Don't mean to sound rude but this has already been covered:

723  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / [Guide]How To Setup ASICMiner Blades/Cubes on: November 23, 2013, 04:35:09 AM
Note to MODS: Could this be Sticky?

This is step by step.  ("Keep in mind you will have to do the configuration for each blade separate")

First Download The Slush Proxy
https://mining.bitcoin.cz/media/download/mining_proxy.exe

Then you need to make a shortcut your desktop. Once you did that Right Click on the shortcut and go to properties. You will need to edit the Target value. After the mining_proxy.exe you will put -o stratum.mypool.com -p 3333

-o is your pools stratum url
-p is your pools stratum port

So if done right it will look something like this.

Then you need to make it run as Administrator.
Click on the compatibility tab and at the bottom you will see "Run this program as an administrator".

Then click Apply and then click OK.
Now you are able to start up your proxy using the shortcut.

Now you need to find out your IP address of your Computer that has the proxy on it.
Go to Control Panel->Network and Internet->Network and Sharing Center
That will bring you to a page that looks like this

Click on your connection "Local Area Connection" and then click on Details.

Get your IP Address.

Now go to the internet and go to http://192.168.1.254:8000
Type in your Pool Address as the IP address you got from the previous step.
Type in your pools worker and password
It should look something like this once done.

Then Click on Update/Restart and you should start to be mining.

If need any help please PM me or leave a message here and i would be glad to help. I do offer TeamViewer(Remote Desktop) help as well.
If you feel like donating my BTC Address is in my signature.

you *may* need to swap to a different OS if you plan on using a lot of miners with XP

idk what you are talking about... i got 51 on one machine and 70+ on another machine that is both windows...

is that windows XP though? i have all mine running on 7 with no issues. Smiley

no that is windows 7. and actually i just moved all 121 to the same computer

Facepalm.   Roll Eyes

erm why.. i have no issue with it and neither does my computer  Grin  Tongue

Um... I guess you're still not seeing it.  Face palm x2

Look at the original post.  Saying XP can't handle more miners and a diff OS is needed.  XP.  Not 7.  You have 7 and it can handle more.  Ummm... Yeah.  But XP can't.  Hence the face palm.

mm. i need sleep. Grin  Nope not seeing it.. understand now Cool

my "8-stick-plan" is to use 2x LogiLink UA0124 (http://www.logilink.eu/showproduct/UA0124.htm?seticlanguage=en) with 2x4 USB Miners.
i will return the DLink Hub to Amazon

we will see if i buy more sticks in the future ... don't know  Huh

you *may* need to swap to a different OS if you plan on using a lot of miners with XP - my NB200 (XP SP3) has issues with anything over 15 miners - something to do with the way XP handles device IDs or something Smiley

Hi there,

i got interested in Bitcoins and i ordered some USB Miners - i don't expect profit - i just do it for curiosity and hobby.

my Setup at the moment:

MSI u100 Netbook (Windows XP SP3) - admin via VNC
D-Link DUB-H7 - but will be replaced with 2x LogiLink UA0124 (after successful testing)
1 (perhaps 2) Arctic USB Breezers
I ordered 8 USB ASIC Miners for the first step

i suppose, that the first 5 USB Miners will arrive tomorrow - so i can start :-)
Already tried GPU Mining but with a geForce GTX660 it's a pain in the a** Sad

perhaps i get a RaspberryPI for my birthday from my girlfriend *gg*

looks like your ready. Stick with the dlink hub but only put in 5 erupters into it. or look into the anker 9+1 hubs.
