741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Those who lost their coins on: October 12, 2018, 07:31:23 PM
The topic is self-moderated to prevent spamming. Thanks for taking it easy.

This topic is for those who lost money in coins. I found this picture on LinkedIn and thought to post it here so that investors know that there are risk involved in any kind of investments. The media will try to give you this idea that investing in crypto is the riskiest investment but the truth is in any industry you can have bear market. Patience is the key!

Thoughts?

Those are the example of a "come-back" company.
But there are thousands bankrupt companies with their extreme bearish Cheesy
742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STEAM CARD TOKENS on: October 12, 2018, 07:23:18 PM
Steam card tokens is a utility token released on ethereum platform according to ERC20 standard. Total number of tokens released is 500,000,000,000. More tokens beyond this number will not to be released. Tokens allocated for the team will be hold for 12 months with subsequent release of not more than 5% of the total number of team tokens per month, steam token will become the real currency that is generated during the game. Steamcard token (STD) is an icardgame currency based on blockchain, which was implemented on the ethereum platform. Steam token  can be used both in the purchase of online games and beyond, as a real monetary unit. Thanks to the innovative economy of the token, every active purchaser who chooses the right strategy can collect and earn the STD inside the game.

SMART CONTRACT
The use of smart contracts in the icaedgame industry allows developers to create a secure environment for the end user, namely to protect and automate any transactions related to the game. In particular, the sale and exchange of game assets, the creation of various resource pools and distribution of profits to all its participants, etc. Within the STD environment, all transactions are carried out using smart contracts that also ensure a fixed state of the games purchase (fixing Hexagons in the blockchain chain). Each stages has its own unique hashrate and thanks to the logic implemented in smart contracts, we can ensure collective ownership of gaming assets.
All this is done to ensure that every purchaser had the opportunity to unleash the full potential for the implementation of individual strategies and develop their real estate empire while remaining protected from fraud. Smart contracts allow making every transaction transparent and safe.

743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How Far are we from the bull run on: October 11, 2018, 02:43:04 PM
Its been about 8 month since we are in bloodbath. market has not shown any signs of recovery till yet. what do you think that what december will bring to us.. ?

744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The price plunged down today? on: October 11, 2018, 02:22:49 PM
What do you find with cryptocurrency at this time or in particular today. Please provide comments and feedback to respond. Do not panic !! Stay calm and relaxed.

Heard information that something wrong with bitmex trading activity, so people afraid and sell their btc and hold fiat for right now.
Let the whales play their game and we follow the wave
745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment reality on: October 11, 2018, 01:05:49 PM
80 % of people got involved in crypto from September-December and afterwards, they lost interest to invest watching their investments going down. Companies, corporations and politicians , let's say they filled their bags. And only after all of that we will see some positive regulation

But I firmly stand on my point that the only way for crypto to have a long life is the adoption and not just price speculation. And this will come from all of us. Start in little but whenever you got the chance to pay smth with cryptocurrency, just do it. Let's give real world value to the coins we hold.

The real investors won't stop once they got loss.
They analize the previous chart and predict the future chart based on the analysis and also manage their risk

747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about blockchain games? on: October 09, 2018, 04:43:07 PM
Trading and bounties are a good way to earn. And recently I’ve discovered a new way to do that – dapps (I’m talking about games). I’m not that experienced in that field but it seems to be interesting.

What do you think about it? Have you ever tried to?

Quite good but could it be like a gamble game in crypto ?
If so, maybe it should be better than other gambling site because they can earn cryptocurency with their skill playing games
748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do investors want to buy ICO even they know there are a lot of scammers? on: October 09, 2018, 03:37:19 PM
I was always wondering about it. I know that no one wants to lose their money in investing . Everyone is investing in ICO  simply because they see the potential of the project. They expect the price of coin will increase after being listed on the floor. And so, they decide to invest with the expectation that the coin will bring them profits.
In addition, ICO is a form of investment that gives individuals great opportunities. If only Angel Investors or Venture Capital Funds had invested in startup projects at an early stage, So far, the ICO has allowed all individual investors, with a small cap of just $ 100, to be able to participate.Investments in this embryonic stage will of course be risky. However, if you are lucky to find the next Facebook, Amazon, Google … next, the money you earn will not less.

Ofcourse they want to try their luck.
people buying from ICO can be profited more than thousand percent if the project is really good and growing
749  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long ICO's project pay for bounty hunters on: October 09, 2018, 03:02:06 PM
I work with bounty more than 2 years and it seems period of paid more longer that be in 2016.

I never heard a project ICO held for 2 years.
That's a waste i think, for me i just do 1 month bounty and move to another project
750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge from the bearish run on: October 09, 2018, 01:55:27 PM
Let's recap the lesson from the recent bearish run, before u invest in any cryptocurrency.

