In other exciting news...I mined a block today with my Saturn!

First entire block I have mined, it took almost a month of mining 24/7 but it happened.

how you make that?
http://maunderingcabal.blogspot.com/2013/02/bitcoin-mining-log-9-how-to-solo-mine.html

I did mine alittle bit differently.

and then download cgminer or bfgminer and make a file called mine.bat in the cgminer/bfgminer directory

open up mine.bat should look something like this.

I am assuming this will work aslo.
That's so cool....and easy looking....
could we just enter the ip into the pool gui somehow?

Well considering this was all on the same machine i will assume that it will work over a network also. However i am unsure as to how many connections a single instance of Bitcoin-qt can handle. But Yes.

Well unless your buying the BFL locally or from someone that has one in hand then okay. dont buy it from them you will be waisting money.

Do keep in mind this. Ten to one you wont make all your money back rather you buy a BFL Jala or an eruper. You will make some money back. Look at it as a hobby.

773  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: [Guide] Noob guide to solo mining USB Erupters with cgminer on: November 10, 2013, 05:38:14 AM
Just out of wondering but wouldn't this work instead of going through all the file stuff?   If not then would the way up top work?

and then download cgminer or bfgminer and make a file called mine.bat

776  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1100 TH] BTC Guild - Pays TxFees, Stratum, MergedMining, Private Servers on: November 09, 2013, 04:11:47 AM
so when can i buy block erupters for 10 for .01 BTC?  The value of btc has skyrocketed, and the price of those things hasn't moved all week...  Shocked Cry

They have never been priced based on USD.  They make BTC, and they're sold for BTC.  The only part that is based on USD (international shipping and USB price which is essentially shipping) have already been adjusted.

that maybe true but that is still a 2 faced statement...

The reason why i say that is due to they take actual Fiat to manafacture. So all in all the price is effected via Fiat.
777  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitmit - Bitcoin shopping mall - Bitcoin market place - Bitcoin auction house on: November 09, 2013, 02:35:03 AM
I am unsure as to the reasonings. Bidding on the site is one thing however having the server power is another.

USPS can really suck my bawls. Priority Mail 2-Day™ shipping turns into 5 day shipping. such Bull crap. was said to be delived to my door saturday. now it says it will be at my door tuesday.  Angry

This makes the 4th time USPS has done some bs like this.
779  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitmit - Bitcoin shopping mall - Bitcoin market place - Bitcoin auction house on: November 09, 2013, 01:57:44 AM
I really hope they get with me. I really would like to keep the site online. Heck i would probably be able to drop the over all costs also and make the site better.
