7761  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does positive thinking affect your edge in gambling on: March 26, 2018, 08:47:38 PM
Some people think that strong feeling affect the outcome of your bet. But for me its all about luck., what do you think guys.

Some time it is correct that the strong feeling outcome will be correct but not always. So it is upto to take chance and bet on it. In my case i have tried so many times and luckily got succeed. Not only in gambling but in trading also i got success from this strong feeling.

Instead of strong feeling i can tell that seeing the pattern of gambling or trading if you properly watch then in some bets you can predict the next bet result outcome and get success.
Good for you the because not all people have the skill that you have. Positive thinking might help in keeping the mood good when playing gambling but sometimes it may not help also.  You see,  as long as you feel good you will play and play even if you are loosing.  You won't realized it until there is no money left for you to be used in betting

Positive thinking is good but sometimes the use of it will be based on the situation in front of you.
Too much positive vibes towards gambling will really give negative effect not only to your motive but also into your own pocket. As you said if we feel good on playing no matter how many times we do lose up we don't really care at all because we do really like to play no matter what which you would really end up on having no money in the end of the day.Luck is always on what would matter on here and positive views doesn't really affect at all if we are talking about winning.
7762  Economy / Economics / Re: The best way to manage free money on: March 26, 2018, 08:05:44 PM
Best way to manage free money is hands down for sure investment. Now what kind of investment one needs to chose vary from personal needs and affordability.
For someone who have a huge pile of extra money, they can certainly think of investin in some ongoing business, alongside in bitcoins or rather cryptocurrency aswell, and may be properties too.

Simply depositing extra money in bank, which is a safe place no doubt, but is not a very fruitfull way of utilising the money. Having it invested somehwere puts that money into work and helps earn more money out of it. Thats a good thing to do rather then just keeping it in bank.

Cryptocurrencies are certainly flourishing these days. One can definetely try their luck and invest here aswell. Its a good option to make profit in a quicker way than the long term investment schemes.
You are right since investment chances would really matter on persons capability when it comes to putting up money into a certain thing since we do know people do have different allocated funds. If he have lots of reserve then putting it up all into those options above would be better. The more the merrier since we are aware into those kind of investment. Cryptocurrency together with traditional investment and money secured in banks will always be a good choice.
7763  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does becoming a parent changes the gambler? on: March 25, 2018, 09:30:16 PM
becoming a parent could changes the gambler to be a good parent so his kids not follow his way to earn money. but if he cannot changes his self, then it might be difficult for him to tell his kid to not playing gambling because kids always follow their parents did. so if we want to teach our kids, we need to teach our self first so we can tell and teach our kids about the good things and we can see our kids learn only good things that we told.

there is a saying that what adults do , childrens will also follow it even if its bad for them. i guess that saying can always happen on real events and it can happen to your child because they will follow your bad habits on which is playing a gambling. even if your good at hiding , time will come that they will always find out about it. so i guess in order to be a good parent and a good influence to other children. much better if we can avoid playing gambling if there is a children beside us, rather we will only do gambling in a private place or in casinos and online sites.

Basically, it’s not a saying, it is a logic or concept that what the elders do, the children follow the same thing no matter even if it is good for them or not. The simple answer to this logic is that children are not old enough to have the sense that which thing is good for them and which has a bad impact on their lives; they just think that their elders are doing a good thing because they can never teach wrong.
In short this is totally an elders fault when young minds/age would already be involved into gambling because they havent taught on what are the possible risk ahead on playing gambling on where they are just simply following into those things that have been done or on the things that they do see. Some says its hereditary which i do believe that it isnt really connected at all because this is just a habit that can simply be controlled or stopped if we want to.
7764  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Double Citizenship. What to do when joining ICO Illegible is 1 of the countries on: March 25, 2018, 08:58:14 PM
These days ICOs are very restricted often excluding residents and citizens of certain countries. In America unless you are an accredited Investor there are many Icos that do not allow participation on both Airdrops as well as sale of tokens. What happens if you hold double citizenship? I do happen to have a Brazilian citizenship but I do reside in America spending 3 months out of the year in  Brazil. In this case would it be ok to register to few ICOs using my Brazilian Info? There are few project at the moment that I am interested in, was sad I was not able to join in then this idea suddenly sparked. Figured I would ask the forum for some advice before taking a step further. any advice is truly appreciated.
Message out the particular team towards your situation on what would be the status since you are already residing on America. Are you already a verified american citizen to be considered on having a double citizenship? If not then you can use up your brazilian info since as being stated you are still 3 months on america. Contacting the dev/team about this KYC problem or issue is the best thing to be done.
7765  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What You Need to Do Before Choosing a Tipster on: March 25, 2018, 08:16:40 PM
Thanks for listing this tips which is really true most of the time.Having these kind of considerations would really be good for us to avoid on such useless act.Instead on making money we would might end up on losing because of the fees that is being charged thats why im not really engaged too much on paid service. Most probable step for me is on following those free ones with a good track record.

