741  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is btcrow.com trusted / any good? on: June 14, 2015, 03:32:09 PM
I need to send >5 bitcoin to a stranger on the Internet in return for some digital goods (nothing illegal).

Has anybody used btcrow.com as an Escrow service for trading and can they be trusted to hold my bitcoin?
I have used it in the past and it is good, but I don't know how are disputed handled on the site. With such big amounts, I would always recommend using an escrow on bitcointalk. They are always much more safer and can help settle disputes in an efficient manner.

Ok thanks. Any recommendations for an escrow on bitcointalk? How would that work?

There are lots of them. Some of the good ones you can use are devthedev , escrow.ms , master-p
 , Tomatocage
742  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] LocalBitcoins.com - a location-based bitcoin to cash marketplace on: June 14, 2015, 03:22:52 PM
@Localbitcoins any reason why you are charging us random fees on the withdrawals on the website ? I have been charged much more than the normal transaction fees couple of times in the last couple of days.
743  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling .edu email forwards on: June 14, 2015, 10:11:08 AM

Does the email also offer student discounts on apple products ? I see that Apple offers a discount to students, how much would you charge for verifing a student account for that ?

If it requires an edu account for verification, I am sure I can offer that.

Alright, I will look into in and let you know.

@SureLockloans I don't think he is giving us access to the email, the topic says forwards, so anyways he will be the one reading the mails.

You might want to make it clear how do you promise returns. The op sounds like there is a guaranteed return, but from most of the gambling investment sites profits comes from player losses. The site also needs significant improvements , as its currently based on a common Coindice script.

747  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is the best Investment Option for Bitcoins? on: June 13, 2015, 08:26:11 PM

You cannot be so sure that it is a scam as it is making a payment on regular basis so it would be too early to make a judgement that it is a scam. The people are against it as they are not able to digest the pay out they are making and surely they will say it is a scam but it might prove to be the best campaign in the future if it is genuine as its payout is the maximum.

I haven't invested or looked at any of their investmentment plans but in the scam accusation thread , there is enough proof to show that they have faked a lot of things on their website. I couldn't even find an ANN thread for their investment site, which makes the way they run the site extremely fishy. However as for investments  , I have seen a lot of scams making payouts in the start and then stopping after they make enough money, so you would want to be careful where you invest your money.
748  Economy / Gambling / Re: PocketRocketsCasino.eu - win 230 Bitcoin in one dice roll! on: June 13, 2015, 08:23:38 PM
A great morning to wake upto for the investments. Was down after he won that 100 BTC yesterday, and today was excited to see some crazy action for us investors. I couldn't see any of his bets in the bet history tab. Did he come back after that loss ?
749  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Bitcoin Doubling Script on: June 12, 2015, 11:23:42 PM
I found some freely available ones as well
https://github.com/Crypton33/CryptoPonzi - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=494757.0
https://github.com/bOmBeLq/Ponzi

Would be a better idea to try those out than visit a random Satoshibox link product which may not even be a ponzi script.
750  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How to boost the online sale ? on: June 12, 2015, 11:21:16 PM
I find it best to first start with the SEO with the words that bst describe your product. If someone googles bitcoin dice then he is likely to visit the first 2-3 links.
Next step would be develope a reputation for the product, because his next step would be to do some research about it which would finally get him to trust the site.
Third is Advertisement, which will get people to see your site, and they might jump directly to step 2 from here.
751  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Bitcoin For PokerStars! ***LIMITED TIME ONLY*** on: June 12, 2015, 11:14:03 PM
Why pay a higher price when you can simply convert bitcoins to Pokerstars through a Neteller account which charges no fees for bitcoin deposits . The only limitation would be the limits you can send but that shouldn't be a big problem with the amount you are looking for.
752  Other / Off-topic / Re: Newbie Entrepreneur Advice on: June 12, 2015, 11:09:16 PM
A few colleagues and I have actually developed two completely original products. Both use blockchains and one also utilizes software. What I would like to know is the proper way to patent these processes despite being as poor as I am. Any advice is heavily appreciated, thank you.

