7341  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I can't resist! I must say! When lambo? LMFAO! When END of house mortage? on: January 30, 2019, 12:05:30 AM
I really find it funny that everytime the price dips, a newbie comes around venting his frustrations on the worsening market condition and calling the death of crypto just like what the OP is.

"Just to clarify. I used many crypto over the years but I must tell you I never trust it."

You just contradict yourself there, just admit it that you're still using crypto up to this day, LMAO. If crypto would have die, it should be around 2013-2015 when it also lost around 90% of its market price. However, it proved that it is resilient and even goes to the moon in 2017. So his whole argument has lots of flawed in the beginning and you got to think that he just wanted to spread fear among members specially newbies.
7342  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Price Defends $3.5K After Cboe Pulls ETF Proposal on: January 29, 2019, 11:58:48 PM
Investors are immune too much for this dramas which no surprise the market didn't dip that much what happen is opposite. We are pro decentralization but why are we so much affected by a centralized authority specially the US SEC decisions? On which there is no guarantee that upon approval the price will skyrocket again, I can feel the organic growth but due to manipulators its hard to achieve rewards during this season

The answer to this question should be pretty obvious

People are no so much pro-decentralization as they are pro-profit deep inside. In other words, they would easily exchange a little bit of decentralization for a little bit of profits. That's the reason why we care so much about SEC decisions as their attitude directly affects our profit potential, either way. Then again, you yourself talk about prices and rewards, not adoption and use, which is telling

Gone are the days of pure bitcoin maximalist and underground anarchist saying f*** government and banking system. Now crypto has been overrun by businessman, wealthy elitist and wanted to make money out of thin air in this market. Bitcoin now is touted as the best investment platform, but totally forgot the original vision of Satoshi which is a P2P system without any 3rd party in the middle.

That's why their attitude is really pushing for the approval of ETF's so that they will take advantage of the market once lots of noobs FOMO again.
7343  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Provably fair trading? It is real? on: January 29, 2019, 11:52:03 PM
Hi guys!
Does anybody use Ropsten?

We are planned to use test net of Ethereum to try demo on our platform  Huh

Not aware of Ropsten.

I say you should try to test that as well in your demo so that you can gauge as well has this Ropsten work. It can either broken (then fix it) or help your system (and improve) a lot so that's a win-win situation for you.
7344  Other / Off-topic / Re: Miss International 2019 - Miss Philippines won on: January 29, 2019, 11:47:08 PM
Any country for that matter will be proud of their winning candidates, so Philippines is no different. I remember India winning titles in succession also in the 90's. And that time I have some Indian office mates, and indeed they are so happy and at the same time very proud eventhough women are treated differently in their country.

That I am suspecting, few decade back they targeted Indian economy, that targeting is now complete.
Answer lies some where in Philippines economy or some future prospect in it.

This is not disregard to the contest winner beauty/brains but I am saying these decisions are influenced

I also think that decisions can be influenced but I'm sure sure the whole political agenda is behind. I don't see any incentive whatsoever to governments to bribe judgements just to gain prominence in the word stage.

This girl is insanely beautiful. Many write that her first undeserved - it's not true

I haven't seen any negative writes up about her. But definitely there will be detractors no matter what just like in any other contest like sports.
7345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Spirit of Bounty Hunting on: January 28, 2019, 03:13:06 AM
Bounty program actually already changed life of many people, in 2017 alot of bounty hunter was received big reward and some bounty hunter also bought apartment and new car from bounty reward. So no reason to left this freelance job because this job still promising though now the crypto market still bearish. When crypto market change to bullish , i think bounty program will promising good reward again.

And where are the people now? I'm sure majority have decided to go full bounty hunting and ended up not making the same money in 2018 because of the bearish trend. So they either have to sell their cars, their apartments in order to survived at this very moment.

And for those who quit their jobs? Damn it will be heart breaking to see that you left something stable and chooses to chase bounties which turn out to be not paying and not giving you the same profits in 2017, truly damaging specially if you have families to feed.
7346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2020 best year for ICO on: January 28, 2019, 02:55:13 AM
Let's just hope that ICO would survive because as I can see more and more investors prefer STO to invest in.

Both will co-exist in my opinion, so no matter what platform you invest you will still gain and book a profit as long as you investment on a solid project.

Why 2020? 2019 is still a perfect time although we are still in the bearish market, ICO will thrive as long as they are no short of investors or new blood willing to pour their hard earn money on the ecosystem.

Although there are a lot of scammy ICO in the past, investors are getting smart and will not just invest money on a poorly initiated project. Due diligence and common sense and intelligence helps a lot of investors in 2018 to stay away from scams and I'm sure they will continue to do so and invest on projects with real life usage so I wouldn't be surprised if billions of dollars will flow again this year for ICO.
7347  Other / Off-topic / Re: Miss International 2019 - Miss Philippines won on: January 28, 2019, 02:49:23 AM
Duterte has nothing to do with it. Perhaps just Philippines is really filtering and sending the best candidates they can have in a given year. There's also a news that I read that they're really preparing these beauty queens for International competition.