Talking to this one:

5- Be ready to create many sportsbetting accounts
if you are not shopping for the best odds then you are missing a huge value in the long run , each 1% and each 1 cent count in the long run
so in case to profit the most you should have access to many sports providers and this can be a little easier when you have an account with a sports broker

You should really be ready on this because having accessibility is always been an important thing.
7766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most alts are worth Zero on: March 25, 2018, 07:41:14 PM
The market has realized most of these coins are worth nothing and the promoters have no intention of developing the ecosystems
Mentioning on ratio between those coins which are total garbage compared to potential ones then we can really see the gap or the difference. Not all alts are worth zero since some of them do have really a unique innovation which isnt really similar to others. How come alts would be worthless if we do able to see their prices on the entire cap, which means the interest of the entire community is strong since most of them do really have worth.
7767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rich people don’t gamble. on: March 25, 2018, 07:17:35 PM
indeed the lotteries are dominate by poor people because they expect hit the jackpot and being rich people but beside that i think rich people still gambling but the different is they only pick the particular games to satisfied their hobbies and possibly rich people gamble only for fun and because they already rich then they does not care if they lost and back to gamble for the next day
Poor people gamble to become rich but rich people gamble for what?? They rich already so they are looking for another excuse , usually it's for the priceless satisfaction. But there also some people who never feel enough collecting money so rich people could still gamble to become more rich which it's never ending purpose. So yeah that's my opinion.

Absolutely true fact, everybody seeking that satisfaction does gambles. Rich and Poor is not the reason, different reason for different class of people. But mostly they play card games, Poker, BlackJack and also many bets on sports of any form. In many Casinos I noticed some private tables and by there looks it was pretty clear they are rich. And also there were people who was of middle class. Poor people doesn't really visits Casinos generally, I never seen them there. But they does surely gambles and mostly who gets addicted gambles more than the rich.
Most of the time on where majority of people who do go inside of a casino would really be rich since there would be no middle or low class level would really go into that place since they do value their money and instead of spending it to casinos which they do know that most of the time they would really lose up those amounts which isnt really worth of to play. You would really able to feel or see rich people on that place. Gambling doesnt really have a requirement when it comes to financial status. The thing here is that they do really differ on views when it comes to gambling.
7768  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do's for trade in recent downtrend??? on: March 25, 2018, 06:52:27 PM
I think a good trader always have a good strategy to trade himself to apply.  I do trade for not so long time. I got a lot of experience I think. I have passed many times on the market. so I want to say few step on this downtrend market and let me know your experience as well please..

* Keep patience.  don't get panicked.
* Wait for the right support moment to buy coin if you have to money to invest cause market on so down it will move for sure and then it will give you much and more profit then loss.
* Try to understand the technical analysis. where the support level is.
* Don't sell your coin on loss. Try to hold just wait for a move.
* Crypto is always a magic so please be patience it will move up on uptrend after all FUD.

