What do you do if the dumpers merrily dump straight through your (small) bid, and keep dumping down to hellish levels before you get a chance to react? Is that a chance you have to take when trying to catch a falling knife? I was tempted to buy yesterday but I couldn't work out when the dumps would stop.
This wasn't a falling knife, so it was relatively safe to catch. Something close to a falling knife may happen on Saturday, so tomorrow I may open a short. If that short won't confirm, I'll have to close it at a small loss, so today I tried to make a small profit to balance that future potential small loss. |

I have a small long since 354$ and am leaning towards a pump, in which case I'll max the long and close it tomorrow, hopefully around 400$. In case of a dump I'll close the small long to avoid losses, but I won't short (yet, need a clearer picture). |

something like this happens quite often if it is a aip submarine attacking.
there are a lot of nato exercises where such things happened and also the us navy leased a aip submarine from norway to exactly train against it.
so far it seems that the us navy has a lot of trouble against aip submarines.

do you still see this topping out at 400 tzupy? Maybe even 420$. But that depends on how this will unfold during the next two days. If the flow of fiat into Chinese exchanges, reflected in the bid sum, will continue, it could reach 500$ again or higher. |

Well, the pump started, but it takes a huge amount of volume in China to push up.
IMO this could reach 400$, but without new CNY entering the exchanges, it's bound to crash from there.
So far I'm long, but not max leveraged, I am waiting for the next correction, probably tomorrow morning.

After comparing the current corrective waves with those of July, I came to the conclusion that they take about twice as long.
On the 24th July there was a pump that reached about 300$ before crashing, but the current indicators look bearisher that those of 10 - 23 July.
So IMO if within 2 - 3 days there will be no strong pump that breaks up from the large triangle, then we'll crash hard.
