. And that what is happening right now so we are witnessing the future of gambling, bitcoin gambling casino's though there are online casino's that are into fiat and not willing to accept bitcoin still they are digital.

I wish this will stay as it is but the bitcoin gambling market is really saturated from what I can see. The price for bitcoin is very high now so it really make people not really want to spend their bitcoin anymore. If the price is cheaper then alot of gambler will be willing to stake more that means the future is going to be bright for the gambling market

I don't believe that most of us doesn't want to spend our bitcoin. Not all the people are greedy that way, I myself is even contented with the current price of bitcoin and I would love to keep on holding while doing some trades and gambling with it. The good thing on today's price is that I can use a very small amount of bitcoin unlike before where big fraction of bitcoin is not that worthy when converting it to fiat.
high price makes some casino confuse to set the minimum bet , as in the last few years they get used to set 0.001 as the minimum bet which with current rates it's around $10 or even just 0.0001 . imagine when the price of bitcoin keep moving up to $100,000 they might have adjust it like 0.00001 or maybe in lower unit. it's sounds easy to adjust it but some casino might prefer to hold it until the price stable enough.
730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do people still play dice? on: November 28, 2017, 06:23:48 PM
Well, because they believe it has potential. When people believe in something, they indulge it and in a way, try to make money out of it. So as long as there are believers on something, expect that the game will subsist amidst tests of time. In dice, just like any other gambling games, some win some lose. It has always been the case. You cannot just exclaim that a specific gambling game is all for losing based on your experience when others win with it. You get me? All I am saying is that we have different experiences with gambling games and so we cannot simply generalize it.

If you ask like that, you seem to also ask about the following question: "why do people still play coin-flip, and other games?". The reason is very diverse because people's tastes vary. Some say that coin-clip is a simple game, some say that slot-game is a game that needs accuracy, some say that poker is a game that needs strategy and mathematical formulas. They all play the games because they believe they can benefit from the various games. There are also games that play because they like and not for profit. They just sekeder coveted entertainment only.
yeah actually there's a lot of games similar to dice where the outcome are so instant and that's what makes people addicted . they think it's the quickest way to get money but when you do it continuously it makes you think that's the quickest way to lose money and broke . a simple game with high return always come with the high risk , so becareful play games like dice, coin-flip , binary trading etc.
731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What did you buy for money won? on: November 26, 2017, 07:37:13 PM
I do many things for the money that i won like i treat my family and friends to go in the restaurants, to pay bills, to provide all of our needs, and to buy the things that i needed and wanted. But sometimes i ussually save my money for future purposes or emergency purposes only.
I think you will be tempted to gamble again and you will end up losing, we might save our winning but that is only for a temporary period of time as once we experience good winning moment we will be more aggressive because we want more. You will only be successful in terms of profit when you win a big amount of money and then you quit for good.
you shoukd never aim to get big profit if you do that you are being greedy and will get
addicted to gambling to fast you should always set lower profits and stop after you achieve
it like this you get satisfied and dont get addicted as well

You can't expect any profit from gambling because these games are designed to give you thrill not money. Many times you may lose all your bankroll before reaching that small target also so you shouldn't again deposit money to get back that lost money. If you start playing for profit then most likely you will get addict to these games soon or later.
yeah money should be considered as an additional rewards beside the primary one it's called entertainment . for common people it's indeed not an easy style to get used to gamble like that way , but believe me as time goes by it would give you better idea when you've got money from a winning , you would choose to spend your money wisely instead spend it in the same day you win.
732  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: November 26, 2017, 06:52:36 PM
Most people Gamble for profit only! here I'm not an exceptional to this Wink
if i have enough money to an luxury life i will quit gambling though Wink
yeah getting money wouldn't be a big deal anymore when you have a lot of it already , some people might continue the habit of gambling as they feel comfortable with it / getting a real entertainment there and of course because of gambling addiction itself. but it would easier to leave gambling when you have power or money enough to support it right?
733  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: November 26, 2017, 06:05:33 PM
Dear Erkan,

As I have found out, your withdrawal has been sent for further investigation to our fraud department. I am sure, everything is fine and you will get your withdrawal soon, this is a standard procedure to ensure the fairness of the transaction.

Cheers!

Standard to take a month? It shouldn't take that long to check an account.
Even a blood test result from a laboratory takes less than that!

This kind of behaviour is why I stopped playing at FJ, For FJ to come out with a statement like that, Shows how poor their customer handling is.
Too bad, they had all my favorite games and I was lucky playing there.
I hope the focus moves towards a better treatment of players