Let me share all your important experience and ideas please

Just some of my thoughts. Trying to buy dips in a downtrend and hoping for a bounce at support is really really tough, it's much easier to do in bull markets, a better strategy is to sell and buy back which ties in to my next point. You can sell your coins at a loss if there is a better opportunity in another coin or you aim to buy them back later at a lower price.
Selling on loss would really vary on opportunities that you do see which means its your own discretion if you are really tending to sell on loss but you should always be sure on such decision.Waiting up for the possible dip price is the most tough part on doing trading since we dont even know on when it would go deep or hitting up the possible bottom which would result on have always a speculative move.
7769  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does positive thinking affect your edge in gambling on: March 24, 2018, 03:24:27 PM
Some people think that strong feeling affect the outcome of your bet. But for me its all about luck., what do you think guys.
I highly doubt that positive thinking can affect the outcome of our bet as if we are playing on an online casino then already the outcome is fixed by the algorithm on which the casino is built, but if we are betting on a sports game then also there is no chance that outcome is dependent on the positive thinking. But if we are playing in a physical casino then there are chances that the outcome can be affected by our positive thinking to a certain extent.
Gambling thru online engagement would be entirely different since we cant able to applied up positive thinking towards our actions compared on playing a physical casino where we can some positive views that might affect our gameplay. For example when we do play poker, having a calm mind will really give you some advantage since you are confident and enjoying on what you are doing.
You cannot even apply any form of positive thinking in any form of gambling. The fact is that some people have actually ended up losing themselves to gambling as a result of trying to think positively.

It is better to know that gambling is just only going to make the owners of the gambling platform or the casinos rich and at the end, the gambler will always end up losing unless luck is just highly on the person's side. If anyone can know that, it will help not to go ahead of your limit trying to be positive.
Positive thinking can never help a gambler in any way. It will rather harm him. The reason is an optimist does not give up very soon and is addicted to cover an extra mile in each type of work. However, persistency in gambling can ruin a person. Moreover, fire will not stop burning us if we put our hand in it and think positive like the hand won’t get damaged. In the same way, gambling care less about with what mindset a gambler is playing the game.
No matter which side we would go, there would be always a negative impact if we do really pursue to continue on having this kind of mindset.Positivity would always lead to severe addiction even we are already losing we do neglect it because our mind is still believing on positive things like you might win big if you decide to continue.Edge or winnings on gambling cant really be affected by positivity since most of the time we do talk about having luck on here.
7770  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Newly PBOC Governor Once Called Bitcoin ‘Inspiring’, Praised Its on: March 24, 2018, 02:35:14 PM
Yi Gang, who was “unexpectedly” appointed to serve as new governor of the People's Bank of China (PBOC) on March 19, could soften the institution’s stance towards cryptocurrencies, given his previously reported positive views on Bitcoin (BTC).

Source: https://cointelegraph.com/news/newly-appointed-pboc-governor-once-called-bitcoin-inspiring-praised-its-accessibility
I think he's one of the investors and more likely the whales to us since China is a very well-known for making a lot of moves through crypto currency. I do hope he might give something good effect for the people since they were all worried when there is a bad news coming from nowhere then Bitcoin will going to start to fall again and i hate to look at that.
Hate it or not we cant really change the fact that it will possibly happen along the way.If there is a new governor of PBOC then he do have positive views on BTC then high chances that restrictions or prohibitions would really change or not too strict. We do know if high positioned persons would really have the such impact toward it.Hopefully there would lots or other people to have such consideration.
7771  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is Getcryptotab.com a scam on: March 23, 2018, 10:17:25 PM
Legit or not, scam or not, it's not worth it. As a chrome extension, it's probably doing a lot more than "mining" bitcoin, it could be stealing personal information out of your browsing sessions. Get rid of it, and run a virus scan.

Quote from their site:
Quote
Become a part of a huge mining pool! The bigger the pool’s computing power is, the bigger blocks can be solved, the more money you can earn! Invite most active friends of yours, who will in turn invite their own friends and start making real money! Get more than 1 BTC per month!
Yeah.. no.
A person who do have already a proper knowledge will probably say the same thing but for people who don't have any idea on what they are downloading just thinking only on having a fast income or earning on btc then most of the time they will surely download this thing without thinking on the risk.Instead on earning money they would rather mess up their entire earnings or files into their own pc getting informations.
7772  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rich people don’t gamble. on: March 23, 2018, 08:58:15 PM
Actually, the title of this post is an overstatement, but it helps you to get the idea. Rich people play fewer games of chance than poor people, and they risk a lower percentage of their income.

