741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is For Risk Takers on: June 17, 2018, 02:39:26 AM
I seen lots of people are panic and selling and spreading FUD . But based on my experience people who really dare to take risk only won here .
Wise and daring investors are still searching for good potential coins to invest while its really cheap were greedy people are panic and spreading FUD
Finally people who dare to invest bitcoin even when the price of 100$ they created fortune here . Its completely daring and vision not at aall luck . SO if you are having real vision and want to make milestone in life then be here in crypto and support other wise please quit .

Whether you are looking for luck or the best return of all your hard efforts, you need to take a risk. You cannot just gain without at least a little pain and fear. Well, that is not just a principle of life, it is also a principle here in crypto. Those who invested in Bitcoin when there was no one around who supported them, they were risk takers. Those who continued to hodl even if Bitcoin's value dived lower than 70%, they were huge risk takers as well. In the end, they were also the richest.
742  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Source of Funds on: June 17, 2018, 01:49:23 AM

743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: June 16, 2018, 03:45:25 AM
Let be real. How many of you guys actually read the whitepaper? I read whitepaper sometimes, but reading multiple of them can be a burden and a headache. Do you guys got any tips on getting through whitepaper a little faster. It killing a lot of time. Thank.

I read whitepapers, and I am proud of it. But more often than not, I do not read everything in there, word by word. I don't think that is needed, especially if you are only looking for a better project to promote and not to invest in it. To those who are planning to put a good amount of investment into it, you need to go by every little detail. To those who are not, just choose the most important parts: objectives or vision, the problem they want to address and how, the token's economy, to name a few.
744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My opinion about ETH on: June 16, 2018, 03:05:06 AM
In my opinion , ETH is now more hot than BTC because the explosion of ICOs base on ETH Blockchain. During the recent dip, ETH price even a little come up, all altcoins and BTC holders lose funds but ETH holders still have profit. So i think that ETH will reach BTC price this year. What do you think guys?

Ethereum is really operating very well. Unlike other coins, even those who have already went through some huge pumps, Ethereum is not a hollow altcoin and has a lot of amazing products to brag about. But I don't agree with you that Ethereum will reach Bitcoin price this year. Even if Bitcoin is already very low at this point at $6,500, Ethereum can reach that just yet. Bitcoin may be down but so is Ethereum. It is already less than $500.
745  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Source of Funds on: June 16, 2018, 02:15:46 AM
746  Economy / Speculation / Re: BIG HOPE FOR BITCOIN on: June 15, 2018, 01:57:19 PM
Bitcoin is a crypto currency, all currencies make upward and downward trends from time to time. Bitcoin is and other Crypto currencies are taking over the world economy. See every dip as an opportunity to buy more.
Invest now and smile at moon

Actually, there is really nothing to worry about the market falling down. What do you think or expect of a market? There is no market that moves through a straight line only. Every market moves through a zigzag line. Name it and you will see it. Let us take for example the stock market, forex market, oil market, automobile market, and so forth. Even the gadget market that is very much the trend nowadays goes up and down the chart.
747  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Going Less Than $5000? on: June 15, 2018, 01:20:33 PM
The Crypto World has Witnessed a lot of Ups and Downs (Mostly "Downs" Though) this year 2018. Now we are at a point where most investors percieve to be the best time to invest in Cryptocurrency, but unfortunately the dip has only worsened.

This has left a lot to ponder and a lot of people are starting to ask the question "Is this the end of Cryptocurrency?; especially BITCOIN".

Let Me Have Your Take, What do you think? Leave a comment below.

Cheers

Even without looking at the account who made this post, I know that this came from a newbie. Very familiar question, so much like the "when moon?" and "when bounty payment?" questions. Well, just to remove this problem from your troubled mind, mate, let me assure you that Bitcoin, especially cryptocurrency as a whole, is not going to end now. On the contrary, it is gaining strength. It will still conquer the whole world one of these days.
748  Economy / Economics / Re: Becoming wealthy and social responsibility on: June 15, 2018, 12:32:26 PM
You are right, but let us give it time one by one. For those who have already created their millions out of Bitcoin, they have the bigger responsibility. They might want to set aside a little portion of their wealth for those who are not as lucky as we are. As for me, I am helping also in my own little ways while trying to create some more wealth. What I can always assure is that I do not enjoy what I have with myself alone nor only to my close friends and family.

752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Schools Are Officially Accepting Bitcoin for Tuition on: June 14, 2018, 04:16:59 AM
Universities are embracing accepting bitcoin for tuition, with Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Switzerland the latest school to adopt. If anything, it's another clear sign the cryptocurrency is here to stay.

https://futurism.com/schools-accepting-bitcoin-tuition/

Even so... Bitcoin has been used to buy homes, and countries like Venezuela and Vietnam are beginning to truly embrace the currency. Now, certain universities are adopting the payment method of bitcoin for tuition, albeit with a few caveats.