2. never stop believing in urself and when things go wrong, u will learn a big lesson and be happy u did your best than following a footstep u know nothing about,

3. Always invest money that you can't afford to lose.
If you rely your life on cryptocurrency, you'll have a bad time Cheesy
751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gaining or Losing ??? on: October 08, 2018, 01:13:54 PM
Have you come to think of your time and resources invested in Crypto-community? Has your effort yielded the desired result since you join the cryptocurrency world?
Sometime i get frustrated either to quite the crypto business or to give it a second thought due to what is going on in the entire crypto-community, were there are no more trust. I have carry out a proper research on myself and i found out that am losing to cryptocurrency.

What about you, gaining or losing?

On crypto, gaining and losing is usual thing.
Even the richest people on this world can losing more than 1mil dollar every day.
But the most important thing is the risk management and money management.
How we can make sure our profit is more than our loss
752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another December Bull run on: October 08, 2018, 12:59:12 PM
I have this assumption that we may be having another December bull run, though may not be as high as we had last year. Bitcoin however have maintained a very good support level around $6000 since this year and there is no sign of breaking lower.

Sampling opinions from various investors show that there is this excitement and anticipation of another end of the year bull season and aside TA and FA, the market is equally controlled by the investors psychology and with this whole charade of an expected December bull season, I am of the opinion that it will likely come as a lot of persons are already waiting as we have a large number who are "for" than those "against".

Not until december, i think this month we'll see a bull run.
Market condition is stagnant in 1 month, and bull run will be run soon !

753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reducing scam on: October 08, 2018, 11:41:35 AM
Kind time of the day, with every day in ICO we meet more and more fraud. It is clear that no one forces us to invest in these projects. But the idea of a cryptocurrency does not imply any regulatory department. What do you think that could help in solving this problem? I just see only that the advisors were responsible, or they took a pledge from the projects they are entering.

No one can be blamed if we're get scammed by an ICO because the ICO itself is not forcing us to buy.
The best thing that we can do to reduce scam is jump deeper to the project before we invested in.
754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Does ICO and bounty die? on: October 08, 2018, 11:33:05 AM
Hi all. I took part in more than 3 hundred bounties in two year. Last half year there are no pay from project to hunters. Maybe bounty will die or it's transformayion in something other Huh  Huh Huh

As long as there are ideas from the people who want to create a project in cryptocurrency i think it will keep going.
The ease of creation (mostly erc-20) token, there will always be new project every day.
755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin Acceptance. on: October 07, 2018, 06:39:03 PM
There are lots of coins this days and more are still emerging by the day. If eventually cryptocurrency becomes accepted globally and it's been adopted for usage, do you think all the coins would be accepted for usage or only a  selected few?

Only few coins really implemented as a payment system.
Most of coins are trading coins, i mean there are no really payment system adopt those coins, but people buy it just for trading
756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When was the first time you bought in cryptocurrencies? on: October 07, 2018, 05:05:03 PM
Let's see who are the early birds.

Like a year ago, when the price is around 5k USD.
I'm not buying much cause at that time i'm holding more alts than bitcoin.
757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Did bounty hunters really get token for free? on: October 07, 2018, 04:48:49 PM
I have been seeing a lot of post saying bounty hunters are getting stake for free, on some thread I read where some people are accusing hunter of dumping their token because they get if for free and this got me thinking......

Did hunters really get this token for free??

Working 3-6 months and using your hard earn money to pay for data on a project as a hunter trying to make someone else project successful, is that really a free stuff??

As a developer, if you meet an advertising company to help you advertise your project will they accept your shit coin from you??

If you employed and pay the salaries at the end of the month, did your employee got the money for free or will you still monitor the way they decided to spend their salaries??

So why all this people are saying bounty hunters are getting their token for free??

No it's not.
Bounty hunter just like a job and people who do it is working to get their salary (tokens).
So, bounty hunter get token free is wrong

759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Diversities in Cryptocurrency. on: October 06, 2018, 03:16:44 PM
In the News and on the internet, you find people talking about cryptocurrency; some are actually in support of its existence and usage, while others are not. What actually brings about this diverse opinions?

Because many people has different idea to develop blockchain.
Also with the ease of creation of the coin itself (especially erc-20 tokens) many people will create a cryptocurrency projects
760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Excited Are You for Crypto? on: October 06, 2018, 02:37:43 PM
There are alot of people on here that have been in it for years.  Personally, I have only been involved in crypto for about a year and a half.  But in that short time I have seen so many ups and downs.  Have seen friends interested in it then get out.  I have been telling friends about bitcoin, which went from them telling me I am crazy to the price skyrocketing and them believing me to them now thinking I am crazy again lol.
Still love it, but in a down market i see so many people not interested.  How excited are you still for crypto?

Was really excited year ago.
But after the crash -70%, a little bit lose interest but somehow crypto is earned me a lot of money already.
I'll keep waiting crypto wake up patiently.