This article talks about it but only focused on the lottery, although I believe it can be applied to gambling in general:

https://edition.cnn.com/2013/12/18/opinion/lottery-poor-just-opinion/index.html

Why do you think this happens?

I suppose it is because people with a rich person’s mindset think mostly about buying assets with their money whereas people with a poor person’s mindset only think about spending their money, and the only way they can think of becoming wealthy is by hitting the jackpot.

There might be some point but not all the times because this is situational basis on where there are rich people who do gamble big time without any limits because he do know that he do have the money to spend on and he do only think on pleasure than on thinking up on making money even more. This would be just okay as long you do have already a passive income or leverage flow but if not even how rich you are and losing bigtime to gambling will really make you poor again.
7773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did ETH changed crypto world? on: March 23, 2018, 07:37:55 PM
Very often we ask questions, whether ETH is worth to invest. For me ETH changed the crypto world, it is revolutionary.

Here is the article on the ERC20 and how it affected the tokens: https://icoguide.com/en/blog/what-is-erc20-and-how-does-it-affect-tokens

Do you agree? please share your opinion.
SMART CONTRACT this is a feature on where ETH is a unique crypto which isn't really a doubt since its being placed top 2 on the entire marketcap and also come to think off that most coins in the market are using up Etherium platform which some of them did able to succeed too.It doesn't really changed the world for now but atleast there already institutions which do consider into its very unique feature which can be applied into our daily living when it comes to accessibility.
7774  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: (WIP) Community Compiled List of Sites Browser Mining on: March 22, 2018, 09:56:09 PM
Can you show me a website currently using this method
In your post you referer about a site for a news article for Bitcoin, you are talking about a small to medium blog, right?

And secondly, aren't the antivirus blocking or flagging these websites?
Eset NOD32 Antivirus do perfectly works with this one on my side.It does detect CoinMiner script when i do tried to access these sites that do have background mining.Thank you for the list and i didnt expect that there were lots of them on having that hidden agenda on using up CPU usage without your awareness.
7775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots machines how to win on: March 22, 2018, 08:56:54 PM
Oh god the slot machines are the worse!

If you like to gamble don't play on slots, they're just eating coins machines.
You have to remember that on real life casinos the slots have to comply to certain legislations. In Europe for example if I remember correctly they have to redistribute 90% of what they earn at least, In USA they're are some legislation for above 60%.

But in digital currencies and online casinos... There is 0 legislation.
They do whatever they want.
And on slots they clearly eat everything.

Come play on dice! There is a guaranteed 1% house edge or even less ^^
60%-90% redistribution is way too much to ask.Slots when it comes to online gaming then odds cant really exactly be computed but for sure it would really be high and after all these years playing on slots doesnt really give me any positive results this is why i decide not to turn back again with slots but yet i do see some people who do win big time with this money eating game.
7776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will Bitcoin be more energy efficient? on: March 22, 2018, 08:22:53 PM
I do not believe we will see any major changes any time soon about mining. Mining is huge business on it's own and it would not be easy to try to tweak the code there, I am sure many people will lose faith in bitcoin if it for some reason switch to some other consensus such as POS. Problem is real there, that's for sure and with popularity of bitcoin gaining more attention of the public, more people will try to mine it which means the network will consume even more energy.

Number of miners are increased in huge amount from the past 1 years but they are not mining the bitcoin I guess. You may find the ASIC for the high price and not supported for the various mineable coins still.
So investing on mining with the GPU cards will be better and more over difficulty of mining bitcoin will be increased so you can go with the GPU cards and mining ethereum means it is profitable to you bro.
When it comes to profitability/ apparatus cost / changing mineable coins then i would hands down for GPU since this thing can give you out the chance to jump into one coin to another depending into your decision where you can able to view that you can make profits which is an advantage.ASIC is away more expensive that GPU but still there are lots of people who do make engagement with it.When it talks about energy efficiency it would be more enhanced as it upgrades when boards used up smaller nanos.
7777  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Essentials for Traders on: March 22, 2018, 07:51:50 PM
It's all useless.
Without money, there is no trade.
Patience is a matter of course.