This is an additional signal to the world and to us that Bitcoin is increasingly acceptable in the different sectors of the society. Before, the use of Bitcoin was almost exclusively isolated to the underground, buying goods and services that are not openly done in the public or in the mainstream internet. However, right now, we can easily notice how Bitcoin turned itself openly to the rest of the world, being used in businesses, educational institutions, charitable and non-government agencies, etc.
753  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: minimum amount to start trading? on: June 14, 2018, 02:35:57 AM
What was the amount with which you started trading
I mean your very basic investment and was that your extra money or required money?

I started with around $400. When I started trading, the result was not good I ended up hodling most of the coins that I bought instead. But it made me see the bigger picture. I used to think that when the candles are down from the previous weeks and months it is automatically a good buying time. I was very wrong. Anyway, there are always lessons learned the hard way. There is no minimum in trading. Just start with a little of what you have. Remember to trade your extra money only.
754  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin in developing countries on: June 13, 2018, 01:50:14 AM
at present, bitcoin is becoming known to people around the world, especially in developing countries. the majority of bitcoin is introduced through news on television and on the internet. Therefore people are starting to want to know what bitcoin is and if it appeals to them, they will invest instead?
Well the government should not be silent on bitcoin, they think bitcoin is disrupting economic stability and there will be inflation in the country.
Do you think that bitcoin will disrupt economic stability and there will be inflation due to bitcoin in a country?

Bitcoin is designed to disrupt our current obsolete system. Perhaps one of its effects, intended or not, is the disruption of the economy. This may lead to the beneficial growth of freedom to the people but might be highly disadvantageous to the government. That is why we have been noticing how much effort various governments exert in regulating Bitcoin. I don't think inflation is severely affected.
755  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin remain dominant on: June 12, 2018, 01:49:40 PM
There are high chances that Bitcoins will remain dominant in the crypto platform, so far no coin has mounted a serious challenge on BTC at all, and the gap it has on most of the coins keep widening, unless ETH steps up or another coin is developed, with the ability to cut n the gap then BTC will remain dorminant

I share the same opinion with you. Unless a certain coin will pose a significant challenge to Bitcoin, it will remain to hold the dominance it has been holding since cryptocurrency started. Ethereum has always been touted to beat Bitcoin. Well, that is of course a possibility because it is the number one altcoin, ranked just below Bitcoin. But it appears to me that Ethereum is far down lower than Bitcoin's market dominance even if it is the second placer.
756  Local / Pilipinas / Source of Funds on: June 12, 2018, 01:02:48 PM

Maraming salamat.
757  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you approve this strategy: sell alts buy btc? on: June 12, 2018, 12:21:32 PM
I read this article, but I want to see opinions, would you sell all your alts to have only bitcoin now ? I don't think this is recommended

https://cointelegraph.com/news/buy-bitcoin-sell-your-altcoins-says-pioneering-wall-street-blockchain-analyst

There are a lot of options right now. Of course Bitcoin is the best coin you can hodl. Among all the coins in the market, Bitcoin is the best option for long term. So even if its price plunges really low, you are somehow assured that it will definitely bounce back. But if I am not mistaken your altcoins are also suffering like Bitcoin so if you are selling you are already at a loss. It's your choice. But if the altcoins you are talking about is not a strong one, better shift to Bitcoin.
758  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has Bitcoin reached its goal? on: June 10, 2018, 02:11:46 AM
Apparently, Bitcoin is still on its way there. The road is not easy. There are oppositions everywhere. Bitcoin has been here for almost ten long years and yet it has yet to fully establish itself as the main currency in any single country. That means, the battle will continue. There is no break time with this. We all have a part in this. If Bitcoin will fail prematurely, my guess is that we will be saying good bye not just to it but to the whole cryptocurrency. Let us all promote Bitcoin to the best of of our ability.
759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you have now 500$ for invest? Where you invest? on: June 10, 2018, 01:25:40 AM
Same question as in topic.
Where you invest your money today?
Btc, Ltc, Eth, Lisk or what?

I would spread my investment to different coins. For sure the biggest part will go to Bitcoin. But for a $500 investment, I might not follow my usual way of dividing the amount. There is no point investing a portion of $500 for Bitcoin. That would be too small and Bitcoin is going to take a longer time to double its value. Perhaps I will focus the third part of it to Ethereum instead. The rest will probably go to Lisk and Waves.
760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency in five years! on: June 09, 2018, 07:52:36 AM
Legendary investor Tim Draper is confident that in five years all will use crypto currency. According to Draper, the technological shift that we can observe now will be more significant than the transition from the Stone Age to the Bronze Age. Answering the question about how he sees the current situation in comparison with the period when he invested in the technologies of web 1.0 and 2.0, he replied that web technologies and transformed the concept of information, while blocking has the potential to transform almost all industries, including government services.

The blockchain technology is no doubt going to be the biggest asset of the cryptocurrency invention. But I am afraid that this trend of appreciation for the blockchain technology alone but not to the coins themselves will only cause the existing coins to be unnecessary. I have observed how blockchain is getting adopted and built even by a government or two but not the existing coins that we have. It could happen that the future will see government-sponsored blockchains.