that's true , we do respect and understand but a security measure shouldn't take that long time. 1 month without prior notice to the player , wasn't really a good way to keep your players in convenience. i would also suggest to fix this kind security measure into equally beneficial. you do process everything faster but of course carefully and we would continue to play gladly with bigger amount maybe next time.
734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: November 26, 2017, 05:56:10 PM
Most of the gamblers including me giving up gambling but physiologically getting sick of it. Once getting the salary I am not controlling myself just looking for excuses only not to escape. I suffered a lot on this habit now I make the strategy once I get the salary 90% I transfer the money to my wife account and I come out with 10% and like this my expense / investment in gambling is restricted not stopped.
actually it's always on everyone plan , to spend only a little amount of your total income and hoping for the luck come to you. but things in gambling always so wild , you might think a good way to keep you in the line before the game started but everything turned around drastically when you are in the game , it's feel like you have no choice , just keep playing like a zombie although you want to give up.
735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: November 26, 2017, 05:40:35 PM
Yes I do, when I'm gamble I usually set myself when I lose twice in a row I'll stop gambling because once I try try to gamble and I lose continuously I lose a lot of money so I limit myself.
Me too. I always set limits to myself because I don't want to get greedy. I do that when I lose because if I continue to gamble I will be losing much more money and that's not really cool. Greed is not allowed to take over me. Greed is dangerous, my friend.

noone want to become a greedy person , but it comes just like that to you whenever you have started to play. so you can't really make sure that you won't get addicted later as gambling would always addictive and leading everyone to have a feeling to become someone who able to get everything what you want , set up a limit wouldn't work no matter what you played. that's the reality of gambling where everything run crossed the limit.
736  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin is the new era of currency? on: November 24, 2017, 10:43:23 AM
It definitely could be the next cardless payment like visa paywave etc. which deduct from your btc balance.
that's what a modern thinker want around the world , but there's a big challenge to make the mass adoption of bitcoin accelerated, so far the adoption are running so well but not enough when people want bitcoin used in daily basis and spread evenly sooner. well it cost a lot of time , but who knows it could come faster than what we expected.
737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: November 24, 2017, 10:32:24 AM
Gambling is like any other hobby. It has advantages and disadvantages. I think gambling can help a lot in bringing some light into ones life. It help in making sure that you stay entertained and most important I think it helps to keep the mind young, its like solving puzzles. Because you are constantly counting and thinking of strategies of your next move.
that's make sense and but not realistic enough when people says gambling are for entertainment purpose only , i do admit it's exist some people who really treat gambling for the sake of entertainment , but for sure you can count it with your fingers. having a good time with friends to whip up the young soul on us are indeed sometimes feel real but still in the end gambling are not much helpful.
738  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: healthy discussion about DICE on: November 24, 2017, 08:08:03 AM
Our bankroll is always small from the house also house have limit of max profit but we don't have that kind of limit to bet with the amount of bankroll we have. Dice sites are provably fair and its probability which makes you loose not because of provably fair system.
provably fair make sure the game are completely random , the game are generated by certain code and inside of that there's a house edge where the primary function are to make the business run well profitable and that house edge take the profit from every bet placed. which means when you have played for 5 years then you have given the site a steady income with every single bet you have made, that's why in dice you should leave forever once you have got a winning, otherwise you would feel like you would never win in the end.
If we do play on reputable sites then dice games would really be always been fair to its players and its normal that house edge would be always there because house are making money on every bet we do made which is actually true on what you said here. This game is famous because of the fast results that it gives. Some people do believe that they can make a living with this game but end up on having a hole on their pocket.
in the end noone would believe that dice could give you profit continuously , in the long run gamble on dice game has much more risk due its quick outcome . greedy people would keep silent on a huge winning but accusing the site as not fair/shady on a non sense lost. well we would always see such people with irresponsible attitude and more to childish.
739  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can cryptocurrency make real money disappear? on: November 24, 2017, 07:56:39 AM
What are the chances of living in a world with no actual money ?  Shocked
The chance is very, very small. In each country there should be a state currency. I can not even imagine what can take away the national currency.
A big economic crisis, there are countries that no longer print their own currency  and most of the time those economies use the US dollar as a replacement which is not that good of an idea because once the dollar begins to fail then their economies are going to fail as well, but they do not have too much of a choice since their governments have showed they cannot be trusted with the responsibility to print their own currency.

Well even with this example i don't think any serious country will consider bitcoin a substitute for its national currency no matter how bad their situation is. There are times when every economy experiences some bad drops and foreign currencies seem to be rising against its national currency but wth the right controls they are able to stabilize it and the same cannot be said of he volatile bitcoin.
Bitcoin does not need to replace a national currency in every single case, as long as people begin to use it instead of it then bitcoin is already performing that function, and there are countries where this is already happening like in Venezuela, besides bitcoin is great as a store of value in countries like that where your currency is always losing value.
yeah with bitcoin your money wouldn't get affected with thing called global inflation , bitcoin really protect your value in such things and that's enough for everyone to consider and choose bitcoin rather than the conventional money , don't need to expect real money get disappeared. as time goes by people would realize which one gives you more benefit and which one aren't.
740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: November 24, 2017, 07:44:23 AM
Real money is accessible everywhere but bitcoin requires internet connectivity to use and its accessibility is limited and huge population unaware about bitcoin and crypto currencies. You can buy your everyday needs through cash any time but that is not possible through bitcoin.
the decentralization in bitcoin make a big difference , real / conventional money are regulated under government/certain institution . so your money are in the third party. bitcoin gives you discretion , a full access to your money , used globally and has no tax in it ( which it's still become a pros and cons ) .