Experience will come only when you lose $ 10,000.
And if after that you can not learn himself, then it's not yours.

Give the idiot 1 million and he will lose it, and who knows how to trade with 1 dollar this million will do.
When it comes to bankroll or capital differences there would really be things which do big amounts will always have the edge since we do know that we can able to extent or adjust our position since we do have the big funds to trade on. Money is really the key on here for us to trade no money then there would be no trade. We know this is an investment on where money would be always present.Losing out money cant really be avoided as long we do gain experience and learnings.
7778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: why kyc? on: March 22, 2018, 07:27:54 PM
If you guys care about privacy while gambling better re-think before you deposit. below you can find a list of casinos which ask/ don't ask for KYC after winning big amounts

List of sites asks for KYC if you win the big amount.

  • STAKE
  • PRIMEDICE
  • FORTUNE-JACK
  • BITSLER

List of sites which don't request for kyc after winning big amounts.

  • 999dice
  • YOLOdice
  • Just-Dice

I will edit this posts if you guys mention other sites.

Primedice and Stake are owned by same management so that's not a surprise if one will ask other will to, but considering PD is the oldest player I'm bit surprised that they asked for it. I think bitdice doesn't ask for KYC as of now, as I have never won a big hand I'm not sure they do.

I think there is some new rules which require this procedure, while it safeguards the winner, I do hope his documents are immediately destroyed post validation otherwise it'll a disaster in the making if his documents are made public.

If there was any update out here why KYC been asked someone please post here so we all will know what the real reason is.
We cant really be assure for those documents for them to delete them out once they do already get to purpose when it comes to verification. It do quiet suck to provide any documentation when it comes  to have a big winning into particular casino or gambling site.List is quiet accurate but i dont see anything wrong with it. They do own the site which its up to their decisions if they would decide to be applied on or not.
7779  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Matthew 7:12 - Whatever they do to you, you shall also do to them on: March 22, 2018, 06:16:51 PM
That is an interesting thought, but the playing field is uneven. In terms of FUD, the big banks have deep pockets and can afford to put out a narrative highlighting the dangers of cryptocurrencies. Supporters of crypto can put out a narrative on social media, but it hardly matches up to an organized campaign. In terms of regulation, the difference is even more stark. Regulators and big banks are in bed together, and it doesn't take too much effort for the views of bankers to be reflected in the views of regulators. A few independent regulators may recognize the advantages of Bitcoin, but that hardly makes a difference.

This is one big reality we supporters and lovers of cryptocurrency should be facing. The force of the government can be too much to bear because people have no choice but to listen and follow what the government can say and enact. There will be regulations either using the existing laws or ones to be yet created. To say that Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency for that matter is decentralized and can not be touched by the government is technically correct but in reality the perception on the market can be affected even by a single pronouncement by an official or representative of the government.
Really not surprising for us people to follow on what government do say.We do follow them ever since because they are the ones who do mandates laws and other decisions towards into a certain vicinity. Violate? Then expect you would really experience consequences and now talking into banking sector then they would really have their support since they do know that they are regulated and benefits is there and why cryptocurrency would really give negative impressions to them.
7780  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining - Where Are The Reputable Operators? on: March 21, 2018, 06:06:44 PM
Electricity becomes shit recent days in my location as well. Some of the people invested on contracts and get the earning easily without big efforts. However I am not sure how we can find the best cloud mining platform except genesis and hashflare.

About this project I did not find the bad reviews on the badnews site. Hopefully this would be reputed one but I am still not sure about it.
Genesis and Hashflare doesnt have any issues? Then better think off again if you do tried to read up then you will able to see their own problems but still they are operation since they can able to solve out those problems.I can say they are reputable since they are operational for how many years but it wont really be a valid reason for me to invest into cloud mining.