Its not the best idea to get them patented as that would be an expensive process unless you are sure how successful they would be after launch. Another thing you would have to do is get them patented worldwide as any software company offshore could launch a similar service and your patent would have no affect on them.
753  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Level 50 Dadice Account for sale on: June 08, 2015, 12:51:50 PM
Does the site allow purchasing accounts ? Primedice for example doesn't allow purchasing accounts . Buyers might want to make sure if they don't want to end up getting a ban on the account.
754  Other / Meta / Re: Feedback and how it works on: June 08, 2015, 11:59:01 AM
I have noticed a person on here that is apparently a scammer and been named a scammer. Yet his trust feedback is empty. Why would this be? Is it because people are scared to receive negative feedback therefore stay away putting it for someone else?
Makes no sense to me.
Thanks
Probably the proof against them was inconclusive. You should post a scam accusation thread if you believe a scammer isn't given a negative trust.
You can also post his username here or request a trusted member to add the negative on their profile with the proof.
755  Economy / Gambling / Re: CrimeDice.com - Now 15k Faucet / 60 sec ! on: June 07, 2015, 03:01:30 PM
The dice site is very laggy and the faucet is not working.
You should try to improve your site before launching your site.

I had the problem too accessing the faucet. The site loads fine for me, but the faucet button does not add anything to my balance. Nothing happens on clicking it.

757  Economy / Gambling / Re: JETWIN.ps ✔#1 Bitcoin Sportsbook ✔The best LIVE CASINO ✔Instant Withdrawals on: June 07, 2015, 01:06:43 PM
1 question:
Why do i have to wait until 15th of every month to get paid for the previous month, thats kind of stupid,i got 25 euros for may and now i have to wait for 15 th of june to get paid, really anoying
what are you talking about? you can withdraw whenever you want i think or you are talking about referrals?

Yes he is talking about Referral payouts . The normal withdrawals are quick . I think the reason for the delay is the verification they do if the referral have been generated fairly. They should however shorten that period to 15 days if the referrals generate a lot of money.
Yes im talking about the referrals, they should shorten at least to 15 days or weekly payment, this is just anoying for me

You are new in affiliated marketing. That is why you don't know. It's normal standard site set time when they will pay monthly payment.

I am also a referral on a few other fiat based sports books and they too pay out monthly except for an exception. There are also sites in bitcoin which do have weekly or payouts as and when you request out. But if you do get in the referral game its mostly monthly payouts.
758  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet – LIVE Sportsbook & Racebook. Rated # 1 by Bitcointalk Members ! on: June 06, 2015, 07:28:01 PM
damn i want to bet in final champions, but since blockchain down i cant do nothing, itsucks  Angry,,hope for Juventus Win...
Since the blockchain is down, does it also mean directbet betting is disabled ? I don't see how would the blockhain affect you from making any bets.
759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does martingale really works? on: June 05, 2015, 07:36:37 PM
someone should just screen cap the martingale in action with a 1 btc bankroll to see if its worth it.
There won't be any point of that. Some people will be lucky and will not bust and some people will. It won't prove anything at the end of it. There is no guaranteed strategy to win. It all depends on your luck .
760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does martingale really works? on: June 05, 2015, 07:34:26 PM
so if I have .5 btc to work with how much can I make .1 btc using it?
Pantheon if your aim is to make 0.1 BTC from that 0.5 BTC. I would suggest just making 2 bets at 90% and stopping after that. Because if you start from a small amount as 0.0001 . You will bust in less than 12 rolls, which can very well happen in a few hundred rolls. Martingale is usually worth with a large bankroll even then there is a big risk . Starting with 0.5 BTC will bust you much before you make any serious money with it.

Even if you are planning to make two consecutive bets at 90% still those two can be a loss if not both atleast one. So risk is always there, just try your luck. Thanks
Like Astargath said risk is the same. But if you go about doing a martingale you would need to win atleast 1000 times before he gets his 0.1 BTC. I feel seeing a streak of 12 is very common in a couple thousands of rolls. And since its  1000 wins he need, he would be betting more than 4-5K rolls.
He could just get there by making 2 bets at 90% and hope for the win. Or rather just martingale once or twice starting with 0.05, and stop after it .