I didn't explicit say that Duterte is influencing Filipinas to go and win that crown. What I'm trying to drive out is that something is odd, but it could be true that Filipinos take beauty competitions seriously. that's why they are breaking grounds right now in the world of beauty competition.

So it would make sense that they're winning competitions left and right making the Filipinos more proud of their heritage and culture even though the President is somehow controversial.

Any country for that matter will be proud of their winning candidates, so Philippines is no different. I remember India winning titles in succession also in the 90's. And that time I have some Indian office mates, and indeed they are so happy and at the same time very proud eventhough women are treated differently in their country.
7348  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading results with Mycryptobot on: January 28, 2019, 02:43:56 AM
Anyone can confirm though how successful they are using this application?

I haven't seen anyone posted their results other than the OP so I'm just wondering if other's have tried it or the capital is too high for most casual investors? 0.5 BTC at this point is quite expensive, so I'm curious as to the success rate of others who decided to try this system.
7349  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung S10 Embedded with Cryptocurrency wallet on: January 28, 2019, 02:39:14 AM
Second, if the phone is expensive, then why not get a hardware wallet which prices around the $100-$300 only?
Also I consider it not safe, because your phone will be always online so the risk is there, just saying.

But that aside, what is troubling me most is...
ETH support only??? WTF?

See, it makes me more even skeptics about this so called news from Samsung. ETH support only? I don't understand it as well, do they think they can attract potential crypto customers by just having ETH only? Or are they just afraid supporting bitcoin wallet because of the risk and the negative connotion if ever a hack happens using their touted crypto wallet? hmmm.

I'm not a fan of Samsung anyways..  Smiley
7350  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin $400,000 Says Investing Guru Mark Yusko on: January 28, 2019, 12:59:41 AM
$400k is possible, but not for the next two bull cycles. $400k is possible somewhere in 2035, maybe 2030, but no earlier.

Lol. The permabull has spoken.  Grin Seriously though, this market has proven that anything is possible, no one thought that $19K is reachable at the start of 2017 and yet we achieved it at the end of that year. Same thing as the price goes to its all-time-low in 2018.

But yeah I agree that it will take some time though, as adoption grows so is the price, so we will have to wait for like 5-10 years to see the price hitting that magical 6 digits, so only time can tell but hopefully we can get to that levels so haters of bitcoin will be left out in the closet for good.
7351  Other / Off-topic / Miss International 2019 - Miss Philippines won on: January 28, 2019, 12:52:52 AM
The Philippines yet won another beauty contest:

Karen Gallman makes history as first Filipina winner of Miss Intercontinental

Quote
When asked to define success, she said it's all about setting goals and working hard to achieve them.

And it's going to be very difficult to argue against Karen Gallman's philosophy after she was crowned Miss Intercontinental 2018 — the first-ever Filipina to win the title in the pageant's 47-year history.

She won after preaching about the importance of being focused when it comes to becoming successful, saying during the Q&A round: "For me, success is not just about winning in life."

"It is about setting goals, achieving your dreams, working hard for everything you want, and always looking up to God and be thankful for everything. For me, that is success," she said.

She defeated a strong challenge from Costa Rica's Adriana Alvarado and Slovak Republic's Laura Longauerova, who both drew loud applause for their answers on the same topic.

What's with the Philippines lately? Winning Miss Universe and Miss International back-to-back, and with a crazy an unpredictable President, it makes a perfect combination + the best boxer in the world in Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao.
7352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron vs java on: January 28, 2019, 12:37:28 AM
Lol, you just make it complicated for non-technical investors there. And to be honest, I don't look at what programming languages it was built as long as it serves it purpose for the crypto investors then everything works fine.

But I would have to agree that it might just be a short term hype and pump-and-dump behind. But it doesn't mean you won't invest onto something that has the potential to make you good profit, isn't it?
7353  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What crypto-pairs are best? on: January 28, 2019, 12:33:09 AM
I guess the answer to this question is pretty straight forward: Bitcoin.

Almost all coins pegged it to bitcoin simply because its the most tradeable coins out there so common sense dictates that its the best pair.

We also have Ethereum, for me it is still the second coin and trading volume is still up although it has suffered worst than bitcoin in this bearish trend. Otherwise trading pair is worthless to me, specially stable coins, just saying.
7354  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Master Warlords - a Bitcoin Skill Based War Game on: January 27, 2019, 05:52:09 AM
Webiste demo video + gameplay animation has been improved.

I just tried to go to your website (didn't create a account yet), but the demo video looks sluggish (don't take it negatively though).  I also try and click "Play Directly in the Browser", and it loads so slow in my end. Do I need some tweaks to have a good experience? I'm on a Macbook, btw. Anyways, I'm interested to try or have my kids play on it.  Grin
7355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: ways to earn ETHEREUM quickly on a regular basis on: January 27, 2019, 05:45:10 AM
I knew it's gonna be Tokpie because I heard so much about them in the last 6 months or so. Unfortunately, I haven't joined any bounty supported by Tokpie so I can't share any experience yet.

This is new and I've never seen anything like this before but how will you make tour profit back if you buy stakes from hunters ?it makes me feel that holding those tokens is the best

Of course holding is definitely a good choice. But remember a lot of bounty hunters wanted to exchange their tokens once they received it so that they can book the profits from all their hard work, so Tokpie came into the picture.

Holding though has risk, you would never know when the price could explode or it is also possible that the price will experience a massive drop off from the ICO price.
7356  Other / Off-topic / Re: 109 to 3.2 to 23 BTCs on: January 27, 2019, 05:40:33 AM
Care to share what altcoins you invested that netted you back more bitcoin?

I'm a bit skeptical because the market is still in the bearish zone and alts have suffered worst than bitcoin so I would like to imagine what alts or token you invested to get back as quick as you can to 23 BTC otherwise you're just trolling everyone here, just saying.
7357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto's worst nightmare on: January 27, 2019, 05:35:24 AM
The market and all analysis have stated that this nightmare is still ongoing. As on that Dapp market report that shows how the value and rate on the details.
Well, so far, we cannot avoid being in this nightmare blood-bathing market until this day. But, we still have the chance to be more patient if you want. To keep surviving is very difficult, but we have no choice.

As of the moment, I would also say that the nightmare is ongoing and the market will continue to bleed in the first quarter. We thought that the bear market will be over, but I'm afraid that it will take more time for the bulls to wrestle the market for them. But in any case who should be prepared for the worst and don't expect anything so that we won't be disappointed.

And just look at the bright side of it, at least this bear market has teaches all of us a good lesson. The price won't go on parabolic rise so its better for everyone to be flexible and take aside that all-time-high for the moment and let to trade and book profits even at this bearish trend.
7358  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what trading has made me on: January 27, 2019, 05:30:14 AM
Weird, Does it mean that your life is ruined because of crypto trading?

Then why don't you stop for a day and keep yourself with other things? I don't think you need to seek professional help, all you have to do is prioritize things in life.

I guess the problem is look at crypto trading as the your main source of income, to be honest. So just get a stable and reliable job and not rely on trading as the means to bring food in the table.
7359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bounty hunter paid USDT? on: January 27, 2019, 02:55:32 AM
do you agree if the bounty hunter is paid USDT?
the good or bad impact on investors and the development of the ICO project, give your reasons
Paying bounty hunters with USDT is not a bad idea because USDT is one of the valuable coins on the market. After all, not all the coins bounty hunters receive at the end of a bounty program are able to be listed on the market. The fact it, it rather becomes a fixed amount if paid with USDT because it does not see any significant rise or fall irrespective of the market condition.
Might be practical but the team must need a decent amount of capital before running an ICO.

Majority of the bounty hunters will benefit especially the new one as they do not have to long before they can convert their reward into cash, with
USDT, everything is automatic, you can sell it once your receive it. Unfortunately, this is not being implemented, so I guess they do not find this system attractive.

It will really be a burden for ICO's because:

[1] They open up a ICO because they needed funding, meaning to say at the beginning they don't have money, how can they pay their bounty hunters then?

[2]  If will be really time consuming an a hassle for them, based on my experience bounty hunting, some of the projects didn't even know how to pay their hunters, they have to hire someone to help them out airdrops the tokens. So them paying in USDT will be problematic.
7360  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why the Crypto Market Remains ‘Moderately Bearish’ in 2019 on: January 27, 2019, 02:50:17 AM
The market needs time to recover and still needs time to foster confidence in crypto currencies to increase adoption rates. It is still difficult to predict when the bear will disappear, and you better keep calm with the current market conditions.
Time will heal the wounds and this market will be great again. I don’t see specific reason for the early dump this year but I think we are still not recovering from the previous bearish trend. Bear will really disappear in time and it can happen if we start to think positively and encourage people to invest.

Maybe there's no dump yet because the bears is already exhausted at this point. But it doesn't mean we are in the road to recovery, the market conditions will be pretty much stagnant and will go flat line so it means that the market will continue to bleed.

Bearish market that we witnessed in 2018 has been transferred to this month and that do not mean the bearish market is going to continue.  If you are a trader you will need to understand that most year at this time cryptocurrencies market behave at a stagnated price it is from February that we do see bull run.

If will definitely continue in 2019 because there are no catalyst so the bearish market will continue, sad to say. So experience traders either continue to buy more during dips or just going to short and squeeze every ounce of profit so its going to be hard to see recovery, unless a positive news will propel the price, but so far we haven't seen or heard anything.
